I had her fr my first semester of Chemistry Labs. She's a good professor, very helpful.Always makes things clear and explains the Labs prior to doing the, If you hav the question or not sure how to do the problem, she will explain and go over it with you. She's albeit late with grading but her grading is fair and you could do good.My overall rating
She's a tough grader, but the labs are easy and she is very encouraging. She also doesn't hand papers back in time.
AVOID! DO NOT take her, she's mean for no reason at all and her demands for labs are ridiculous. Doesn't hand stuff back until the semester ended and expects you to know more than she's teaching, the worst lab technician ever
donna is an AMAZINGG lab professor! before any lab she goes through the entire procedure and makes everything crystal clear. i had her last semester and i like her so much that i made my schedule around having her for lab. she has never been mean to me or any of my classmates and even helps you with hw from the lecture.i wud 100% recommend her to n
Donna is the best, don't listen to any scrubs. She begins each lab with a very clear and precise summary of the experimental procedure. If you're confused, ask her a question and she will do everything within her power to make it clear for you. She's a tough grader, but don't cry about it. She will always tell you what to do in order to improve.
Donna is a great lab technician. Don't listen to those who say she's mean; in fact she's prolly the kindest person you'll meet in undergrad. Extremely helpful, and always very eager to help you with questions that you have. Her clarity is amazing, you can even ask her questions you might have about the lecture and she'll go through it with you.
She is veryy tough. She says that her tests will be very very difficult. She goes by very fast too.
The class is not easy, but challenging. In her class she makes the hardest things seem easy. She makes everything VERY clear and if she gives hard tests, it's because she well prepares her class for it. So you should do fine, IF you do your work and study. She's a great chem teacher and I hopefully I find a teacher like her in other subject classes!
she's very nice but very tough. if you want an A in her class, you'd better study your butt off. honestly, i don't see the point to exams as difficult as hers'.... they dont make students learn the subject better; rather, they turn students off from the subject.
very helpful and quite tough but she will explain the material verrry well. i highly recommend her. actually encourages you too see her during office hrs.
She's great, keeps you on your toes. If you intend to keep abreast of the topics and study hard that is...
Is one of the most helpful teachers I have ever met in my hunter career. Really wants her students to understand the material but dont take her helpfulness as weakness. She is a no joke teacher and her tests aren't a cakewalk either. But if you like chem then you will love this class and teacher.
Shes great! Shes very clear, keeps her lecture notes online, and gives a lot of non-mandatory practice. She makes every test seem like the end of the world, so that you study harder, and when you get to the test its fairly easy. If you let her fear method get to you, you'll always get an A! She encourages you to meet her in her office! TAKE HER!
Donna is by far the best professor the chem department has! She is absolutely incredible! TAKE HER WORKSHOPS SERIOUSLY!!! They are a HUGE help for her tests!! if u don't understand them, u wont understand the tests. And you'll love her accent!
Donna is one the sweetest and the best Chemstry professors at Hunter College. She knows her material well and cares about her students. The only thing I have to say is that her tests are pretty difficult. However she is a must take professor especially if you want to learn something in the class...
The best=)
One of the best chemistry professors at Hunter. She's always clear in her explanations, and provides more than enough examples for you to fully understand the concepts. Take her, you won't regret it.
Donna is the hottest and most helpful professor I've had at hunter. She makes things so easy. You should really go to her office hours, she really helps a lot. Although I put in a lot of effort in her class, it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend it for pre-med. Plus she has a killer accent ;)
Not that great
she's definitely not easy but she's very helpful during office hours so go see her! she's a fair grader and really wants you to do well. her tests are hard but she really does prepare you for them. do the workshops and homeworks and you'll do well! oh and you HAVE to love her accent! fantastic teacher! definitely made me love chem even more!
Very helpful but you have to ask for help. One of the best professors I had. Made chemistry easy to understand and if you do the work it's actually possible to get good grades in her class.
Donna is a really good professor. Science is never easy, but she makes it pretty decent to understand. It's hard to get an A, but possible and she is a very fair grader. Tests are fair, if you know the stuff. Attendance is not mandatory, but if you want to get a good grade, it is. You MUST study for this class.
Very easy class if you study her workshops and lectures. The tests are not so difficult if you know how to think ^^
Donna is the best professor I have had yet. Not only is she clear and makes difficult topics easier to grasp, but she will bend over backwards if you are struggling. Truly dedicated. In a room with nearly 100 kids, she knows everyone's name (First name and Last name)... Should I say more?
