Great teacher. Flexible. Easy to deal with. I have had him for two courses and I am currently taking a third with him. He's probably the best professor I've ever had!

Nice and cool teacher. Class is very easy if you turn in all your homework and do good on his 10 point quizzes. Gets off topic kinda easy but then jumps right back to where he left off.

Excellent class, very organized, easy if you do homework and show up to class, always helpful when needed and class class discussions are fun not to mention the open-book, open-class final exam. awesome class

I had Dr. Ralph for three classes, and he is an excellent instructor! He knows his subject, and he relays the information well. Even if you don't need one of his classes, take one anyway, it'll be a wonderful experience!

I had him for Child Psych. (on-line) and he was more than willing to help with question and to meet with you. And OOH!!! my was I pleasantly surprised - Wow is he hot!!!!

I strongly suggest that if you are taking child psych with Worthing to take it online. He didn't teach us anything in class, we pretty much did everything on our own, no point in wasting gas to drive to Delta.

The wrting assignments and observations are a lot of work, and going to class is pointless as we never do much. He is a friendly professor though, and does grade easily.

I had Dr. Ralph online and it was a great class. I enjoyed not having to go to delta, yet still talk with people in class. He is always there to help and has everything planned well. The only thing about CD114 and not Ralph was that there was a lot of observering, and time off was hard to find.

I took Dr. Worthing on-line and it was great. The study guides and observations are a little tough to do but once you get the hang of it it was great. Dr. Worthing though always seemed to help us when we had questions and was lienant on late assignments. Take him for any class!!

He is great. He is so fun and energenic. I would so tell someone to take this him. His classes are easy to understand and he is so nice. His exams are so easy and provides a study guide for everyone.

Online class was great do all assignments for the class and you want go wrong, trust me.

Dr. Ralph is a great guy but lacks when it comes to teaching theories. He has easy tests and grades very fair.

He was great! Signed an override and even taught me how to use educator. He is really helpful and the class is pretty easy if you do the assignments.

I had the INET class. It was very easy and interesting. Dr. Worthing will answer any questions that you have and his directions are clear and simple. The tests have an essay question, but he'll let you know what the possible topics for the essay are. The final is all multiple choice and not cumulative. You also get to use a study guide on the tests

Great class and instructor if you do your work and study for the tests. Tests were multiple choice with two essay questions but if you had read the material, were not too bad. Child study was work but not bad if this is going to be your major.

this class wasn't exactly easy but he made it go by quickly and as for spring classes he was fairly lenient with due dates

The best teacher I've come across at Delta thus far. As long as you follow the study guides the tests are a walk in the park. If you don't, I've seen fellow classmates score 45% on the tests. Take him... I got an A+

Dr. Worthing is a wonderful teacher. He makes learning about psychology fun. The only critique I would have for him is that he mainly focuses on the coursemate and book quizzes to help you learn and not so much a lecture. Don't try to buy the book online you NEED the coursemate. Overall I loved this class.

Dr. Ralph is an awesome guy. He makes you think about the ideas of psychology. I'd definitely recommend him. I didn't do the greatest but that's just because I was lazy. If you do the online quizzes, and the interesting point papers, you will get at least a C. So the better you do on your tests, the better your grade. Go to class, you'll do fine.

Worthing is great! He does not lecture at you, but points out interesting parts from the text and puts it in his own words. Very relaxed and makes it easy to open up during class. I would definitely reccommend him.

He is an awesome teacher. The class is easy but he really understands how to help students make connections with the material. Quizzes every class but they are open book and he let's you make some corrections to exams in order to curve them. I would definitely recommend his class.

Dr. Ralph is an amazing teacher! He is always willing to help when you need it. He'll always be there to help you. I loved his classes They were by far the greatest Psych classes I have ever taken. I would definitely suggest taking any of his classes!

Ralph is great! His Unit tests are the same questions you have on the chapter tests. Class was kinda boring as we didn't really do much. You can work ahead. You also get points for going to class so don't miss too many!

Dr. Ralph was a cool dude, but you never really know what to expect for the quiz's. He will tell you that all the questions for the quiz's are in the test yourself section in the book, but they will sometimes be based off of his lecture. Be prepared.

I took his child psychology class, DO NOT buy the book, you are better off renting it. You have worksheets and quizzes that are due but they are easy, just rent or use the online book. Really easy class, he doesn't constantly lecture which is nice. He has one paper due where you interview a child and the parents. It's really easy!

If you read the chapter, do the worksheets he assigns & the practice quizzes throughout the chapter then an A is easy to achieve. There are weekly quizzes over the chapter but most questions are from the practice quizzes. He goes over the material before the quizzes as well. He can sometimes come across as odd but he is nice & will help if you ask.

Ralph is awesome!! He is extremely helpful and I actually enjoy going to his class.

The class assignments were mostly chapter review sheets that were done every week. Each class there was a quiz that he allowed you to use notes and open book. The unit tests can be difficult if you don't study. He's very nice and easily approachable. It was a fun class.

Loved Dr. Worthing's class. He's a simple guy and does his job well. You are graded every day for attendance (easy A's). You'll also have a worksheet due for every chapter. He gives you PLENTY of time to finish them - all the answers correspond with the book and he gives you an A as long as you do them and showed the initiative. Would take again!

Dr. Ralph was a great professor. You have a worksheet for every chapter and they are very easy. You get participation points for showing up to class and writing a little summary about what you learned. He reviews before a test and they are the same questions you will see on the test.

Dr. Ralph is very passionate about his work and students. I would take any of his classes. I took his class during summer semester and as long as you stay on task you should have no problem getting an A

Hes pretty cool. Very understanding. Makes a lot of cheesy jokes and makes class enjoyable.

