Sis. Love helped me develop new classroom management strategies. Her class is somewhat demanding but the assignments are practical and applicable to my life and future teaching. She has a great spirit and definitely strengthened my testimony. She invited us to her home to study for the final and she is easy to work with. Take her!

Sister Love is a great teacher. The class requires a lot of time, but you only have to go to class one day a week the other two days you will be in an elementary school doing a practicum. I learned a lot from this class and really enjoyed getting to know Sister Love.

Sister Love is very clear and organized with her class and her instructions and any assignments that are given. You will have homework every week but none of it is busy work. This class is a lot of fun! Lecture is 2 hours once a week and then 4 hours is spent in the elementary school. She hasn't been out of teaching elementary long so all her methods are up to date.

There is a lot more homework than other Ed241 classes, which can be frustrating if you have a lot of other classes. But it's all fairly simple. The handwriting you have to do anyway, and the CLA can be pretty fun if you work at it. All in all a good class.

This was the first semester ED 243 was offered for the Elementary Education Majors and our class were the guinea pigs. There's a lot of reading so stay on top of it, make sure you look at I-learn to see what is due and when or you'll get behind. Going to the school and teaching twice a week was fun and the students will always come to you for help.

GREAT PROFESSOR! I really enjoyed her. She has been one of my favorites! I wish she taught more classes! The only thing that was hard is they combined the class with motivation and management and it was a lot of work but worth it. this class is great because you get to work in the elementary school, however, this was the first semester after redoing the program so we had to test some things out... i had an excessive amount of assignments and papers (more like projects) due, but they are cutting most of them out for future semesters. repetitive but easy, stay on top of work!!

This class helped me learn a lot about how to become a better teacher! Attendance is mandatory, you can only miss one day, and after that every absence is 5% off your final grade. Getting to go into the elementary schools twice a week was really fun. The lectures are pretty boring though.

I had it spring semester and helping in the classrooms is hard with summer school.