She's a good teacher but she is extrememly easy. I had a good time in this class but I just wish that she would challenege us a little more.
She is the best proff i have had in Hunter. Makes the class easy to comprehend and really cares about her students. Is a fair grader and makes sure that you understand whats going on no matter how long it takes. DEFF TAKE HER.
A great prof., very helpful. Easy grader and has quizes from time to time which are fairly easy. Takes time out to know everyones name and how are they doing. In absolute love with her. Highly recommend.
Donna is such a great professor. I learn the material instantly as she teaches. Her lectures are fast paced, clear, contain many examples, and her bright personality keeps them interesting. On a side note I want to accompany her to art galleries and museums and whatever other awesome stuff it seems like she does.
She is an amazing teacher and such a nice person. The class is very easy so long as you pay attention. She is engaging and easy to follow. Honestly, she deserves to be teaching at an ivy league caliber school.
Her teaching metho ddoesn't work for me. She moves at a faster pace than I'd appreciate and expect all of 100 students to understand what she's going over the first time around because we apparently learned it in Highschool. Nice person, Good professor, not for me
Donna is a great teacher. She actually teaches and you never have to be afraid or ashamed if you don't understand something, she will go back and explain herself twice or thrice if she has to. The lectures are not boring but they're easy to follow, the owl hw can get annoying, quizzes every week, and the tests can be challenging but possible to get A
Donna is a great professor. She's tough, but her class is never boring and she's always available during office hours. She'll provide as much help as you need. Plus, she's really cool!
She's a great teacher! I have a strong background in chemistry with AP Chem and Chemistry Olympiad but I still learned something in her class. She was awesome! Highly recommended.
Let me start of by saying that Donna is absolutely wonderful. Even if you are a complete nitwit and have no knowledge of chemistry you might just end up leaving her class as a future chemistry major. Her class is not easy and requires both effort and time. Pre-meds and chemistry majors I highly recommend. Plus Shes Hot!!!!
First off, really genuine and takes her students' interests to heart. She's quick, so you have to keep up with her. Miss one class, risk ruining your grade. Quizzes can be tricky if you're not ahead of the game; come early and make sure you sit in the front. Tests are pretty fair and I can't tell you how much you need to be on top of your sh*t.
Absolutely Love Her! Best chem professor in hunter!
Having almost no background in Chemistry, I have to admit that I was able to follow her lectures with ease. She explains everything with great knowledge and is extremely helpful. She gives a great amount of practice and practice problems, and if you keep up with the lectures, homework, and workshops, it'll be hard NOT to earn an A!
Great teacher, super clear, posts all lectures online so even if you don't come to class you can get an A just by reading lectures. Definetly one of the best teachers EVER
Absolutely awesome! She knows how to lecture, answers all questions. Test are a little tough, but definitely bearable.
Donna is a really great professor, I can tell that she enjoys teaching. She makes even the hardest concepts a breeze to learn and understand. She does not focus much on memorization, but rather more on conceptual learning that sticks with you the entire year. Overall, Donna is one of the best professors and I highly recommend taking her courses.
Really good professor. She will make learning so much easier. She does as much as she can to make sure you as an individual understand concepts. Loyal to office hrs and workshops are very helpful. Of course, you will need to work hard yourself with the HW and some textbook reading, but that comes with the subject. Def one of the best.
AMAZING OMG I LOVE HER OMG OMG why can't she be my prof for EVERYTHING!!!!!
Donna is one of the best chemistry teachers I have ever had! She makes everything really easy to learn and goes over everything enough to a point where it is drilled in your head. Everything she does in class is posted online for easy studying. Her tests are tough but easily passable if you know the material. Overall she is the BEST!
DONNA IS AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT AND A CHEM GENIUS. AWESOME TEACHER!
Excellent professor. Really cares about students.
She is the most amazing professor I've had at Hunter. She makes Chemistry seem easy and you walk out actually knowing chemistry.
Honestly speaking, she is the best professor I have ever had. She is so bubbly and awesome during class sessions. Her exams are not super easy, you must work for it (obviously, this is college) but she makes the learning process easy. Work hard and you will get the grade you deserve.
Dr. McGregor is by far one of the hardest working, professional and dedicated professors I've ever had. She works tirelessly for her class and makes you feel individual attention in a lecture of over 600. She is very creative in her presentation of material and well organized. She is fair and you will learn Chemistry in her class. The best, period.
