This is a very interesting and dedicated professor. Very passionate about her job and the success of her students!

Very organized! She gave the agenda for the whole semester at the begining of the semester which helped a lot. NO EXAMS! there is a PPT presentation, research paper and 2 minor papers that is to be done in this class

This teacher is very organized,she gives a very detailed feedback on each paper indiviadually. When giving instructions she is very specific on what exactly we need to do.I advice everybody to take her class.

Organizational Change is a required course for several majors. Dr Sanchez is very smart and has a lot of real life experience to share that brings the material to life. The topic is very difficult but relevant in business today. Be prepared to do a group presentation! She does have high standard but grading is fair. Challenging course.

Dr. Sanchez let me know I could contact her any time and was very receptive when I called her. She has been the only teacher to provide recorded lectures which were very helpful. She also provided other helpful resources. The sample APA paper was my favorite. The assignments were varied and interesting. Great teacher !

Dr Sanchez is an awesome professor. She is always willing to assist students. She provides assignment that is relevant to understand the course concepts. If you do your work seriously, then you will definitely get an A. I would highly recommend taking her class, because she shares her experiences to make us understand the concepts more clearly.

She doesn't let people hide in class so make sure you have done your reading prior to class. She is a stickler for APA formatting, just follow the rules. Dr. Sanchez is a great professor, and she teaches several of the business and HR course here at Amberton. She requires critical thinking at a Master's degree level. The writing assignments can be challenging, but are graded fairly. Exams are pretty straight-forward from the textbook and multiple choice. I would definitely take her again.

All the assignments were available at the first day of class so I was able to workread ahead a little when I had the time. There were lecture recordings to for each assignment which I found really beneficial as it helped provide some additional clarity. Stay on top of the reading and be prepared to do a lot of writing and you should do fine.

Dr. Sanchez is a great professor. I learned a great deal about HR and she gives thorough feedback to help you going into the next assigment. The homework is quite time consuming especially if you work full-time and have a family. The best advice I can give is to work on assignments a little each day and turn them in on the due date.

Dr. Sanchez is an amazing professor. I would not even think twice to take her class as she is just superb. Her lectures are so helpful and easy to understand. Her course is well organized and it has a great mixture of learning resources. The supportinginstructional documents were very helpful as well. The course content is rigorous and rewarding. I was impressed with her. She gave timely feedback even though she had several students in a number of different classes. In my opinion she is outstanding.

Dr. Di professionally provides her students with helpful and interesting lectures. She always encourages her students to share their viewpoints, experience and ideas in the class, which makes her class very active and enjoyable.

Dr. Di is dept. chair and you will understand why. While she has a no nonsense, straightforward style she is also very caring, encouraging and helpful. She is there for you and wants you to get the most out of her classes. Classes are rigorous, but she is very fair and your knowledge and confidence soar as a result of her instruction.

Class is easy do your assignment and presentation on time and there is no way you will fail. All students in my class received A+Her class is interesting, fun, I just did my paper on time and presentation and got easy A. There is no way you anyone could get less than B even if you miss class or forget to submit on time.

Dr. Sanchez is a great professor. She has years of experience in HR, so she knows what she's talking about. Her expectations are crystal clear, and her feedback tells you exactly what you need to do to answer questions for full credit. Tests are long but come straight from the book. Put in the time and make your deadlines and you'll do fine.

Learned a lot. As long as you are committed to doing homework, discussions, you will do well.

I have to say I was overwhelmed when I saw the syllabus. There were a lot of components to each assignment (which is why I ranked the class a "2" in easiness). However, if you stay focused and keep up with assignments, it's manageable. She really knows her stuff- just look at her credentials! I can tell Dr. Sanchez cares about her students!

I've taken Dr. Sanchez online and in lecture; both times she was very helpful and understanding. She is a woman of Christian values and was willing to assist in any way that she could. She is a professor that I would love to keep in contact with in the future. She is truly an expert in her field!

She makes it easy to understand all the concepts, as she implements it with her experiences she has gained through her job positions before. Her assignments are to the point and it covers all the materials we need to understand.

Expect to work at a graduate level. This class will prepare you for the real world. if you want to learn lots and improve, take her class! if you are looking for an easy A, she is not the teacher to take.

Dr. Sanchez has high standards, but provides students with ample instructions and provides a personal number to ensure that students can reach her for any assistance they need. She is committed to her student's success and is an excellent teacher. She provides an outstanding learning experience!

I took HR Management with Dr. Sanchez and the class was great. HR Management (MGT6177) was tough but I learned a lot. Dr. Sanchez is a great teacher. The Research Graduate Project was long and tough but well worth doing. If I was not graduating next Quarter, I would take another class with this Professor in a heart beat. I wish all the best!

Dr. Sanchez gives good feedback and expects participation. She does care about her students and is interested in student learning. She does provide clear directions for her class. She does give webcasts to explain the grading. I would take her again. I have read the other comments on this site and don't agree with the negativity.

This was an awesome class. Dr. Sanchez made Managing the Global Workforce very interesting and engaging. Although this was a challenging class, I learned alot. The Graduate Project was fantastic and I shared it with my employer. My boss was impressed. Dr. Sanchez is clear on her expectations and grading. Would definitely take her again!

