You will learn it and remeber it by the time the test comes. Little homework but there are in class assignments

He is a very laid back teacher and laughs about a lot of things. He explains the material in a way that we can all understand it. The in class assignments are exactly like the homework so it is very easy.

All i can say is he's a stud. Class is easy, explained thoroughly and all that jive. The best teacher i have EVER had without a doubt. Talk to him after class (he's laid back and cool)

Do yourself a favor and enroll in his class. He is by far...the BEST instructor, I've ever had. Very clear and thorough. But most importantly, CHILL!

this is the guy to take, hands down. explains everything very well, exams are straight forward. assigns homework but also gives you half the period to do it, and it helps get the material. just show up to class, outside work is minimal. really cool guy.

HE IS THE BEST PROFFESOR YOU WILL EVER HAVE! I have had him before for Math 5 and he is still the same three years later. He makes everything very simple and clear. You have classwork every class but there is only a few problems and only a few problems for homework.

he's a cool guy and an easy teacher, but if you actually want to learn and remember the material, you'll have to do a lot of study on your own time. I got an A and I don't remember anything from the class. He lets us use notecards on every test, so you don't even need to learn most of the material.

Dustin is a really cool guy who teaches on your level. I respected him as professor because he's a really smart guy but it felt more like a friend teaching me math. This helped a lot because i've always had a hard time learning math with a very regimented person. Take Dustin if you want to pass math

He is such an awesome teacher. He is extremely laid back and the tests are soooo easy! very little homework and you'll get out of class early almost every day. I learned a lot and got 100's on tests. Just don't walk in late, he hates it!

Laid back teacher, cool, three classwork problems per day, three HW problems per day. Easy, keep up on the work and you'll get and "A" in the class.

Dustin is a GREAT teacher. I failed this class last year with Rich Campbell, but pulled off at least a B- this year. I would tell anyone to take it. If you're bad at math, do ANYTHING to get him. And ASK QUESTIONS!!! He'll do as much as he can. Classes are short and precise. He also allows a 3X5 notecard on all tests. Take his class!

Excellent teacher! You will get out early if you finish your classwork early. He doesnt waste class time on stupid questions but you can see him after class. Homework is regular but you can turn it in late. Lets you turn in work if you miss class. Tests are fairly easy and cumulative final is optional. Fast grader. TAKE HIM!

He makes it almost impossible to fail his class. He gives you the three normal exams and then at the end of the semester he gives you the choice to take a fourth one and he throws out your worst score, if you take the fourth one

This class is the best math class I have ever taken. I was so glad I took it, because without Paisley, I would fail. He gives us easy busy work, three hw problems a night, and lets us out early everyday. The tests are written very straight forward, and you get to write notes on a notecard for the test. Easy class. Just show up and pay attention.

This dude is so awesome. He speaks really casually to the class (which helped since my class was full of dimwitted bros), and makes boring statistics interesting. Super easy to talk to, tests are so LEGIT, and homework takes like 20 mins, max.

Dustin is a really great instructor. Teaches the subject in a simple manner so all will understand. Only lectures for about 20-30 min a day, then you do classwork and almost always get out early! Test aren't that bad either. Just go to class, takes notes, stay up on the classwork and homework and you will do fine. Homework doesn't take long!

Nice guy. You have to go to class to take the daily worksheets. He lets you work on them with a group if you would like. Make sure to keep up with the homework online.

Dustin is what I would call tops! "Dedicated!" He cares-really cares! Do not be fooled, due to online ..in a word. Course is impossible! I suck at math, so, I have three suggestions: 1)Take this professor. 2)DO NOT MISS CLASS. 3)DO ALL ONLINE HOMEWORK! 4)Take this professor!

Is very good at explaining things; he really knows the subject and explain well. Hw is online and is due every week before midnight so you have plenty of time to work on them. There are weekly worksheets that're worth quite a lot so don't miss class. Exams are HARD so I recommend going to the review sessions, they are VERY helpful.

Cool guy. Funny, dry humor. Looks like John Goodman with a big beard. He assigns nightly homework and classwork, but its expected from a math class. He lets you out of class once your done with classwork. Usually outta class 15 minutes early. Only 3 tests including the final

Piece of cake. Dustin wants his students to succeed. No tricks, and a very straight forward class. He's very relaxed and chill on most things. Definitely recommend him.

TAKE HIM! He is such a chill teacher and he knows his stuff. He thinks the book authors are stupid so he puts the problems in an easier context. Gives nightly homework but its only usually 5 problems max.

I took Stats and it was one class a week with Dustin and the rest online! He was a pretty cool guy. He would talk for 30 minutes and give you a worksheet and if you needed help he would show you so you could always get 100% in participation. Very chill and funny. I would recommend if you want to have a good time learning Stats!

I suck at math and statistics even worse. Dustin is calm-cool and collected. Dustin has a way of teaching the impossible. Here are my 3 suggestions 1. Take this professor. 2. Show up for every single class. 3. Do all on-line homework. And 4. Take this professor.

I am horrible in math & statistics wasn't any easier for me. SHOW UP TO EVERY CLASS, do all the HW, extra credit & attend office hours & he will pass you! Put ur best foot forward, he is not handing out grades! he gives 2 those he see putting effort into the subject. He knows this isn't many people major so he shows mercy.

