I guess if you are comming it means u havnt heard about her around campus.That is surprising. I took her because i heard great things about her around campus.There are to many things to go into how great she is..if i were so sick.. id never miss her class.. her classes were so amazing. Thumbs up!

I will remember the stuff she tought forever. She treats the students like they are her friends. Shes a very good teacher and she makes the learning fun.

i took prof. bacon's human sexuality class and it is by far the best class i've ever had in my LIFE. bacon is so sweet, she's young and energetic, she speaks loud and clear, and i guarantee that everyone will walk away learning and REMEMERING at least 1 or 2 things from her class. i love her.

She is great-very easy to understand. Makes learning easy and fun. Talks about everything-yeah treats the students like friends-interesting stories. i learned a lot in the class and will not forget.

She is a great professor. The class is 3, 50q MC questions which come straight from the board. If you pay attention you should do ok, but the class is not as easy as she says it is. I would take her again but I only needed 1 health class.

An all around great teacher. You have to do the work but you will definatly learn something and enjoy the class.

She's an extremely helpful professor. There's a Midterm and Final, study for it...YOU WILL BE FINE!! She's not really big on tests tho. She's hilarious too. Theres an oral presentation for ped251 at the end of the semester, seems hard at first, but if you get to know everyone it's a piece of cake.

She was fun and unique and brought enthusiasim to the class that I feel was very contagious. I enjoyed her class very much and she is a fantastic teacher. She really knows what she's talking about and she's very down to earth.

I love this woman with all my heart, you really can't ask for more in a professor, or a human being in general. Sweet, caring, funny as hell, and really dedicated to her classes, students, and cause. I always tell my friends that if they're going to take human sexuality, that they HAVE to take it with her. Definitely one of NCC's best assets. <3

I took an online class with her.There is not a whole lot of work required during the semester.Perfect for very busy students.One term paper is required,but make sure you Cite EVERYTHING or you will fail.Read the textbook for the exams!!.There are no trick questions, verything is from the book.If you have a bad memory,don't read too far in advance.

I loved my HED 251 class w. Prof. Bacon. She's real and gets straight to the point, material might gross you out a bit but still keeps you interested. Wants you to read chapters before class. Doesnt assign homework; gives multiple choice midterm & final, and a class presentation on a topic (you picked). TAKE HER, SHE'S AN EASY A.

Professor Bacon is a wonderful instructor. She's fun and very interesting. The textbook is never used, her exams are multiple choice maybe some short answers. A very easy A. Must attend all her lectures.

Just going to let you know what the class consists of. You have a midterm which is basically the first half of the text book. An oral presentation, which if you dont like doing dont take the class bc its a big part of the grade. And a final which is the second half of the book. Make sure you show up to class or you will get DROPPED!!

Took her for the Health class. She is mean and doesn't really care about the students. HOWEVER she does teach the material very very well. Her exams are all definitions, so take notes and glimpse at the book.

She is freakin' amazing. I love her class she is by far the BEST professor I have ever had! One would have to experience the class to understand the amazingness that comes out of this woman's mouth.

Presentation @ the end of the semester but it's easy. Didn't open the textbook once, don't buy it. Would take the class again if I could! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Easy class ... Took in at 7am . You'll be taking a midterm exam a final exam , then a presentation on topic .. very simple .. she simply lectures you every class which is great for notes.

Dr. Bacon is the best professor ever. Took her HED-251 class at 7AM and enjoyed it tremendously. Subjects are interesting and she makes it fun to be in class at 7AM. Would take her class again if I could.

Professor Bacon is one of the funniest professors I have ever had. She loves educating her students and is a very fair grader. I took her honors human sexuality course and the honors classes are smaller so we had resting discussions and were close knit group. I highly recommend taking her class.

I absolutely loved this class. Professor Bacon is amazing. The lecture topics were interesting and fairly easy to understanding. Not really that much work, a couple of tests and a final project. Tests are easy as long as you study and the project is simple. Would definitely recommend taking this class!