The assignments draw heavily from the text and expectations are clearly laid out in the syllabus. Follow those and you will be fine. Dr. Sanchez was available to answer questions and gave feedback with each assignment. Would definitely take her again.

Dr. Sanchez provides all the tools a student needs to learn the material. Follow the syllabus and follow the book. I have had her for two classes and would take many more with her. If you want an A you will need to do MASTER level work. She is an amazing teacher with a gift for helping the student learn!

Dr. Sanchez is an amazing teacher! She is interested in helping the student understand the material. She provides a fluid rubric for you to follow. Follow the rubric to help you follow the book you write the paper based on this model you will get an A! Dr. Sanchez will give you feedback and will answer any question you have. Dr. Sanchez was very willing to help her students. I called her on a Friday night once and even though she was through for the evening, she took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. She provided thorough feedback regarding each assignment. She teaches a tough class, but I respect that and her teaching style.

I miss quoted a few things on my first paper and she gave me a zero for plagiarism. She only said to look into the apa manual instead of giving input or deducting points since it was the first paper

Dr. Sanchez is very interested in helping her students. She cares that students are learning. She provides her telephone number and will take your call at anytime. I recommend you call her early so you can understand the directions and helps you on expectations. Listen to her videos. That will help you so much!

I had Dr. Di for distance learning. The syllabus was intimidating, but I ended up enjoying her and the class. It was an overall good experience. She makes you work for it but was not over bearing or anything. I would take her again, but prepared to work.

Dr. Sanchez is one of the best professors at Amberton. I have taken 3 classes with her and found her consistent, fair and accessible. I would recommend her highly. She does make you work but I have learned so much from her classes.

Dr. Sanchez is a highly professional educator. SHe holds both herself and her students to very high standards. I found her chapter review webcasts to be particularly helpful in absorbing the course material. I look forward to taking additional courses taught by Dr. Sanchez in future semesters.

Dr. Sanchez took the time to call me personally to help me understand what I needed to do on certain assignments. The class was enjoyable and I look forward to taking another class with her.

Dr. Sanchez's course was excellent. She set clear expectations for class, graded in a timely and fair manner, and was always readily available for additional questions. Expect to read and write a fair amount in this class, but that should be expected of a graduate level course. The writing assignments greatly helped me to synthesize information.

Make sure not to plagiarize in any way at all. No direct quotes. She wants your thoughts when it comes to writing papers. I would not recommend taking her as a first-time grad class. I would recommend to take her towards the end of meeting your credits. She was very thorough and allowed for resubmission to get a better grade. Do not slack.

Dr. Di is awesome! She's fun and engaging during our weekly Zoom calls, she's accessible via email and Moodle messages, and she truly loves teaching and interacting with her students. With school online, interaction is crucial to the student's success. Dr. Sanchez provided clear instructions and expectations for her class. She also let us know that she was accessible outside of the classroom anytime we needed her. Dr. Sanchez's zoom meetings were therapeutic to my comprehension, retention, and ultimate success in her class.

I would recommend Dr Di to other students. She is passionate about DEI. Her passion contributed to improvement in my writing and critical thinking of DEI. She gives great feedback. If you apply it, you will do well. I encourage one on one or group interactions. Her storytelling is invaluable.

I really enjoyed the weekly Zoom sessions. These sessions helped to get a better understanding of the chapters that were covered during the week. It also provided clarity on how to answer the questions for the assignments that were due. Dr. Di also provided constructive feedback when she graded the assignment, so you can perfect the next one.

Dr. Dr has impacted my life in such a way and I firmly believe that this is one of her goals as a professor. Dr. Di is a respected professor and professional who cares about her students. I have taken Dr. Sanchez 3 times. She never disappoints in her Zoom classes and Moodle organization. She does expect students to learn and communicate with her regularly. Please attend her Zoom classes! She reviews the chapters and the assignments. Trust me if you do that, you will get a great grade. Great professor and person.

Dr. Sanchez is not only an university professor. She is an HR practitioner who has HR consultant work outside the school. What she asks is what makes sense in the real world. Her "so what?" question always pushes students to think realistically and timely as a real-world HR professional. Loved her class!!

I've had Dr. Di for 5 courses, maybe 6. Once you get the hang of her grading style it's pretty easy. You get out of her courses what you put into it, and her grading is fairly straight forward. The documents she gives you all have pieces of information you need, so this isn't a professor that spoon feeds you information.

When taking classes from other professors, I find myself missing the guidance and structure of Dr. Sanchez. She made me believe in myself more and more with each critique. I wish all my professors were cut from the same cloth as Dr. Di Ann Sanchez. Thank you so much for everything. I can't wait to have you again in Winter.

I am thankful to Dr. Di for her compassion & flexibility in completing this course later than expected. I am a Hurricane Ian survivor & was without Internet for 2 1/2 weeks. I was treated with dignity & care in what was probably one of the most difficult times of my life. I cannot thank Dr. Di enough for listening to me every time I called her.
