Courteous and prompt. Tried to help me obtain the textbook. If you're already a programmer, then you can pass without the book anyway (didn't require specific projects from the book). Homework questions were through Pearson's MyProgrammingLab. Quizzes and final exam questions were also standard questions from Pearson. No tricks. Best prof. ever!

This class wasn't that bad, although I knew some C++ before taking it. The work wasn't really difficult, but beware of tests. There were never any reviews, so I was never sure what was going to be on the tests.

A great professor who really cares for his students. He gives a good review for both the midterm and the final. I did not learn C++ before, so this was my first time and I learned a lot! He is helping you a lot to succeed and pass the class easily. His email replies are always so quick and solved all issues!

I do not know how his rating is so good on difficulty. The assignments and quizzes are easy, but the Exams are proctored and are quite hard. I ended up dropping the course not to ruin my GPA. I would not recommend him as his quizzes and programming exercises do not get you ready for the exams.

He prepares you well for the CS industry and the field of programming. Not strict with grades or attendance.

I was given reasonable amounts of homework for this class, but it pretty much did nothing to help with the tests. I am barely passing it, so i'll most likely drop it. The tests are insanely difficult.

This class had the potential to be great. The homework and programming assignments were good, but the midterm and the final were ridiculously hard. They did not reflect any of the quiz questions that were taken throughout the semester. The midterm we were able to take twice, but it and the final did still not reflect the review that was given.

Do not take any programming class with this professor. The midterm exam is very tough even though he gives review, it does not help at all. He is not ready to help if you are struggling with the class because he act like he doesn't exist. You have to be a professional to take this class because you will learn nothing from him. DO NOT TAKE HIM.

A great experience in the field of C++. He teaches in a very organized manner making learning fun and easy.

I took both of his 1 and 2 programming in Java. He is very excellent instructor with a lot of teaching tools in his arsenal.

He keeps things easy. You can take major exams 2 times and the average is calculated. quizzes are not timed and programming assignments reasonable

If you go through the reviews for the major exams it is guaranteed you will pass the class and possibly with a high grade. Quizzes and assignments are very easy.

Professor sellountos is an ideal instructor for this typeof classes. MindTap is a good platform also to complete assignments. I would like the class to be a little harder but its OK

Tests are harder than quizzes but he gives 2 attempts and if you do the review most of the questions in the exam are identical.

All of the curriculum, lectures included, are pre-made by the publisher. I don't feel like the professor knew what was in any of it because tests did not reflect any of it. Takes a very long time to respond to emails and I never get my coding questions answered.

This class was strange to me. The music we listened to was mostly ethnic and some heavy metal. It made this class difficult because we basically just listened and then gave opinions on it. Professor spoke very broken English and I feel like he disliked my opinions on the music. I did fine though.

Great class in D++

He responds to emails the same day. I also believe some of my classmates want to blame others for their own failures . Just do your work and don't expect someone else to do it for you. I do not think that anyone can hurt an instructor by doing this

The professor always responds on the same day. He always helps me when I have an issue or a question and he is here to support us. The class is very good and not too difficult.

The class is what I expected. It covers the basics but the delivery is good and sometimes a little challenging. It covers the first 7-8 chapters. each chapter has a quiz and a coding assignment , and then 2 major exams and that's it

Assignments, quizzes, programs, and textbook are all on Cengage. Each is due on Sunday. I took an online course and you aren't taught by him. You learn eveything from the book. You basically teach yourself. I would watch videos of other professors explaining the material. It is an easy class and he provides reviews for your midterms and final.

Very easy class as long as you do the work. There is a quiz over each chapter that is not proctored but the midterm and final are proctored. The study guides will help you a lot so memorize them! The professor will always email back in a timely manner & hes very helpful.

This professor is just straight from the textbook. I took him online, there just isn't a lot of teaching going on. I definitely could of gotten a better grade, but the class is pretty much 95% self taught.

Very organized course. Each module contains assignments, quizzes, readings and Power points. If you are not lazy and you read and want to learn you will earn an A. Very easy grader. He gives 2 attempts for major exams and the programming assignments are very easy. He is also very helpful when you email him and he responds promptly on the same day.

Took this professor for multiple classes. He is quite rude and doesn't like to accommodate his students. Beware of asking him for help etc. He is quite a tough grader also. Class is relatively easy, there are modules with PPTs, videos, and textbook readings. You learn from that only and take the exams and do the programming assignments.

Very easy course. He provides no real instruction, but that's expected for an online class. Be prepared to teach yourself. Programming assignments are not difficult so as long as you read the textbook. There will be quizzes biweekly. Both the midterm and the final require a webcam.

I love how his content so organized in our class and that is easy to access. We use Revel and I love this material because there are many exercises. I also admire his patience and how he takes care of difficult situations with disruptive and weird students. Recently he handled a rude student situation very professionally in the discussion board.

Chill guy, he has his course set up in an understandable and convenient way on D2L and Revel. All you have to do is read through the online interactive textbook and complete quizzes which do a good job of teaching you for the exams.

This class was rough. I couldn't understand the professor at all and my questions never got answered.

I really regret choosing this guy. Has a very very thick accent and writes very poorly. I also believe he attempts to flag any negative review about himself on RMP (why does RMP allow this?) and he loves to accuse everybody in the class of cheating with no evidence. I did not learn ANYTHING from him and gave him a 0 on the survey. AVOID.

AMAZING PROFESSOR! Just know for online course, you teach yourself through the textbook and power point, He's just the grader he doesn't teach. He replied to emails not helpful though. No midterm or final review provided. All quizzes and exams honor locked. 85% for quiz/tests, personally I did not learn just memorized. Study 8hrs a day and you pass
