Dominic is a great prof. He ought to be full time. He teaches Methods and Social Psychology. He's demanding, but he's brilliant and easy to look at...entertaining too.

his lectures are entertaining but does not cover topics in the book. Tests are a suprise, never been covered in class. Nice guy though.

Very difficult class. I took the upper division version of it and found that my 202 class was harder. You will learn a lot from him. He is awesome! Slackers beware.

This is the best class i've ever signed up for! I will make it to every lecture--rain or shine! He's damn interesting and damn hot. Thank God for sociology.

Great teacher - do not buy the book - he gives extremely detailed outlines which are all you will need to read - i highly recommend this teacher he keeps the class entertained and interested.

he is an awsome teacher. he is very very fun and interesting i had him for winter a three hour class and i never got bored. i learned a lot and plus he is very HOT and smart!!! take his classes

I loved him thought he was awesome. Class was fun didnt even mind waking up at the crack of dawn over winter break. Helpful...and yeah he's a cutie too. It was a fun class that I wanted to take since I started CSUN I'm glad I took Dominic and I'll take his class again...definetly take him if u can.

GOOD CLASS very good teaching of the different sociologists :)

Very easy. Took him in winter. aced the class. Gives very detailed outlines and the tests are easy. not bad to look at either.

Excellent professor, knows how to teach and relates well with students. Young, smart, and class is always fun! He is good looking, but that's besides the point. What matters is if he can teach and transmit his vast knowledge of sociology, which he does very well. No study guides, but outlines and leactures HELP immensely on exams, he's awesome!

I guess everybodu =y has said that he is good looking, but besides that he is awesome at lecturing, as long you study his outlines by heart you'll do great on his tests.

VERY HOT.. definitely fair in grading and expectations from the class, outlines he makes himself are VERY helpful for exams.. one 8-10pg paper, easy to relate to and did I mention he was good looking? VERY GOOD PROF. take him for anything

Oh lord! Why all this fuss over Mr.Little?! Well to totally brag i have lunch with him all the time! Yeah he's not bad looking for a "teacher" but not heartthrob status...i've known him forever and he's lame so u girls you need to chill and day dream about Brad Pitt in class.

he loves the subject and it shows through in his lectures. he makes sure to be available if you need his help. he has excellent outlines that help you to understand his lectures. if you need to take any of the courses he teaches, his class should be your number 1 choice!

Yes he is handsome, but even more than that, he is very smart and a great teacher. The class is very easy and you will leave the class knowing a lot more then you think! Enjoy him because I did.

He is no geniuss, but then neither are I. He is as cute as others say, and fun and helpful. I feel like I probably learned some stuffs, and I am glad that he was not teaching over my heads. He would be better teacher if he were not so cocky, tho. He knows all the girls loves him and maybe he not have to work so hard or think so hard, but that's ok.

He was a great professor; very helpful and clear when lecturing. Study his notes and you will do fine on his tests. You might also want to look at the bold terms in the book just to get an understanding b/c he might put 1 or 2 words on the exam.

What a great class! The lectures are extremely clear, and there are NO surprises on exams. Gives you outlines on what to focus on, and the papers are fun and easy. Lecture was actually enjoyable and you will look forward to class. Easy "A", and the professor is nice and very helpful. I recommend taking him in the winter or summer for shorter papers

Great Prof. Very helpful and clear. Reading is required, but not difficult and interresting. Helpful in the test, and makes it soooooooooooo easy for his students to study for the exams, basically gives you the answers for the exams!

Dominic is an awesome teacher. He really teaches topics that everyone relates to however that means sometimes everyone has a comment and not all the material is covered. The tests were difficult but he gives you an awesome study guide.

kind of mixed up with the grades, but fair, if u do not agree with your homework grades let him know. I like this guy, I had 2 classes with him. he is good. exams are hard even the online class is open book, very hard , homeworks are easy, you never get the correct answers for the exams even after the final grade

I took him for Spring 2010 he is the best professor i have had at CSUN so far. He makes the class topics so interesting and shares many of his own life experiences to relate to the lectures. I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE ANOTHER CLASS WITH HIM! The only downfall is that he does require a weekly paper and exam. Other than that he is AWESOME!!!!!

Took his class at COC. He's a fun instructor; all about business! He has a weekly exam on material covered in the lecture. He basis his lectures entirely on the book. If you read the material and his summary you'll be fine. Attendance isn't a must, because he emails the material; however, attendance may help your grade!

Very knowledgeable in subject and is a great professor. We had an exam for each chapter depending on when we got through it, so there was no midterm or final. Assigned 300-word discussion papers based on chapters. Easy as well as interesting topic, if you're into social psych. Def recommend.

