Please do not take this prof. if you want to learn without drama. She has an attitude and is a very tough grader. She explains things... sure but spazzes out from time to time and its so strange. She seems knowledgable but tries to use herself as an example as to why you need to succeed when everyones journey is different and not comparable.
good professor, the homework is for your own benefit so be sure to do them
for lab she is great! really helps you through the experiment and makes sure you get how to do it. for lecture shes dramatic and expects you to have everything memorized right after she teaches it and spazzes out when you dont know it. liked her for lab disliked her for lecture
i excelled in 1025 w/professor pappas (shes a tough cookie) but this professors just ridiculous. gives a lot of hw which is fine idc to do the work shes just super dramatic. she knows her stuff and how to teach it but gets agitated when you ask questions. she expects you to know and memorize everything at the end of each lecture. did not like her.
ok so she is very smart, she explains very well BUT she explains the easiest thing at the class just to be done with it and then on the test questions are SUPER HARD. She gives you worksheets to practice but they are easy compared to the test. Prepare to study HARD cause tests are hard with the little time you get. Also half of my class is failing.
Great professor, had her for lab and she went over the lab in detail and would give quizzes before each experiment, wasnt too hard since it was based on what we have learned through lecture. Just turn in all your work... every point matters!!
Dr. Gil is a great professor! She is always available during office hours, helps you throughout the lab, and lets you finish your experiment even though class time is over. There is a Midterm and a Final. Around 10 experiments, one extra credit experiment that eliminates the lowest one. Take her!
best chemistry professor at Miami Dade!! She explains the material clearly and is fair with grading. She is available outside of class and will help you understand concepts if you got to her and show her you want to learn. Her class gave me such a good foundation in chem and is the reason I have been able to succeed in all of my other chem classes.
Moves on too fast, talks to low so hurry to sit the front. passive aggressive gives you so many homework and practice assignments yet nothing like the test. This is just the intro to chem feel like she doesnt give you a good base for chem because she doesnt allow you to retain information if shes going through many modules in one day and rushes.
Goes way too fast in class and expects you to memorize everything. Very knowledgeable but just shoots out information and expects you to absorbs it right then and there.
After reading the other reviews, I would like to say that she is thorough with her lectures & gives plenty of practice problems during lecture. She is also very direct & gets straight to the point. If you struggle with sciences, this professor is not right for you. I personally enjoyed her class and learned more from her than from my lab teacher.
i have no complaints at all, she treated us so great for my lab class and helped us out a lot during the corona virus pandemic. She made the course more adjusted for the students so we wont stress so much, she is a very caring and nice person, i would definitely take her again for a lab. Great person, and fun professor
The best chem prof at Kendall campus ! She gives you every resource you need to pass including worksheets, hw, extra credit quizzes, & offers PLTL too for ec. She made chem doable and I was able to understand everything. Its a class that you need to study for, but she does her best to help you! Take her and you wont regret it
She is an amazing lab teacher, she would go over material we had questions on and reviewed before every quiz. The experiments were fun to perform and were fairly easy. Your grades consist of 3 test, quizzes and lab reports corresponding to the chapter. She accommodated well with us during this pandemic and was very helpful!
DO NOT take this professor if you want to struggle big time. Teaches very fast and not clearly. Only grades in the class are the tests so if you fail the tests, there is no extra credit, no hw or cw grades, or quizzes to help you out. The tests are EXTREMELY hard so be sure you study hard and/or even have a tutor. There are 4 tests and option final
Although I did not pass, she is a good professor. I like her teaching style and she will help if you ask. Take all her extra credit opportunities such as quizzes and PLTL. If you want to pass you must study which is where I lacked. Shes nice and will help you as much as possible. I did not pass but its not her fault, she will not budge about grades
Absolutely horrible. Does not care about you at all and wants you to fail. DO not take even if you are good at chemistry.
Such a sweet person&honestly an amazing prof. I took a few chem classes with her, she's the best. I remember so much from her class compared to other profs. Her exams are easier compared to others. So patient&understanding&caring&FAIR. Tries very hard to make sure everyone UNDERSTANDS. Very accessible outside the class. Was great during pandemic
Dr Gil is one of the best professors Ive had in college. You have to take 4 tests and the final is optional and you can replace a low test score for a higher one. Is very accessible and was very understanding during the pandemic, I highly recommend her
Overall shes a nice teacher, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic switching to online was super hard and she made sure students didnt cheat on test making the test 100x harder then the actual lecture and the final is mandatory
She is a really good teacher and explains very clearly. Is not an easy class but if you study the test are not super hard and youll pass. She gives worksheets that are very similar to the questions on the tests. She is a little fast, but theres a lot of material to cover so it is expected.