I love Dustin. He is the best math teacher I have ever had. He goes straight to the point and doesn't tell you stuff that you don't need to know. Just make sure you don't forget to do the online work. Can be very confusing but you'll get use to the rhythm. TAKE HIM.

Mr. Paisley (Dustin) is a great guy and teacher. He teaches in a very clear, simple way that is easy to understand. He is very nice and quick to grade papers and email students back. Very understanding and flexible. Not much homework assigned at all. You have to take him for Stats. Best teacher.

Attendance is important to understand the material. He writes his own "Version" If you will on the board of what the book concepts are. Copy the white-board and you are literally golden. Something doesn't make sense? He'll do another example or explain it differently to you. Allows 3x5 cards with notes for Exams too! AWESOME GUY!

There are only 3 exams so make sure you study because they are a big part of your grade. He will help IF you ask & make sure to ask during class because he doesn't have a lot of office hours. Lectures are clear. You can use your calculator for almost everything, make sure to show your work though. Overall, glad I had him as a professor.

Dustin is such a cool guy, I felt like he was more of a friend than a teacher. He really makes you feel at ease. You have homework on MyStabLab due every 4 days or so (it varies), and there are only 3 tests. One short assignment every class on what he reviews on the board. The final is non-cumulative, and you can use your calculator for everything.

He knew that not everyone was going to be a statistics major so he made the information easy to understand for everyone. He was a really great professor and he cared for his students and wanted them to really learn what he was teaching in the easiest way possible to understand.

Professor Paisley is a very fine instructor; he is very easy-going, pleasant, and makes learning Stats a joy. His lectures are informative and lucid, and he also throws in humorous jokes. The three non-cumulative tests are a cinch if one studied the course packet and textbook. Finish the homework ON TIME and be calculator adept. Voila, easy A!

Dustin Paisley is an excellent teacher. He covers the subjects in a clear and concise manner, and never strays or gets pedantic. He's kind, caring, and always has time for questions. Everything on the tests is explained in either his lectures or the online lectures with Kathy Gray. Everything's pretty straightforward. Take this teacher.

I am no math genius, but Dustin really helped whenever I needed it. He makes the lessons straight forward and does not try to confuse you. Show up everyday to class and do your best to understand the material and you will do fine.

Statistics was so easy with Dustin! I heard bad things about the other lecturers, but Dustin was amazing and funny! Super helpful and always willing to help students. He dislikes when people are repeatedly late. Workbook was only $15, barely used it aside from online HW. I took notes during lectures. Side note: he looks like Zach Galifianakis.

Although his attendance isn't mandatory, its mandatory but and easy class. Easy only because he works with students instead of just lecturing then sending them off to do the work on their own. He's a true homie

he's funny but doesn't care (in a nice way. he's cool) doesn't grade weekly worksheets but you get points and you NEED to ask questions if you don't understand. his exams are weird since a lot of the time they're diff from worksheets and homework.. so do more studying than just his notes, like youtube. his notes don't seem to help on the exams.

I took AP stats in high school and let me tell you this was SO MUCH easier. Had I not even had some background knowledge on stats, I would still understand everything so easily. Paisley KNOWS how to teach. He explains in a way that students will understand and comprehend. He simplifies hard things into his own easy way. Stay on top of online work.

Dustin has been my #1 math teacher at Chico State so far. If you have to take any stats class take it with him. He was always accessible outside of class, and I remember him responding to questions as late as 12:00 at night. I failed stats with a different instructor but got an A with Dustin. Super friendly and cares about his student's success.

Came into this class having failed it the semester before with another professor. Dustin Paisley is AMAZING. He some how is able to make stats fun and easy. He prepares you for his tests, explains concepts well, and had me wanting to learn.

Dustin explains things well and answers any and all questions in full detail so there is no confusion. I highly recommend his classes, he's a great professor. He only gives what is needed to pass the class and no extra fluff, which is highly appreciated. Great guy, definitely cares about you passing his class!

The workload was light for a math class. I put in minimal effort and struggled; a little more and it would have been easy. No need to memorize formulas as the structure has shifted to using calculators that do the formulas for you. Even with minimal effort, his lectures once a week tremendously helped me grasp the material and allowed me to pass!

Best Math teacher you will ever have!

Literally the easiest math class I've taken- easier than high school. He doesn't take attendance, but you do need to go to get a passing grade. Everything is online, homework and the exams. Just pay attention, exams are open notes. All you have to do is try.

Pretty easy math class and great professor. Class is mostly async with one IP meeting a week. He goes over the material in a very simple, straightforward way. Weekly videos, homework, and 3 total exams all on pearson (exams are open book/open note).

I am still in his Math108 class. He gives easy to understand examples of the material in class. 1-2 homework assignments per week plus 1 in-class worksheet. On homework you can keep re-trying a problem, before you get graded for it (this helps me a lot). I have not recieved feedback yet on worksheets, but overall he makes stats easy to learn.

Math isn't my best subject, and I was concerned about statistics, but he helped to make it easy to understand. Great math teacher and I highly recommend taking his class!