The BEST professor ever. WE had a quiz(multiple choice) every week but it's easy all you have to do just read the chapter and you will be fine. And we had papers due almost every week easy again. Just answer the simple question in like half/one page and you will get 50/50. Just show up to class and there you have perfect attendance.U will love him!

The man lectures non-stop like the previous reviewer stated. But we all love it. He is always full of funny stories and sociological facts. The class was amzing. I had fun, learned more in that class than all my other ones combined and all on a saturday. Yes, it was a saturday class but I actually looked forward to it. In a word, AMAZING!!!!

I think he is the best teacher I've ever had. Very clear with the explanations, very funny and really down to earth if you do not understand something. Definetly worth your time and money since you will actually learn Stats in a really easy way!

Took his 5 week class over winter. Attendance is mandatory. You'll learn everything you need to know about statistics in his lectures. Stayed after class to answer any questions. Great teacher, would take his other classes if i had too.

Professor Little was great!I took this course online and he was very helpful and answers any questions and emails very fast. One hw assignment every week not very hard and 4 tests. Take him, I would again!

Great topic and great professor. Very knowledgeable. No midterm or final, just a weekly or bi-weekly quiz based on that week's chapter at a time. There's also a half a page homework due every week or two. Overall, easy going class and great professor. Highly recommend.

I took this class at Mission College. The professor is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. All of the lectures, triggered you to think about life and personal experiences. He made learning very interesting and fun. Never a dull moment!

The man makes you think. One class and i feel like my world has been turned upside down. i now believe that it is time to re-evaluate my life using a sociological approach. The class is amazing and i cant wait til next week. Seems like a tuff grader though.

Professor Little's class is like a religious conversion. The class will change your life or perspective on life, anyway. He is younger than most my faculty but can discuss world politics, polciy that has shaped all of our lives within the context of sociology. Simply amazing and unforgettable!!!!! Come to see him lecture, you will be blown away.

Great guy who knows his stuff. Even though it was a long 3 hr class, he kept things interesting. Enjoyed his lectures more than the videos. Had cool assignments. Tests are a bit challenging, you really need to study for them.

I have taken Professor Little at LAMC. He is a good guy. A lot of women are attracted to him for some reason. Lucky him!! He seems passionate about teaching Sociology. Overall, a good professor.

Hilarious and honest. Makes the class relevant and meaningful to your life. Way too smart for his own good and is a bit arrogant. Listen and you will learn much about life. His lectures are moving but often make me feel guilty because he points out all of our bad choices and how we could make the world better IF only we were more mindful.

Dominic is an AMAZING professor! I've never really cherished my major until I took him for Research Methods. His lectures are so honest and you will leave class thinking about the topics he taught days after. He's very intelligent and he generally wants EVERYONE to succeed. The Exams are pretty tough, but he provides powerpoint to keep up! TAKE HIM

After my previous experience in 364 with Winters I was not looking forward to 497. But I was fortunate enough to have a teacher who cares about his students and with lectures that are never boring. He is very clear about what is going to be on his tests and there are NO surprises on his tests. I would highly recommend him

Truly an amazing professor. I learned so much about life in general by taking his class. He is extemely intelligent and can ramble a bit but it can be really inspiring. There were a few assignments done at home and 3 exams. Read the book and the exams will be easy. Take this class to get a great insight on life

By far one of my favorite courses here on campus. The class was on a friday so it was longer but it was well worth it. Get ready to read but its not an insane amount. Plus it's interesting material Bonus: he's pretty hot .

Lectures are relevant and up to date. Readings online, and one book. tbh just scan/ take photos of a classmates book. tests are fairly easy, make sure to read. assignments are alright, straight forward. from a 1-5, this class is a 3 in difficulty. keeps the class fun.

Dominic Little is one of those professors that every student should take. His class was filled with not only the critical course material but also such important life lessons and global issues that are so rarely discussed. He is really intelligent and is super informed about the topics discussed. It was such a privilege having him. AN AMAZING HUMAN

Dominic was a great professor. There were three exams, a few writing assignments and a lot of discussion about important issues. I truly miss this class and would happily enroll in another class he teaches. He is super inspiring & motivating. He believes everyone can succeed in life with the help of education and awareness. Amazing! I took professor little online. There are weekly examinations due every two weeks. And he is always easy to reach for help. I learned so much from his course and makes me wish i would have transferred to CSUN. Take his class, if you are willing to read and learn.

Best prof! We didn't have to do one of the lecture requirements because the system was down. So all that was required to do were his quizzes and linkedin lectures. No final exam. For his quizzes, he gives it beforehand for you to look over and do. Then you put the answers in. So you really shouldn't get lower than an A. Super understanding as well.

He is a very understanding professor and is available outside of class hours for any class related issues. Welcomes questions from students during lectures and presents the material clearly. Few assignments, one short final research project. Highly recommend taking his classes, online or in person.
