Davonya was very helpful when problems came up and she did everything possible to make sure that you understand the material. The nature of the material is difficult, as are the tests, but an A is not impossible by any means. Class avg is about a 73.
Tests were difficult to predict. You never knew if she was gonna be really specific or really general. Therefore you had to learn it ALL and the sheer amount of the material covered makes it difficult to keep every little mundane detail seperate.
AWESOME TEACHER! This class requires a TON of study time, but it pays off in the end! Davonya is the BEST, and she is ALWAYS willing to help you out!
This prof. is great at presenting information in a concise manner; she wastes no time in telling you irrelevant info. or stories. Has a great personality and relates with students very well.
Her tests are the hardest you will ever take. Very unpredictable!! Our class average was a low C.
Gives tremendous amounts of information and tricky tests. They are multiple choice, fill in the blanks, true/false, & a bonus fill in the blank section. You must work in study groups to pass
Davonya is very helpful and personable, and sometimes pretty funny. Her class requires a lot of work, but it is possible to get an A.
very nice, extremely intune with students, has fun, she's young so she knows that you are not a genius BUT she expects you to perform well. Tests are challenging but worth the good grade if you study
Got a B, but she doesn't very care about the students.
Davonya writes out all her notes on the board and underlines terms you need to know for her tests. You have to know the material backwards and forwards to do well on her tests. Lots of study time required. I'm a B student and managed to pull off an A.
First off, whoever said she is not helpful with students is a complete idiot. Davonya's test are not that hard it's just the fact that this class has so much material to cover for each test. So, if you do not study enough then of course it's hard.
The lectures notes are very organized. They are good notes, but are test are not so easy. She will try to trick you! If you get her make sure to study everything about the underlined words from lecture!!
she writes all of the notes on the board which is a plus...there is a lot of information and requires a ton of study time, but i got an A with no problem...just know the notes!
HARD! Get ready for some "All the above, "none the above, some of the above" bullcrap! I could have re-written my notes perfectly during every exam but still got a C. The material isn't bad, the exams are textbook examples of the wrong meth
Hard but fair, know your notes backwards and forwards
She's okay. The class was very interesting, but the tests were very tricky. You have to really know the material, which would be fine if it wasn't sooo much.I took Troy Best for A&P II and loved it!
does not teach material well and her test are tricky.
this class is ridiculous!!!!! the notes are great and you can know them perfectly but you still fail the tests???what's up with that? her tests are so tricky!
She writes all the notes on the board. That’s all she does every class the whole semester long. She is insanely hard and doesn’t care about her students. You can definitely tell that she was Dr.Witt’s grad student (just ask someone in pharmacy about Witt)
hard but very very fair teacher. writes all notes on the board, which makes everything much easier to understand. complainers need to shut up and study!! goes out of her way to help students who are not doing well. i learned more in this class than in any other i've taken at auburn.
Plain and simple: if you're taking this class, you more than likely want to be a nurse, so don't stress over the difficulty (it's the hardest class I've ever taken only because of her tests) and invest the time in studying the material because if you study 10hr/wk, you should do fine.
She gives extremely long and detailed notes and her tests are extremely difficult. She uses tricky multiple choice, true/false, and fill in the blank. You really have to know your material backwards and forwards. Old tests don't help!!
Davonya is great professor. She's very clear on all the material. Her tests will KILL you. I'm not sure if you can study enough to prepare for one of her tests. I really enjoy the class, and she's super sweet. Thanks to her tests though I might be in Biol 2500 again next semester..
She is a very clear and helpful teacher. I have very good study habits, and feel like I have almost memorized my notes before I go into a test, yet somehow they are still extremely tricky. This class demands major time, I dont recommend taking it with other hard classes in the same semester.
She is very very tricky on her test. You need to study at least 2 weeks in advance and KNOW your notes front and back completely. I would NOT recommend taking her for this class.
She gives you all the notes and you dont have to read the book. Her tests are very tricky, but if u ready your notes after every class and study hard, you should get a B. The keep is knowing everything in her notes.
