Never take this guy! U won't know what section him on! My class has only 17 students left after the second week! Even if u study hard for the test, u won't get the good grade because it don't base on the book and it is extremely difficult, U can't do it !

It was a horrible class so I dropped it. Basicaally an online math class but you have to go to class. He is very monotone and not good at teaching. I would advise you not to take this class.

Beware!! this guy is totally inept! he doesn't have a clue about pre-calculus. if he does, he keeps it a secret. he always screws up equations in class and then puts same ones on test - also doesn't return tests or tell us our grade.

I had the third highest grade in the class which was a 82%, not one A in the class! It is like 3 classes in one: 1. online 2. in class and 3.the book. I had a tutor twice a week and worked the hardest I have ever worked before. I got all A's except for this class! don't waste your time or money

The class started with about 70 students and now has about 12 during finals week, if that tells you anything. And i dont think anyone still in the class has above a C.He's a little crazy and it seems as if he likes to pick on people in the class, especially if you yell out the wrong answer. Dont take this course with him.

wat everyone says about this professor is true...just took his midterm...he wrote it out himself in writing...the test was weird...didn't understand nething...understood the hw...but didn't understand his question...i think he should retire already...everyone in class sits as far away from him as possible...i suggest nobody should take him..

Worst professor ever. His class is really bad, he can spend the whole class doing only one problem and at the end, the anwer is not clear. The midterm was horrible. I took this class my 1st semester of college. I was HAUNTED by this professor every time I looked at the book! I dropped this class with a W because I think I was failing. You never know what grade you have in the class because he never gives back your exams. The W was worth it. I took the same class with Koines, passed with flying colors, A!

allowed only 75min to take only ONE part of a midterm, which was 35 questions. this was not even close to enough time, so what happens with the problems you didn't finish? ZERO. no sympathy what-so-ever for the student.

AVOID! If you are bad at math do not take this class! He rarely teaches, or practices examples on the bored, but instead talks constantly about off topic things. He assigns hundreds of questions on course compass each chapter and you will spend countless hours doing homework in front of the computer. I DO NOT recommend this class!

As a fellow student, I want to help you out. SERIOUSLY, do not take him! Homework is 60+ questions long, and then he says "I don't think you guys are getting enough practice," and assigns more. There were 40 kids at the beginning, and only 4 or 5 left by the time I dropped. Honestly, the smartest kids were the ones that dropped after day 1.

I thought that his ratings were low because students were just being lazy and blaming their bad grades on the teacher, but, after taking this guy (and having to withdraw), I realize the comments were totally realistic. You won't get your tests back, you won't learn anything, and you will be bored to death. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this guy.

If a giraffe high on acid lectured on math, it would still be more coherent and directed than Mr. Millikin's "lectures". It is no surprise that we are in a budget crisis when $50K (or whatever) a year is wasted on giving this guy a job. HIS CLASS IS SUICIDE. He uses Course Compass, that's fine except HE NEVER GAVE US THE COURSE ID! Took me 5 emails to get course ID, by the time I was able to login, I have 10 assignments due in 2 days, each about 30-60 questions. Weird orange vests, monotone, He gives numbers, rather than call us by names. He messes up his own math. DON'T TAKE!!!

Worst math teacher ever first time I listen to anything he says for the whole class he starts talking about the sin of hotdog compared to the sin of hotdog seriously SENILE and dresses like tommy chong. The guy had to have dropped some major acid in his life or something.

He assigns 300+ math problems in the study plan for you to do, in order for you to gain access to the REAL homework, but if you don't do "satisfactory" on the study plan according to him, he'll assign even MORE. So by the time you get to your real homework, you'll have no time or ENERGY to even finish it. Please tell me why he's even a professor.

this class is by far the worst class i have ever taken. he teaches nothing and expects you to know everything prior to this class. i would recommend ANY other teacher besides this one.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I advise against taking this teacher. I truly believe he means well, but he is absolutely horrific. I had a hard time not yelling at him in the middle of class. Between online exams he had to erase because the ENTIRE CLASS FAILED and his total lack of respect for students, I had no choice but to drop!

Worst class ever! Huge waste of time. I liked that we only met once a week for 2 hours but he barely taught us anything. He just assumes that everyone there has taken Elementary Algebra the semester and skips the review and of the 9 weeks I was there he taught us for a total of 1 and a half hours. Horrible horrible horrible. Avoid him at ALL costs.

I ve just taken this professor for F12, PROS : + All tests/ quizzes based on homework/ study plan ( he picks some of them to add the tests/quizzes ) + Attendance is not mandatory ( he let us leave after the break ) CONS: + extremely vague about syllabus, schedule, lecture availability in class --> easy A class if you could study for your own !

This is a SELF TAUGHT class! Not only does he NOT have a syllabus at all, he was absent so many times he only assigned ONE CHAPTER TEST (out of six chapters) and the final, so he treated that test as a midterm! Fail either one or slack off on homework, you WILL FAIL! A student LITERALLY cried during the final. Don't be in that situation, STUDY!!

Completely useless professor. He would come in and just do problems on the board for 2 hours with no explanation whatsoever. There were 30 people in the class on the first day and seven left on the day of the final. I know four of those of us stupid enough to stick around didn't pass as I saw them in my algebra class the following semester. AVOID.

This E D Millikin is the same as Evan Millikin. Anyways, if you are looking to put yourself in misery and torture, then Millikin is your man. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!

I can't say much, other then I only lasted two days. Im sure he has good intentions, but I can't learn math his way. The lecture the second day was confusing, and i found myself unable to keep attentive. He takes awhile to explain things, and isn't clear at all. I also took offense that he takes roll and calls us by numbers.
