She's hyper active and expects that you know everything for some reason, duh, this is the reason I'm taking the class because I DON'T! VERY TIME CONSUMING USELESS projects. Very knowlegeable in real estate, but the class is not easy. There's a lot of work so be prepared and don't take this class with a full load.

Talks a lot (all over the place!) She has a lot of knowledge it's just hard to keep her on topic. Can come off a little rude, but she wants you to succeed.
