I understand he is the only A&P prof. to ask essay questions on his test. But do the homework and you'll be prepared. He wants you to really learn the material rather than just regurgitate facts for the tests. Explains difficult concepts well so go to class and ask questions if the book isn't enough.

I loved the way that Br. Wray taught this class. He is very knowledgeable about this subject and explains everything very well. This was my favorite class of the semester by far.

I was dreading this class, but after going and finding out our teacher is way awesome and wanted to make learning fun, I felt much more excited about the course. I loved this man! He was so fun, and did a great job teaching. Its not the easiest class, but he makes it fun. YOu have to do your own work and keep up, but its not that bad of a class.

I really liked thiis teacher! He has a good way of teaching he got me excited to learn about human anatomy. He assigns these study guides over chapters and then he will make the test from them so all you have to do is study your own study guide rather than rummaging through the whole textbook wondering what will be on the test.

I liked Brother Wray. It's hard to find a teacher that you can tell they love the subject they teach. I felt he showed his love for Biology by the way he taught it. His class was hard, but it's Biology! (It shouldn't be easy...) I liked his sense of humor...and LEAST he tried. Most teachers are just plain dry..they don't even TRY to be funny.

Brother Wray was the best teacher by far that I have ever had. his class was also the hardest class that I have ever taken. Anat and Phys is a hard subject to learn with a lot of memorizing and learning concepts, but his love for the subject didnt make it seem so hard to learn and i actually enjoyed learning all that i did! He writes the tests from the study guides, so spend a lot of time on them. Go to as many open labs as you can. He's a pretty good teacher. Not an easy A, but an A is very possible if you attend class, take good notes, and study. He is SO enthusiastic about what he does and makes it genuinly interesting. I don't even like bio and it was one of my favorite classes I've ever taken.

He is one of my favorite teachers I have had in my four semesters here. THe class is hard and a lot of work but he is very caring and works with you. If you study the study guides he has you do and if you study the powerpoints then you will do great on the tests. One of the nicest teachers.

Best teacher at BYUI! Hard class but is the substitute for nat phys so it's a lot easier than that. He applies everything to very interesting real world stuff. Funniest teacher ever! I'd put my interest level at a good 99%. However, his class is extremely difficult.. His class requires Hours "seriously hours" of work every week. Attendance is required to completely understand the quizzes and tests. He is there for you when you ask for his help. Overall, the grade matters if you studied or not. He believes that the more difficult the course is, the better. Good lectures, but better if you take his class around 10 am or later to prevent falling asleep and missing great info!

There are a lot of smaller assignments that add up so if you do them it eventually counts as a test grade. The memorization and reading can get pretty hairy but tapers off by the end. Hands down, best Bio teacher I've ever had. He teaches what's on the test and sometimes goes off on interesting tangents. Other students who took other teachers really struggled, having to focus on useless information. He gives extra credit, which is just fantastic. The text book is far from dry, I found it easy to read. I passed with above 100%.

Brother Way is so sweet! He really knows his stuff, and really cares to teach it in the most simple way. He often jokes around to get the class to laugh, saying that if we laugh even if it isn't funny that the test would be easier. He cares that you pass and that you try your hardest. Starts every class with a Spiritual though provided for by him.

There is a quiz everyday at the beginning of class, but I loved this course. The daily quizzes are not complicated as long as you do the prep assignments. Brother Wray is very passionate and willing to help you outside of class. As long as you do the work, you're set for success.

Brother Wray is actually way good. Bio 264 isn't the easiest class but he explains things really well and does a good job of teaching the more difficult things simpley. He does quizzes before every class but they're only worth 2 points so they don't really affect the grade. He doesn't write his own exams but they're not too hard if you study well.

I go to see a tutor once a week & that has helped me get a good grade in the class & do well on the exams. I hate the textbook. Exams are more lecture based.

Bro Wray is phenomenal. He gives weekly quizzes with unlimited retakes so you end up with the grade you literally earned/choose. Exams are based on weekly quizzes. Practice quizzes can be taken unlimited times and include questions you'll see on the real exam. This class has a LOT of memorizing. Lab isn't too difficult as long as you review. 10/10.

Brother Wray is an AMAZING professor. He cares about each student, and he shows that. He is a reasonable professor and knows that Anat & Phys is hard, so he will work with you. He makes you work for your grade, but it is doable. I couldn't recommend him enough. It's important to remember he doesn't control how hard a certain class he teaches is.

Professor Wray was always very kind and respectful. I always felt safe in his class. It was a TOUGH class and I really had to dig deep to do well, but he was very supportive and patient about explaining things when I had questions outside of class. He knew all of the students by name, and made a point of using names to call on us in class.

I was taking a huge load of credits, so this happened to be where my grade lacked a little, but if you are able to put in the time this class would be pretty chill. In this class, there were lectures where the professor would go on tangents. Sometimes, we wouldn't finish certain lecture topics that day and would have to cover them in the lab to make up for them. Attendance was mandatory but not too heavy on the grade if you missed a few classes. The labs were really fun to me and very easygoing.

The one criticism I would give is he is very prone to go on long tangets that do not relate to class material. Often he will spend major amounts of class time not teaching toward the test but toward his own interests. Overall a good professor though.

He loves the subject and does his bets to make it fun and interesting. the only knock i would have is he goes too in depth more often than not which is good for learning but makes studying for the test difficult as we spend a lot o lecture time covering stuff that isn't actually course material.
