She will challenge you but if anyone thinks she is unfair then you should take a walk to burger king an apply for a lifetime job. Plus she is fun to watch... like everyone else says, she's hot :)

One of the Best teachers on campus. Makes the class hard so you haveta work for your grade. Goes very fast with note taking but will slow down if ya ask her. Overall excellant experience. Got a good grade on my own whereas some students didn't do crap

She is hard, yet you learn so much. This is what I thought college would be like. Great person also, will go out of her way to help you if you are nice to her.

Suresh is an excellent professor, and you will learn a lot in her class UNLESS you expect to have your held and everything to be handed to you in tiny, simple ways. Take Suresh if you want to work and LEARN otherwise just switch to CIS and waste your $.

She gives 5pts to the final grade if you show up for every class, if you come to class and listen its impossible to fail unless you're a dolt.

If you go to class everyday and do well on the final, you will pass no problem. Gives full credit for the labs just for turning them in. She's very energetic, and knows what shes doing. Sometimes a little vague, so follow in the book and you'll be all set

For lack of a better term, Suresh is a ball buster. Show up to class, go to her office hours and you will do fine, though she will not coddle you and expects you to make an effort. If you can’t deal with her then college may not be the place for you. PS G

Durga is the best professor on WIT faculty. Unlike w/ other professors, you will actually learn in her class wather you want to or not. I recomend taking any and all classes with her. And if you think she's too hard that's because you're too bumb to be in CS field. Durga, you're the best!

You either love her or hate her. Her teaching style is unique, meaning that you will learn whether you want to or not (after all, you are paying +$20K to go here in most cases). I recieved an A or A- in the three classes I've taken with her. Fast paced, but helpful if you're stuck. Don't bother finding a way to skip a class, because if you miss one class, you can pretty much count on using the rest of the semester making it up.

Whatever class you are taking durga for be prepaired. She goes fast and dosn't do bull. Dispite what people say she is very clear, if she says it or puts it on the board than you are expected to know it. If you don't show her that your tried prior to asking her for help she wont help you. Freshman hate her, seniors love her. no spoonfeeding here.

Suresh is awesome. I learned more in 3 months of her class then any other class at wentworth. shes fast very fast but if you can follow her it's amazing. want to survive her class? spell her name right, be respectful in class, don't give rediculously wrong answers to her questions, do the work, and show up. it's that easy. You will workhard for a B

Had her for COMP362, COMP543, and taking her for COMP566. She's a great professor, tuff but great. All you need to do is stay on her good side. She joked with my whole class and we actually learned a lot. Don't be afraid, just be prepared.

Good teacher, positive and friendly. I struggled in her class but she was more then willing to help me out. I never liked computer science but she made me appreciate it. ENGINEER 4 LIFE

Great professor; tough class. I learned more in her class than any other class at the school. Ran a few extra help sessions that were very helpful. This class is not for the feint of heart, she teaches at a breakneck pace. I am looking forward to taking this professor again.

Durga rules. Hates everyone that is not in Comp Sci, so if you hate her, thats probably why. Tough class, but I learned more with here than any other teacher that teaches slower. Very knowledgeable, funny, and doesn't get mad when you poke fun at her, especially since that gives her a reason to make fun of you right back.

Being passionate about the subject, teaching and students is the absolute perfect combination. Not an easy class, but worth it. Having a fantastic group of peers was helpful as well. Pure class.

She is a great teacher. Understands the subject matter so well it just spills into your brain. Best teacher so far. Don't take her lightly cause she will push you at times but will make you smile doing it. Highly Recommended.

Extremely knowledgeable professor. She may come off strong, like any passionate teacher would, but she knows what she's talking about, and is willing to help you in almost any case. Most definitely one of my favorite professors I've ever had. Following the class, don't goof off, and you'll love her.

Durga Suresh is a fantastic professor, her tests are very hard but passable if you take the time to study. Participation is practically mandatory and she will pick out students who don't participate to answer questions sometimes. I finished that class knowing the material like the back of my hand and I would gladly take her again. Not for slackers

She is amazing, any negative feedback on this site is due to people who either goofed off or were obviously uninterested in the subject. Take notes at your own risk, sometimes she will yell at you and call you a scribe but other times the notes will be extremely critical for the test. Its a wild ride but a lot of fun.

Mercilessly tough grader but an incredible teacher. Keeps class fun and interesting and has great chemistry with students. Take Durga's class if you are serious about your education at Wentworth.

Do not take notes when she is speaking or else she will verbally, emotionally and mentally shame you. Agree with her on all issues and even comment that she looks beautiful with glasses on, fall to your knees and worship her and MAYBE you might have a chance of getting a B in her class. The human brain is flawed when it comes to her exams.

If you TRULY care about learning and becoming better in coding, take her.

Durga is awesome. Had her for multiple classes and all worth it. Very fortunate to have her for Software Engineering and learn a ton of useful stuff. Definitely recommend.

Very easy professor, she teaches the class thoroughly and you get a good grade at the same time. No exams at all! If you want an easy pass while learning new stuffs, she's your best bet.

Professor Durga Suresh emphasizes participation and provides excellent lecture materials for note-taking. Tests are few but extremely challenging, making study groups essential.