Don't like the way she lectures with her strict outlines. VERY tricky on tests. You have to be a freakin genius to get an A on her tests, or be able to read her mind, or be cheating in some way. But I had no choice for teachers to I took her. She seems cool sometimes but sometimes she just seems lik
She does not test your knowledge very well. She just tries to trick you on her test. I would not recommend her. For how much you study it does not pay off.
she is hard
I got an A in this class (I am certain I have even after the final). The multiple choice questions are VERYYYYYYYy tricky but the class is easy in the sense you don't have to read the book. She probably has the trickiest multiple choice questions ever. Pay attention to the detail of your notes
The notes for this class are VERY clear (she writes them word-for-word on the board). If you are good at memorizing you will ace this class. Making notecards as you go helps a lot. If you know your notes well you will make an A. The 3rd test was the toughest. Gives quite a bit of bonus on tests.
Extremely tricky tests. I had Mendonca for A&P 1 and had no problem with her class, but am struggling in A&P 2 with Person.
It is a lot of work to get an A. Tests have multiple choice and fill in the blank, and the fill in the blank is the easy part. She is a good teacher she just likes to make tests difficult.
Her test is very very tricky and hard. She has multiple choice, True n False, and fill in the blanks. The multiple choice are hard. Studying the notes after each class would help a lot.
Tricky tests but she does give lots of bonus points. KNOW your notes!! I did not make an A on a test but because of the extra bonus quizzes, I ended up with an A in the class. Recommended.
Analyze your notes from every angle, she can pull questions from anywhere! The lab is not bad either except for the cat muscles test- wow.
Her tests are incredibly difficult, and she tries very hard to trick you on the multiple choice part. I would recommend getting another teacher, but I did not have a choice. For how much i studied for her class, the tests were so hard, it did not pay off. Get another teacher if you can!+
extremely difficult
Davonya is a very nice teacher and she will try to help you with what you need. Her tests are EXTREMELY hard! She even said you can’t just memorize your notes you have to understand them above and beyond what is written! Be prepared for this class to consume you. She makes class interesting and fun but it is a hard class!
Her tests are SO hard and tricky!! Start studying at least a week in advance. I recopied all my notes by hand and that helped me out. The lab brought my grade down though. Take the lab seriously!! It can really mess up your grade.
Much better than Mendonca! Her notes could not be much clearer, but take down extra things she repeats as well. She covers very detailed material on tests, so know EVERYTHING. She asks way more questions on difficult concepts rather than gross anatomy. Know which ions when!! Difficult class so take seriously, not impossible to do well. I got a B.
I had Davonya last semester and it was HORRIBLE! She not only brags about how hard her tests are, but tries to play off how "helpful" she is. She had review sessions which were pointless to attend, and her tests were extremely difficult. You have to know your notes backwards and forwards. Needless to say I am taking Anatomy again! DONT TAKE HER!
She is the hardest teacher! I have taken Organic 1, organic 2, and physics.... They were a lot easier than her class. She does try to trick you on the tests and she does a very good job of it. I have a high B gpa and I had to drop the class because she acts like every one in the class is ONLY taking her class! It is crazy, do not take her!!!!
davonya has tricky tests but her notes and lectures are very organized. i had mendonca for ap1 and wished i would have took person instead take her ap1 class over mendonca. make sure to know everyhting in her notes and go back on tests to make sure you put the right answer one work will change everyhing. the mc are the hardest ever.
she is a great teacher! her test are hard, but if you study and go to class you should do fine. her notes are very easy to understand, but this class is a lot of material so dont want until the night beforto study because it would be impossible!
whoever thinks she is hot, you need to get your eyes checked. she is very tricky and gloats on thinking she is an awesome teacher. i would try to take someone else. her notes are very organized but this is a 2000 level class not 5000. she is way to tricky for the level of class this is
I don't think she is a good teacher. I believe she gets a kick out of making up hard tests to confuse students. I want to learn something in school, not be tricked.
Love her. i hated here for a&p 2 but the class is smaller and she is more personable. has bonus quizzes to help your grade. you have to study your butt off for the tests but you can make a B
Tests are tricky, but anyone who complains about them being tricky obviously didn't study enough because you are given verbatim the material you are responsible for being tested on. Teacher is also very helpful and is truly there for the students.
Let's see, when 89 out of 250 people fail one of your tests, and then another 20-30 get D's (which is failing also), and the average for all your lab practicles is 50-60....hmm...maybe it's not the students in the class being stupid....maybe you should invest some class time to figuring out why the information isn't getting across to half the class
BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID.
