She has an immense passion and interest in what she's teaching. She gets really into lectures which can only lead to the student striving to listen. The accent is hard at first, but you learn. She expects good work and class participation. Don't go if you're going to sleep. She'll call you out. Good

Dr. Budryte rocks! She's so passionate about the subject matter and makes you get really into it, too. She loves to foster class debates to make you think. She's also extremely helpful outside the classroom too.

Dr. B is a fabulous teacher! Tests are easy if you pay attention and do a good job on the study guides. Very literary-minded, so if you are a good writer you will do fine on the many writing assignments. Liberal, but eager for ANYONE to defend an opinion. SHE DESERVES A RAISE! Makes a difference

To be honest, Dr. Budryte was and still is the BEST profeesor I've ever had. Helped me to see that although horrible arocites have happened in the past we as humanbeings are still capable of doing better and being better.

Dr. Budryte is a really good teacher! She is really passionate about what she teaches. She has a lot of assignments, but is willing to help whenever needed. I highly recommend her. She makes political science interesting.

Very energetic teacher, very passionate about teaching. Listen to her lectures and keep up with the reading. The things she covers in her lectures are the basis of her weekly quizzes and her tests. She gives an online assignment every week and if you don't do them, it kills your grade. So keep up with those!!!

She is a very passionate and helpful teacher. You have to try though, so it's not just an easy A. As long as you participate in class, do the online assignments, and study for tests, you should have no problem doing well. I wish all teachers could be like her--it's obvious she's one of those few teachers that is actually GOOD at teaching!

This class requires a lot of work and a lot of thinking. Not an easy A though not impossible to pass. Very passionate about the subject though is biased.

Her class was practically impossible, the work load was ridiculous, and I had to start watching CSPAN for this woman! She's helpful and will let you know what you need to do to improve but all in all, she is impossible. DO NOT TAKE THIS LADY!!!

If you want an "easy A," don't take Dr. Budryte. She challenges her students and (gasp!) actually wants them to learn the material she teaches, not regurgitate it. She goes beyond learning concepts, to the actually APPLICATION of the concepts. I did get an A, it is not impossible. Show up to class, listen, participate.

Nice lady but the work load is absolutely ridiculous. I dropped her class and took a different professor and it was MUCH less work.

Dr. Budryte is phenomenal! I don't understand people who are incompetent to know their own constitution and who talk crap about her. She's foreign and she knows****ton about our beloved country and laws! This lady makes you get a grip on the material you are studying. I recommend her because she is of a knowledgeable mind. She's a nice, colorful, enthusiastic character. Easiest course ever? No, but it's OK, I've had much harder classes. My gripe is that she gave these huge study guides that were infinite laundry lists of things to study, then on the actual tests, not even half of it is them. Anyway, I'm a slacker and I passed (barely), so if I did, you can too.

Not the easiest class, but Dr. Budryte is fantastic. Has a bit of an accent but is extremely enthusiastic about her subject and teaches it thoroughly. She knows she gives quite a bit of work and is always willing to meet with you if you have any problems.

I did not have her for intro Gov, but this professor is one of the most engaging ones you will ever have. She is a joy to learn from and not as difficult as most say she is.There is a lot to learn from this woman and she sincerely desires you to love POLS at the end of her class.

DR. B!! i LOVED her class!! Amazing teacher!! Very interesting and engaging. She made a boring class interesting!! Quiz on a weekly basis. She gives you all the questions that will be on the quiz the day before, and all test questions come from the quiz. Take her if you don't mind a heavy work load!!

Dr. Budryte is one of the most engaging professors I have taken so far. She loves her subject and she loves for her students to participate and learn all they can about the subject. Very animated teaching style that keeps you awake and interested. Good textbook, and great power point presentations. TAKE HER! You will not regret it.

I had Dr. Budryte as a professor years ago for World Civ at Brenau. She is one of the best professors I ever had and I am still, ten years on and working on a master's degree, influenced by what I learned from her. She was the first professor to encourage me to think about a PhD and to study phil/politics/IR, as I now do. She's wonderful!

Although she missed quite many classes, she is trying very hard to cover all what was intended to do. She is very devoted and responsible teacher. I like her and would recommend to take her class, especially if you are interested to learn but not just get a good grade.

As others have mentioned before me, if you want an easy "A" do not take this class. However, if you want to leave a class knowing you learned something take Professor Budryte. She's enthusiastic about the course material. The essays she requires you to write are a bit of a drag but not impossible, if you ask for an extension she'll grant it.

Dr. Budryte is a wonderful professor. I would recommend her to anyone. Yet she is sort of difficult to understand, she makes sure you get the required information, and is always available to help you. She wants you to pass the class, and will do whatever is necessary to help. If you want a great teacher, She is the one.

Dr. Budryte was one of the best teachers that I have had at GGC. While she do have a accent; it is not hard to understand her. Her class is very interesting and she allows you to interact with her and the rest of the class.

Very enthusiastic teacher. Very passionate when she speaks. Will call you out if you do not pay attention. Her test are challenging but not impossible to pass. Either you know the material or you don't. Gives you a study guide and is willing to help you outside of class. So there is not excuse for you to fail her class. Good Luck!

Great professor. Clear and precise, and pushes you to understand the material. Projects aren't difficult, and they can be interesting if you like the topic. One of the best professors there is.

Is she a good professor? YES she is, and what I respect about her is that she is a very dedicated professor who takes her job so seriously, which is a plus! However, her tests are hard but not impossible; just study her study guides and you will be golden. She does has an monotone Eastern European accent but it can manageable.

I took Dr. Budryte's American Government class in the spring semester of 2013. I had no interest in Am. Gov. but I found her teaching engaging and thought provoking. She always made herself available and answered my questions right away. She even met privately with my team for the group project. The book is necessary for quizzes.