Professor Bacon is an amazing teacher! I highly highly recommender her. Considering, I went at 7am and she kept me awake and often laughing was a plus. She loves her work and students and it show in all she does. Pay attention, do your reading, and you'll do fine. Cant say enough, just take any class she teaches. She is amazing beyond words.

I never missed a class because professor Bacon is just so funny and has the best stories. This class is interesting and easy. She is strict with attendance so show up if you want to pass. At the end of the semester you have to present a topic in front of the class, if you have stage fright this might not be for you because this is 33% of your grade

She is honestly the best professor Ive ever had. She is funny and is always there to help students. There is a presentation at the end of the semester though. She is hilarious and knows what shes talking about. Her stories are interesting and I never wanted class to end.

She's an amazing professor! I had her at 8:30 in the morning and the only reason I got the low grade that I did was because I'm not a morning person, but I made an effort to be there on time on the days that I had her. She woke me up in the mornings. Don't be late, don't skip class, and hand things in and you'll pass

Dr. Bacon is very helpful if needed. She makes everything cut and clear on how to pass with a pretty good grade. If you do the work you will pass no problem. She has 10 weekly modules consisting of reading the chapter and writing relating to the topic. There is a midterm and a final along with 2 fairly easy projects.

Bacon was great. She's so funny and made the class a blast. However, DON'T buy the textbook, wasted like $150, you don't use it at all. The material is easy. Only two tests: midterm and final. You also do a very easy powerpoint at the end. Overall, the class was great. Don't go above your three absences cause she gets angry about it. Great class!

At first I wasnt too fond of how unreasonable this professor was, but she ended up being one of the professors I respected most. Make sure you go over the slides that she sends and really look over the syllabus. The class itself is really interesting. The assignments are straight forward and Professor Bacon is a fair grader. The discussion boards are simple. If you put some effort in this course it is an easy A.

Overall she is a good professor. I took her online course for human sexuality and it was pretty easy. You had to do weekly work and look over all her lectures and participate in the discussions. It was an interesting class and if you do the work youll pass. Textbook is required but you can pass without it. Prof dosnt communicate with you at all

I think she was a great Professor honestly. The workload is not too much and she says at the beginning of the semester that she is making sure its do able and not taking advantage of a student's time because it's online. If I could take the class again I would. She's a great professor and is very funny.

I took the asynchronous class, it's very straightforward, she doesn't communicate with you except to email each week's itinerary. It's a couple discussion posts, 7 quizzes, and 1 final project. Easy peasy, there is a textbook but I found it online for much cheaper than the one she listed for us (shh!)

Dr. Bacon has been absolutely amazing as a professor. She's so knowledgable and funny and definitely knows how to make class interesting. Health can be kind of a weird topic but the way she goes about it makes everyone (in my opinion) feel super comfortable.

Honestly easiest A for this class, I had taken her class online and it was easy just have your camera on and gave us an option for 8 quizzes or tests we chose quizzes and for final project was a presentation of 7 slides total and she clear what she wants on it and I recommend taking her class and overall amazing professor.

4 online discussion - takes a coupe minutes and you have to respond to a couple classmates 6 reading quizzes - quizlet 1 book quiz - the pdf is free online and the quiz is very easy, just read the book it takes a couple hours 1 Essay - a self eulogy that is two pages and easy to write. took an hour

She teaches really well and the classes are great, every class I leave there learning something new. The tests are easy, she cares more about our learning than our grades, so she makes a point of having class discussions in a very dynamic way. She is an amazing person!

She is in amazing teacher if you are not comfortable with hearing certain terms or opinions don't take the class she teaches great very interesting you learn pretty much everything you need to know with the functions of your body test is easy only downside is sometimes she may not answer emails.

Only negative is relative email irresponsiveness. Aside from that, this professor is extremely kind and provides instruction in a clear way. Excellent educator. Even with controversial topics, she presents them in a fair and facts-based manner. Professor cares about students and work. Definitely take, even as a gpa booster.
