Diana is a great teacher. Her lectures help you to learn the material.

Diana is a very nice teacher, and by far the best psychology professor at Shoreline CC. I'm about to take my thrid class from her but her classes fill up fast so you better get your name on the list quick!!

I love Diana. She is a great teacher with that rare skill for making lecture material engaging. I have taken nearly every class from her, and might take more even though I don't need the credit.

Diana is intelligent and has very deep understanding of her field. She is easy to relate to because she is a storyteller. The only problem is sometimes the stories take up more time than the actual teaching. I would have preferred more teaching.

I am taking her class this quarter and so far I totally enjoy it! She seems really nice and is definitely NOT stiff (no pun intended) about talking about sex. I'm glad that I finally have a teacher who realizes that you HAVE to have a sense of humor when talking about sex. Totally an inspiration! :)

I have taken three classes with her and gotten a 3.8 or better in all of them. She makes learning fun and is always there to help you. She is amazing and my favorite teacher ever!

She has a very fun approach to teaching and is a very nice person. She is also someone who you will want to find for a reference later in life.

This class was so easy but I think it was only because she taught it. I got my one and only 4.0 in college in this class. She is always there to help and clarify. She also is a good person to talk to if you need resources for personal needs.

She is my advisor and she has helped me so much. I have had a lot of obsticles to getting where I want to be and thanks to her I am on the right path now.

She brodened my horizons without making me feel uncomfortable. She is also very good at resp0ecting your personal or religious beleifs while aproaching the topic of sex.

She was very informative in a way that didn't put me to sleep. She made the distinction between Social psychology and Sociology very clear which helped me because I too sociology later and knew the difference. I wish I could take mroe of her classes.

Awesome Class! This is the only class I would wake up at 6am for! (it was an 8 o'clock class) I don't think it is possible to fall asleep in Diana's class.

She was great and I stayed interest. She also has great charisma and passion for what she does. Awesome stories too! Dont let it fool you though, her classes arent a breeze, she does challenge you. She just makes it fun.

She sure is wacky and unlike the other teachers! Seriously, she's cool. She tries a little too hard to be a buddy but overall, she does a great job but.... jeeze, Diana. I love the gays too but it's all right to mellow out sometimes.

Took her class fall quarter. Great class, great teacher, excellent method of teaching! You won't think of falling asleep in her class, Diana is very engaging, and she knows what she's talking about. Great sense of humor and very accomodating. One of the top professors at SCC!

this class was a blast. i learned so much and had a great time doing it. diana is very knowledgeable, and hilarious. this is a rare combination in college classes, as you probably know. She is extremely helpful and understanding. Has tons of great stories and personal experience. Take this class! And look, 10 for HOTNESS! ;) Better register!

DIana is very funny because I took an evening class, which was 3 hours and she kept me awake the entire time. She explains well with many examples and stories. Although, the lecture doesnt help or prepare you for the test. you have to really read the textbook well to do wel on the test as usual. The test is quite detailed and she is a bit of a toug

Diana is by far and away the best professor I have ever had. She is an agreeable and likeable person. I've never had more fun in a class than the ones that she been teaching. The workload that she gives you is, in comparison to most professors, is quite light, but she does grade somewhat hard on the work she does give you though.

Lovely, she is a lovely person. She is very nice. She goes on a lot of tangents...but she is clear and always tries to answer your questions. I have to admit though she was a tough grader, I was very surprised to find my GPA kind of low.

What an excellent professor! She loves her work and is very thorough in her explanations. She is very fair on her grading; this class isnt a give away good grade, but if you study you can do well and learn LOTS!

I took her Lifespan class online and maybe things were lost in translation. I found her to be very condescending and smug when she responded to student questions. Her grading was all over the place and it took her FOREVER to get grades back. I did get an A in her class and if that is all you care about, you may enjoy her class. I did NOT!

Prof Diana will certainly not give you an easy A. She makes you work for your grade, but overall, you get what you put out. She is clear and concise. Follow directions EXACTLY and you will be fine. IF you are looking for an easy A without much work, move on. This Prof requires you to think and to study.

She is amazing! She is super wild and funny in class but if you need help with anything (school or personal) she will help you! She really utilizes her office hours and also tests and homework online so you have more time to work on your works. Awesome teacher take her!!