I took professor Gil for my CHM1033-Lab and she was amazing. She explains to you any doubt you may have from Lecture. You're gonna do what the Lab Manual says, so you can be prepared before coming to class. She makes the Lab interesting. There is a quiz in each class but they're a piece of cake. Take her, you won't regret it. You're gonna love her!
She really does try to explain things but she goes way too fast and I studied everything in the homework and in the study guide but I still wouldnt get a good grade.
Amazing teacher, makes it very easy to understand the material and is only graded by 4 tests
1. It is not as bad as they have rated it 2. Yes, it goes very fast that is true 4. In the exams it is impossible to take more than 80. There are only 4 and the final is optional . This class made me change my pathway
She is overall a good, nice, caring teacher. I took her online for chemistry and she was able to make do with all the material she had to cover, she goes fast but it's because she is trying to teach as much as she can . She also is really fast at responding to emails and is very understanding. But in this class you have to study, no slacking.
4 tests and a final. The class is really hard, her lectures are fine but it is a lot of content. You will have to study a lot in this class.
Dr. Gil is a very nice professor however her exams were difficult for me.
Dr. Gil is a great professor; she is caring, and understanding. This course does have a lot of material, so she has to go through it rather quickly (recorded lectures were great).Timing was tough on the final exam (which was mandatory). Do the work, make sure to study consistently, stay on top of the time on exams, and you can end with an A.
Very nice teacher, gives extra credit opportunities and cares about your grades. Move through the material a bit fast so be prepared to study a lot. This course can be hard for someone taking chem for the first time so be prepared.
While shes not tough, the material is. Granted, Im not very good at math or science. Exams are proctored and with lockdown browser.
While she's the nicest Chemistry teacher I've ever met, anyone who isn't a math/science expert will get chewed by this course. During Covid she currently alternates 2 groups between online videos and in-person attendance for the weekly lab projects, and the tests are on Respondus. You really need to STUDY to get an A, like in any other chem course.
I would not take her again simply because I don't really like the way she teaches. I enjoy classes that not only teach HOW to do something, but also WHY (e.g. ''Why this thing reacts this way?''). She is a good professor if you take the time to understand the material. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STUDY STUDY STUDY, or you will DEFINITELY GOING TO GET F/D
I was not at all ready for this course. So much material to gather in such a short period, i had a real struggle with this class. If you're not good at math/chemistry you will have a hard time.
I dont know how to feel about her. She is so nice with her students, she will explain the material over and over again until we understand it. The thing is that chemistry is a hard course no matter with who you take it but she does not make it easier. She is a good professor but does not make the class any easier.
At first it was okay, theres a lot of course work and its pretty fast paced. Realistically, theres not really much compromise when it comes to expressing your concerns on the class. She compared her stress from college to ours and was upset when we expressed how we felt. Theres an excessive amount of studying so be aware
The whole course is based off 4 tests which is worth 90% of your grade. She tries to follow a specific schedule which is fine but if we get behind she tries to get in more material within a less amount of time which I don't think is fair. She does tell s last minute things to memorize within days of the test. The homework is almost worth nothing.
Professor Gil is amazing, I love her, I did not even know her in person because the class was online and I already miss her. She explains excellent and if you need that she explains again she will do it. There are 3 tests, notebook, lab reports ( she helps to solve the exercises and explains them). Best chemistry profesor, very patient and caring
She is very fair if you study the notes she gives in class the tests are just about the same. She is the best chemistry professor in Kendall, I've taken just about all of them. But her coworkers are horrendous so that isn't saying much. That being said her lectures are very boring and low effort, but once again the other professors are terrible
If you take her prepare to study. She wants you to memorize a lot. She struggled when she studied chemistry, so she wants you too. Not much homework.
