Ed is very flexible. I'm a single mom with two children, and he not assisted me with my assignments, he increased my knowledge in communication. I highly recommend Ed.

Thought the class would be easy, but communication is hard. Luckily Ed made it easy for us.

I felt this class was difficult to do as an online class. Ed was available to us and very informative for classwork. I did find it difficult to wait the whole semester in order to find out grades. As a class, we do not know how well we are doing. Ed made sure we knew how to do each assignment by contacting us online. The class was beneficial.:)

The most difficult three credit class I've taken. Ed is a stickler about the details pertaining to assignments and class work. This forced me to really be certain that the work I was turinig in followed exactly what the directions said.

Its an interesting class and I actually learned quite a bit. If you do the projects and chapter summaries, then you're guaranteed a good grade.

Ed is a good teacher and the class if fairly easy just keep up on the work. Make sure to check the schedule all the time, dates change. And e-mail him well in advance if you have questions, he doesn't respond super fast. Good teacher though.

The only thing bad is that he is somewhat of a picky grader but beyond that he did alright by me. I had some troubles with the online stuff and he was pretty lenient with which was really helpful.

Ed was helpful upon e-mails that I had received from him. He explained what he had wanted in detail for each assignment, although sometimes I had to e-mail back to confirm exactly what he wanted. But, it was an on-line class and and I think he did a good job teaching. This is not an easy subject to learn on line. Good Job Ed!

Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. i enjoyed the class for the most part, just don't like speaking in a crowd :)

He doesn't always sometimes respond quickly to emails,and i sometimes found his directions a tad confusing, but he provided the evaluation form, so that made projects easier. Don't wait to do all the work until the last minute, because it does pile up.

Right from the start of the summer semester, there were issues with him responding back in a timely matter. It took several days for him to return important emails. As the semester went on he improved his rate of reply. He was flexible and understanding. He used constructive critisism effectively and was very positive.

Ed was a good teacher. At times it was hard to get a hold of him and get a quick response. Other than that I enjoyed the class, and it was fairly easy.

I think Ed has done a very good job teaching. I started off very very badly with some things going on, but he gave me a second chance and put it into my hands. Which was very helpful. I think that you shouldn't change anything.

Ed is a great professor. He puts everything out there for you to succeed; he wants you to do well in his class. Directions and rubrics are clear and if you follow them you'll be fine. Only minor issue was that he sometimes didn't respond to e-mails very quickly. Overall great prof and fairly easy class.

This class was a great learning experience! Ed was very helpful answering any questions that I had, taught the class very well. Super nice and smart professor. I have a shy personality and I couldn't ask for a better section of a communication class. =)

He was very helpful, and very understanding if there was ever a problem. He answered all questions in a timely manner, and was available to call if there were questions.

Good teacher and great class. Taking this class will greatly increase your attention to detail using personal communication. As well how to better yourself to become more efficent verbally and non verbally. This class was homework intensive. I took it online but did not find it to be that difficult. The essay papers were kinda tough though.

Easy class to follow. Info and expectations given up front. Takes a bit long to respond to e-mails, however really good teacher and very understanding of technical difficulties. Used textbook a lot. Homework load was moderate to high. Overall a great class and a great teacher!

I took this class online. I think it would have been a lot easier if I had taken it face to face. Sometimes it takes him while to respond to emails, which is frustrating. You do a lot of book work, which is fine, but I didn't really learn much from it.

Communication is the key to everthing. Online communicatioin is not easy, not even with the instructor, but he uses all resources available to make the online course helpful and giving you a guideline if you would like to work ahead which is great.it is working with unseen other classmates that is the challenge not him. REAL TALK!!

The clarity of the directions on papers/projects was above and beyond what I expected. For our group project the directions were ?cut-n-dry.? We had to write a paper that described the group solving steps and how we applied it to a realworld problem. This project will be beneficial in the workplace. I rec'd Edward Nausieda and SPCH 120 at LCC.

Great professor, directions for assignments were very clear. It was my first online class and it went alot better than I thought it would. I would definitely recommend this instructor.

He was a very good teacher. Very clear when wanting to know what he wants out of your homework. For my 1st online class this was a very good one. got a 4.0 in his class. Responds back to emails in a good amount of time. If you are willing to work then he is a good teacher to have for SCPH 120

Mr Nausieda was a great teacher. He gives great feedback on assignments and really seems to enjoy teaching which is great. I am happy to have been a student in his classroom and would recommend him to other students. I learned how to present myself when speaking and communicating my views better. Edward Nausieda is a great professor!

Ed is a very professional and well organized professor. Some of the assignment instructions could be clarified a little bit better. The volume of home work was quite high (a paper for every chapter read) for a 3 credit course but was not exceedingly difficult.

He is a really good teacher! I was unable to attend the sessions for giving our informative speech and he let me video tape mine with an audience! Very helpful and wants you to succeed!

I took this class online and thought it was very easy. Ed posted a few video lectures that helped with the projects. The group project was kinda tricky. You definitely want a good group to work with. His instructions are pretty clear and he grades fairly. I would recommend this class, online, with him.

Projects were easy, you have to make sure you go straight from the guidelines. If you follow the directions directly everything will be fine. Weekly assignments are easy, just do them. Good teacher.

This was a very easy class as long as you followed his guidelines. He was very straight forward with what he expected. I also emailed him quite a bit and he always responded within a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed this class.

First time with online classes at LCC. Didn't do as well as I had hoped, but he is def a great teacher (minus the 1 page chapter summaries) and I recommend him if you need to take this class!

A good teacher that helped you out if you needed clarity. The interpersonal commomunication video was difficult to do because the directions werent clear. Overall if you do the work you will get a good grade.

This was my first time taking an online class, and it was a good experience. I learned a lot from reading the book about communication in different cultures. Only had one quiz besides the final so that was pretty awesome. Just a good amount of busy work, overall a great teacher who wanted to see his students succeed.

I enjoy teachers whose expectations are higher than the norm- those educators who are not celebrating mediocrity- I'm very happy I chose Ed! The class was challenging and educational- I found myself teaching concepts to my wife. Ed outlines everything a student needs to do to succeed-if you fail this course, it's because you didn't try hard enough.

Took Speech 120 online. Prof. Nausieda. This was not a hard class. He wants 1 page summaries for each chapter, has a few other assignments, you do a video, and then you have one last speech at the end of class. He is very fair, will answer questions in good time frame. Good class to take.

I absolutely hate speech! This by far has been the best experience. It was almost enjoyable and that is saying a lot! He lets you know exactly what he wants and tells you how to do it. He also provides several templates on almost every assignment. Overall, very satisfied

Professor Nausieda provides you all of the tools to succeed in this class, but you need to work for it. All of his instructions are clear and his evaluations are objective. Being an online class he's very flexible. I would recommend Professor Nausieda.

I really appreciated his flexibility to allow me to do what I needed to pass the course, even after the deadline. However, you do still have to do the work. Enjoy!
