Excellent English instructor. Assigns phenomenal readings and steers clear of outdated works (ie. Atwood). Lectures are engaging, with lots of opportunities to further and expand on the materials; cynicism is welcomed. Coursepack is affordable and well organized. A rubric for quizzes would be helpful. Low quality professor. Grading scale is nothing like the expectations given in lecture. Final is ridiculously demanding of information needed. Potentially sexist as well; multiple instances where females in class were awarded more than males for the same quality of work. Feedback didnt help at all, just stated that she disagreed with our opinions.