Explains very poorly and puts no effort into helping students understand. Very boring. The class started out okay but as it progressed and the material got harder her teaching got worse
This is the hardest class I have taken this semester and she is the worst teacher I have had. At first, she taught very well and was very helpful. Over time, however, her teaching got worse and I would get lost in class. And, when she noticed I wasn't doing well, she told me to get a tutor, even though she was at fault. Her tests are a pain too!!
Im not going to lie to you, you HAVE to study. If you're not going to study, simply don't take the class with her and I mean that. Half the students that complain here do not put the time into studying and decide to blame her. In reality, her lectures are REALLY good, she takes her time teaching, and I promise you if you study, you'll make it.
Shes gives a lot of things to memorize and makes you take the test in lockdown browser and then she takes like 3 days to view each people's video to see if you were cheating. 5 tests and gives homework that has nothing to do with the exams, goes super fast, you have to study really hard for this course & even like that it is hard to pass with a C
Professor Gil is an excellent professor & one of the best chemistry teachers I have taken. CHM is a subject many often struggle w/ regardless of the professor, and in turn, her ratings are lower deserved. Professor Gil's lectures are clear and easy to follow. Her hw can be tricky but overall very doable. TAKE HER but beware you need to study!
I took Professor Gil for CHM 1025, CHM 1045 and CHM 1045L. She is an excellent professor. Had no problem answering questions during lectures. I thought her lectures were very good but half of the work comes from doing review questions on your own. She also reviews your tests with you if you go to her office hours. I would definitely take her again.
She explains so neatly but her form of evaluating it's just not it. Exams are under lockdown browser and there's a lot of things to memorize. She won't let you use your own periodic table, the homework is just 10% of the grade and the rest are exams.
Rushes and crams everything at once because she is hell bent on trying to finish a module in the limited summer class time. Does not answer emails, always speaks in this defensive tone when students ask questions that are not even critiquing her. She is clearly just here to make the rounds on teaching boring 101 classes, does not care if you get it
Great Professor, if you are willing to put in the work, study, and understand the concepts. You will be in good hands. She responds and helps with what you need with problems. In the end, its up to you to learn the concepts and understand.
Course is easy IF you are prepared. She teaches everything you need to know, but isnt very flexible. Easy to fall behind if you miss a class.
At first, I thought I did bad because she was going too fast, overcomplicates, etc. But after all of it, I just realized I didn't study or pay attention. Gil is an amazing professor and will always answer any question a student has. If you want to pass, you better pay attention!
This professor would give you a lot of homework to do which would only give you about two points for your grade. They have four exam plus the final, expect 29-39 questions. LOCK DOWN BROWER if you don't show your hands and face on the camara she would think you are cheating. Trust me save your money don't come to this class. Not worth it.
Iv struggled through this semester, but needless to say, I learned some stuff, and it was put to the test. Dr. Gil is very professional, but the class and concept itself is very difficult. Her teaching style of great! The class it self is a beast. If you take her, just be ready to study, and get going to understand the knowledge and make an output.
Gil is the type of professor that you know she is just uncomfortable with her job. She knows a lot but as a teacher she isn't really the best. She will focus on the smallest detail for a whole hour and then give you the important content in 2 seconds without reviewing and moving on from it. The worst part is that the other CHM ones suck.
Professor Gil is a good professor. She is respectable, teaches well and provides you with a lot of resources. She goes over your exam during office hours, she helps calculate your grades and what needs to be done to attain better letter grade. All around she is a good professor. Chem is just a hard subject and requires a lot of work to do well.
I took Dr. GIl for CHM1045, and I could not have picked a better teacher. She knows a lot about chemistry. She is very clear with her lectures and gives a lot of examples of how to solve problems. Moreover, she is a very nice person, if you don't understand something just ask her she will help you out thoroughly. I highly recommend her.
Not going to lie guys to pass with a good grades you will have to study at least 2 hours after each lecture. She is the best Professor I have ever had! even though I passed the class with a C I learned a lot. I dont regret taking her! Take her If you are a premed student, you will learn a LOT.
At first I blamed it on her teaching, but then I realized I was just not trying hard enough. She literally records the lectures, and gives you practice problems from the required textbook. If you have questions regarding one of the exams, she would be more than happy to explain why you got a certain question wrong. The material is very specific.
She is such a caring and giving prof. Gil worked with us every lecture instead of showing power points or videos. We were always welcome to her office hours. She makes everything seem easy and in the end you feel like that too. Breaks down everything. Cares for everyone individually. As a bio major, I highly recommend taking her classes.
