Great Professor, very straight forward about what he wants. Attending lecture is a must to do well on the exam since he uses a lot of examples in lecture that are on the exam. If you attend the lectures those questions are very easy to answer. He also is very nice to look at during lecture.

This class is one of the best classes I have ever taken at ASU. Professor Davila is a person with high integrity and excels in teaching. I have not only learned the SCM knowledge but deeply influenced by his personality.

I strongly recommend this class. I have learned both SCM knowledge and the bigger picture of life.

He knows his stuff and no one will tell him otherwise. He is blunt but honest in what he says. He is a great speaker and knows how to entertain an audience. Isn't the easiest class. You must attend every class, read all required reading, and study. He pulls some 30% of tests questions from in class examples.

Great teacher, really presents the info in a logical way. I found the content to be very interesting so take my review with a grain of salt. I also changed my major to SCM after taking this class. If you look at the study guides and read the books you will be fine. Tests were extremely easy and I went to class about 50% of the time.

I took this as an online accelerated course. Yes it is a lot of lectures to cram into 7 weeks because they are long. But if you watch them tests are not hard. Most of the questions come from examples in his lectures. A few come from the book but I never read it. He is very detailed in his lectures which makes everything very easy to understand.

Very clear on what to study. Tells you exactly how many questions will be from the book and lecture on each test. Very helpful. It is totally up to the student what grade they get in this class. Found the material boring, but professor tries to make it interesting and you can see that he has a legitimate interest in helping good students succeed.

Very good teacher. If you plan on taking session A or session B plan on a lot time being used. If you want to download his video add "/media/video.mp4" to the end of the URLs this way you can download it and speed up the videos with VLC because he talks slow.

My favorite professor I've ever had at ASU. He uses excellent examples to explain everything that may be vague. I learned more than I have in any other class. Go to class, do the reading, and study hard for exams and you will do fine. I really recommend this class. BTW: He also hates little children

I took this online in 7 weeks session B. It was extremely demanding, very time consuming because if you plan to get an A, you MUST WATCH ALL VIDEOS and take notes. I got an A+ in the class. I read everything, studied all vocab, and watched every video. Its an easy A if you are willing to work hard. I liked the 7 week course, but its not 4 everyone.

Davila is one of the best professors at ASU. He may come off as arrogant, but that is just part of his teaching style. The fact is that Davila knows his stuff. The lectures are interesting and Davila gets you thinking differently about business in general. HIGHLY recommended for people who actually have an interest in learning.

He is one of my favorite teachers at ASU! He made the class so interesting and I almost wanted to change my major to Supply Chain. The class requires a lot of reading and paying attention in class. If you read and go to class the test are pretty easy.

I had no interest in supply chain prior but loved this class! If you fill out his study guides well you will do fine on the tests. A decent amount of reading is needed to succeed. I enjoyed almost every lecture and he really knows what he is talking about. He acts kind of tough and scary but is very helpful if you approach him outside of class.

Davila is a boss. He's hilarious. His lectures are entertaining. He gives you study guides that tell you exactly what he tests on and how many questions from each section.

Decent professor. Will throw tons of terms at you: memorize them all. There are no shortcuts in this class, you need to know terms. Best day of class was the day he played guitar for us to explain EOQ - he's super talented!

Davila is an excellent lecturer. Puts concepts into rap songs which makes the information memorable and catchy. The downside is he will pick on students to rap with him. Attendance is mandatory. You get point deductions if you don't show up in class.

Fun class and fairly easy to take online but it definitely takes up a lot of time. He loves to hear himself talk and goes on forever. He uses way too many examples per concept and it is frustrating to have to listen to it all. Exams can take a long time to complete but are not hard if you are prepared. Labs and quizzes are easy and quite helpful.

Amazing professor! He comes of as totally rude the first day but that's what makes him amazing! His lectures are clear and to the point and you can ask him any questions during class. he even told us the first day of class to write bad reviews on here just to have fun. This was an awesome class albeit hard. Davila is a very inspiring professor and is by far the best professor I've ever experienced. Be prepared to spend an exorbitant amount of time studying and you should do well, but he definitely will make you work your hardest for a good grade.

He is a really good lecturer. He is easy to understand. His lectures include too much info though and study guides are lengthy. His quizzes are easy and help the grade a lot. The exams are tougher but he is fair and his exams don't include surprises. You will need to work hard though. Do not skip his lectures, they help a lot.

Took this class as a session B. It was by no means easy and you will have to study. If you do, the test are not to bad and he is very clear about what he expects from you. Do not take this class if you don't want to watch the lectures and do your readings.

