Interesting instructor & class. Keep up on lectures,notes, & reading to do well on tests & assignments. The class really isn't that difficult, only people who ditched & caused problems had issues. She has a neat section on Dreams, Love, & Relationships.

great teacher, she is very clear & wont stop explaining untill every student understands.

Hard subject but Kyle is easy to follow always available to help and seriously wants her student to suceed. make appt with the tutor and your gonna get an A

I took her class and it was a lot of work. I studied more for this clas than my others combined. She is a good teacher and cares. Funny and kept me interested.

i took diana for 161, 202, & 130 and she is the best teacher i have ever had. she is who inspired me to become a community college psychology instructor. she absolutely knows her stuff, cares about her students, and is always willing to help when asked.

She is the best teacher at FC. She cares about us and is always there to help. I thought I would do bad in these classes but I got As. Not easy but fair. Very organized and works with students. She makes it interesting and fun.

I was dreading this night class like the plague! However, immediately Diana put me at ease with her assurances that this would not in fact be hell. Her desire to make statistics learn-able was so evident. She made herself available to everyone and really did all she could to make statistics useful.

Her classes were amazing. I never do well in math, but I got an "A" in statistics. Her research classis very difficult though. You really have to pay attention and want to do well. if you are having any kind of trouble though she is willing to help. Take advantage of a great learning opportunity!

I hate math and got a B in the class. Ms. K wants you to know the stuff but gives some take home tests and lots of help and review. Best math teacher I had.

Whoever disses Diana is a complete loser. She gives out her home phone number if you need help, and she busts her butt to help people. All you have to do is do your stuff, and you'll get the grades. Diana cares about people and has a great sense of humor. Treat her right, and she'll do anything to help.

One of the best teachers at FC. I loved this class. She has group tests, some written assignments that aren't too bad. Speakers were awesome. Her humor is great and she really really really cares about students.

Good class to take if you want to take one on the computer. She isnt tough and tests you can use the book. 3 assignments that were not to bad plus discussions. I got an A; rec take her.

I had Ms. Kyle for human sexuality and she was awesome. Three homework assignments that were easy and the tests were group or you could use notes. Speakers were awesome and she was very funny. Best class at FJC

Ms Kyle's summer online class was a great class. I learned lots. It was organized and she was there! Quiz for each chapter and final plus one writtenassignment. The discussions were awesome. Take her class. YOu will love it and her sense of humor too.

EASY and you learn a lot. She is willing to help in every way. Sometimes she may say a rude comment, but its usually funny. Her class is clear and easy to follow. Homeworks easy, you do need the book for it because the problems are in there. It helps that she wrote the book because the homework problems are similar to the inclass problems.

I love her! SHe has got to be one of the best teachers on this campus! SHes is alyways willing to help anyone..just ask her!

She gives students help and tests are very fair. There is a journal and service learning required. I really like the class and will take more classes she teaches. She is awesome and funny. Several of the students in the class are not reading so they mess things up sometimes but that happens in all my classes.

Her class is not easy but she is fair. Quizzzes are on the computer openbook so that is great. She makes the class interesting and fun. She is always there to help and support us. She called me when I was sick to see if she could help. I will take more of her classes.

I took her online class last semester and it was awsome. She helped me when my uncle was real sick and even met me on campus. Tests are openbook and papers were easy. You must post messages and check to see what is going on. The videos and her jokes were great.

Best online class I have ever taken. The site was very organized and Diana is VERY willing to help in any area the students may struggle in. You will learn a lot in this class...i never really felt like i was learning though, because this professor finds a way to make learning about psychology really fun and interesting.

This is a GREAT class! Diana is so helpful and makes learning about psychology very interesting. She never had us have "mandatory chat sessions" and was always available if we needed help. TAKE HER! You won't regret it!

Incredibly nice teacher and was always available if you needed help. SHe responds quickly to your questions and doesn't make "chat sessions" mandatory. I recommedn taking her online class, you can tell she truly enjoys teaching psychology.She realizes not all of the class are majoring in the subject of psychology.

Awesome teacher! Not dull! Mixes lecture w/ power pt which is avail. online too, videos, fun assignments. Gives study guides for exams. Answers questions, makes an effort to explain concepts and is very fair w/ grading (extra credit available).

This was my second class with Diana. She is a great and fun teacher that takes the extra time to talk with her students. This was a half semester online class and we had three on campus meetings. She brought in food for the first meeting and cake for the last. Highly recommended.

