Great guy, great teacher. He tells you everything that's gonna be on the test. Mainly his quizzes give it away. You ace his group quizzes, you ace his test. Also, very funny and dorky. He talks a lot and has many interesting philosophies.

Prof. Hada is a very fun math teacher. He doesn't just teach his students math, he teaches them life lessons and how to get by in life. This class has to be the best class I have taken at Saddleback to date (it's my 3rd semester).

The first person that gave me any indication that math could be fun and that I could be succesful in it. I had failed years and years of math in highschool and got a high A in his class.

Hada is the best professor I've ever taken - and I have logged nearly 70 units. He will help anyone - anytime - and is incredibly intelligent and kind - also very fair on his tests and grading. If you can't succeed with Hada - go back to Algebra. This man makes the best of higher math.

Well math is not my subject if it wasn't for Hada I would have never passed Calculus. I think he was my third calculus teacher and I still didn't understand the subject. So after hours in his office and working with him I finally understood the subject enough to at least pass the class.

I thought he was pretty fair. He has a group quiz every few sections or once a week. Then after 4, has the test, all based off of the quizes. 3 Tests total. 1 additional final. Replaces the lowest test with the percent from the final you right. Hard subject. Homework. Good teacher. Fair.

Take this class if you want to actually build a foundation for calculus. He is a cool teacher and he makes learning enjoyable.

I took Dr. Hada about 7 years ago. I am now in grad school pursuing my PhD. When I think back at all the professors I have had he is the only one that I remember. He is by far the most motivating and inspiration professor I have ever had. I could only dream of there being more profs like him

Great professor. He's very helpful and he makes you work for your grade. The class is tough, but that should be expected of higher level math. Don't let him intimidate you about how tough the class will be. Just study and you'll get a good grade. The final will make or break your grade, so study hard for it! Oh yeah, don't get on his bad side!

Hada is enthusiastic about teaching math that can relate to the real world and he cares about his students success. Very helpful and has time during his office hours for each student. this guy really loves his job & his subject. he is always coming up with ways to help everyone pass. he does require attendance and effort though. he reviews before tests and collects hw which gives you easy extra points and you could basically turn in your english hw and still get credit for it .

he was such a good teacher he made an entire presentation on blackboard to help his students study inbetween his lectures, u have group quizes which are pretty easy, and the tests are also not that bad, you get to use a calculator. he is also pretty funny and gives lots of ex's. i highly reccomend him and i still wish he was my teacher!

Deffinantly cares for his students! If you are in need of help, he does everything he can to help you understand. He gives you access to all his past quizes and test including a final, to help you study. The only down fall is he gives a final that includes everything from the whole semester :(

Prof. Hada is one of the MOST inspiring teachers I had at Saddleback! He was voted Best Teacher of the year for 2 consecutive years when I took him. He is a great mentor, who is always willing to help! Group quizzes are fairly easy, so are the HW assignments. Tests aren't too bad. Great class! You will enjoy his humor. Really intent on making sure ppl understand the material as long as they dont mind to ask questions in class. Lets u use a TI-86 on tests & gives group quizzes which end up as take home quizzes alot. Teaches out of order from the text but it makes more sense. Good for people who have to to take calc as part of a science major. HW isnt collected.

Take this teacher if at all possible. He is the best math teacher I've had so far.... DONT TAKE LY!! He really tries his hardest to get everybody understanding the topics, and does not mind going over topics 2 or 3 times. Take advantage of his office hours, I wish I did more. DO THE HW! even though its not collected, its extremely important.

He is a good guy. He calls you out if you dont pay attention(hes good at that)but you will learn to listen, if you dont already. I really dont like math and his class was good(thats saying a lot). he does talk about life,class =boring/bland. class was fairly easy. I did learn my math, and he uses scare tactics, but dont drop. Bb voice is monotone

hes a decent teacher. hes not terrible and hes not great. but i would strongly recommend him for calculus simply because of the structure of his class. compared to other calculus classes, his is better by a far measure. it is very significantly different from other calculus classes and in a very good, helpful, comprehensive way.

The best teacher. I took his class some years ago and even after getting my masters, Dr. Hada is the best. You need to be willing to work and study. The people I've come across who don't like him are the ones looking for the easy way out or are too lazy to apply themselves. If that's you, do me a favor and DON'T take his class.

This is a very great teacher. He prepares you for college and teaches you precalc by hand and on a calculator. You need to work hard in his class if you want to do well. He gives the greatest life lessons and shows you how to succeed in the real world. I would difinitely take him again.

It's pretty fast paced - you need to keep up with your homework and you'd be smart to get a study-buddy or tutor. Probably the most able teacher at Saddleback, and the best Math techer at Saddleback. Teaches higher level math but also knows when he is 251 to dumb himself down, and has a good sense of humor. Does test review before each test attend those and his class is extremely easy. Just have to do good on homework and attendence outside of that.

Most students in university have grad students for precal, calc and even differential equations. Dr. Hada has been doing math longer that most grad students have been alive. Furthermore, a grad student is closer to a precal student that to Dr. hada when it comes to skills. With that he has been teaching well for 20+ years. Best teacher ever!