Dr. Budryte is a good professor. We constantly discuss in class so be ready to participate. We discuss some pretty interesting topics though so it is not a boring class.

Dr. Budryte is a great professor who really knows what she is teaching. You have to go to class, pay attention and try to learn or you won't do well. Quizzes are easy but the tests can be hard even though she provides a study guide. Every test is half multiple choice questions and half essay. Take her if you actually want to learn.

Dr. Budryte is the best professor I have ever had. She cares a lot about the subject and she has a passion for the international community. She wants you to be able to walk away from her class with an open mind about the world and to be able to analyze correctly. Be prepared to read a lot of different articles. Dr. Budryte is probably one of the BEST Political Science professor at GGC. She is really committed to what she does. Just try your best and she will give you a good grade. Although she gives a lot of homework, you will actually end up learning SO MUCH from her class.

This class was not hard. It had a lot of practice quiz to help you get ready students ready for the upcoming test. She REALLY likes polies. A lot of classwork/homework nothing hard at all. If you hate homework there is a lot of extra you can do to make it up. Test should not be too hard if you study and you are america. overall good pick

I went into this class thinking it was going to be horrible, but it turned out to be my favorite class this semester. There's a weekly quiz but its super easy. The tests stick to what she talks about in class. Overall, I highly recommend her she's awesome

Class is very engaging with lots of discussion. Dr. Budryte loves her subject and sincerely wants students to succeed. Critical thinking and writing skills are needed, but as long as you demonstrate that you've thought about the topic, she's not a hard grader. She makes the topics applicable so they're easy to remember.

This was a difficult class for me, but Dr. B was so helpful, understanding, and lenient. She allows extra credit, she is gracious about make-up work, and she lets you re-do assignments that you do not succeed in. She genuinely CARES and is passionate about her subject. I recorded her lectures (very helpful). Very intriguing. Work hard. LOVE her!

She definitely made me work for my A. This class involves alot of studying, paying attention to lectures, and doing good on tests! She is always accessible outside of class and replies to emails quickly. I learned so much in one semester! She gives out assignments that are not on the syllabus, so show up to class!

Dr. Budryte was very nice and she's willing to help if she saw you put the effort into her class. However, the negative thing is that her grading style would be quantity over quality. Make sure to read and watch her video or you will fail. The study guide for the exam was very long but it well prepared you for the exam. Great professor overall!

Greatest teacher I've ever had. You will get an A in the class if you care to speak up and ask questions. She knew everything she spoke about, and offered SO much extra credit. Weekly quiz and a couple tests. Decent amount of lectures, book not required but can help a lot. Study guide before the test was nearly the same as the test itself.

Professor Budryte's tests are fairly easy and cover everything in the lecture. The quizzes do as well. She gives the textbook needed, so this is nice! Just be prepared to do notes. Extra credit is also offered, which is nice. She is very passionate in gov. Her accent is strong, but understandable :)!

This professor!!!!!!!!!! She is fantastictttttttttttttttttttttttttt She has given me a lot of positive reviews because she is accommodating and pleasant. Her teaching was really enjoyable since she was so compassionate and respectful. However, I used to despise learning about laws, but this lecturer has changed my mind.

Dr. B is excellent and knows what she talks about in every lecture. There are many extra credit opportunities. Be aware there are quizzes every week and only 3 tests. All of her tests are online (50 mc and 1 essay). The essays can be as little as 3 paragraphs. Also, something to know is that she refers to paragraphs as essays, so don't freak out.

Get ready to take LOTS of notes & type quickly. Quizzes your knowledge throughout class as participation. Weekly online quizzes (10 Qs - 30 mins) followed by online test (50 Qs, 1 long essay - 75 mins) both are timed so STUDY! do the extra credit & ur grade will go up a lot! show up, show u care, & you will do fine!

Make a good impression and pay attention and take notes every class and you will have an easy time, especially because our tests were all open note! She grades essays very easily, so long as you answer as though you somewhat know what you are talking about you will get an A. Very caring professor and passionate about political science.

Dr. Budryte is by far my favorite so far. She is amazing and just wants you to demonstrate understanding and be able to clearly explain your opinion. It isn't hard but if you try she will definitely take that into account. Write well and read her feedback. It's an amazing class.

You do a homework assignment every week and have 3 tests throughout the semester. Each test has 50 questions and an essay part but the essay part if fairly easy and requires only about 3 paragraphs. She's really easy on grading papers can grades based off your knowledge. All tests were online. She provides a lot of extra credit opportunities.

Professor Budryte was a really cool and accommodating teacher. She was super attentive to emails, even late ones, and made the class feel smooth. I had her asynchronously, so the experience might differ, but overall, it was a chill course. There's a lot of reading, so if that's not your thing, you might want to pick a different class.

TAKE THIS CLASS ONLINE if you are not a history major and just a requirement. very easy all the online assignments on mcgraw hill. very easy just do the assignments before the class ends and she gives extra credit and she actually likes what she does.

This was a summer term class, and I enjoyed doing the work and learning more about the government. She's very caring and gives helpful feedback. There is a textbook you have to purchase. Just follow instructions and do the work, and it will be one of the easiest classes you take.

Her class is enjoyable and engaging. Participation matters since she grades attendance and discussions. There are weekly quizzes, tests with essays, and a final all online. Take good notes, they help with the test essays. There's one easy group presentation. Overall, she's a great, interactive professor and I would take take another class with her.

Such a sweet professor and very caring to her students. takes notes and it will help SO MUCH during tests and assignments as well as when she calls you out (which is nothing to be scared of). she gave out a lot of optional extra credit and brought in very cool guest speakers towards the end of the semester. She explains the subject very very well.