Great Professor. Easily one of the best I've had in a science class. Her classes are fun and entertaining. She's one of those professors you wish you had for every class. If you fulfill a minimum of requirements, you can get an easy A.
She will make you love chemistry at an introductory level. Her lectures are great & clear. She goes out of her for her class. Her exams are somewhat hard but you'll be prepared enough if you study. The TAs are helpful. An A is easily achievable with hard work. She exceeds expectations. She's like a breeze on a hot summer day. A must-recommended =)
Exams are a little challenging, but she provides a plethora of study materials. The OWL homework is a little tedious and of little help, but that's really the only complaint I can make.
I absolutely loved her, although my classmates were totally head over heels. She is very clear and precise. Her powerpoints are amazing! Her tests are quite challenging but she provides adequate study materials to succeed in the class. My only regret is not studying more effectively in her class. Make sure to study and you can get the A!
AMAZING PROF! you must attend lecture: those clicker q's can save your grade. exams are a breeze if you've used ALL the resources she's provided. no reason for you not to get an A in that class and have a newfound appreciation for chemistry. TAKE HER!!
Donna is awesome. She is a great lecturer and is always willing to help you out. She provides more than enough resources for you to practice on, extra credits etc. You still have to do your part so there's no reason not to get an A. Take her!!!
Her lectures are great and so clear and easy to understand. I do not like chemistry at all and Donna made me actually like it probably because she made it easy to understand. She provides lots of practice material and there's a lot of great practice in the in class clickers. Overall great professor, definitely take her you won't regret it
She. Is. Awesome. Take her or you'll be sorry. I don't feel like being specific but she's great.
One of the most entertaining and interesting chem class you will EVER take. Donna's amazing. She gives free points too!
I took chem 102 and 104 with her. One of the hardest working professors ever. Great lecturer (love her PowerPoint slides), helpful person. Simply the best. Pay careful attention to her lecture, finish the assigned OWLs and go to a recitation. You will do well. Already missing her lectures!
Donna is the best professor! Her slides are extremely clear, she provides plenty of practice materials. Her office hours and open recitation are helpful. Easy to talk to if you have any questions or concerns. Extra credit available. Makes the class interesting and fun with the clicker questions. Wish she was a professor for all science classes
Just like everyone else said, Donna is simply awesome but that by no means that Chem 104 is an easy course. You will have to do your fair share of studying. Just to give u heads up, don't bother buying the book. Donna posts amazing power point lectures on blackboard that should be sufficient for you to get the material.
Fantastic Professor, if you get her, you hit the jackpot!
Sometimes her powerpoint slides have errors which lead to mass confusion, but otherwise she's a great Prof.
She is AMAZING! BEST PROFESSOR EVER! It is nearly impossible to get below a B, because she is show amazing and gives so many opportunities. Just study her slides and you will be good!
She is AMAZING. Wish all other science professors were like her. Her lectures are good enough to not come to class and just study from home, but going to class makes it that much easier. Just pay attention, do your HW, and do her practice exams and you should be fine. Got an A
VERY, VERY GOOD. Clear, well-organized lectures. Exams are a bit challenging, but okay. Overall, definitely one of the best professors I have ever had.
Good professor. If you study all her lectures and do the practice exams you should do well, but you have to put in the effort. Nothing is going to come easy.
Donna is the best lecture professor of any of the science departments at Hunter. She is always willing to help students with course work, and undergrads with advising/scheduling. Her exams are harder than what she teaches, but she prepares students well for them. Attend all lectures. Textbook is optional.
She is the best professor I've ever had in Chem. She makes everything easy to understand and if you don't understand you can always ask her. She really cares and wants to help you. Would recommend her!!
Donna is an amazing woman, she's extremely clear, funny, and a pure joy to have around. She's very serious about attendance and her iClicker questions. Just take the class seriously and you'll do well!
Donna is the best. She's a hard grader tho. She has cool hair.
The class is hard, there's no denying that but Donna makes it so enjoyable that you forget how fast you're going (until you do the HW lol). Her enthusiasm is amazing and she has great confidence in her students' abilities. I love her class. I never used a textbook because she is cool enough to post her slides online & they are as clear as a text.
She an excellent professor. Love the way she teaches, everything is clear and to the point. Her tests are fair (moderately difficult) as long as you study and you're prepared. You must be willing to put a lot of time and effort into the class but you will definitely enjoy it!