Difficult class.
Very good at explaining the material in the course. The class is very fast paced though so prepare to study a lot. Shes very helpful if you meet her for office hours.
This professor does an amazing job lecturing many people. She gives us the concepts and goes over practice problems that are also on the test. To study for the test, she gives you a study guide and you can buy a book with practice problems to study for it. Homework is pretty easy, it should take you around 30min if you paid attention in class.
CHOOSE THIS PROFESSOR!!!! I'm a CS major so I really dislike chemistry and I'm really glad that the class is over, but I'm sad that I will not see Dr. Gil anymore. She is the best professor i've ever had! She is super caring, patient, humble, and respectful. If you are a good student you will absolutely love her.
We were able to do lots of practice problems for every topic we covered, always starting with simple ones and then advancing towards harder or more in-depth problems. She taught from a slideshow about half the time probably if not more, and they were all available online to us. The homework and problems she does in class cover the exam topics well.
I highly recommend picking professor Gil for chem because cares so much for her students to pass and her lecture is great I fully understand. I do require them to study every day because chem isn't a joke and she has office hours so you can ask her for help. Her exams are worth 60% and her final are worth 25% and highest replace the lowest.
Heres something, Professor/Dr. Gil is amazing at her work and teaching the class. She cares in what she does. Chemistry is a hard subject, and trust me it is. I struggled, and got through. She teaches well and lets you know what you need to know. The subject is difficult because its a lot of critical thinking. Take the time to sit and comprehend
Professor Gil is an amazing person I ever met, she explains very well in her lecture and enjoys helping her students. Don't blame on the professor if you fail her exam because she offers office hours and provides a study guide. Her exams are worth 60% and the final is worth 25% and you need to memorize a lot of materials.
Absolutely a great professor, Chemistry is a very hard subject for pretty much everyone so some of the comments reflect students who didn't put forth the effort. But if you are willing to study and do the hw Gil is there during office hours to answer any questions you have. 10/10 would recommend
Never liked chem until this class, actually never really had a chem class. Pay attention during class, take notes and actually study and practice from the book for tests and you'll pass. She explains really well and will respond to any question even if it's about something she taught a while back. if u need 2 take chem, take her.
She is the best chem teacher you will ever have. I had her for CHM1045 and 1045L and she was the best and helps the students understand the material very clearly. Her rating does not do her justice she is easily a 5/5.
Professor Gil is so sweet and helpful and lectures at a good pace for note-taking. Chemistry is already difficult, imo, but she makes it as easy as possible for her students. She did reviews, offered EC problems on tests, and is always polite to her students. She's awesome, I hope I end up able to take her for another chem class!
Professor Gil is a very nice and smart lady. Her class is difficult and you will have to practice a alot. If you go to class, take notes, do your homework, and redo problems every week you can get the A.
Not helpful when explaining the labs or when asking for help. Expects students to learn everything on their own. Defensive when students ask question abt what they don't understand and answers are very broad like "just study more" -we didn't even have a textbook. I chose this professor based on the good ratings but don't be fooled.
Dr. Gil is very good at what she does. She can explain concepts very well and gives very clear study guides. You're given homework for each concept learned. She does suggest you do practice problems on your own from the textbook (ungraded). 4 exams 1 final, lowest grade is dropped if final is higher. You HAVE to study hard if you want to pass.
I went through 4 pens this class. There's 3 tests, labs, and even prelab reports. She would rather see u understand the material versus just get a good grade. She's very kind and super helpful in labs! Take her for the lecture if u can, i wish i did!
Shes great.
The professor is very demanding about due dates and not considarant about makeup exam. Also she doesn't explain the work properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROFESSOR
Professor Gil is great! She is very resourceful. We had weekly labs, reports, quizzes on Blackboard, and 3 exams during the semester. You need to study and prepare yourself for the exams or you will not do well as you need to show work. She prepares practice worksheets for each test, use those to your advantage as some questions may be on the test.
She is a good professor. The class itself is hard, but she would prefer to have you learn than having an A in her class. It's a lot of content, so get ready to study. She explains everything clearly, and if you have a question, she'll answer it np!
