Attendance is mandatory. Take good notes, it will greatly help you on the papers (2 papers and 1 final). Easy to ask questions. Makes sure everyone in class understands the concept before moving on.

Absolutely useless class. Who the hell cares about anything that she teaches. And what's worst is that she makes you take it so seriously. Every night there is homework...Every night. You have a lot of work, papers, and group assignments to turn in. Her assignments are unclear, and you have to use the book a lot.

EASY class, no tests, just SHORT papers 1 (4pg at least), and a couple of 2pg papers, hw but just to go over with your group sometimes she collected them, and a team presentation. easy, easy, easy. love the class and her teachings. highly recommend her. i thought it was a lot at first but it actually is not, NOT AT ALL!!! TRUST ME!

Professor Glick is an amazing professor. Typically at the end of a course I forget 99% of what I've learned but this class was not the case. I've used the lessons learned in her mgt 370 class in subsequent essays, reports, job interviews and business conversations. Trust me when I say this: You will come out of her class a better overall person.

Great professor. Simply pay attention and read the California Labor Law Digest and you should be fine.

She's not nearly as amazing as she thinks she is, but she's good at explaining concepts. She seems to be a little gooey-forced sincerity. Puts on an act. But, as a teacher, gets her points across. The work load is an acceptable level for an MBA program. Recommended in general.

Ive never commented on here before, but i feel like i need to after seeing the posts talking about how shes a horrible professor.. Professor Glick might be the best teacher ive had at CSUN..i love her....she cares about her students and if you put yourself out there and show her that your interested in learning, shell go far out of her way for you

Prof Glick goes above and beyond the classroom; she prepares us for what is to come. Those who think she is tough are most likely lazy. Her work load isn't bad if you stay on top of it (2 midterm take home papers, 1 class presentation, easy take home final paper). If you are in school to grow, her class is a must. CSUN is lucky to have her.

She is a great professor. She has real world experience that she uses to help you relate to the subject matter. Lots of reading, the tests are very specific. She is very clear about what she expects out of her classes, and she even uses the principles she teaches to run her classes. Very good. Highly recommended.

She has got to be one of the easiest profs to take for Capstone. Super duper nice to her students, very sweet lady, very encouraging. Her materials are easy for a senior level class, no bs online strategy games like other capstone classes. 2 midterm papers and a final presentation is all. u don't even need to try that hard to get a good grade.

Professor Glick is an amazing person. She goes out of her way to help you if you ask for it. You learn a ton,She isn't the hardest teacher, but isn't easiest either. As others have said, you get 2midterms, final.and group presentation.I have learned so much in her class and it was fun. She is easily one of the best professors I have ever had.

Great teacher, and an even better person. Truly cares about her students and them being successful. Mandatory attendance, lots of in class group work. Both midterms are take-home projects. One group presentation. And optional take home final. Show up and participate and should have no problem passing. Going to have to work for that A though!

Such a sweet and caring lady. She really loves her students. Her class isn't easy, but you'll learn a lot that will actually help you in the real world. It seems really difficult at the beginning, but it gets easier as you go.

You have to show up to class as half the exam questions are based on class discussions. Her lectures are very interactive, even with a classroom full of 150 people. There are two papers, one about management theory and applying it to a problem you may have experienced at work and another tying theory to a book you have to read.

If you learn better by yourself, I would avoid this class. If you like to attend class and learn from the professor, Deborah is great. Her lectures are interactive and you learn a lot of applicable material. The test questions are from her online quizzes and lectures. The average on her midterm was very low, but those who attended did pretty well.

OMG, She is such a pretty and kind professor that I have ever had. if you try to be the best, it is easy to pass with A. Test is half of lecture note and half of moodle questions. so strongly recommend her to take MGT 360. you will be happy to take her class during a semester.

AMAZING professor. Many complained that they received a low score on the midtermreports, but I believe it's because they didn't follow directions. I received a C on the midterm and ended up with an A in the course. Exams are straight from lecture and online quizzes. Written report should be in memo format. I plan on taking her for Bus 497.

this class was incredibly easy. the only possible negative thing that i could mention was the homework and quiz every week i had to do that wasn't hard, but was tedious as hell. however those quizzes were literally questions for the examsfinal so i couldn't really complain that much.

