Good teacher, but sometimes goes overboard with his bad and offensive language.

Lots of lecture and note-taking. Tests are exactly like the take home test/homework. Very interesting stories. Hard to get used to the bad language at first but after a little while you get used to it. Good teacher.

This guy is well established. He gives you lots of notes. On test day you can bring one full page of notes as a cheat sheet. Tip: the closer to the front you sit the nicer he is. ( 2 people dropped)

Really out going and funny guy. He is a retired cop and shares great storys with personal experiences. Test are super easy if you take good notes on his power piont cuz u can take a page of notes to test/midterm/final. Don't forget to do the hw worksheet!

Eassy to understand, but a lot of writting (notes). You will get "cop" experience, and learn by the book as well.

If you want an EASY A, then take all his classes. His knowledge of the law as a former police office and a lawyer is a winning combination for his students. Very structured so follow his little and simple rules.

this class is easier than breathing. he practically hands u the answers for the homework. the homework is the quiz. and the quizes makes up the midterms/final. great guy, great personality. one of the nicest teachers. just dont mess with him when hes having a bad day. o yeah, so much extra credit you actually have extra credit coming out of ur nose

very clear on what you need to know. tells it like it is...hello people hes an ex-cop. tells jokes and has a funny side to him. i know it! doesnt give alot of homework. the packets arent alot. just got to do your work and at the same time dont talk because he cant stand people who talk when hes talking. he'll put you in the spotlight if you do. lol

Excellent prof. Easy grader and nearly impossible to fail his class. He gives all review and study guides questions w/the pages to find the answer! All the questions on the test and finals are all from the review and study guide! If you study for an hour over the study guide, u can't possibly fail! I had Gallon for just about all of his classes. He clarifies everything he lectures on, tests are multiple choice w/ few short essay tests (easy), your homework is easy, and is your study guide. Study guide and lectures are all on the test. Very, very easy. You will learn a lot in the easiest way. And the class is very interesting.

makes class time fun

Awesome professor! Never boring. If you don't want your butt kicked by the police, take this class! He's got some good lectures and videos and a CHP officer visits the class. I highly recommend this class, whether or not your a Criminal Justice major

Love this guy, love this class! Class is straightforward and easy - all the tests are directly from the study questions. Lots of point to gain if you do the (very easy) homework. Also, the subject is very interesting and you will learn A LOT! Definitely recommended.

gallon is cool. need to purchase books. involves reading it!! goes over chapters on overhead!! tests are straight out questions from book...no tricks! its hard when you try to ask some questions cause he'll just tell you to look at the book! gets the student involved in the subject!

AWESOME!! he is always up to beat. He really knows his stuff!! Very helpful and ALWAYS on time. There is not one boring moment in his class. Reading is a must. Also TAKING NOTES an everyday routine. But all the questions from the tests and quizzes come from the notes GIVEN by him. This class is an easy A if you take good notes.

pretty easy class, there is absolutely no need to ask questions in his class because he not only verbally goes over everything but has power points up which he rephrases and discuses thoroughly on the material. ive noticed that you cant really ask questions while teaching but after class if you have a question he will asnwer it, its college.

His classes are highly structured and time managed, if one does not get an A in his class it would be because one is lazy and does not pay attention. I took him 4 both Adjus 10 and 12 very good prof...if you want to pass just study the study guides...i know they are alot but it is worthy...excellent prof... interesting stories about some cases...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

ADJUS 10 very good criminal justice class , only recieve study guide questions & weekly spelling test. if u miss days; the only thing you'll be missing is notes. the homework is routine. tests easy if u study your study guide , also lets u use books or notes 4 test :) there should be no way anyone fails this class. if you miss classes you'll be fin

Great teacher, however he is firm in his ways, and you become hesitant to ask him questions, considering that its not easy to talk to him, and therefore you can find it to be rather difficult to please him, and sometimes makes the class unpleasent.

This guy can be a bit of a prick, but he cares more than any other professor I've had. Very straightforward, easy, and does make the material pretty fun.

He's the best teacher to take if grasping concepts is difficult for you. He repeats everything until you remember it. His homework involves the book but he gives you the freaking page number. He's super easy and super funny during his lectures. DO NOT get caught on your cell phone or walking in late. And he's strict on the attendance.

This professor gives lots of information about the course. There are a lot of notes to write down and lots of tests and quizzes. The homework assigned to do is straight forward. Everything covered quizzes test are straight out of the study questions. there should be no reason to receive an A.

Great professor. Really upbeat and clear. He does use some profanity, but never in a harsh way. Old school, a lot of the videos were from the 80s and 90s. Try not to be late or leave early without informing him. Tests are based off review questions he assigns, which he goes over the week after assigning. 2 Quizzes plus the midterm and final.

Gallon is the best AJ teacher of all times because he was a great cop. He's very inspirational because he prepares students for law enforcements. If you are in the class then you pass that simple. All the powerpoint presentations are essential if you take good notes you pass that simple. This semester i didnt really use the book because he(professor Gallon) puts it all on powerpoints for lecutures the next day. Test/quizes/miterm were all walks in the park. Great teacher easy class!

Professor Gallon is a very passionate professor on the subject. He has a great sense of humor and often tells stories about his days being a detective and police officer. The midterm and final are mainly what count as your final grade, and they consist of the homework questions he assigns & gives out the answers to. Easy A without even trying.