You have to know the material frontwards, backwards, inside, and out. She makes really tricky questions on the exams. The multiple choice is what you have to look out for... don't worry about the fill-in-the-blank.
Davonya is an extremely smart person. She is so smart that you sometimes can't understand her questions. If you are not a person that likes to devote hours and hours to studying...then you need to get out of this class. She is very nice and will help you, so take advantage of it because I didn't and have a D in the class.
on one of the test, i had memorized the outline to a point where i could rewrite the notes out of my head. i ended up making a 70 on it (second test). i dont know, her questions and choices are VERY VERY sneaky. like a snake.
has a tongue ring and tats. tells you whats on the test straight forward. im getting a c and i know everything. multiple choice is impossible. we only have 7 a students going into the final
Her notes are very well organized, and all of her tests are difficult but come straight from her notes. Her questions are VERY detailed, but if you know the stuff REALLY well-like start studying 3 or 4 days before the test-and you read questions thoroughly, you'll do fine-I got an A, and she is SO nice and helpful,go talk to her when having trouble
She is great! Her notes are easy to follow and she gives them in outline form! She is always available to answer questions. Her test are pretty difficult so you have to study A LOT! But she gives extra credit quizzes if the grades are low! She is super nice and easy to talk to but you have to now your stuff!
Davonya is an excellent teacher. Her tests are hard, but if you study 3 or 4 days ahead of time you should do fine. Lab practicals are cumulative, but her TA's are helpful. She is very helpful and will answer any questions that students have during office hours. An A is possible but it will take a good effort.
Teacher was not very nice at all. I asked her a question on a test and she snapped at me. Her test are almost impossible to do. I studied a week in advance for them and still failed some of them. The average on her test are 65!
Before I had this class, I was very interested in Anatomy. Ms Person just makes this class WAY TOO HARD! Her tests are F'ing impossible, all of that "A, B, C, 2 of the above, none of the above" bullcrap. I studied SO hard for the final and could have sworn I rocked it, but ended up with a 775 an a C in the class. Impossible, I studied all the time!
Davonya is an excellent teacher. She knows her stuff really well. Class is hard beacuse there is so much information to take in. I went to her office several times & she was very helpful. You must study a week in advance because of the detailing in notes, but an A is possible. I got one, but I had to work for it
You'll spend more time trying to figure out how she's going to try and trick you than actually studying. You can memorize her notes word for word, be able to link everything together, and stuyd your ass off and still fail. Horrible! We aren't paying to have someone **** with our heads, we are paying to be taught something.
I can not stand this professor. SHe makes me want to cringe!!!! I would rather retake organic chemistry then her class about. Her test are too *^#%@$! hard!!!
Devonya is such an excellent professor. Yes, her tests are difficult, but she gives you everything you need to know in her notes. You do have to study A LOT if you want to do well, but please don't complain that this class is "too hard" or that Devonya is a bad professor. If you're taking this class, you are probably going into nursing, pharmacy
This class is interesting, but you have to study so hard for the tests it keeps you from enjoying learning anything about anatomy. I could have written all my notes word for word on the test, but thats not good enough. You have to have put some time into understanding how it all fits together. Not impossible.
I love her. her tests are very hard but she writes her notes out word for word on the board. It is interesting but you have to know them backwards and forwards and understand them inside and out. She is very helpful and it is very possible to get a B. People who get 30s on the test just flat out don't study. I will end up with an A but it's tough.
Wow, be prepared to work. Much harder than mendonca. Notes are well organized, but you really have to work with connecting all the information. Very tricky wording on tests. This class gives my O-Chem a run for its money. The final is rough, be prepared. She does throw out bonus on each test though, and make sure you study for lab practicals too.
VERY hard. However, notes are given crystal clear. Tricky wording on her tests. Don't just memorize notes; know everything frontwards, backwards, and upside down.
Ms. Person's notes were very clear. However, I found her tests to be extremely wordy and confusing! The class is very large which also makes things difficult. Anatomy is my favorite subject, and although I attended every class and studied consistently, Ms. Person gave me my first B. All in all, I did enjoy the class.