She is amazing !!! She makes you actually understand every single thing she teaches. If you follow from the beginning then you will get A for sure. Even though she is going over stuff very fast you would't actually mind because in the midtime she explains everything very clearly.
She's a great professor but be ready to put in WORK!!! Don't slack on iclicker or workshops as pointless as they may seem sometimes. They will makeup for your test scores in the end. Her exams are tricky but if you listen in class and review the lectures after class along with the saplingtheres no reason not to succeed. Donna is AWESOME! DONNA4LYFE
One of the best chem teachers. She makes everything so clear and fun. She will challenge you though. Do all the hw, iclicker, extra credits and don't miss class. One missed class can make you confused. Definitely recommend her but your gonna have to compete for her since everyone knows she's one of the best. Had fun and ps, I'm a chem nerd so.. lol
Let the other comments speak for yourself. Her voice alone makes you interested in learning Chemistry. It gets challenging as you move forward but stay on track in the beginning and you'll do fine. She WILL DISCOURAGE YOU saying that this course is hard and stuff like that. But don't listen to that. She's ALWAYS there to help. Highly Recommended.
Donna is just amazing. She is such a good professor. Her tests are so hard but if you're willing to work hard in the class, you'll be okay. Don't take this class if you're looking for an easy A. You're gonna have to work your ass off!!!!
Donna is simple a genius. I haven't met a better professor at Hunter. She's the hardest chemistry professor here so no easy A's. You're gonna have to work so hard in this class, but she makes everything so much fun!
Donna is an awesome teacher.
She is definitely a delight. She is really clear in her lessons and keeps you interested. She isn't an easy A, but she does make it possible. Her love for the subject motivates you to pay attention and succeed. Overall amazing professor.
She's a fairly straight forward professor. The homeworks are simple, and there are no surprises on the tests. My only gripe is the lack of study material. This class can be a tad difficult if a student only uses the powerpoints and Sapling HW. Borrowing a book from a friend and doing practice questions made this class a breeze.
Amazing Professor!
By far, Professor McGregor is the best Chemistry Professor that not only Hunter has to offer, but that any institution in the world has to offer. There's not many Professors that are so good that you do not need to use the textbook. Her passion for chemistry will be bestowed on you, and you'll never see chemistry in the same way after her class.
She knows how to teach and she explains stuff very well. Her power-points are extremely good. She also gives alot of extra credit so you can go from a B+ from the tests to an A with the extra credit hw, workshops, and iclicker
She is one of the worst professors I ever had. She focuses on the math instead of the concepts, and puts you down when you ask questions (outside of class mind you) about things like chirality. If you are truely curious do not take her class.
Don't believe the hype, she is a not an easy A. She explains things in class very basically and then makes a ridiculously hard test. Plus she doesn't curve when the whole class does bad. This class is not easy, if want an A in this class you need to study a lot and have some luck.
DONT believe these people. She seems so easy because she makes her lectures easy and simple! She teaches what 1+1 is, then on the test day she gives you a question only engineers can solve. But wait its fair cuz she thought you how to do 1+1 on her slides, so no worries.
Easy slides to study, hard exams. Studied 200+ hours outside of class for the first exam, barely passed. Questions were made to make you fail. Very nice professor first few weeks of class. Encourages you to drop the class if you failed the first exam two months later. Class is 800 kids, no way to learn anything. All m.c. question exams,no partialcr
I am taking her hybrid course (online/class) and I absolutely love her videos! She has a pleasant voice and very clear way of teaching and really makes you understand the material! She'll go in detail and make sures to explain a lot of tricks you find in Chemistry! Fantastic professor!
This professor is amazing. She explains lessons clearly. She stays on topic if too many people get confused. She goes above and beyond for the students to do well. Her exams are NOT hard if you give the time and effort. It is an A if you are on top of things, but this class should be no less than a B. She gives many chances(EC)to boost your grade
One of the best in Hunter. Understandable lectures, gives extra credit, extends her office hours to help students. Her exams are passable if you study well. In the end, you should be able to get at least a B-. Donna shows enough effort to help us, it's the students job to work hard as well. Consider a major change/tutor if you're struggling a lot.
For Donna it is all math and even her conceptual questions are based off of equations. When you try and ask her questions about concepts that you have read in advance she will wave you off and tell you, that you shouldn't be reading ahead. She does not foster an environment that allows for learning inside and outside the classroom.
