She's pretty nice. Sometimes she starts lecturing in French and its like.... WHAT?! But then she repeats in English so its all good. You dont need the book for HW, because its all online, but its used a bit in class (you can share with a friend ;))

I recomend Prof Diraviam.Her homework is done online and the textbook is used alot in class. Overall she is great, she made french easy to learn for us "nonfrenchies" TAKE HER it will be worth the time.

Learning a language is difficult in general but this prof gives as many outlets for additional learning as she can and has a fair grading system. Also doesn't expect too much from a beginner so the expectations are not overwhelming. Just show that you are making a good effort.

She is very nice and helpful but the work load from McGraw hill is long and tedious. If you take her class, make sure you PACE YOURSELF. Grammar matters MCGRAW HILL IS YOUR ENEMY. Also test are proctored.

Professor knows the Italian language at higher level, I will take Italian 3 if there were a class. You need time to do all the assignments, almost everyday one is due. So you must comply and commit to this class and you will be graded fairly.

She is very willing to work with her students and genuinely wants us to retain not only the language but also the cultural background and mannerisms, as if preparing for a trip to Italy. She is truly great.

She's a good teacher! She's pretty easy going and genuinely one of the easiest online classes. If I put in a little more effort in some of my class work I would have a better grade just was busy with work and juggling school at the same time full time.

I took this professor for both ITA1120 & ITA1121. One of my favorite professors thus far as an online student. Professor Diraviam was helpful, easy to communicate with, and considerate. She responded in a timely manner to emails, provided clear instructions, offer extra credit, and gave valuable feedback. I would choose her again and again.

She is very reasonable and considerate. My level of success in this class came mostly from my time dedicated to it. You can absolutely get a good grade on this class and there are plenty of extra credit opportunities. You just need to use all the tools provided. Truly feel it to be hard to fail this class.

This is my second time in her class. She makes all material as simple and straight forward as possible.
