Professor Allen is a good teacher. If you go to her office hours, she works with you to help out with any problem. But, she can be unclear at times in what she asks of students and her political views come off very strong. but overall- i think she cares about her students' well being.

This class is not meant to be easy and while it can be difficult, Prof Allen is a fair grader. She always encourages attending her office hours, which are very helpful. I think Prof. Allen made EXPOS enjoyable! Her course content is a tad bit different from other professors (of my friends), but I enjoy her class's required readings.