I took him for multiple administration of justice classes and this guy is great. He is an ex-cop and a defense attorney with years of experience in the field and know pretty much everything. He is hilarious and he makes his lecture interesting. He is one of the best professors I've had and I won't mind being his student again and again.

I took his class for multiple different courses and outcomes were all nearly the same. you learn a LOT with this professor. Homework and Attendance is a MUST. Midterm and Final is based off what the homework. Easy A if you do the homework and review it as the questions from the homework are on the midterm and final. He will tell you what chapters.

He doesn't ask for a lot. Just do your homework, take notes in class, and review the homework answers before his tests and you'll pass. Tests are based on the exact same homework questions and he provides the answers for it after turning it in. He has a very nice and funny personality, but don't be late to class, you'll get on his bad side.

Professor Gallon is just wonderful. The way he talks about the subject makes you realize that he is very passionate about this career. Do NOT be late to class, he will put you on the spot. In my opinion this is an easy class, not as easy as just showing up, but at least doing the assignments that he passes out. I would say that you need the book 8/10. Plus those questions on the assignments are LITERALLY the same the questions that will be on the quizzes and test. if you show up late even 5 seconds after he will call you out on it

Power points can be used for the unit quizzes, but for the test you can use 1 page of paper with notes. He lectures well, and everything for the test and quizzes is given to you. He as well gives chapter fill ins, that really help a lot. Participation, and punctuality matter. Get their early on days that there are test, and quizzes.

Majority of your homework comes from the power points he does in class and gives you paper copies of the power-points. He allows you to use the power point notes for the quizzes only and it is an easy pass! If you are there everyday and paying close to his lectures, you are guaranteed to the pass the class.

I took Professor Gallon for AJ 10, 14, and 19 and was the best teacher I have ever had. He wants you to learn the criteria and he makes it easy for you to learn and grasp the material and pass the test.

This was seriously the easiest class I have taken at PCC. All the class consists of is a lecture (powerpoints), fill in the blank questions every week that are directly from the powerpoints, and a spelling test. All his test are open notes and are also directly from the power points. Be on time, he'll call you out if you're late.

AMAZING! Took both AJ10 and AJ12 and I wouldn't have asked for a better professor! He's straight forward, self explanatory class, if you're a lazy person DO NOT TAKE! Professor Gallon is a great professor. If you can't make it to class, just email him & be honest. He's easily approachable. His lectures can be long, but he makes them interesting. Just remember to do his online quizzes (you get two chances to pass them, its easy) and show up on test days! You'll learn so much if you listen!

Professor Gallon is has significant knowledge about the criminal justice system which he uses efficiently during class time to make sure that the students are learning the materials effectively. Professor Gallon is an amazing professor and is very knowledgeable about what he teaches. The textbook is free, and the tests are based on the PowerPoints. Assignments that are assigned are due on at Sunday 11:59. He gives you enough time to get them done, and if you have any questions he's an email away. Great professor, and very passionate!

Professor Galloon is the most enthusiastic educator I have ever met in all the years I have attended school. His lectures are very interesting and he gets straight to the point. He also is very understanding and his grading is fair. This class is very easy as long as you do the readings and do assign tests before the deadline. Be prepared to read!

Kind man with clear enthusiasm for teaching! Took 010 & 012 ASYNCH and had to do a quiz for each every week. He does optional lectures you can watch and has powerpoints that show exactly what you'll be tested on. He'll always send reminders so you won't forget deadlines and you're only graded on quizzes (midterm & final included) -- will take again

I took 4 classes with Professor Gallon and he was awesome!! I like how he incorporates personal experiences into his lectures, makes the class really interesting. I took 2 of his courses online and the other 2 in person, but I honestly enjoyed them all. The lectures are pretty straightforward too. One of the best professors I've ever had :)

Professor Gallon is the best! He sets you up for success and is rooting for you to get an A. He provides everything you need to get a fantastic grade. Lectures are not mandatory, but I highly suggest them. His background covers the spectrum of the criminal justice system, and he has great career advice.

I took this course in the fall and was overall a very easy, interesting, and engaging class. He does not assign many assignments. You do have to take one test every week from anywhere between 20 question to 50. He has amazing lectures and provides videos regarding the topic he discussed. He is a great professor and I definitely recommend taking him

Very easy professor. Took him for an online class over Fall semester. Quizlet will be your bestie. No homework or discussion posts. 1 (20 question) test per week. Mid-term is basically all the tests you took previously, combined. Final is the same.

lectures were very easy to understand and quizzes were also very easy and related to the lectures. it's a bit more self-study oriented and you can definitely learn a lot from it, but still a very easy class overall!

SUPER EASY PROF! Took AJ10 and AJ12 with him, and each week is just 1 multiple-choice quiz (ranges from 20-40 questions, midterm/final is 50). Answers can be found easily in the modules. He gives 2 attempts for each quiz except the midterm/final. I legit spent 10 minutes a week on his classes lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR AN EASY A!!!

he is such a nice and genuine professor. his lectures are really interesting and he helps you get a good understanding on the material. I have taken multiple courses with him and I definitely recommend taking your AJ courses with him. He gives you one test per week and you have two chances per test.