Her teaching style and powerpoints are very clear and easy to grasp. She does a good job of not only teaching you how to do problems but the conceptual basis behind them. She provides a lot of resources to help you study. As long as you do clicker quesitons/sapling/practice tests, youll get A's on her tests.
Amazing.
Donna is a great professor. Her colorful power points make it easy to understand, however her tests are not easy. It's easy to get a C, but for an A you have to work hard and use other sources for your practice such as another chemistry textbook. Go to lectures to earn the IClicker points, do the learning goals on BB which are free points.
Her teaching style is the same as in CHEM 102: voice is clear enough to learn Chemistry and her powerpoints is really all you need. Her exams are tricky especially if you're thinking about aiming for an A. But the final exam for this course is double the amount of questions than the 102's final. Overall, worth taking for a general Chem course.
Its a difficult course. Donna tries her best to make it easier upon us. The content is difficult but as long as you study for days before exams you should do well. Take advantage of the easy points she has to offer they really come in handy. She's very organized. Wonderful Professor, but definitely not easy. Put in work and youll get the grade
Donna has got much swag
She is amazing ! We need more Donnas in Hunter !!!
Best science professor/teacher I've ever had. Powerpoints are crystal clear and she provides plenty of study material for exams. Plenty of extra credit as well.
She is the best professor ever. Prepares you really well and gives u multiple extra credit opportunities. Her LGAs are simply free points so make sure u do them. She is definitely not an easy one and would test you on ur ability to manipulate mathematical expressions. She is very considerate as well. Easy A+ at the end
I am so surprised with people saying how hard this class is. It is a little, but with her helpful slides and practice questions it shouldn't be hard to get atleast a B+
If you're average at chem and want an A its gonna be rough. Start studying 2-3 weeks before tests. Her slides are good but dont rely on them because they're simple. On top of practice she gives, find practice online and do A LOT. Some questions test 5 concepts at once so make sure you understand EVERYTHING. Take advantage of EC you'll need it!
Make sure to do your homework, attend classes, and go to recitations. Also, do NOT rely on the final to boost your grade. The average is usually around a 50! She gives plenty of extra credit and fixes any mistakes she makes on exams.
One of the best teachers I've ever had. I was intimidated about taking chemistry in a class of 800 students, but Donna's class was effective and fun.
She is an amazing professor. Makes everything really clear on her slides, which are always posted within a few hours of the lecture, and she's really accommodating about answering questions and meeting with students. Take her class!!
There's no possible way that you can get a chem teacher as good as her. She's AMAZING!!! I can't say enough good stuff about her. Extremely clear and the best teacher that I've ever had in my life. VERY HELPFUL and CRYSTAL CLEAR!!! You are blessed if she's chem teacher my friends!!!
GREAT TEACHER crystal clear and cares about the students. Will do anything in her power to make you do well. She drops tests and gives extra credit if she thinks a question on the test is unfair. TAKE ADVANTAGE. You''re spoiled if you have her.
The best instructor I've ever had, and likely will ever have. I had no interest in chemistry before taking her courses. She instilled a strong desire within me to pursue this subject. Also, she has the most pleasant voice and is gorgeous. Taking her class is the academic equivalent of winning the lottery. GIVE HER TENURE.
Worst teacher and hard exams never go to her
One of the best professors at Hunter. Keeps students engaged and has very clear and useful lecture slides. Put the work in and it will show.
I used to like Chem in high school but after taking this class i HATE it. It's not her fault though, the subject and materials are tough itself. Took an online course spent hours on taking notes but regardless failed most of the tests. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE if you want to get above a C. TESTS ARE CRAZY HARD!
950 students are little too many to give individual attention even by TA's. This is not education this is business! you are completely own your own to learn this class believe me! for extra credit you will basically improve her videos that she prepared you to study. and next semester only 13 of the class can sign up for Chem Lab. this is a joke!!
Amazing professor, knows how to convey her knowledge really well. Her Class Is Fun And Her Teaching Methods Are Very Effective. Her exams aren't that easy but if you work for it, you would do good for sure.
You know, it's really your attitude. Yes, the tests are challenging. She has made Chemistry alive for me. I have learned much more from her than subject area. Those who want to go on in Science know what it takes to try to master a subject. The TA's are always available to help us with questions. This is an "A" class, anyway you want to slice it.
Professor McGregor is by far the most amazing professor you will ever take. She explains material incredibly well, is always there for all of her students no matter how many students she teaches, and is just an outstanding person. The amount she cares for each of her students will inspire you so much that you will simply just love her class.
