I have this prof for 3 education classes. This prof is AMAZING. Really knows her subject and she teaches very well. Every class and every day is packed with different activities that make class interesting and help you learn. She's a great role model of what a great teacher is supposed to be.

Dr C is amazing. She has different activities planned for each class in which you use technology. I took this class before on Central and got an F. All we did was write 3 essays. Seriously in a technology class? With Dr C you use technology every class that they use in Broward schools. Take her, you'll learn so much!

She is a really good professor, I took the blended one so it was half online and only show up one day during the week, attendance is mandatory. The assignments are due every 2 weeks so you have a lot of time to do it right, no need to rush

There is a lot of reading, but she gives you plenty of time to do your assignments. You have to put in the work on projects to get a good grade. I'm not a fan of group projects, but everything else was good. She can be strict, but fair. I would taker her again.

SUPER EASY PROFESSOR! Majority of the work is online so you never have to show up for class. Every quiz,final & midterm is online so passing won't be an issues. Discussions every two weeks along with quizzes. Even if you're lazy you'll get an B at least.

Enjoyable discussions which are based around online modules and textbook. 3 main papers which really get you thinking as a future educator. If you read the course material and do well on quizzes then no need to really study for Final. Registered for EDF2085 & EME2040 w/ her for this Summer!

Dr. Charlotteaux is incredibly smart and a wonderful professor. I took her online class and her modules are full of information. She teaches what's necessary and grades you on that. I had a blended class, and her work was very time-consuming. She also had group work listed on d2l, but she only opens the assignment on Monday at 5 pm and it needs to be completed by Sunday at 11 pm. For the group work assignments, she doesn't warn you, so on the very first day of class, make friends. Get about 3 other numbers so you are ready.

You do readings and take quizzes before class and during class you do lots of hands-on activities such as discussions, think/pair/share, jigsaw, technology, and applying what's taught. I just graduated from BC and am so thankful I had her as a professor and was in her club Phi Delta Alpha. She worked with me from day one in 5 different classes. She really is the best prof in the TEP and so knowledgeable and experienced and was always there to guide me. Thank you! I really appreciate everything you did.

Prof. C truly cares for the success of her students. For the most part, this class has weekly quizzes and discussion post and has two major projects. This class is a really great introduction to teaching and I loved my time in her class. Would recommend her!

This prof is amazing. I learned so much to recertify (wasn't sure that would be the case at Broward College versus FAU). Prof promptly gives a lot of useful feedback and she's very experienced and an expert. I will definitely be recommending her at my school.

Great prof. I didn't do my best and was late with assignments and she let me turn them in late. She wants her students to do well and I am grateful for all the opportunities I got in this class. Dr. C is really the best and I appreciated the fact that she was caring.

Dr. Charlotteaux is an amazing teacher; the class was super easy. The assignments and tests were easy to understand.

For me the only bad thing is that none of the test corresponds with the textbook but other than that she is a good teacher and very kind as well. If you are worried about the textbook thing I mentioned, don't. It is possible to pass her class without passing her test. I mean I did it lol. She gives you a lot of time to complete the assignments.

Dr C is an awesome prof. Loved her class and her tests were based on everything we read. Taking her again this fall.

Took this class in summer in 6 weeks. Although the class was short, the work was manageable (1 discussion, quiz, and technology project each week). The prof was great and very visible. She answered emails quickly, graded quickly, and the tutorials walked you through the steps of all projects. Definitely will be taking her again.

Took the class for recertification. Enjoyed it very much and refreshed my memory about things I had forgotten. Appreciated all the feedback I got and would definitely take this prof again. Was all worthwhile.

Took 4 classes with her (2 edf, eme, and edp). She's unique the way she teaches with active learning. You don't just sit there and listen to lectures. She has video, discussions, technology and team activities. She's the best instructor I've had in education. Follow the rubrics and you'll learn a lot and do well. Also join her club Phi Delta Alpha.

Loved her technology class. The activities were always relevant and engaging. I learned so much and really appreciated how she was always available to coach me and guide me. Amazing psychology professor. Class was enjoyable and I liked her grading criteria. Very helpful when completing assignments and striving for an A. There were 8 discussions, 8 quizzes, 1 critical assignment, and 1 assignment. She also had extra credit opportunities that you could attend on zoom. I hope to take other classes with her!

I registered for an alternative certification course at BC after a colleague at my school recommended this professor. It was a meaningful learning experience that helped me get a clearer understanding of how to implement educational psychology principles in my class.

The professor is unique in her way of teaching. She has lots of activities that help you learn the material. Educational psychology is not the easiest course but she makes it very relevant for teachers and easy to understand. She's an expert in psychology and really wants you to succeed.
