This teacher is got to be the best at South for math. You put forth just a little effort, she will go the extra mile to help. She allows makeup's and gives bonus points. If you miss questions on the exam, redo the question correctly and she will add a few more points for the final grade. Homework is do by the end of the semester.

Great teacher to take for math. Goes over notes VERY well, gives you practice test and anwsers. Questions on practice test are pretty much the same. Homework is done out of the book and she only makes you do ODD so anwsers are in the back! You'll deff get an A in her class!

This class was so easy that it made me feel stupid. I know what you are saying, you just want to pass. But for those who don't like math but still have a little bit of pride... Ms. Serdynski is a really enthusiastic teacher. We didn't use the textbook at all, so I'd reccomend you hold off buying it until checking with her. Uses blackboard, homework is done online. Sometimes lots of homework questions, if you get behind it can be a big task to catch back up. Good teacher, reccomended.

I havn't taken math in awhile so I was worried I forgot a lot. She is such a great teacher. She made everything very clear, the homework is online so you can do it on your own, and she lets you retake tests even though you'll get an A on them anyways.

Professor Serdynski is a phenomenal teacher and person. She genuinely cares about her students and their success. This is my second math class with her and I would recommend her class to anyone. Professor Serdynski is a very compassionate, and smart and these two components make her one of the best Math professors at FCCJ.

I can not say enough about her. She is awesome in every way and HOT to boot. She will help you no matter how long it takes. On test days, she'll hold a study group to answer any last minute questions you have for however long it takes. I'm staying with her all the way through Stats. Just do the home work on my math lab and test and you got an A.

She counts homework and quizzes only to help you out on your exams if you need it. Having two exams and failing both, I was able to pass with a "C" due to my extra credit. I took her online for College Algebra after already failing in another professors class. I made a B in this online class. She was very helpful! Two tests on campus and the rest due on line. She counted every quiz and homework which helps your grade a lot!

Professor Serdynski is just plain awesome. I passed the class with an A, but the class average was a B. Attendance really doesnt matter. 4 tests, no mandatory homework, no attendance policy. She has a little bit of an accent but it doesnt mess with her teaching. No book is required for this class, I bought one and didnt use it. Two thumbs up!

OMG - This by far has been the BEST professor I've had thusfar!!! She was very patient, understanding, and considerable. The final is proctored and takes at minimum 2 hours!! Utilize the study guide - it is exactly what the final is - different numbers plugged in. She allowed us to use formula notes with the final. The coursework is on mymathlab.co

I loved it if for no other reason than she left us alone: No harassment w/weekly discussion board, 2 chances on all quizes, no midterm, 3 hw sections per 2 weeks, & never bought the book. Don't take the online class if you need direct assistance, but if you can do it alone, you'll love it. I hate math & got managed a B.

her class was pretty easy.. and i'm really bad at math. the only grades in the class (statistics) were 4 tests so make sure you study hard for them. but she gives out review sheets that are almost exactly like the test so it makes it very easy to study and understand!

Great teacher. only four tests though. Always gives a review the day before the test, where she goes over every question thats on the review packet, which is based on whats on your test. Shes a little slow at grading, but she teachers alot of classes. Great overall.

This instructor was one of the best online teachers that I have ever had. Lets you take quizzes as many times as you need, to get the grade you want. No time limit on your exams and are multiple choice. She gives you a practice final that is exactly as your real final, and only changes the numbers to the problems. I would highly recommend.

I took the online version of this class in MathXL and was finished with it two months ahead of her schedule. You only have about 15 homework assignments, 7 quizzes, and 1 proctored final. She gave out a practice final which was the exact same as the real final, the numbers were just altered. There is no problem at all maintaining the pace she sets.

Excellent professor! Quick to respond to messages and very helpful. I took the online class and there were about 30 homework assignments and 6 quizzes. She dropped the lowest 3 homework grades and the lowest quiz. She gave out a great study guide for the final that let you know exactly what to study. I would definitely take her again!

What a great experience! I was dreading this class but it wound up being great, all because Professor Serdynski is great. Everything done through MyMathLab online (textbook not needed) 30 assignments and 7 quizes. Gives a practice final, lets you bring a formula sheet to proctored final with calculator and final was multiple choice! Take her!

Best online class I have ever taken! I am far from a math person, previously took mac 1105 with a diff professor and got a D, with her I got an A! She responds to emails with no problem and the study guide she gives is the exact same as the test with different numbers of course. I recommend her to any and every one !

Absolutely amazing professor!! She makes sure you are well prepared for test. Test are 60% of your grade, Homework is 10%, Quizzes are 5%, student portfolio is 5% and the Final Exam is 20%...Which means you can fail the exam and still pass the class with a B, but I promise you if you put forth the effort to study and ask questions you'll do fine!

