Very easy, very clear, VERY high school. Nice lady, and is interested in the students understanding and doing well. There was a quiz or a test every week which sucked, but she does drop one test + E.C. opportunities. The final is worth a lot, which is acummulative *ew*. Easy B, with effort, easy A

Wonderful teacher!

I find math a very difficult subject. It takes me a long time to understand the concepts, but with her class, I found myself understanding the material and doing well on my quizzes and exams. I even have the potential to earn an A, which was impossible before. I am shooting for an A, but will settle for a B. She's a great teacher in my opinion!

she is one of the esiest teacher i had. she drops the lowest test and gives u a 25 point extra cedit. i had a 96,100,100,100 on my test and she droped the 96 and i could of get 50 on my final and still have an A in the class

Very nice professor. Only complaint was she really didn't drill the material in you like other math teachers. I found I had to find other professors online lectures to get examples on how to do problems. However, if you ask questions on h/w or need help, she will help you. Would recommend professor because she is so approachable.

very good teacher, who takes the time to answer everyones homwork questions. her lectures for the most part clear. i had a bad 115 teacher (Gotlieb) and barly got a C. i took her 125 and got an A. i recommend this class to people who have trouble with math, becuse i did utill i took this class

Her tests and quizzes are easy, but when it comes down to the final, you need to do well. She's a sweet lady and will answer any questions you have, and will help you in any way she can. Do the extra credit, it will boost you up. Recommended!

Oh man, this was easy. You do have to know how to actually do the math, but she'll answer any question, doesn't trick or surprise you on tests and tries to explain it as simply as possible. She pretty much holds your hand and explains until you get it, and anything on the test she'll have gone over beforehand. Almost always lets you out early too.

Easy. She'll walk you through everything and answer whatever question you have. Most of the time you get let out early and things like the tests and homework aren't difficult at all. She really simplifies everything and makes it easy to understand. I didn't put much effort in the class and got about a 99.9%, but I still learned the information.

Excellent teacher! If you are not confident in math, take her. She is so great! I have been trying to talk her into teaching 227 and 238 all semester so that I can keep taking her! DO NOT DOUBT TAKING THIS TEACHER!! you won't have any regrets...

Excellent teacher. Makes everything super clear and is very willing to help. Gives partial credit which is a plus. Do the homework, go to class and there should be no problem passing =)

If she teaches the math you need, and the time she teaches works out with your schedule, then sign up for her class. Shes really nice, really helpful, drops 1 lowest quiz and 1 lowest test, and did i say helpful?I feel I must restate.

Prof Bennet is so easy and understanding. This class is very easy and she simplifies everything. As long as you do the homework and come to class you should be fine. I've got only A's in her class; however, when I took the exit exam I didn't do so well because it was much harder than her tests. So if you are good at math take someone tougher.

Prof. Bennett is an amazing math teacher. She is incredibly helpful, speaks clearly, and answers all questions. Good for people who are not good at math. Grades easy, but nothing is lost with her easy grades, you still learn, and get to the level of where you are comfortable of working on your own. I wish I knew about her earlier.

Well, she is very sweet and patient, but half of the point to her course comes from the MET test. MET is hard. Her tests are easy. 700 points for her tests, quizzes and homework. 700 for the MET. I waited 3 semester to get a spot and her class and got a C. I could take it with another professor.

she is nice, but MET does affect your grade. It is worth 100 points. That is the difference between a B or A. Be prepare to study, she will give you hard problems. Her final was pretty hard. The good thing is that she explain everything . No surprises. Homework everyday.

Dr.Bennet is one of the best teachers in the math departments.If you show up to every class meeting and do the homework before class and make sure to ask question, you will pass the class. She makes math so fun and never goes on to a diffent section untill her students understand the material. She is the best. Her test/quizes are not hard.

Proud to say I got my first A in a Math class! I have always had a hard time in Math, but Prof. Bennett is very clear and helpful. Explains Math125 step-by-step in a graceful way that helps a lot. Goes to show that the organization, and clarity of a professor for a successful student does matter. She definitely nailed that :)

By far the best professor I've ever had. Very helpful and sweet, cares about her students and you can tell this woman knows what she is talking about. Very patient always has a smile on her face and if you pay attention and come to class it is impossible not to get an A in her class.

Professor Bennett is very nice and sweet. She teaches very clearly and easily. She goes over the Homework and truly cares about each and every one of her students. The only problem is that she is way too easy... She has to challenge her students not give the exact problems from the homework... But other than that she is a great math teacher.

