I'm not really a fan of online classes, but this professor made the transition smooth, he was cool and nice, also every-time I have a question regarding any homework/assignment he would reply fast. I really recommend this class!!!!

Professor Dokter is great! He provides lots of resources and updates on what is due. There is always a clear outline of what is needed. Plenty of opportunity for extra credit for those that need the extra points. Very knowledgeable in the industry and I learned a lot. Would definitely take another class with him.

Quizzes and assignments come right out of the book and PowerPoint. Very straightforward class, just read the book and you'll pass. Will constantly remind you of upcoming assignments, which is great since it shows the commitment towards his students and no other professor really does this. Just turn off Canvas notifications if you get annoyed lol.

The course was entirely online, not sure if it was due to Covid or it normally is that way. There are quizzes and assignments due every week. If you read the textbook and chapter powerpoint slides its doable. It may take some time, but its not overly difficult. Also pay attention to due dates. I missed one test. (working full time here).

Professor Dokter cares for his student's success. He gives great feedback, I wish I could have taken the class in person rather than online. My friend took his class in person before the pandemic and LOVED it. The assignments are based on the reading that week. He makes the material interesting and easy to learn.

Great professor during Covid times. Straightforward assignments on Mindtap. I took two courses this Winter semester and it was great because both of my classes were well structured and organized. Accessible and willing to help!

Prof Dokter BUSO25 course was structure really well, especially during the pandemic. The coursework is straight forward, clear discussion prompts, and he gives good feedback. The Workshop and Aplia assignments in Mindtap was a bit confusing. I would suggest Prof Dokter let students know that you have two attempts in the Workshop assignments.

All work is done through Cengage and about 2 online quizzes and 2 post per week on Canvas. Make sure when doing the discussion post you follow instructions carefully and incorporate the book. Overall it was a fun class with an amazing professor.

Taking this class was the right choice. Professor Dokter provided good feedback and replied email fast. The only thing that was unfortunate is that there's no "zoom class." It would have been better if we had an online class that we could interact with professor and classmates rather than through discussion post. But this class overall was great.

I missed a couple of assignments one week due to some personal struggles but he encouraged me to complete them and at least get partial credit. The class was structured really well and directions were clearly stated for each assignment and discussion. All tests and assignments followed the textbook and material was very informative. I'm not a fan of online classes, but this professor did pretty well. The professor is friendly and cares for his student's success. He gives excellent feedback and reminds you each week of what needs to be done at the end of the week. I enjoyed participating in the class's events of zoom meetings with business owners and asking questions.

He is a great teacher always making sure we have the assignments done be for the due date and very communicated with the students. Always encourage the students to do more and better. The best part you can get to see him during his office hours which help a lot be able to ask him about homework and other questions related to class.

I took BUSM25 and let me just say, this professor is great! My only regret is not taking his class in person, but if you are a busy person an online class is perfect for you. You can definitely pass as long as you keep up with work which is due every Sunday at 11:59pm. He gives so much extra credit opportunities throughout the semester. Rate:10/10!

I take BUSS 36 online this Fall, it is an easy class for me. You need to read and follow the instruction, then you can earn a good grade. Professor Dokter is very nice, he sends notice to remind students to complete the assignments. He also offers credits for this class.

He is very caring to his students & really makes you feel that he wants us all to succeed. Teaches a lot of valuable material & his lectures are great. He does a lot of group participation which really helps & encourage active thinking. Also encourages us to attend zooms with guest speakers that share lots of valuable info & lets us network.

Hes a good professor, makes sure you are on top of your work, quizzes and discussions. He gives you an opportunity for extra credit as well. I did not take chance of the extra credit opportunity but I still passed his classed.

This was an online class during Winter. Professor Dokter had clear expectations and his assignments were easy to understand. He made sure to email you reminders if you hadn't submitted assignments (about halfway through the week). Quizzes were open book and he provided power points, which made finding the information easier.

This is an Asynchronous online class. Must purchase a Cengage subscription. The syllabus is clear on Chapter readings and due dates. The professor offered extra credit, which can help with the overall grade. There were five discussions, and the final was a discussion. He sends a helpful email reminder to turn in work. Highly recommend the class!

Our weekly module generally consists of a PowerPoint along with videos links, one quiz, and a discussion or an assignment. He does not overload you per week if you take him during Fall/Spring. He understands and gives you the best approaches to learn. Hello this is my second time taking him and he is so nice and always answers your emails. He cares for his students and always try to give different extra credit opportunities. It is usually a discussion and quiz weekly, but the quiz is open notes. As well an assignment maybe ever other week and no midterm, video resume final super easy to do.

I normally struggle with online courses, but Professor Dokter made it easy to follow and the course load was not too heavy. You could keep up at a good pace for short semester. Reading was light, discussions gave great insight and allowed to learn from other students perspectives. Highly recommend!

Professor Dokter was a tough suppressor only because I am a college student that struggles with citing sources. I kept getting point deducted on my assignments and did not get it until the end. He's super chill and is willing to work with you if you have any problems. There are 4 quizzes to do like once a month but they are really easy. The group project is worth most of the grade because he focuses more on that than the final. Final also in cumulative which was awesome. If I have the chance i will 100 percent take one of classes again.

He teaches this BUSM60 Human Relations class which is great because you'll learn a lot about the workplace and how you fit into it. Dokter is one of the most influential professors that I have taken in MTSAC! He absolutely opened my mind to supply chain and as an accounting student, I now am adding supply chain as another degree. This class seemed very hard at first due to so many terms and new concepts but because of how he provides lectures, it became easier to understand.

He is attentive, and in tune. Assignments are graded asap. He's here and present even though the class is distance learning. He deeply cares about each student's ability to pass this class. During a rough patch this semester, he was flexible with an assignment or two when asked. His weekly reminders push me to get all my assignments in on time.