She is a great Professor, but the course itself is difficult. You definitely have to involve yourself and study, it is alot of memorization and math. The 4 test are worth 60% of the grade, the final is worth 25% and replaces your lowest grade. Go to the lectures, study after class is over, give yourself time to study, DONT CRUNCH!
A good teacher overall and is always there during office hours to answer all questions and concerns. The class is hard but I took her for chem 1025 and then 1045 for lecture and lab and it was honestly my best decision. Just study more in advance Chem includes a lot of chapters at once so be ready to study.
Dr. Gil was truly one of the best professors I have taken. She is kind and knows what she is doing. Chemistry is hard, but she does an amazing job explaining it. Four tests, a final, and homework. Difficult, but if you study she will help you a lot. I couldn't have asked for a better intro to chemistry professor.
She only gives like two examples and then moves on. Focuses on examples that aren't even the majority of the tests. I asked her to explain something I wouldn't understand, she got upset and spoke in a condescending tone. She'd run behind on her schedule so she'd rush a module and then tell us it will be on the test that would be 2 days later.
Professor gil wasnt bad she just makes you memorize sm and it can be very stressful. She is nice and can curve your grade for tests, but I failed her class from how much memorization we needed. it can get very confusing. For hw's we had limited times to do it, but they were easy. I would recommend another professor sav urself some tears & headaches
The curve on tests is generous, but the class is very difficult and office hours can be difficult to get to sometimes.
Prof Gil is honestly a really good prof. She knows her material and is great at explaining BUT she does talk very fast and expects you to catch on as quick as she does. But if you ever need the help she is willing to stop and explain. Honestly a true professor.
Professor Gil is such an incredible professor. Chem is always hard, and sometimes it's easy to pin those frustrations on your professor, but she truly cared and helped me when I needed help. Her office hours are a great resource and she is always willing to help as long as you help yourself first. It's hard, but you will feel rewarded when you pass
Took her for intro and failed then chem 1 lab she is very lecture heavy with lots of relatively difficult questions but if you go to her after class she'll help she's a little tough but what you'll learn you'll learn good and she'll go over everything if you ask
I have taken Professor Gil for CHM1025 and CHM1045 she is amazing. Always willing to help you. You will walk out of the lectures understanding the material clearly. Always be present, and study to get a good grade in the class because the content is difficult but can be done with perseverance.
Dr. Gil is the best profesor ever!!! She is adorable and will help you in everything you need. Her tests are hard, but if you study every day you will be fine. Her method of teaching really helps to understand all the material. Definitely take her if you want to learn chemistry and get a good grade.
Great teacher. Teaches very clearly and WILL help if you need any. Super nice and always gives good feedback and responds to emails quick. Her tests are difficult so you will need to study lots but you will come out knowing chemistry like no other person.
More than halfway done with the semester. Professor Gil is exceptional in chemistry and she is incredibly smart. She is very caring for her students and will help you during her office hours if needed, she gives you everything you need to pass. She is QUALITY here at MDC and remember that this class is NOT easy. You will need to put in work to pass
Being my first chemistry class, I was nervous, but Professor Gil did a wonderful job with her lectures. She teaches fast since it is a lot of content, but teaches it very well. She has a great personality and is open to answering any questions. Incredible professor, would take again any day.
Beware of bad reviews about this Professor. They speak more about the type of student writing them. I came to this class with a negative predisposition because chemistry is not my thing, but I needed to take it anyw
She teaches complicated subjects pretty well and cares that you understand the material. If you need help understanding something she will explain it until it makes sense to you. Very kind person and good professor.
Well, she isn't bad. I just don't have a very good time with the way she teaches. I have ADHD and she moves very fast in her lectures so it's easy to get lost. Does care that you understand but doesn't focus on the main stuff in the tests most of time. Which, btw, if you are absent or need to go to the bathroom during a test, she'll fail your test.
I've taken Dr. Gil for chm1025 and chm1045 and she's seriously the best at teaching chemistry. Her test material is always the same stuff she's covered during lectures. She even makes time accommodations for testing.Take her!!
I have taken Gil for 1025, 1045, and 1045L and I have no complaints. She is very well-organized, grades exactly as she claims to, and cares that you understand. She wants to see you learn and succeed. I love her and I can't recommend her enough. Study though, the tests are no joke. Her study guides are very helpful. Do not crunch!!!!
