This class will teach you a lot about social psychology however, you must be willing to work hard on the study guides to get the most out of the class. The information is presented in an engaging way and the text used for the class is clear and engaging.

Dr. Temple is a very engaging and enthusiastic teacher who gives excellent lectures. I had him at 8 in the morning and was still extremely interested in the class so you know he's great. He is also very concerned about the well-being of his students-great teacher overall!

Temple has a lot of prep time for exams, use it wisely, the exam is based solely from the review sheet, know it all

I absolutley LOVED his class!!!! As long as you read, and do the study guide you can't go wrong. Its one of those classes where you don't have a choice but to learn and its SO INTERESTING!! He makes sure you understand the material and I HIGHLY recommend y

This man is absolutely amazing. He has a way of drawing in his audience and keeps your attention like no other teacher I've ever had. Brilliant.

A horrible class, but he does the best he can to get you through it. it's dry material and he is a hard teacher, so much reading and studying and knowing almost everything. But you learn a lot and is always willing to help.

Dr. Temple expects a lot from his students but is more than happy to help. Start study guides as soon as he hands them out and make flash cards and do every essay using bullet points. The class is sometimes boring but Temple keeps it interesting. I really enjoyed his class!

I don't have a class with Mr. Temple, but I know him personally and he's amazing. Really nice guy and very friendly. He's funny, easy going, and overall just a really great guy.

Smart, caring, and helpful

Very interesting professor. Provided many interesting examples for the lessons we were learning. Enjoyed the videos that he showed in class. Was always able to meet with students when convenient for the student, not him. Very caring. Tests were a little difficult, however, if you study, you'll be okay.

great class, really entertaining and he has a very clear teaching style. he repeats what is necessary for you to know and he is totally approachable. i loved the class, it cemented the fact that i want to be a psych major.

Temple's class is one of the hardest you will ever take at SMC. While the content isn't necessarily challenging, you will work extremely hard for the grade you want. Go to class, do the study guides and seek his help, you have no reason to not get at least a B. He's an awesome professor who cares intensely for his students and the subject.

He pushes you academically because he believes you can do it. His class requires hard work and as far as grades go, what you get depends on how much time, work, and studying you put it. Hes very approachable, cares for his students and is good at clarifying things you don't understand.Start his study guides as soon as you get them they're no joke!!

This class demands a lot of time and effort, but Dr. Temple is an amazing professor. He makes the lectures engaging and interesting, and looks at your study guides ahead of time to give feedback. Your grade will reflect the time you put into your studying. Try not to miss class and work hard, his examples really stick in your memory.

He is a great guy and professor. However, you have to work hard for the test. I took this class over the summer and it was super intense. Each week you have an exam, you get a study guide with 20 questions on it, he gives you 8-10 options on the test and you choose 6. He's very picky and likes and expects lots of details but he does try to help.

This was the most challenging course Ive ever taken but also the only course Ive taken in college that I feel is truly worth calling a college course. Its hard but I learned a lot, and so did my family because the material was so interesting that I went home and talked about it. You HAVE to do the study guides! Dont try not to... youll fail.

Here is the deal. He gives the most reading materials among all professors. Also, he is the best lecturer at the same time. Thus, make sure you don't take his Social psychology until Junior/Senior year cuz it will destroy you as a freshman. He will try whatever to help you get a better grade and offers extra credits.

Temple is easy if you know what you're doing. He gives extremely clear instructions so if your ears work you'll be fine. However, it will be ALOT of work. Put in the work and it's a guaranteed A. No need to pay attention to the lectures bc he prints them out word for word for you but PAY ATTENTION to what he says you need to do for the exams.

Great guy and was so helpful and accommodating. Class was only lecture, he gives you the notes. Work on the study guide in class and turn it in for extra credit. He ended up dropping the paper, and made the final optional if you were happy with your grade. Overall took two tests, second one he allowed a full page cheat sheet.