Loved her! She is so sweet and helpful. I am terrible at math and got a "B" in the class. Her final is not as easy as everyone says, but the practice final did help prepare me for it. I had Prof.for MAT-1033 and her class was Interm. Algebra. We did really use the FSCJ book which you will need since it has the access for MyLabsPlus for class assignments. You must do your online before your exams.I recommend her, she knows her material. I do have to warn you that is passionate and is kind of loud when she teaches.

You use mylabsplus for homework which is all online. Explains what will be on the test so you will never be surprised by something new. Most def take her!

Professor Serdynski really loves math and she will tell her students that, as well as "I am the re-take queen". She does the lectures off power points that she made herself. Her tests are all multiple choice. The homework is on fscj dot mylabsplus dot com and the practice exams are the quizzes for her class. I recommend her.

I took this course online and even though she provided deadlines she didn't stick to them. Very good about responding and trying to help students that try. I was struggling and thought I might have to retake this class but passed with a C thanks to her help and generosity. I suck at math but she made me feel like I actually grasped something.

Great teacher!! she loves what she teaches and has a awesome personality. If your not strong in Math shes great at teaching it, so it feels understanding and easy. TAKE HER!!!!!!!!!

I haven't understood math my entire life, until this class! She is the BEST PROFESSOR IN THE WORLD PLEASE TAKE HER! She's cool, patient, organized, replies fast & is willing to help you 24/7. She lets you retake test & gives the test reviews way in advance. Impossible to not get an A!

Math has always come easy to me until this course. I struggled, but the professor is very easy to contact and get help and she is very understanding and tries to help you work through your course work. I would recommend her.

I am not the best at math. I was terrified to take this class. I took her online statistics and loved it! She is very patient. She's really good at responding to emails. Very nice lady. I definitely recommend her. The work load wasn't bad,typical for online. 3 proctored exams. The practice tests were identical to real test. She was awesome!

This was a hybrid course. She is a character but that made the class pretty fun. If you have questions don't be afraid to ask.

The thought of taking statistics gave me nightmares. Especially since it was online. Within the first week I knew Professor Munoz was a great choice. By far the BEST professor I have ever taken at FSCJ. I took her online and she couldn't make it any easier for students to pass. She responds to e-mail in a timely manner. I LOVED her. She treats you like an online class and you just have a mid term and final. The rest is done through my math lab. For the two test she gives a practice exam which is the same thing as the real one except different numbers and just memorize the steps and boom, easy A.

This was by far the best online class experience I've ever had. She replies at all hours in a very brief amount of time. She also sends out motivational emails, counting down what's left of your course! I was totally afraid of statistics, but she is there to help the whole way.

Best math professor by far!! She is helpful and has tools available to help you understand difficult subject matter. Not only a great professor, but encouraging!! Statistics is not easy, so you have to keep on top of it an study but she will review your mid term to find you extra points which brings up your score. DEFINITELY recommend!!

Sign up for her class ASAP! She is hands down the best math teacher at FSCJ. Steps for easy A. Before you begin the chapter, go to chapter contents, select your chapter, mulitimedia etext, and then scroll to the last page where it says "using technology." This will give you step by step to complete chap on TI-83/84. Easy A.

She is a great professor that is caring and gives feedback throughout the class. I failed Stat before taking this class. The class is heavily weighted on the midterm. It worked out for me. She even gave feedback after exams to let you know where you stood. You wont have surprises with your grade. I HIGHLY recommend taking her if take Stat.

Well there no much to say, beside she an awesome professor. Focus on studying the Midterm, because it worth more than anything else. The textbook is required to do the homework and you can work on it at anytime you want. Multiple test try on the test and the there prepractice on the test. Where the pre est is going to be the same at the actual exam

This is the BEST math teacher I have ever had. This is the third class I have taken with her and she is the reason I am passing math. She will do everything and anything she can to make sure her students succeed. Mid-term is 500 points so make sure you are all set for that and you are good. Take her class and do not be afraid to ask for help!

Most awesome Professor. She cares, works with you, and ensures you are passing. Answers emails promptly and provides the tools you need to pass. I have no hesitation in taking her again. Hardest class Ive ever taken but she was there with me to the end. We need more Professors like her.

Took 7-wk course. Take DETAILED notes because you're allowed to use them on the tests. Professor Munoz uses the Aleks program, so all the work is done online. She's there to help you, just ask! Aleks requires a lot of homework, so you'll definitely need to find the time to do it. It allows you to work at your own pace, and shows different examples.

Professor Munoz's MAT0028 class is a great option. The Aleks program allows you to work at your own pace, with detailed examples. Consistent homework is key, but the professor is always available to help. Definitely take advantage of unstuck ai for study prep.
