Realest Professor, I have ever had in my 2 years of college. He so funny and down to Earth. At times, I would 4get its a history class and fall out laughing at this comments. U will not fall aslp. We had a midterm, final, and a 8page paper and he curvers the heck out of the exams, so can ur getting an A or B. Take his class and u will be thankful.

I think he is a great teacher. He is very lenient and you will surely pass. He only ask for a 8 page paper, a mdterm, a final. You will not regret taking this class.

He is a great teacher! Absolutely hilarious. Class is never boring and he makes it as easy as he possibly can. All you have is a midterm and final (he goes over ALL of the questions before you take them so you already know the answers) and an 8 page research paper on your choice of a topic. This is the absolute best teacher I have ever had, just took his final today and can say that I think I will actually miss attending his class. He is incredibly intelligent and passionate about teaching you in an interesting way that you will love coming to class! There is a midterm, final and paper, thats all, dont buy book, useless.

This is an awesome class taught by an awesome teacher. His material is fun to read, almost as fun as he retells the stories. He loves his job, and he loves history. He is an outstanding professor and the school should really hire more professors like him.

Extremely funny, nice, and cute. Only gave 3 serious assignments throughout the semester: a midterm, final, and a research paper. His pre-test review sessions make the tests very easy. Didn't need the textbook at all. Grade A teacher.

To get an A in his class is easy. You only need to write a high quality research paper and do good in Midterm and final. Plus, he gives all the answers before the exams.

His class was a pleasure, just wish I had more free credits to take with him. Although he makes things easy for you with his reviews,if you go to class it's just revision because you retain so much of the information because of his remarkable teaching style.I can't sat enough good things about him.

I had him for History 111 &112. It's an easy A.....I missed class for about 2wks and was tardy and still passed. Just take the quizzes and turn in your final paper.

Hilarious and helpful. Lenient grader. Basically just loves to teach and it makes you love to learn. If every educator were like this man, I really do think that more people would enjoy learning.

Domenico is a pretty cool mofo. Very passionate about teaching. More importantly, it's obvious he's not interested in regurgitated facts as much as getting a critical conversation going in class. I was there for most classes, but it seemed the most important attendance dates were the class before the exams (trust me, show up that day).

Do yourself a favor and even if History isn't a prerequisite for you choose one of his classes, preferably his Chicago class. If Ferri gave a free weekly history lecture, I would attend. Most laid-back, relatable, hilarious, kind, and INTELLIGENT instructor I have ever had. He is awesome. He has a great sense of humor which made me look forward to class. All you have to do is the weekly questions and come to class everyday. The midterm, final, and 3 papers are a piece of cake and fun.

You'll learn alot of interesting things about the city. To pass his exams, do the assignments, read the handouts, parts of the books he requires, and attend the lectures.

Professor Dom is extremely passionate about everything he talks about. He makes things easier to understand and is incredibly helpful! Hilarious, easy-going, not a harsh grader. However, do not take advantage. Just participate, do your work, and this class should be easy. Also, it doesn't hurt that he's one sexy son of a gun ;)

Professor Ferri thoroughly understands his subject and does a good job of communicating that knowledge in an interesting an relevant way. I took this class as an elective, even though I was unsure about taking a History class. However, I'm glad I took the class with him because he made it fun. I took the class in the summer of 2017. The class was very long, but it was never boring. I love how he is so passionate about teaching. Lectures were amazing! You do not have to buy the book.

This guy has really good lectures. Homework is just questions from his lectures that he goes over with the class, giving you out the answers, and he even accepts late work. This class is basically the easiest class you'll take with the most interesting lectures.

Prof. Domenico Ferri is awesome, take his class. I took History of Chicago online with him . You do not need to purchase anything , he provides the reading material to the class. Prof. Ferri would extend deadlines for assignments when needed. There were two main papers, weekly homework he went over with the class, and two easy exams.

I've been most comfortable with this professor out of the 9 ones I've had so far. Very easy to talk to and get along with. Lectures are thorough and the workload isn't overwhelming. The course is easy to get a good grade in if you go to the classes. I recommend him to anyone, especially for History of Chicago which he is great in. A+ professor.

As much as I failed every online course, this was so simple, and it was amazing.I used Grammarly but I guess it's AI now,he doesn't mind grammar or using big words just as long as you use simple articles, take notes, and answer the questions.this class is a breeze. the only difficulty was the essay but I'm bad at essays other than that it's so easy