In a word, awesome. Her teaching style is so clear even mathematically challenged students can do well in her class. Unlike with most math profs out there, homework is relevant preparation for exams, the material is reviewed prior to exams and she'll never trick you with off-the-wall problems.

It is refreshing to have such a great professor. Math is a difficult subject for me and 60% of the time I don't do well. She is clear and makes sure you understand, take her if you can. You will get a good grade and enjoy learning.

Professor Bennett is an amazing teacher. She takes the time to help each and every student. She always gives extra credit, and answers questions during tests.

She is an amazing professor. She should teach both 227A and 227B. She goes over what is needed for each test so you are not thrown off by any of the questions. She goes step by step on the board so you know how to set up the problems from what the question is asking. SHE SHOULD TEACH 227B because she truly cares about her students passing.

Professor Bennett is a SAINT! I have been so horribly bad in math up until I took her class. She goes over every module thoroughly until it's crystal clear in your mind. If you need help she's totally approachable and happy to answer any questions you have. No surprises on the tests either; she gives study guides. All in all, she's a gem! TAKE HER!

Statway227A is not that hard. But you need to put a ton of effort because there is so much information and Ms. Bennett's class is somewhat fast-paced. Read the computer exercises and go to tutoring. She needs to see your interest in the class. Don't be a fool, I met some students who failed her class.

She explains each lesson really well. If you don't understand something, she will explain the topic you don't understand in a way that makes it easy to understand. I highly recommend others to take her class.

Amazing professor. I've always struggled with math & was afraid to take her once a week 4.5 hour class but I'm so glad I did it. She is so sweet, friendly, and really cares about students. Tests/quizzes make up a majority of your grade but if you show up, take notes, do the HW & study you should do great. I would 100% recommend her for math 125

I took professor Bennett for Spring 2017, through the pace program. She provides you with plenty of notes to understand the material. Take notes everything on your notes will be on your test and quizzes. Goes over all homework. She does not use the mymath lab online code. Just your text book. I struggle with math passed with a C.

Professor Bennett was extremely kind and helpful. She really wants everyone to pass her class. She gave extra credit at the end of the semester and extra points on the tests. I would suggest not to miss any classes though since most days you go over 2 sections which is a lot of material. I wish she was teaching 228B.

Professor Bennett is sweet, gentle, friendly and caring. I took her for Stat 228A. She's clearly a math genius but does not flaunt it. She cares about her student's success and makes sure everybody understands the material. You have to have the courage to speak up though when you don't understand - and you will not understand at times.

Professor Bennett is absolutely phenomenal. She genuinely cares about her students and wants them to do well. Before every quiz/test, she does a thorough review to make sure everyone understands the material. Math isn't my best subject, and she seriously helped me out greatly. If she's teaching a class you need, don't pass her up.

Great prof!!! One of the best at Pierce. She had a clear grading criteria & really wanted everyone to pass. Never put trick questions and made sure we went over the material. There were tests every other week about. and some quizzes in between. Its a really easy A if you just show up and listen.

TAKE HER IF YOU WANT TO PASS! I have her for the new combined Algebra & she will teach you the information without leaving room for interpretation. Straight to the point! You will 100% understand the subject if she teaches you! PAY ATTENTION & you will pass. Quiz and test reviews included. My lowest test score 98%! She WILL drop your lowest score.

i took her during spring 2020 when every thing turned to online. She posted the lectures and sent the link to your email so you could watch them after the times of her zoom link. She makes you send pictures of your quizzes and test. She creates study guides for you. She is just great when it comes to teaching and one of the best math teachers.

She is very helpful she can give you plenty of example of work problems i would most definitely take her again. SHE IS SUPER EASY you will not regret taking her. I put math115 but i really took her for math 134

I took her Math227 class and there was a lot of homework but it was a summer class so thats expected. Other than that she was a great professor!

I took professor Bennette for a 5 weeks summer semester. She gives a lot of homework, but it won't take more than 2 hours. She provides helpful study guides for the exams.

I have to say that I really love Professor Bennett! She's very sweet and will help you before or after classes if you really need it. This class is an accelerated course, so there's a lot of homework, quizzes, and exams, but she does her best to review and go over everything! Definitely, recommend her!

Smallest oldest teacher I know, but was very thorough and thoughtful and really took the time to work with you if you weren't getting something. she was a real one

She does give out a lot of homework but goes over it the next day to clarify things. If you do the homework and follow her notes you will pass. There are often quizzes and exams, but they are very simple. The homework is usually harder, but she reviews practice questions before exams. She is nice with grades, and she gives you a few extra points.

For sure more on review and lecture oriented be ready to learn and take tests for grade.