AMAZING PROFESSOR! Professor Glick is the most amazing Management professor I have ever had! She is such a genuine and inspirational person. It is clear she loves her job and her students. 2 midterms, 2 essays, weekly moodle quizzes, TONS of extra credit! TAKE HER!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Very easy class if you attend the lectures and pay attention. There is one quiz and one assignment per week but they are easy. There are also two simple papers and 2 exams. Half of the questions in the exams are DIRECTLY from the quizzes and the other half are from lectures. Really nice and caring professor!

Her class is tough. The first exam is tricky, but she helps you prepare like crazy for the Final. She is on your side. Her lectures are a lot of fun. I have never attended a 150+ person class where a professor has everyone engaged all the time. Very cool. Paper's are short. Gives very clear criteria.

Decent professor. She uses wileyplus so you need to buy the access code. Easy to cheat on the quizzes as they are online, but i suggest you not because you will not learn anything. Tests have recycled questions from quizzes, and she grades in your favor on homework and term papers.

Professor Glick is very smart, passionate and caring. I took her for MGT 360 and 464 and i loved her for both classes. There is homework assigned on a regular basis but it is not hard. Class sessions are interesting and her lectures are clear. Her expectations are clear from the beginning so if you do the work and follow instructions easy A.

Pick a good group because half the assignments are tedious group work. I got a bad group but I still managed to get an A without trying too hard. She is very clear on her grading and what she expects. Felt like a high school class actually. Also, no tests, just 4 papers and 2 presentations. Attendance is a must. I totally recommend her.

Group project heavy, but you get to choose your group. No tests in this class, probably one of the most unique aspects of her teaching style. Lack of tests are offset by presentations and papers. She loves solid outlining on papers and presentations, make it easy to understand and digest. Make SURE she knows you on a first name basis.

Professor Glick is awesome! Shes super nice & caring and is never boring! There is a lot of group activities in class which are not difficult at all. 1 midterm and 1 final both 50 questions and all based off online quizzes & lectures. Almost don't need the book but would recommend in case. Participation will boost grade, so raise your hand often!

Sweetest Soul! She taught me so many things that are useful beyond the classroom, I enjoyed her class so much I would take it all over again! 2 individual papers, and 2 major group projects but the work she assigns is interesting! Loved her!

She is one of the nicest professors I have had in these 4 years. She cares for the students, makes sweet jokes in class, will make you laugh, and surely will make your stay in class worthwhile. She is different from other management professors because her tests on exams not case analysis , but also half of them from online quizzes and the rest of her questions based on her power point lectures. No tests! Two group presentations, 2 individual written projects/assignments. Her class is very straightforward and if you have a great group to work with - the group projects are manageable. No tricks in the class. She's a very sweet heartwarming teacher, take her class. You won't regret it.

Unlike other management professors who ruin the students life, she is very kind, lovely, friendly and respectful professor. Please remember this professor name in your mind everyday if you are management major. One of the easiest class in CSUN. The half of her test based on online quizzes that you already done, and half her PPT lecture that she says which material come for the test. No case study questions, no stress. just go her class and participate.

She is a respectful professor at csun. She tries everyone pass her class . The textbook is not required in class, but you need it for online quizzes. Her test are half MC questions and half of them her lectures. She has two papers assignment one essay and book review.

Professor Glick is great. Her class feels very balanced between fun, challenging, educational, etc. She is just the sweetest woman and teaches valuable, useful skills. She is very experienced and has lots of wisdom to offer for our professional careers, but don't underestimate the class... the midterms are tough and you must study.

Professor Glick is an amazing teacher. I took her for MGT 360 and she was so wonderful, I decided to take her for MGT 464. This class on its own is very interesting, but the professor really makes it great. There are no tests in this class- a few group projects and papers. She is really nice and super helpful. The best elective to take for MGT.