Ralph is amazing. His lectures are short but sweet. Worksheets due every week but they correspond with the book and the tests reflect the questions on the worksheets. Attendance is a daily grade. Show up and do the homework and you'll pass.

Funny & lenient!

Gives you a clear outline of what needs to be done. We went online to Mind Tap (textbook online program) a lot to learn text book principles and take quiz's over each chapters. Every 3 chapters we had "check points" to write essays on each chapter, over a curtain question. If you study, you're golden. There are no tests except for the final exam!

I took Dr. Worthing's class for general psychology, and again for child psychology. Most assignments are fill-in-the-blanks from the current chapter. His lectures were often long and boring, but he tried to keep things interesting with cheesy jokes. He is kind, understanding, and promotes respect between peers.

If you're taking a psychology class just for the credit, take Dr. Ralph's class. His class was very easy. There were online assignments due every week, but nothing extensive. He didn't lecture that much. However, it's a lot of teaching yourself, so be aware of that. Dr. Ralph is overall jusy a super nice guy. Would for sure recommend!

Instructor grades you on participation so make sure to show up to class. As far as homework, you can do it the day of in class. Quizzes he literally gives you the answers and you're allowed to work with someone else. Tests and final, are awarded corrections for normally +10 points and final was word for word, EXACTLY like the study guide. EASY A!!!

He was awesome and kept class interesting

Dr. Ralph is so fun! He starts each class with a silly joke or two and makes every lesson interesting and upbeat. He cares about his students and tries different learning strategies to see what works for the class best. As long as you do the work (which is minimalworksheets can be done in class!) youll be golden.

He makes jokes at the beginning of every class, even before exams. The exams are also super easy as long as you do the worksheets for each chapter. I would recommend going to class since he does activities to help learn the chapter, and you get 10 points just for showing up.

Worthing was flexible with attendance and assignments. I was in a blended class, but he was very quick to respond via email whenever I had a question or concern. I will definitely be looking to take another of his classes in the future.

The sweetest man ever! His class was a breeze and an easy A. You can tell he really cares about his job and his students. Highly recommend!

Worthing is probably one of my favorite professors at Delta. He always makes dad jokes. I had a blended class. It was super easy. The tests are 100 points online but the questions are straight from the book. There's a test every week and if you miss one for some reason he is willing to extend the deadline.

Great class, I took it online this fall and it was a super easy laid back class. He allowed for late work and every week you read a chapter out of the book which is about 30 pages, then take a quiz on that-- quiz is in the book. Quizzes and exam were open note. Each week a small written informal response as well. Great teacher, I recommend.

Dr. Ralph starts every class with a dad joke which brightens the mood. He is an easy professor to get along with, usually replies within a decent time frame too. There is a quiz every week, however it is open book. For written response, write down exactly what he says word for word to get an A. Easy A class. Lectures were a little hard to follow.

I love Dr. Worthing, so much so that I took two of his classes. He is hilarious and the king of dad jokes. His lectures are informative and he is quick with grading as well as responding to any questions. 10/10 recommend

I took child psych this semester completely online, and Worthing has been my favorite professor I've had. He cares about his students, and wants the best for us. Absolutely recommend.

I took an introductory psych class with him. He was constantly telling jokes and it was clear he cared about the subject matter and his students. Each week we read a chapter, took a quiz, watched a virtual class, and had two pretty short assignments.

I loved this class! It was online and super easy! He is a great/fun teacher in his weekly videos he posts! I would definitely take him again if I ever needed another class he taught! Highly recommend him!

Dr. Worthing was an amazing professor. He let you work at your own pace over the assignments. Only your discussion boards had to be done by a certain time. He would start every weekly lecture with a dad joke, and after each lecture you had to answer a question at the end of the slide show

Dr. Worthing has three papers throughout the entire course, all of which don't have great written instructions. You will have to watch the lectures to know how to do the papers. The lectures further explain what is written in your text; so it isn't required to watch them otherwise. He is a funny guy who genuinely loves what he teaches.

Love, love, loved this professor!!! He begins each lecture with him singing a song! Very easy to get ahold of through emails and is understanding of personal things that may have caused late assignments. Easy grader and does his best to make sure you succeed. Would 1000000% take his class again.

Excellent Professor! Entertaining lectures! Clear due dates with many opportunities for extensions (if needed). Extra Credit opportunities provided. Dr. Worthing is GREAT! I recommend PSY211W and would absolutely choose him again, if I had the opportunity.

Dr. Ralph's class was the easiest class I've ever taken while still being interesting. He's great at telling jokes, and for the sake of the girlies out here, yes, he's a swiftie. We love. If you like to take a little one-month vacation from class every once in a while, take him! We love Ralph

Ralph was my first professor while Dual Enrolling at Delta. He was very clear with what he expected and made his lectures fun. He was very kind and caring to everyone, you really feel valued in his classes. Overall, there wasn't much need for the book, which is online, when I took him. It is largely writing based but light on work.

Loved this class - it's easy to navigate, super easy to get a good grade if you do the work (which isn't much, very managable). No forced emphasis on "college level professionalism" - just having a good time learning about child psych. Also just a genuinely fun good professor

Prof. Worthing has been one of my favorite professors at Delta! The assignments are straight-forward, there's a week extension for each, and the virtual classes are enjoyable. I have nothing but positive feedback for this professor!

All his assignments minus like 2 are through an online textbook (Mccraw). He's great and responds to emails.

An incredible professor, definitely one of my favorites. He clearly loves the subject and has a way of making class both engaging and fun.
