Oh my gosh! She was such a breeze. Her critical thinking class was composed of debates, fun arguments, and broad and easy topics for papers. She was a definite easy B, but you had to be vocal to get your A!

I am around an A or a B student in the class. Does she not give you chances to rewrite your essays to bring up your grade? Did you ever think it wasn't the instructor? Maybe it was just your grammar.

Nice teacher and cool class but I must emphasize that she just gives way too much work especially for a 3 unit class! I spent more time on this class than any other! She misinterpreted a lot of the meanings I meant to express in my essays and that made it difficult to get a good grade. She's a very intelligent lady so she expects a lot from you.

American Lit was super easy and had no problems. Sangha is pretty kick back. I liked the fact that we got to do group work. Would take another class from again.

If you want to be challenged and ACTUALLY learn take her. She does give a lot of Assignments but after all isn't it college? She is very helpfull if you ask for help. Just pay attention, get tutoring and go to class.

Great professor. Requires more writing than other professors at ELAC (I wrote about 50-60 pages excluding tests), but offers interesting topics and truly tries to help her students succeed. Keeps the class engaged during lectures and talks about subjects most people can relate to. Loved reading Life of Pi (required reading).

If you take her, you better work hard. I am getting an A but I revise my essays several times over. She tells us EXACTLY what she wants us to write on the essays and we go over what we are suppose to write in class. She pretty much gives us all the answers in our in class discussion and we put it into words in the form of an essay. GREAT TEACHER!

Since i got in college i've been getting A'S in my classes, but know with her im getting C's. :( if you want to get an easy C take her, if you want to get something higher, dont take her. she will always gives you Cs no matter how good or how bad youre essay is.

Prof. Sangha is one of the best teachers at ELAC! She's tough, but respects us enough to challenge us with the real college level experience. If you ARE serious about getting your writing abilities to UC level, you need to take her class! But if you are just looking to fly by with easy grading and sit through MINDLESS lectures, take someone else.

Doctor Sangha is a great professor, while at times students did say that she was unclear of her expectations in the writing I feel it was obvious and they wanted to be told exactly what to write. Keeping in mind that this was honors English and she prob expected us to be at a certain level. I found her to be great and the course challenging & fun.

Dr. Sangha is a great instructor and funny woman. Make sure to utilize your resources when you write her essays, this is not a class you can be lazy in. I took Dr. Sangha during the summer session. This class required a lot of time, patience, and dedication. I am glad I took this class and professor. Hard work pays off. Go to class, do the work, come prepare, and if you need help go to the writing center. Highly recommend and great professor.

If you never enrolled in any of her Freshman classes, you might or might not pass the class just because her basics are necessary to pass. However, if you learn her basics on time, her English skills help with your skills even throughout life.

The instructor is yes tough, but it was a seven weeks class. We were given decent time to complete the work, and we could re write one essay for a grade change. The issues discussed were social, so they were interesting.

I am not the best at English I get really confused on doing papers. I struggle with my English sometimes as my first language is Spanish so When I tool an online class I was iffy, but I passed with a B+. That is really an exciting thing for me at least. Super easy just do your work no mandatory zoom meetings. Very lineant and nice.

Dr. Sangha did really encourage us to ask questions if we are confused and repeated the answers over and over again until we got it. Online class is tough especially with everything that is going on so it was a help that she was patient with us.

Her class requires a lot of reading and writing but she discusses it all in class making the work a lot easier. Shes very organized when it comes to online classes and will even work 1 on 1 with you. She is very sweet and understanding of her students and their situations making it so much easier to work with her. I highly recommend her class.

This professor was always there when I needed her. She answered my questions even on weekends and made sure I felt comfortable with the work, but in asking questions. She told us never apologize for asking questions, and that it is her responsibility to be there for us when we need her. Wow!!

I passed her English 100, and for 102, I barely passed it because there was some personal issue going on with my life around that time. She was also very quick at responding even if it was late or on the weekend. Oh yes, if I still had questions, she would open zoom meeting with me.

Took her for Winter (5 weeks), and she was amazing, TRUST ME, if you're looking for THAT review, this is it, take her. Granted I had 5 weeks, but there is a lot that you have to read, but she gives great feedback, and as long as you literally follow the rubric you'll be fine, exams and final are like that, short stories, all that, take her course.
