good professor, you will learn something, but only take her in the summer. she is a lot easier in the summer than fall or spring. she will fail you in a herartbeat. about 45% failure rate in spring and fall.

She is easier in the summer, in the fall and spring she just has the opportunity to give more work, like the sketchbook and the newly added pathobook. But she is hilarious, and always has a funny story to tell. Her class is never boring. But it is not advised to take her if you are a male.

Dr. Rayfield is awesome. She is the most intelligent person I have ever known. She knows the human body like I know the back of my hand AND she is still grounded. She makes you want to learn, just so you can one day sound like her. Not only is she smart, she is also genuinely sweet. I think she is hot. Enough said already .

Dr. Rayfield used to work for coppin but she left because people thought she was too hard on the students aand they didn't like the way she taught her class. I had her and I thought see was awesome. She is not fake like some professors. I needed a computer and she bought one for me. She didn't tell anybody she just cared about me.

I took Dr Rayfield in the summer because I failed the class during the spring. We did more work of course because summer means crunching 15weeks into 4 but I came out on top because of Dr. Rayfield. She made learning the material super easy because she taught it in ways I could understand and I came out with an A. Dr Rayfield is a great professor.

I just left Dr. D's online lecture. I though it would be boring but it wasn't. My brain starting hurting midway but i survived. Thank God for Dr. Rayfield. Amazing!!!! I never knew one person could be so intelligent. She actually made me like a topic that I actually hated. Dr. Rayfield has so much enthusiasm about what she teaches. I know I was wrong but I started Dr. Rayfield's class with an attitude. I had Di do many negative things about her and not just from students. Dr. Rayfield is the best of the best. Her goal is that everyone pass with a B or higher. She likes when you ask question and gives extra credit all the time. She doesn't like likes online unless your class doesn't participate. If you pay attention to her Lectures there is no way to fail and all her test are online.

Took her for biol 102 and Dr. Rayfield is amazing. She tries very hard to help you understand why you are learning about atoms, genes and pH when you really just want to be a nurse . If you are weak in biology you should take her. She will work with you if you ask her. She taught my sister a long time ago and she loved her.

In my opinion DR. RAYFIELD is one best professor at Bowie State University. If you take one of her classes ensure that you know your information youll definitely pass her class. She is expected everyone to know and be ready to meet the challenges, but if you do all your work on time you will succeed on any of her classes.

Dr. Rayfield does not like slackers. You will definitely be left behind. She will not slow up for you. She will also give you exactly what you give to her. If you have an attitude, this course is not for you.

On the first day of class we learn about ADH and osmoreceptors . The information covered everything from the atom to the cells in the brain. I never learned in so much detail. But now I understand the process inside and out without remembering . Dr. Rayfield is clearly a genius or she just has awesome teaching skills .

Dr. Rayfield is the best. Other students don't like her because they can't pass the class. all you have to do is post a question of the discussion board and she will walk you through the answer, If you don't ask, you cant blams her, it's an online class......

ALL the assignments are online. Do the assignments on time and use socratic! There are a lot but don't get overwhelmed. She's a bit unorganized but tries to keep her students update about their grades. She is difficult to contact though so if she says she's going to be in her office GO! Attendance for lab is unnecessary.

Took this class in the fall and failed. Took the same course in the summer and got a A. Same course but so different. We had a lectures 4 times a week and they were all recorded and the exams followed the lectures. We had less than 10 assignments too.

I literally love Dr. Rayfield. She does get frustrated when students do not try to learn but expect her to pass them. She needs to teach at maybe a pharmacy school where students are used to working really hard or maybe even medical school. Bowie students are young and they might not be as serious as she wants them to be.

Dr. Rayfield is not for you if you are not a serious learner. In my school, on a small percentage pass anatomy and physiology the first time. Students should expect to take it at least twice. I took it twice at mu home school and failed each time. I took it with Dr. Rayfield and I was able to follow along. I love Dr. Rayfield.

Greatest professor I have ever had.

I love Dr. Rayfield and her one million assignments. Where else can you literally learn from a graded quiz. They are not regular assignment. Her assignments are put together to help students to learn. I am certain that I will get an A in this course and i learned a lot. Plus they are short quizzes.

Dr. Rayfield and her 1 million assignments are amazing. Yes, it's very time-intensive, but you will learn what you need to learn and be supported by an expert in her field. Be prepared to put the time and effort into this course if you want to pass. You have to show up and do the work. This is not a class that you can afford to not take seriously.

Her class is not easy but if you do the work you can pass and you will learn a lot . Student complain a lot but everybody has their preferences. She just might not be for you . She also teaches Biol 411 .

Wow! I had her for 311, 312and 102 and she was real cool! Well, she did go off twice . Once for somebody cheating and again for something else. But, other than that, she cool.

Dr. Rayfield is a phenomenal person and an excellent professor. However, some students do not need so much information. For me, I plan to attend medical school but first I have to take the MCAT. So yes, she is different and she does does a great job teaching. However, she needs to dummy it down just a little for nursing students.
