Where to start. Worst instructor I've ever had. Nice lady, good nurse, BAD teacher. Worst part about the class was her inability to make anything clear or simple. I would say 90% of the questions the class missed were missed because they were poorly worded and unclear. We all understood the material, it was her we couldn't handle. Good luck!

It seems like people in the nursing program like to balme everything on their professor! Ms. Crider is honestly a very nice person and tries really hard to be a good teacher. The way the class is set up is very poor (hybrid). As for her class as long as you study it isn't hard at all. The test are easy and straight foward.

Decent teacher, the class being hybrid is a bad idea, this kind of information should be given to us by a teacher instead of us teaching ourselves. I think the key points need to be relayed by the teacher a little better.

Don't really know how she grades, I had her as an early nursing clinical instructor, so no tests. My clinical was terrible and she was the only reason we all enjoyed it. She spent time answering questions, telling nursing stories and giving us insight into what a nursing career could hold. Knowledgeable, experienced & uses it to help her students.

I believe Prof. Crider is misunderstood, yes her class is hard but she geninuely cares about her students. My biggest advice is to ask her for clarification if you're not understanding the topic. majority of her exams comes from her breezes, so actually listen and take notes from them. also dont be afraid to go to tutoring, it helps!!!

Took Crider for 1230 lect.+ lab. In lecture, she was knowledgeable and mostly kept on topic. When we would ask questions, she would say, "look at your notes" or refer us to the reading. She did not go over online lectures and tests did not correspond to what she taught. She was supportive and nice but uncoordinated and messy. Beware of those exams!

Prof. Crider is the best nursing instructor I've had! She is overall an amazing person and she really wants her students to be successful. She will do anything she can to make sure you truly understand a topic and she sets up a lot of time to meet up and go over things if you do not understand something. She will work with you and make nursing fun!

I could have done a lot better in this class but one of the reasons was Crider. Her lectures were very monotonous and all she did was read off the slides, there was nothing to expand on. I feel like she barely taught and it was only in the 2nd week she did but the rest she left us to fight on our own accord. Improvement is needed.

She doesn't reply to emails. She doesn't teach. She's a nice person, but that's all she has going for her. Which makes it hard to say anything negative about her, but those are the facts!!

Prof. Crider can be hit-or-miss. Her lectures can be dry, but she's genuinely invested in helping students succeed. Using unstuck study alongside the textbook really helped me stay on top of the material.

She is knowledgeable but unresponsive to emails which makes it hard to make appts. Lectures focus more on her patients than the material. The objectives she provides are often late and misaligned with her exams, which contain grammar and spelling errors that confuse questions. Better teaching yourself the material. I don't recommend this professor.

Very hard to get in touch with Professor Crider outside of lecture time. She's very nice and approachable but I found assigned objectives were not in alignment with the exam material or the exams were given over material we hadn't learned yet. I enjoyed the information that was taught but we almost needed more lecture time. Felt rushed.

Professor Crider provided us with a lot of lecture material and explained the material in a way that we could understand. She is one of the best professors that I had!
