Dr. Washington is a great professor! Do the work (which is very easy) and you will pass. I took her online for summer and we had 1 midterm and 1 final. For those make sure you start them as soon as they are available because they take a long time. She's understanding, gives extra credit, loves participation(credit), and no book was needed.

Took her in the fall of 2019, didn't know what to expect of the class but I would take her again! No homework assigned besides a group final and midterm study guide. It was mostly group work, listening to her passionate lectures and listening to the speakers coming in. In the future when classes are on campus, definitely take her class!

TBH I didn't full-on read everything. What I did was look at the questions and looked for the answers in the book at times I did have to read long paragraphs but they were interesting. The class overall was great and she offered lots of extra credit and sometimes extended due dates. For midterm and final it was a lot of writing but doable.

I really love Dr. Dione Washington. Great teacher. She explains things well and her course is easy to follow.

Dr. Washington is one of my top professors. There is a lot of assignments and opportunities, but she is also a quick grader with excellent feedback to help develop improvement. I was also provided with generous amounts of extensions throughout the semester that accommodated me with my workload. I would absolutely take one of her classes again.

LATTC has great teachers. Dr. Deon is one of them! I really love her class and how she communicates with the students. She was very supportive of me this semester when I lost my Grandma. I really needed this class and her energy during this time.