Honestly, easy A+ if you attend lectures and follow her slides during class. She really breaks everything down to bits and pieces and leads you into understanding everything. I enjoyed her class a lot. She really knows how to teach. That's not easy to find in Hunter.
Professor McGregor is an outstanding professor and an amazing person overall. She's the kind of professor you would be easily able to approach, and she sincerely cares about her students (even though they are many). She is incredibly sweet and understanding; I wish all professors would be like her!
She is great, but I do not suggest taking this class with a lot of other classes. It requires a lot of time to get a good grade in this class.
NOT a harsh grader. I've taken 5 courses in a lecture hall, and she is the most fair. Partial credits to multiple choice tests, small extra credit project, and straightforward tests. Depending on your section, she can post exam grades in a few HOURS! Grade is not purely based on exams so less pressure on acing them. Put in timeeffort and get an A.
This professor is probably the best teacher i've ever had at hunter thus far, the lecture videos are a huge help in studying Donna not only posts videos she dictates though out which can be very beneficial, tests are a hit or miss if you review the videos and grasp the concepts you will do good in this class, I'm hoping chem 104 will be similar
Donna is the best professor which I ever met. Crystal clear in her videos. All tests are related to the topic, no surprises, but you need to study really hard to get a good grade. She gives extra credits to boost your grade. Study hard and you will be fine. It's very sad that she is leaving Hunter. Hunter college will loose best chemistry professor
Donna is the best professor that I had. Im not gonna say it is an easy class because it's not. You have to work hard and keep in track with homeworks and understand the videos well in order to get above C. I did struggle during the semester, but she us give extra credits, which boost my grade up . too bad she is leaving Hunter :(
Simply Amazing. Donna is not only an outstanding lecturer, she is always there to help. The class does requires some time and effort. Her lovely videos are a BIG help though. With the resources she provides for a class like genchem, you should be fine.
It's unfortunate for future students that Donna will be leaving Hunter! She was a great teacher, despite being in a lecture of 800+ students. Many would say her tests are hard, but everything she puts on the tests are on the videos and iClicker sessions. There are no surprises, just study hard and make sure you know the material!
Respectable and funny teacher. Makes Chemistry fun. Loved the accent.
Gave extra credit that was worth nearly nothing and videos were not helpful enough.
Donna was absolutely fantastic. She made a full effort to teach 1200 kids at once and did a perfect job at it. I absolutely fell in love with chemistry thanks to her. Do the homework, go to recitation, pay attention in class and you'll do great!
over 1000 students in lecture hall. No class teaching. You learn the material own your own from her videos, she really worked hard on it but no difference than online class. I wonder how come Hunter Col. has no Prof. at all to split this 1000's people and teach them as civil people. this is a hard class and it should not be thought a social science
Donna's test were so confusing. She gave out previous tests that were nothing like the tests she gave. Some things on her videos just arent as clear as you would think she'd make it.
The practice exams were way easier than her own tests. Her videos were not very clear and comprehensive and resulted in a lot of confusion.
Videos are ambiguous as ever. Tests are nothing like practice tests.
Might as well take an online class. Videos are not clear and just overall prepare yourself to be up all night before exams because you have to teach yourself everything.
Expected this class to be a lecture and to be able to take notes during class. Nope. Ended up using videos that weren't helpful and didn't teach us what we needed to know for tests. Practice tests were easy, but actual tests were much more difficult.
Donna is one of the best professors at Hunter. She provides so many resources that it's impossible not to do well in the class. If only all professors were like Donna. She's the best!
Our Chem. 102 uses her videos which I think is the worst video tutorials. All she do is read off whatever on the power point and offer very little explanations, there's no way I can learn from her video.
Every week you have to spend hours watching videos and in class you answer questions or solve problems. Wish there was another professor teaching this. It is not an online class she doesnt lecture in class all she does is give questions on the board. Everyone must attend office hour with assistants to pass. Horrible. Hw is not even same as videos
She seems far more interested in being friends with students then teach the stupid class. This is some students first sciencd class in college she should focus on making the material easier than socializing with students
I went to ask her for help outside of class because I was very anxious about my grades. She practically snarled at me through her blackened plaque teeth. I guess she gives support to the students who were taught math & science in Europe/Eastern & the rest of us dumb-dumbs will have to settle for being on the lower end of hunter's bell curve.