I LOVED THIS WOMAN. HER CLASSES WERE SO FUN AND I ACTUALLY LIKED GOING. HER CLASS IS NOT A BREEZE YOU HAVE TO STUDY BUT SHE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO HELP YOU IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND....DEF. TAKE HER
Very unprofessional. Insults students in class. Clearly chooses favorites. Does not listen if you come to her class and ask for help. Cancels class early, then crams material in at the last minute. Refused to talk to students about their grades. Avoid if you can!!! Oh, and her tests are very poorly written and confusing.
Devonya is the best teacher I have ever had. Notes are beyond organized, and she explains everything to the point that even a moron can get it. HARD tests, but to get a decent grade you simply have to study. Obviously loves her students. Really prepares her students for their careers.
Nice lady, notes are extremely organized. But as I found out the hard way, you CANNOT just memorize the notes. As someone else commented, you should know them "backwards, forwards, and upside down". I like lab too for the most part, those exams are fairly difficult as well.
Only complaint is that she's VERY slow giving grades back. Tests are mostly scantron, and yet it takes her more than a week to return grades. My biochem prof had the same number of students, exams were all short answer, and she returned tests by the next class-so I don't get why Davonya is so slow. Final grades due today--are not up yet (its 9PM!)

Notes take getting used to, but tests come from the notes exclusively, didn't use the book hardly at all. Lab is pretty painless as well. One of the best AP teachers you can get at Auburn.
If you want to be prepared for your career in the future...take Davonya!!! She is a VERY difficult A&P professor but she holds the standards high and makes you learn. The tests are very detailed so know your notes inside and out. Attend every class and dont be afraid to ask questions.
Know the notes!!!! class is impossible if you dont know the notes...very good class organization, the notes are crystal clear but you have to know them top to bottom.
I took Person for A&P II- it was terrible. Run like the wind.
I really like anatomy and Dr. Persons is so sweet and helpful, but her tests are INSANE!!! They were so hard and I would study every night so there wouldn't be any cramming involved and still failed the class. I even went to talk to her several times.
Davonya is very thorough, and her tests reflect that. However, tests are 100% from notes, so if you do poorly you have no one to blame but yourself. Know them front to back and you'll be fine. Lots of bonus. I got an easy A. Dunno what all the fuss is about. I've had tougher profs, but I learned the most from Davonya. Take her if you can!
Davonya is so awesome! Her notes are very organized and she presents them in a way that keeps you interested. Her tests are difficult, but if you know your notes you will do fine. I got an A!
Davonya was a really great teacher. Everything on her exams are in her notes; however, you must know your notes backwards and forwards. Her test are fill in the blank and multiple choice including lab exams and quizzes; spelling does count. I really enjoyed her and I am waiting to take her again in the spring for A&P II.
Davonya is the best teacher i have had at Auburn. She explains and teaches very well. Her tests are difficult, but you have to study(welcome to college). If you put in the effort you will do great. I had like a 97 average, and i am waiting to take her in the spring! Love her!
There is not enough room here to describe how inconsiderate Davonya is. The test questions are extremely tricky. More time is spent trying to look for the trick than answering the question. She is easily offended and gets defensive if she thinks you have wronged her. My advice? Find a way to get on her good side. People do it, but I don't know how.
Don't take her beware. Yes she presents everything that is n class on the test but she makes the test so tricky its as if u haven't studied at all.u could study 4a week an make a D its ridiculous its as if she wants u2 FAIL. This semester of bout 200 students every test about 130 students failed each time. The labs dont help but hinder STAY AWAY.
Davonya is absolutely ridiculous and I want to know how anyone has a 97 average in this class. I am a senior and have made A's & B's all my classes through school but this one. She takes weeks to grade a scantorn test that is more complex than even she can understand. She reads her notebook and writes it on the board for you to re-write. Dont Do It
This class is ridiculous. You can study for 3 weeks or choose not to study and the result is exactly the same! The lab doesnt help either, because all of the practicals are cummulative. If i had to do it over again, i would have taken someone else.
A word of warning to those of you planning on taking Mammalian with Dr. Wit later on--Davonya is a piece of cake compared to him. His tests are much more "tricky" than hers are. I did well in her class, and am doing mediocre in Mammalian. With Davonya, just don't wait till the last minute and DO MORE THAN MEMORIZE FACTS! Make connections!
I made an A+ in her class and here's how: each day, write down her notes, then type them before the next class. Print off the notes a week before the test and go over and over them- **have a friend or family member quiz you on every aspect of them (even the stuff that you think she will never ask- she might!). And the lab will bring you down.