Diana is really great. I took her class online (my first online class). I feel like she really wants her students to do well and succeed. However she does make you work hard and think critically about the material. I also found her tests to be very difficult. But I struggle with test taking in general. Highly recommend her!

Good: Diana has a lot of experience she can share with you, very knowledgeable, her classes are interesting. Bad: talks a lot about herself/friends/relatives, takes a lot of time to grade work (and grades are often without explanations), goes off topic occasionally. However, the class wasn't that hard, her demands are clear and you are rewarded.

She was slow at grading any of the assignments given. She did a very good job at explaining the more difficult idea. I would never take her again during spring quarter. She had a lot of things going on which made her grading slow done to a snails pace.

Knauf is easily one of the best teachers I've ever had! She loves her job and her passion for teaching is obvious. She's excited to help you understand the material and she is HILARIOUS! Her class is always fun! Even though she has 80 kids in class, she'll go out of her way to help YOU individually. I LOVE this woman! TAKE HER CLASS!

She is an amazing professor. I loved her and she made it fun to learn. She is not a push over and you need to do the work to earn your grade. I enjoyed her class. I would recommend her for psych 100. She is one of my top 3 favorite professors!!!

She is amazing! She's so kind, helpful, funny as hell, and makes everything so interesting. She really cares about her subjects and her students, and this is very clear in her teaching methods. She's also always ready to give hugs, talks and moral support, whether it comes to troubles in class or out, she's always ready to listen.

Diana's lifespan class is two hours but they fly by. She is a super reasonable person and gives a ten to fifteen minute break. She allows you to eat and drink in her class. Her humor keeps you interested. One of the best teachers at shoreline! I want to take every one of her classes :)

Very thoughtful prof who finds pleasure in the success of her students. Say something funnyinterestingintellectual? She rewards you with one point extra credit each time. Tests are all about the psychological theories you are learning being applied to the real world. Meaning you can just read a book, you need to comprehend. Up for the challenge?!

She is an amazing teacher! She's very passionate and know what she's talking about. She might be slow at grading because of her hectic schedule but it wasn't a big deal. One thing I particularly don't like is the test. Sometimes the questions are absurd and questionable (She got them somewhere online.) She also gives extra credits which help :)

She's entertaining and I've learned a TON from her. She's always there to help. All exams are online and open note. If you didn't pass her classes you need to reevaluate your life choices.

Honestly, taking a class with Prof. Knauf is the smartest class choice selection that you could make at Shoreline CC. She is witty, informed, passionate about everyone's rights, understanding, and overall just an all out hilarious person. She delivers information in new and creative ways to help everyone to learn regardless of learning styles.

The text book is an easy read. Just stay on top of the modules and you will do absolutely fine. Diana is amazing. Very supportive and good feedback. Keep an open line of communication if you're struggling and she will help you out! You get a lot out of this class.

Ms Diana's class is very easy to pass with a straight A ,if you follow her directions. She also gives an opportunity of an extra credit assignments.

A great class, loved it! The attendance wasn't recorded openly, I thought there won't be grading in this part. Turned out she would just keep that in mind quitely and release the participation grade at the end of the quarter. Not too much tests, three in totally, reasonable hardness. Not much assignment but need to pay a lot attention in class.

Great teacher! She cares about her students and will do what she can to help them learn. She gives interesting assignments that get the class involved in what they are studying. I had to take a hardship withdrawal in this class and was sad to do so! I will definitely look for other classes that she is teaching!

A lot of reading. Exams sometimes don't correspond entirely with text or course materials. Diana is very knowledgeable and helpful during office hours. A lot of random YouTube videos or articles jammed into Canvas modules. Be prepared to read the entire book and take detailed notes.

Really good teacher, she gives a study guide for each test and had optional online sessions to help us out. Definitely a lot of reading but was interesting and it prepared me for the tests. Helpful class!

I think I went to one of her lectures the whole quarter and even that was unnecessary. The whole class is surrounded by the textbook, which is generally speaking super straightforward as well. Her exams are super simple, getting a good grade is not hard.

Glad that she together with Jeannette were the first professors I have in SCC. Diana is very funny and seems to know a lot. She always welcomes her student to do a free consultation, although I never. I felt connected to the class as a whole because of their ice breaker and study method that require us to do a study group of 3-5 people. No regret.
