I took Diana for my COM 101 class and not only is she easy she is very encouraging. She grades very easy and laid back. There is a lot of speeches and she is a bit old fashioned(not a great sense of humor) but she is very strong in her subjects.

Diana is a very nice person and you can learn a lot in her class. She requires a lot of work during the semmester, but she grades very fair. I would recomend her for COM 101.

She's a nice person however very poliically correct. The class is boring but the work is easy.I recomend her if you want an easy class just do the work and you got an A.

She's a little wierd sometimes, but very sincere about her interest in the discipline. I took her for two classes and enjoyed both, but at times I dreaded the next class meeting because she can dragged on and on. She is very helpful and a sweet woman, she knows her stuff but has an odd approach to teaching.

This teacher really desires to have her students comprehend & learn the subject and she will do anything in her power to make sure that you do. There are 10 in class activities worth a large part of your grade so you should go to class. 3 tests and one term project.

Easy class.... tests are just off the reading from the book but the book also comes with a CD. Ask questions though because she isn't very clear about her assignments

Very helpful with speeches if you ask questions. Tests/exams answers come straight out of the book or from lecture notes which is pretty easy. Everything in this class is pretty straightforward. Ask questions about her research packet because that was a little confusing to compile at first.

Make a good impression on her and you'll pass with no problem. She can be rude to certain students who are disruptful/late. Exams are online with answers in the book. Just pratice your speeches and avoid "uhs" and "ums." She can an easy and cool teacher if you get on her good side.

I took her 4 week summer course and really enjoyed it. We had a speech due every week because she had to combine 4 months into 4 weeks. We didn't have any tests but getting all the outside sources needed was rough! As long as you did your work, you got a good grade. I would reccomend her to anyone who wants an easy A and fun and educational time.

best professor for this class. she eaches and understands the material well. alot of given in this class but it helps out your grade.(FOR people who do not do well on tests). would recomend

She is very nice and truly cares about her students. U have to write 2 journals per weeek which is easy. There are three exams, and u will only know the answers if u read the book. Class is fun though and pretty laid back. Study the book a little and go to class and you should get an easy A

I took Dianna this summer she was great it was an easy A. I would highly recommend her she is very helpful. I had to retake this class from previous recieving a "D" but if you follow her guidelines you will pass I got an "A".. Great professor take her..

She is the best communication teacher i've seen even though she require a lot of works to get an A but common if you wanted an A, you also have to work for it. I recommended that take it on Summer because you will have a time to all of the stuffs that this class require and it's only 4 speech that you will have to give

Professor Clennan is a great professor. She will give you confidence and help you to become a good speaker and a great communicator. A great teacher for both COM 101 and 102.

She is very nice and easy going.

This was one of the easiest and best classes I've ever taken. This is an easy A as long as you do the work required. Some students make this class out to be more difficult than it really is. Diana lays everything out right before you and gives excellent examples to follow. All one must do is use her guidelines and the A is yours!!

Very sweet professor! She loves what she does and will teach you how to write and give an excellent speech. 4 mandatory speeches, but she grades easy and they're a piece of cake! highly recommended!

Easygoing lady as long as you give her a little respect. An easy A class as long as you come to class and put a little effort into your speeches. Not the most fun class, but at least it's easy.

This class was pretty easy. She grades easily on the speeches, but there are exams in this public speaking class. Don?t be scared off because they are easy exams. I would recommend her to other students.

She is an awesome teacher. Very helpful and wants to see you succeed. Made giving speeches a lot easier, and it ended up being fun. Very positive, and the homework was pretty easy. Definitely reccommend her.

I took diana in the summer & so glad i did! Hate public speaking with a passion but she makes it easy and fun. She's very helpful and clear on what she wants from you. Only thing i advise is when doing the hw responses is to be detailed and give your input dont just summarize. Great professor easy class :)

EASY class :) Prof is really nice. I was not looking forward to Com 101 and she made the class very fun. 5 speeches. 2 require research. last speech is a talent show. Midterm and final were take home and very easy. I definitely recommend this class to anyone!

This class was really easy. I took the four week summer class and it went by really quickly. 5 speeches. 2 research packets. 2 exams. I got a great grade and I was taking three other classes. She makes it easy to get a good grade.

Class was easy, i really hate public speaking and was nervous about the class. Ended up getting an A+, just follow her intruction to the letter. Summer section is best goes by quick, 3 major speeches and two or three mini ones, two exams, and research packets. For those who struggle she loves to help. Take her.

This class is EASY! I had a 98% and wrote every speech and assignment the night before if not the morning of. The teacher is sweet and innocent. The tests are questioned directly from the textbook. Easiest A of my life.

Awful class! You have to go by teachers pace... No lecture just reading. Weekly homework assignments very time consuming. 3 midterm type tests - Lots of questions on small details of the book (not enough time given). DO NOT recommend the online class -TAKE AT YOUR OWN RISK! She takes an interesting class and makes it a boring chore!

Professor Clennan was awesome! I loved every class. Whether or not you like to do public speaking, she makes it clear exactly what she wants and helps out A TON! I learned a lot, and I love doing debates now! I recommend her!