She was a great teacher. Basically, if you are lazy and are not a true psyc major...you should not take her class. Her quizzes were easy if you read the book. She grades easy on the projects. If your not willing to put effort into her class then don't take her.

OL class. Easy! Lots of discussion, which can be challenging at times, but the book is easy to read, and the test are short, thank god. Writing assignments take a lot of time but are not too difficult if you don't procrastinate. Good class, not overly demanding for a 9 week class. :)

Psych 161 & 202 are not easy courses but Diana makes them bearable!! Great teacher!! Helps and cares for her students. Goal is to prepare you for next level. More than willing to help students that are willing to put in the effort! Doesn't play favorites but read the book and don't waste her time if you are lazy.

I love this teacher... she is so awesome. She makes the expectations of her students very clear and always has the desire to help. I took her online course. She gives 2 written assgn.'s and lots of extra credit. (The writings are somewhat challenging but doable) =) Good luck!

Made human sexuality fun. Doesn't let you slack, and her online tests are challenging, but if you study you'll be fine. You have to have a sense of humor to take her, otherwise you probably wont' like her teaching style. Easily approachable...

I liked her at first too but she does tend to get rude and impatient with her students as the class gets going. You feel like you're walking on eggshells when you ask her a question.

Whoever said this class is hard is wrong. This class does require you to respond to discussiona and there is a time period to which you must follow her instructions to do it. I am glad i took her online class, it is very easy and kept me interested in the subject each day I logged in. I highly recommend taking her for this class.

I had her for a 4-week online psych class. Extremely helpful, good personality, and knows her stuff. Gives many opportunities for extra credit. I got an A but with out the opportunity to do extra credit I would have gotten a B. Definitely take her if you have the opportunity.

Great Teacher, Good class. There's a lot of discussions that u have to post which calls for discipline. However, be professional in your posting or she'll call u out on it. If you're falling behind, do the extra credit. It helped me get an A. This is not a breeze course, but its open book.

OL: Great teacher, very helpful. She is on top of things and makes this class interesting. You have to read and do the work but can deffinately get an A. She's is not out to get you, but if you don't do the work what do you expect? Good class, great teacher.

I also have 202, 120, and had 131 with her. She is one of the greatest teachers at Fullerton college. Very helpful, works with you and extends deadlines for due assignments, must read the book before class, and she is very funny which keeps the class interesting. She does keep you the whole class period though which is the only downfall. TAKE HER!!

Great and easy class to take. Just show up, read the book, and participate in class. I look forward to taking her classes again. She keeps things interesting and she is very funny! She can be biased and rude at times.

I'd recommend her. It is true that she does like her butt kissed and may care more about her accomplishments than her classes, but for the research class, she is a very, very good teacher. She was there for me every step of the way, and you will really like this class. It's a lot of work, but it's pretty easy. Take her!

Took her for stats & research at the same time, smartest thing i've ever done! can't remember anything bad, the only neg thing would be that she makes you earn your grade, can't be lazy! expects a lot from us and wants us to continue on in the field with a strong foundation. she is helpful, SOOO funny, and great perspective on life. gotta love her!

I took her for Human Sexuality and General Psychology. I took gen psych online and she is very interactive. She responds to e-mails and is helpful. Just do what is required and you'll be just fine; it's pretty self-explanatory. As for the teacher, she's nice and funny always online, but in the classroom she has her moments;just like most people

She is really funny and her class is pretty easy. There are 4 tests but she drops one and most of them were online. There are a couple of quizzes that were easy too. I didnt study much and I got a B in the class.

If you are going to take a class this early in the morning this is the class to take. Her enthusiasm makes class fun and she cares about her students and their success. Just show up to class and do the assignments: 4 papers, 3 take home test (1 gets dropped) and the final.

Fantastic teacher! I've always loved her classes. She is intelligent, humorous, and engaging. Anyone who thinks she is sarcastic or mean wasn't paying attention and didn't understand the class.

Great teacher! This is a hard class at university level. She does a great job at preparing you for the major. Shes hilarious and the class is fun. Be prepared to work your butt off though because it is a hard class. You need to show up to class and do a lot of work. Shes great. Love her!!!

Great professor. I learned plenty in the Research Methods class and would take it all over again if I could. Just remember to be very precise about your research paper in terms of format. If you're good at just writing facts, this should be an easy class.

