He was a good/ terrible teacher. This class was half online so we had class once a week. Super disorganized labs, didn't learn too much. Easy A, though.

Professor Deb is amazing! When I mean amazing I mean it. He is vary fair and really looks at all the effort students put into his class. He gives Great detail on his lectures making them more understandable! Tests are challenging but there is not a single question he does not go over with in the class. I took Dr. Deb's hybrid BIO 121 class. There's definitely a lot of online homework, but that's the point of a hybrid class. Dr. Deb cares so much about his students and their education. He gives you EVERY chance to do well in the class, including extra credit and study guides. He really wants you to learn and succeed; you just have to try.

He encourages you to complete assignments and to thoroughly read for lecture.

Dr. Deb gives his students ample opportunities to acquire additional credits. He teaches by applying daily life examples to his lectures. He works with you if you have difficulties with the materials or need clarifications. As this is a hybrid class, be prepared to study on your own to keep up with the materials and the lectures.

Dr. Deb wants everyone to do there best. When it's time for a test he reviews in class, blackboard collaborate, and handouts. He makes sure that he is avaliable and responds fast to email. Theremony is a lot of homework being it was hybrid, but it is helpfull and manageable, even with working fulltime and taking other classes.

He makes it known that his class is difficult at the start of thr smemster. if you want to pass i HIGHLY suggest reviewing ALL the study guides a few times; they are LONG!

Prof Dilip was phenomenal when it came to engaging and teaching us Biology. He made sure we understood and if not, he would stop class to help the student understand the material. At the end of each class, he gave us inspirational speeches on life and working hard. Make sure to read before each class, write the def. & engage in class!

I absolutely adored this professor. By far the best class I have ever taken with the best instructor I have ever gotten. I took Dr. Deb for BIO 121 over the summer. It was a hybrid course and was extremely fast paced. At the first class period he made it clear that we would have to keep up with the work as it was going to be homework and lab heavy. I really enjoyed this class. Professor Dep is very approachable and truly wants all of his students to pass and get a good grade, however you must do the work in order to pass. To be able to teach the course without just reading the PowerPoints, to educate us and communicate clearly the course and chapters, besides the homework and quizzes taken. Dr. Deb was my first professor at CCC. I was returning to the classroom after 6 years and was initially intimidated by him. What I came to realize is that Dr. Deb believes in his students, so he pushes you. He believes in you, when you may be the one who is doubtful. Dr. Dilip made this class less hard and he's a great professor. Yes, there is a lot of assignments and close due dates, but the lectures really help. He is lenient when it comes to late assignments or personal issues, especially during these times. He does what he can to help us pass the class, and you do have to participate in class a lot too.

I took Professor Deb in bio 226 and I highly recommend him! The class was held over Zoom in the evenings, but he made it exceptionally engaging and made the class very enjoyable. There IS A MUST for you to participate in the lecture, but if you feel you can't, Professor Deb will take the time to make sure you understand the concepts.

It is important to show up to ALL classes, we had quizzes every week and many homework assignments due. Take notes during the lecture and make sure you take time to study.