I took this class online. I have to agree about an earlier comment regarding all the busy work, weekly discussions, chapter reading, three big essays and three very difficult tests. With all that said though, the course is very easy, just a lot of work. Her communication was good and she is a fair grader.

Awesome Instructor!!! Really organized class, clear and precise instructions. Very quick to respond to emails. I DEFINITELY recommend this class and Instructor. Best Online class I've ever taken!

I took her 4 week COM 101 class over the summer and couldn't imagine doing it any other way. She was very helpful with your outlines and letting you know her exact expectations for each speech. She gave 2 tests and 3 speeches. We only had to write outlines never an essay.

Amazing teacher! Incredibly sweet, loves to teach, helpful, and very lenient. She's very laid back and does a lot of positive reinforcement. Class was always interesting and she did a lot of engaging with students rather than straight lecture. Loved this course! I will be taking her for another class in the fall.

Textbook is excellent. Professor is a gem. Assignments are clear. Professor responds promptly to all questions.If you read the textbook and use vocabulary so she knows you understand it, class is not hard. Not too much work. Professor loves to teach and wants her students to do well.

Easiest class I have ever taken. Honestly, a high school freshman could pass. The key to success is showing that you understand the vocabulary and can regurgitate it. I read the chapters a half hour before the tests and got an A every time.

Such a wonderful teacher! assigned into a group of 4 she chooses for you in the beg. for the debates ( you can later change if you want) which are super easy and fun! Reasonable grader, Her tests consists of 5 exams super easy stuff like vocab and short question responses the book is very useful EASY A

I REALLY enjoyed this class. For the most part the class is easy, but the test not so much. Make sure you read and study before the tests in order to get A's. Other than that you will be working in a group the whole semester and learning to work better in them.

Such a gem!! I have always been dreading taking COM, but Professor Clennan made it manageable, easy, and enjoyable!! She is willing to help exceedingly and does everything to make your speeches stellar! I will be taking more COM classes because of her now. Take her if you want COM to be fun, worthwhile, and overly rewarding. You won't regret it!!

Mrs. Clennan is pretty awesome! She is a tough teacher, but if you do all your work you will have an A. I took her summer course so it was intense. However i will say everything that she teaches you is of value. What I found very important is she is always willing to help. You can email her and she will respond pretty quick.

Mrs Clennan's is a great alternative to COM 101 if it fits into your degree. Group participation facilitated during class time and mandatory. Textbook cheap and full of great, easy-to-understand material. Professor very accessible, understanding, and helpful. Would take again.

Clennan's class gave me a great understanding of public speaking. Her assignments and tests are manageable, although she has a tendency to make her assignments a bit unclear.

One of the best professors at CSN. She really cares about her students succeeding. You MUST participate to pass. Easy lectures. She get's back to you promptly with questions you email her. You'll know what she expects from you from the start. I was super nervous at first but she does a great job at encouraging. Be involved and you'll be fine!

I'd take another Com even though I don't need it for my major.

I took COM 101 and 215 with her and absolutely loved them both. I learned so much and became a much better speaker, all because of her. She is incredible! If you get the chance, take a class with her- you won't regret it. She reminds me of a mother- very soft, helpful, encouraging, and kind. If you take her, treat her well- she has a heart of gold!

Awesome teacher! I am an older student and at first I felt out of place but she made me feel included and respected. Her lectures are easy to understand she gives ppts and handouts. She is big on participation and gives everybody a fair change to express opinions. Her exams are strictly from lecture and she includes essay questions.

The tests are easy but her lectures kind of suck. Some of the questions on the test she doesn't mention in class. She isn't very clear on assignments. She hands out a ton of paperwork and a lot of group work. Do the work and you will get an A

This prof is incredible! She is easy going and truly wonderful as a person who knows what she is doing. The class is nicely structured but there is still room to breathe. There are a few group projects but they aren't the worst ever. Prof Clennan makes the material interesting. She really cares and is there to help you learn. Outstanding woman.

She truly cares for her students and wants to expand their knowledge of the field of communication. She gives great lectures and always gives feedback. It is truly a privilege to be in her class! This class was rally fun, be prepared to watch a lot of videos and look at power points.

Fantastic professor. I came into this class utterly dreading it, but she genuinely cares about each student and wants you to walk away feeling confident about public speaking. Took this class over the summer So it was fast paced. Professor Diana really cares about her students. Exams are easy if you study for them she makes them very clear. Group projects were awesome too.

Diana is an amazing professor. She is super nice and caring and is a really easy grader. Most of the class is group projects since it is a group communications class. There are 4 quiz, but they are super easy.

TAKE HER! She basically gives you the answers to the exam. Took 2 exams passed both with As, everything based off of power points, and packets. Shes an easy grader, and does not let you fail. You fail because you want to.

Two exams, three speeches, and some homework. Very easy course to pass if you show up and stay organized. This professor knows all her students names and creates a light and friendly environment in her classroom. I would take this professor's class again and I recommend her to any one.

Super easy class if you put in a bit of effort. You get plenty of time to prepare for the speeches and the 2 exams are a breeze if you show up on days where she goes over the notes. Even if you skip a lot, she provides study guides too. She's a very sweet lady and I couldn't imagine how somebody would fail her class.