She is an amazing and caring person; if you go to her office hours and ask for help on any topic she will explain it to you again to the best of her abilities. She only grades 5 tests with the homeworks. Do everything that is asked of you (homework and do practice worksheets) and you will pass the class. You have to put in the work!!!
DEF take her class. I learned sm in her courses and she is a very caring teacher. if you ever need help she will because she cares. if you put the work into studying, you will def get a good grade.
PROS: Nice and caring Will give you extra points on the exams Will grade your exams the day after Provides study guides CONS: Does most of the lecture on her own paper which she does not post on canvas Attendance is mandatory Final exam is NOT optional Hard exams
Professor Gil is the best chemistry professor at MDC. She explains with a LOT of problems, and her lectures are really on point to prepare you for the exams. The homework and the material she provides throughout the course prepare you to study and get a good grade. I hate chemistry, but her way of teaching made me pay interest to the class
I've taken Dr. Gil 2 semesters in a row and I absolutely love her. The class is challenging but she explains things with great detail and is very thorough with her lab explanations if you have her for lab as well. Her exams for lecture are difficult but overall great experience in her class.
She is a great professor, extremely smart and helpful. The class is intense and she expects you to put in the work but if you do, it pays off. Tests are like the homework and are also given a huge curve. She is always open to answering questions constantly during the lecture after every topic and will take her time to answer and explain any
Decided to write a review because it is criminal how low her rating is, she is probably one of the best teacher I ever have, she was very helpful giving you a lot of resources to study and you can talk to her after school. If you are planning to take her class or CHM in general remember THIS IS NOT AN EASY CLASS STUDY IF YOU STUDY YOU WILL PASS!
She's a really nice teacher, very willing to review topics, although she's constantly moving, it can be hard to keep up. Towards the end of the semester, she relies on tutors to help with office hours. Even though it's an intro class, without reviewing the material, you'll have a tough time. She does give extra credit. DO LOTS OF PRACTICE PROBLEMS.
I dropped class a few weeks in. Moved extremely quick, tests were impossible. Can't use bathroom during them or automatic fail. Very unapproachable and made snarky comments to class when questions were asked. Tons of homework every night and needs lots of study hours to even pass. Good luck, avoid her if you can.
Professor Gil moves fast, but her lectures are super helpful if you engage with them. Lots of content to memorize, so use unstuckstudy and the textbook to keep up. Tough but fair - put in the work and you'll do great!
I never understood a single thing she said during the lectures. The only reason I passed was because she does provide an insane amount of resources and tells you exactly what you need to study before the exam. Each exam also has a 10% curve and final replaces lowest unit exam grade. Study groups and YouTube videos were my holy grail.
She explains the lab clearly and stays organized. She's helpful if you need support. The workload is heavy. Expect to do a pre-lab and repeat work in both the notebook and lab textbook. Study the experiments and complete the end-of-experiment exercises to pass.
This professor was often vague in her explanations and unapproachable when students asked for help. Instead of offering support, she frequently responded with unhelpful or snarky remarks. It made the learning environment feel discouraging, especially for a foundational course like CHEM1025. I would not recommend taking this class with her.
Unfortunately, my experience with this professor in CHEM1045 was disappointing. She rarely provided clear explanations and seemed unwilling to assist students when they needed clarification. Her sarcastic and dismissive attitude made it difficult to feel comfortable asking questions. I wouldn't take her class again.
Terrible teaching style. The professor doesn't explain the material well and offers little to no guidance. When students ask questions, she often says she's too busy to waste time, which is incredibly discouraging. CHEM1025 is a tough course, and her lack of support makes it even harder. Would not recommend.
One of the kindest people I have ever met, I had her for lecture and wish I got her for the lab component. It can take you a little bit to adjust to her teaching but once you do, the class is pretty easy. She teaches very well and adds extra points to the tests to boost your grades. Material is not hard at all but you need to at least study to pass
She's very sweet. She cares about you and wants to see you succeed. Her tests are a bit challenging but she provides you with all the notes from class so just study with time. She gives extra credit on her tests and helps you out. Love her!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ^34- read to the power of 34;) Dr. Gill is extremely structured and professional. Her classes are clear, well-paced, and very organized, making chemistry user-friendly and easy to follow. She ensures no one leaves confused. Demanding but fair, she builds a rock-solid foundation that prepares you for success in future courses.