She is tricky when it comes to tests. I studied my notes almost everyday and still made a D. I was wondering if all the people that took her in the Fall 08 made As this semester. If you can tke someone else I would. She tries to trick you. HARD is all I can say!!!
Her tests are wickedly tricky. If you dont know the notes front and back you will fail every test. Go to class every day. Underline what she underlines. Study a great deal for the tests. Have friends quiz you. I didnt take lab seriously and made a D as a result. Lab grades are huge. DO NOT SLACK IN LAB! Its all memorization in lab. Get the lab book
I didn't find her to be a nice person when I had to make-up a missed test (she wanted me to take it on spring break). Her tests are tricky, almost to the point that it detracts from learning the material. Just study and take the test. You can figure it out, I made a 105 on the final and an A in both the lab and lecture... its not impossible.
All of her tests come DIRECTLY from the notes unless she tells you otherwise! Not as bad as you think! You really learn a lot in this class!
Her tests are impossible. She uses very weird multiply choice that is meant to trip up students.
Davonya is so laid back and she gives you just the notes you need. Nothing on the test is not in your notes
Devonya I'd have to say is the best professor I have ever had. She teaches the material amazingly well. Coming to class is optional, but I recommend going (makes her diagrams easier to understand). Her tests are VERY difficult, but in a way in which they make you critically think. You will appreciate her if you go into higher level of medicine. Tak
Her notes are clear and easy to understand. However, her tests are VERY HARD and tricky. You really must memorize her notes to be successful in her class. It's anatomy though, so it's going to be hard. I wouldn't expect otherwise. When she says at the beginning of the class that you must study everyday, she's being truthful.
Class is just copying notes. Material isn't too bad IFFF you study regularly. Seriously, study at least once or twice a week. The tests are MUCH harder than they need to be. Multiple choice, T/F, fill in blank. Lab isn't as easy as from other teachers. 3 tests, comprehensive final, 3 comprehensive lab exams, and lab quizzes every week.
Somebody from before said Davonya is laid back. This is true. In fact, she is so laid back it takes her forever and a day to grade tests. Other than that, an outstanding teacher and very helpful.
She's the best there is when it comes to A&P. Do not underestimate her: the lab is kind of intense, she doesn't give bonus unless the class average is under 70% (and that seldomly happens, and if you don't study well in advance, you will fail. I made an A, C, and C. After being forced to study for the first time, I made a 150/150on the final:STUDY!
Davonya is a good teacher when it comes to knowing the material that she teaches. However, she makes the tests insanely hard and she takes FOREVER to give back grades. It seems as if she could care less whether her students succeed or not. I would NOT recommend her to anyone unless you are going to end up taking a higher-level physiology.
You have to know every single detail in her notes. Test questions only from notes. VERY organized. Test questions are tricky. Seriously be able to recite your notes forward and back.
For the first test, I knew the notes forward and back completely, left the test thinking I aced it, and only got a 74. It only went downhill from there. On the third test, 86 people got Ds and 122 people got Fs. Only 349 people total. You do the math. She doesn't curve either. I wouldn't recommend taking her!
Davonya is the best AP teacher ever. Her class is hard, true, but you will leave her class knowing absolutely everything about AP. You have to study your notes every single day in order to get an A. If you're lazy then don't take her. She's normally good about giving your test grades back within a week but this past spring semester she had about 80
She's normally good about giving your test grades back within a week but this past spring semester she had about 800 students (AP 1 and 2 combined) so give the lady a break!
she had about 800 students (AP 1 and 2 combined) this past semester so give the lady a break!
This was my second semester to have her and I made my second A. You have to do the work. ALWAYS go to class for her explanations. Type your notes. Before the test, you should be able to recite your notes without looking at them. And be able to recite them backwards. Go to her office if you don't understand something. I thought she was great!!
Loved her. Learned a vast amount of material and worked so hard in this class and studied for hours...but that was the only way to get an A!
Memorize every word of the notes and an A is very achievable. You will learn an incredible amount of material, would highly recommend.
Most useful class I've taken at Auburn. If you're going to have to take Mammalian, you want to take A&P with Davonya. Her notes are crystal clear and her tests are detailed in the same way that Dr. Wit's tests are.