Shes awesome! Seriously, take her she'll inspire you and drive your passion for the field of psychology. She made first three quarters of the class cake! but the last 1/4 of the class was bad! thats where 75% of the grade came in for the paper and final. So your worried even with a perfect grade coming in you don't know what you end up with A++++

This class seemed by far the most intense class I have ever taken in my life. Honestly, I felt like I learned a lot and She is just an amazing professor.

Professor Kyle is such a sweetheart and likes to keep things light and fun. Do not miss class, as she explains things in such a clear way that makes the reading (which is confusing) practically unnecessary. She is very clear about what will be on her tests and wants you to understand the process as well as the end result. Take her!

Teacher's attendance was very poor. Not her fault but still doesnt change the fact that students are missing out on large amounts of class time. Unecessary format requirements for basic assignments (highlighting, circling etc)Excessive time spent with unnecessary comments ment to be humorous but arenot. Does a good job explaining course material.

I took the online class and although it was a lot of work it was very interesting and it paid off. She also lets you use a full page of notes for the final which you can take advantage of. Overall a good class!

Walked into this class fully expecting a painfully dull 3 hour lecture, but stayed conscious and attentive despite my hatred for numbers. The subject matter is a load, but Ms. Kyle does everything in her power to make the material interesting and accessible. One of the most caring and charismatic professors I've ever had.

If you need help it's there. If you don't get it, she'll work with you. If you work hard you will get the solid C you need to move forward.

This professor is awesome! I love her lectures and she's a really funny teacher. I agree that she can sometimes be mean when people ask questions, but only because their questions are quite stupid and unnecessary. She makes stats easy and understandable. I highly recommend you take her!

Professor Kyle is one of the best professors. She takes the time to explain everything. I never had any trouble following her lectures. This is by no means an easy class, you must do the reading, all homework, ASK FOR HELP if you need it. Professor Kyle is very dedicated to her students. There is no other professor I’d recommend for this course.

Excellent course, super engaging discussion. Requires us to think deeply and make good use of the sources provided. Sometimes a bit unhelpful, but when help is received it is insightful and thoughtful. She always responds to emails. Is very humorous. She makes us become good critical thinkers! A lot of work but very (very) worth it.

Ms. Kyle is misunderstood, I think. She is very smart and knows her stuff. Usually she lectures the whole time but the content is fun and she jokes around, a lot! I noticed Sometimes she thinks you're being rude when you're not She's been teaching for a long time. Class got me interested in per suing social psychology further.

I am not going to lie, she is tough, but that is what makes her great. As a psych major you need to know this! Don't know APA, you will! Don't know SPSS and how to write substantive conclusions, you will! There is a lot of work in this class and if you do not come to work well then don't come. Know research methods, get the APA book! Love her!

I have had the pleasure of being Prof Kyle's student for 3 classes. I have to say, I have NEVER worked so hard in my life! But I also have NEVER learned so much, either. Prof Kyle has prepared me for any class that comes my way. If you want to pass her class, show up, pay attention, and ask for help-she would never turn her back on you!

She is rough around the edges and very hardcore and it could be taken the wrong way. Albeit, she tries, and makes that extra effort to hear you out, and shows respect eventually, but she'll take you through "boot camp" so to speak, before she does shows it. Technically, you must prove yourself to be ethical and honest. She doesn't like cheaters.

I took her class online and she is very easy. Yes you do have to think outside the box. she makes you think and go beyond. Do your part as a student and you will get the grade you want. slack off you will get C.

I had the pleasure of having her and I am actually glad I took her. She was amazing! I am taking her honors class and honestly, I love how she teaches and grades everyone. Its not even hard but she gives you enough feedback to do better. That is what I love about her.

Her tests and quizzes are easy as long as you read the chapter and take good notes other then the power points online. She really makes you think outside the box when it comes to the discussion questions.

I took professor Kyle for Psych 161 and loved the class. She as an instructor can be a little discouraging at times and if she calls on you during class and you give the wrong answer she might say something rude but I learned so much from her. I took her honors research methods class last semester and although I got a C, the class was eye opening.

Took her for Stats last fall & it turns out she's only rough around the edges & intimidates you into working hard, which you definitely should. Throughout the semester she turned out to super kind, and she's very passionate about her subject. I learned SO much from her. Ask her questions and don't be discouraged by her attitude; she will help you.
