This professor is honestly the best I ever had. He will help you if you ask for it. Sometimes all you have to do is look confused and he will see that you need help. Its sad that Im not able to stay and have him again for another course , but I will say I appreciate his help throughout this tough semester.

Professor has a big heart. You have a week to complete most homework assignments but understands that life happens. Gave 3 quizzes to be taken at home but you got 3 chances and they were not timed! I would definitely take him again!

One class, his family came in to surprise him for his 10 year wedding anniversary; he was gushing over his flowers and balloons his wife bought him. After that he gave us some advance on how to stay with one person for so long. He likes to make sure students understand the material.

I enjoyed mr Pantons class ! He is very lenient with grading and gives opportunities for extra credit. Attendance is not graded but I would suggest showing up to every class because otherwise youll be lost and he explains it well.

Professor Panton makes a topic that can be difficult to most, fun and easy to understand. Attendance is not mandatory but if you attend class and participate, you will get a good grade.

ive had math courses with him. if it wasn't for him, i wouldn't have my degree. he will help you 100% whether its extra time to do work or needing extra credit. he's caring and respectful. as long as you are there and he sees an effort you will pass.

I wish I would have taken him all four semesters. Easy going, not a tough grader, helps you to understand better in order to get the grade you seek. Participation is not mandatory but it's great to know he gives extra points on your tests just for participating voluntarily. Doesn't rush through content, communication in person or email is fast.

Professor Panton is a cool & lenient guy; however, I was surprised to learn there's no mock-test reviews for you to practice at home. Luckily, he goes over a similar test before starting, but I think I could have done better had I been given more tools to prepare. I still recommend him, as long as you're good at studying/understanding the material.

He goes above and beyond for his students. Will explain the lesson and spend the rest of the class working through problems until the class feels comfortable to move on. Practice exam reviews are super helpful. He is SO FUNNY and uses real life examples to teach math.

He always texts back at the end of class if you have any issues and he builds his own exams which there was always a study guide to look over for. I would take him again for liberal arts 2 if I could. If you participate and answer questions in class he hands out bonus points at the end of the final to boost your grade.

PROFESSOR Don W. Panton IS THE BEST! He teaches exactly what you need to know to do on My Math Plus and what's on the test. He goes a little fast, but if you stay behind and let him know he will slow down and make sure you understand! Gives out a practice test before test day, and allows a note card :) RECOMMAND!

Professor Panton is really nice and helps during class and office hours. He is easy to reach and replies quick. The class is not hard at all! Make sure you study for the quizzes and take advantage of the study guides he gives.

This is the easiest class I've taken at FSW so far I would defiantly recommend this Proffesor, he is very sweet and allows you to use notecards on all his test which has helped me so much, make sure you check out the study guides he post as some of the questions do pop up on the test he gives, also he is always giving extra credit for participation

He is such a good professor he is kind of fast so if you're the type of student that's too scared to ask questions and suffer don't take him, but if you do ask he will definitely answer your question and stay after to teach you what you don't understand

Professor Panton is a good professor to take if you struggle in math. He is very good at explaining math in a way you can understand, and he makes sure everyone understands. Ask questions. 2-3 math assignments a week due on Thursdays, and he has about four tests plus the final, and they are all a big chunk of your grade. Buy a TI-84 calculator!!

Awesome professor! If you have to take one of his classes I would def recommend him. He's super understanding and is overall great at what he does. I would recommend going to every class, as he shows how to do problems and goes over tests in person with you. Super awesome guy would def take him again.

Professor Panton is an awesome Professor. He has a strong accent, but you get used to it after a few classes. He gives out extra credit points if you're paying attention in class. He also lets you go back and complete missing assignments for full credit. I loved that we were able to use flashcards on our test. I recommend him for any math course.

Great professor! Some say he has a strong accent but it isn't THAT bad, and you get used to it after a couple lectures. Highly recommend this professor, if I had to say anything though its that I was never able to contact him on any platform outside of classes. Additionally, he didn't put many grades in until the end of the semester. Still great!

Dr. Panton is a great professor, he is funny and his presentations are the notes. As long as you show up to class you will get a good grade. He does take a bit to grade assignments but overall the class is easy.

Professor Panton, was one of the best professors I've had by far. He does have a very strong Jamaican accent but he has no problem repeating his self as long as you ask. Attendance isn't required but for those who showed up got the chance to receive extra credit. His tests were fairly easy & the study guide he hands out is EXACTLY like the tests.

I had Dr. Panton my junior & senior year of high school & freshman year of college. He's an amazing teacher/professor. Very funny and makes math so easy! You do have to get used to his accent, but other than that, if I had to take his class for a fourth time, I DEFINITELY would! Amazing person altogether!

I have avoided math class since 2018 high school graduation because it was and still is my weakest point. Professor panton made this class fool proof and easy for me. Learn and take the time to make note cards of the study guide and you'll have an easy A on the exam. If I ever needed another math course I would take him again.

I took Professor Panton last semester and he is great. I am not naturally math-minded and have struggled with math in the past. He explained things in a way that was very simple and easy to understand. He taught us how to use the T84 (or, in my case, T83) calculators, which made solving the equations much easier. He is also very funny; I recommend!

Extra credit is given for participation in class be punctual and attending. He won't tell you to be on time or attend. He provides GUIDE for all tests for easy understanding. I would definitely take him again. Professor Panton is a very considerate person and easy to explain as many times as you need. If you don't get an A, it's your fault.

He taught you how to actually use the ti84 calculator and it legit solved every problem for you! Extra credit given for showing up to class, participating, and having the calculator!

Professor Panton was absolutely amazing, and I would choose him every time. He was super helpful and genuinely cared about his students' success. He provided practice tests, which were incredibly valuable in preparing for exams. Additionally, he helped me get comfortable using the TI-84 calculator, which made a huge difference in my understanding.

I am horrible in math but got an A. He gives you a practice test a week before the actual test, so you could study at home (which are the same questions on the test just different numbers). Homework assignments are unlimited chances, so you should be able to score a 100 on every homework. Flashcards and calculator, are allowed on the test!

I took him for Mathematical Thinking during the Spring. The experience was very good. We didn't have a lot of assignments and he allowed us to use three note cards (or even sheets of paper) for the tests. He explained everything pretty well. My main complaint is that he wasn't accessible outside of class at all, but overall great experience.

This is by far the best professor I have taken Don't hesitate to reach out to him. He's always there for you. He makes some funny jokes once in a while. Make sure you integrate in class and he'll give you extra credit later on. His study guides are very similar to the test.Make sure you study your note cards and you'll pass without a doubt.