Even though she is one of the hardest teachers at Auburn she actually is nice and cares. Very helpful if you ask. Know your notes forwards and backwards
Davonya is awesome. Her tests are hard but fair. Class isn't easy but you can make an A if you work it. She's cute too
Not going to lie, this class was hard! Ok, she does prepare you for future courses and I can see the benefits in that, but she treats it like a graduate level course with 350 people in it. Test are more tricky than hard. Answers can be "A; B; C; A and B; None of these" Must know everything about everything. Not to mention the lab is hard as well.
Davonya is HARD. Her notes are clear and informative but I KNEW the material for the test and still received low grades. Even after basically memorizing the notes, her tests were still tricky and she likes to use questions that are formated: a but not b or c and d. Don't take her if you are looking for an easy A...or B because it's impossible.
Her notes are crystal clear and if you start studying a week or so before the test you will do fine. Just memorize the notes because everything from the test is word for word from the notes
The lab is really hard but everything is straight memorization. Just start studying a week before the test. She gives bonus questions on every exam that you should know if you've studied.
VERY HARD! impossible to do well even with studying! I would def not take her...!
Davonya is impossible ... I've never studied so much for a class and done so horribly. Definitely would NOT suggest taking her.
This was by far the hardest class I have taken at Auburn. Even studying a week in advance didn't help. The tests are basically impossible. The average for all four tests were in the 60s and she never curved them or anything. I would not recommend taking her. She made the class SO much harder than it should have been
HARD CLASS!! Test are really in depth. On the test choices a,b,c are actual answers and then d (2 of these) or e (none of these). Lab is insane. Basically as hard as the lecture. Prepare to study the hardest you have ever studied for an undergrad bio class. 3 lab practicals all and all are comprehensive. If ur expecting an easy A, think twice!
I would NOT recommend taking this teacher. This class is basically impossible unless you are some type of super genius or something. I studied at LEAST a week in advance before every test and still did awful in the class... The class is hard in general, but she makes it soooooo much harder than it needs to be...
It is ridiculous how hard she makes the tests. I'm an A/B student and I studied more for these tests than any other biology class, or ANY class for that matter, but my GPA is going waaay down after taking her for A&P 1. Usually 1/4 of the class would fail. People, THE LADY IS HARD!!! I would rather play in traffic than take her again. Take Gilley!
Very hard! Davonya is extremely tricky. Her questions just mish-mash everything together so that you get the wrong idea. I have seen top students fail her class. Do NOT take.
She's freaking hard. Other than that it's a really fun class. If you have questions during class ask her. Her tests are the hardest I've ever taken at Auburn, but I still ended up with an A average on them because I studied my butt off. It's the lab that gets you. MEMORIZE ALL THE MUSCLES!!! Know it backward and forwards or you will me doomed.
Devonya is cool. Class is hard, but this is college, you have to study. If you go to class and take the notes you will do ok. Lab is the hardest part. I had Mendonca the fist time i took A&P 1 and thought she was wayyyy harder and tricky with her test. Hope this helps.
I have a master's degree from UAB and had her during my undergraduate at Auburn University. To this day, I still say she is the best teacher/professor I have ever had. Yes, she is difficult, but A&P is a difficult subject. I've never had a teacher/professor explain things as clearly as she does.
Lab is hard as hell and the lecture tests are very tricky. You must know notes inside and out (tests DIRECTLY from them). That said, the difficulty of this class is fair. She's preparing students going into health care fields who need to know this. She prepares them VERY well. This class is extremely difficult, but it's very possible to succeed.
Test are EXTREMELY difficult. The lab is as well. Expect to study A LOT. There is no way around it. I feel like I learned a lot from the class, but I still failed even though I studied a lot. She's very approachable after class, but don't expect to find her in her office hours. Overall I think shes a great professor, just HARD!
I loved this class! Her tests are tricky, but I never made less than a B on her test. you have a lot of work for lab. Study and it'll be a fun class, especially if you are interested in it!
I knew this material in and out, studied so hard neglecting other classes, always felt great about it going into the tests and never passed a single one. She explained everything great! Loved her teaching but felt like she was out I get us on the tests. Of the 6 people I knew in the class only 1 passed. Not a good teacher in my opinion.
Please, do NOT take her. She mixes everything together and makes everything harder than it needs to be. I got a D in her class despite my best efforts.