There are people on here calling her Midterms difficult. If you have ANY memorization skills you will get an A on them, I promise. Glick is very outgoing and funny. If you are someone who is able to stay on top of online homework every sunday night, you will get an A. LOVE HER

She's an amazing Professor and her class is super easy! She only has one midterm and one final. Her test are super easy. However, she does have weekly quizzes and assignments but they are easy as well. Loved her class. She literally gives you the answers to the test.

Glick has a really big heart for all her students. Yes, she does not give exams or a final but the group projects and the individual papers are killers. It's a lot of hard work, reading, research, and time but you end up leaving with a really great learning experience and plenty of knowledge that's for sure.

I took professor Glick in MGT 360, and I had to take another class with her. She will get to know you on a first name basis and will build a relationship with you. She is very passionate with teaching and what she does. Just an awesome person in general. No final or tests, but the papers and group projects will be hard. She grades easily.

Want an A? PARTICIPATE, you earn points. Go to every lecture and literally remember everything she says cuz tests include questions straight from the lecture. Spend some good time writing your paper which is not hard but the grader (assistant) will scrutinize it. Don't ignore the online assignments. Easy B+, but for an A, lectures are key.

Overall, not a hard class, but not easy either, right in the middle. The term paper(s) are easy, but make sure you do them. Weekly homework and quizzes are not too time consuming and easy. Midterms are based almost 50/50 off lectures and textbook, so make sure you go to class or get notes from somebody else. Easy B, have to work a bit for an A.

Amazing ! Amazing! Amazing! Weekly quizzes, online assignments, 2 midterms and a book review. Makes you interact with others on a daily. Midterms questions on the tests from in class lectures plus the quiz questions. Definitely recommend, apart from easy you learn management tips you'll use later on in life.

This class was easy and her lectures were amazing! The class consists of an online quiz + online assignment each week, 1 book review assignment, 2 mid-terms. Quizzes are super easy. Mid-terms are easy too! Study what she triple stars on her powerpoints (powerpoints are all online) and also study the online quizzes to get an A in her midterms!

Hands down to the best Professor CSUN has! Her class is fun and interesting. There are a few papers, 2 group projects and no final. If you do your work on time & go to class it's an easy A. Participate, ask questions, and enjoy the ride. I would definitely take her again. Start your research on time it's a lot of info but reasonable. TAKE HER!

She gives you all the tools/answers to succeed in the class, although some test questions are kind of random (most arent). Show up to class and take notes on what she triple stars. If you do the homework, attend class, study the quizzes + starred notes, and write a decent paper (nbd) you should be fine.

She's a great sweet professor. No attendance taken but she literally tells you the exact questions she will ask on the exam during lecture. No group work!! exams are pretty straightforward and easy, 1 book report (graded by TA), weekly hw that takes a while, but it's easy. Overall good easy MGT class that I shockingly learned a lot in.

Very straightforward class. Don't buy the book! The exams are half online quizzes, half in class "star answers" from lecture. Make a friend who you can get notes from. The essay is graded easily by the TA. I didn't attend class and still got a B. The online weekly assignments are graded as credit or no credit.

I actually learned a lot in this class. I am not a fan of group projects but they were all do-able as well as educational. The second half of the semester when there is mainly presentations was the best part. She is a cool professor too with lots of knowledge on real life situations.

great teacher and wonderful human being. Intl Bus was definitely not the easiest class. few assignments and 3 BIG projects (2 Group projects, 1 solo paper). In class might be easier than online because ppts turn into papers(sorry future COVID takers). Cares about her students and very interesting assignments.

She is very nice to all her students and gives good feedback. For mgt 464 we had to write a paper that was about 8-9 pages. She replied to my emails quickly which I liked due to being in a pandemic. Overall I liked this professor she was great.

She is an easy grader, assigns group projects which are graded by TA. Has 2 midterms, no Final which are based 50% on quizzes and 50% in class lectures(she highlights the topics in the lectures that will be in the test). There is reading, it will be applies to the group project.