I took scm 300 with this professor and very happy. I took the 8 week course, in total had 10 units this semseter. The class turned out to be my favorite class at asu so far. I feel much more knowledgeable about how business works in the world. Spent 5-7 days cramming for all tests. lecture slides are incredibly long but essential for passingtests

As an exchange student from France it was sometime hard to follow as everything goes quickly but so far everything was very interesting. SCM just opens your eyes on how the business world is complex

Get ready to read your butt off, and fill-out 20 page study guides! Redo lab problems before exams, do all your readings, and fill-out study guides and I guarantee you'll get an A! Not a nice guy at all, but is an excellent instructor! Take him, and listen to all his advice on how to succeed in the course and you'll do great! I promise. (:

If you are attending collage to actually learn about business... take this class and attend the lectures! He might be the best professor in the entire business program. You have to work for an A but it is not that difficult.

His class is actually very interesting, he gives great examples on difficult concepts that help you understand the material. He's also very helpful even though he seems a bit intimidating. As long as you put in some actual effort you'll pass the class.

The exams are cake as long as you go to every lecture, do every reading, and lab. He tells you everything you need to know. If you do not do those tasks and show up to take the exam... I imagine you will question your decision of having gone to college. It will be a terrible, terrible experience. Seriously go to class.

TAKE THIS CLASS! This class is crucial for any business majors to take IN PERSON, the class is challenging but interesting & that's all due to Eddie. Took online course for 7.5 weeks. Moves VERY FAST. But he's very clear and tells you everything you need for tests. He doesn't throw curve balls on tests like some awful professors do. He's quick to answer questions as well. Very funny. Would definitely recommend online course. Watch EVERY lecture, read all the E-notes, plus case studies.

I recommend the session A 7.5 week course. Moves extremely fast and you must take notes on everything. Print out the slides and write notes as you watch lecture vids. Do all of the quizzes and labs (super easy points) unlimited attempts! Exams (3) were time consuming and difficult. Open notes open book although you shouldn't rely on just CTRL+F.

Take this class IN PERSON. He is an amazing professor, he really opens your eyes to supply chain and a lot of people end up changing majors after his class. Classes are interesting, he is a great professor (he's a funny jerk on purpose in order to make sure you pay attention). Take notes, do the assigned reading, you'll get an A.

You need to go to lecture to do well on the tests because he will put questions about topics talked about in class on the tests. The quizzes are easy because they are only 5 questions and you can take them multiple times until you get a hundred. Don't talk in his class.

Excellent teacher! He is extremely knowledgeable of supply chain and the class is laid out very well. He published eNotes that you can buy online one at a time so you don't have to buy a huge and expensive textbook. His sense of humor can be crude and cynical sometimes, so if you are too sensitive for that don't take his class.

Great professor if you try to do well in the class. Relates SCM to real life and those examples are on test so you should go to class. He wrote the eNotes so they are clear and specific of what he is teaching. The eNotes are cheap. Only 6 labs and 6 quizzes to take all semester. 3 Exams that are pretty simple if you know the material.

Contrary to what others here seem to think, this is NOT a hard class (at least, not by the standards of non-SCM majors). If you are capable of showing up to class (I know, so tough) and paying attention, you are more than capable of getting an A. This class is not as hard as people are making it out to be. Watch the lectures, which I somehow enjoyed, read the e-notes which will take you 30 minutes and follow the study guide and you'll do fine. I came in knowing squat about SCM and now I feel I know a fair amount so if you actually want to learn the subject this class is for you.

I really enjoyed going to Eddy's classes. He is so funny and a great teacher. Going to class is necessary to getting a good grade. The online lab is the way to go for sure. Tests are pretty easy as long as you know your terms so I recommend flashcards. He is sassy as hell and puts a lot of people in there place. I wish he was my real dad.

I knew nothing about SCM before this past semester, and I am now changing my major to it. Eddie was an awesome professor, wish i could take more classes with him. Go to class, pay attention, and do in person labs because you get all the answers there, and the TA's help explain things. The E-notes are necessary, and they're clear and cheap.

I took Eddie's class for Fall session B. It wasn't really that hard of a class. Make sure to fill out the study guides entirely as that will allow you to pass the tests. Clear, engaging, wants to help you, and on top of everything is super** handsome and not monotone. He will give you extra credit for catching a cheater. Tests are heavily based on lecture, so you have to go to pass. Each lecture is worth its weight in gold. I recommend online labs because you have unlimited tries and no time limit. Eddie is bomb.

He is a great professor and his online SCM 300 class is one of the best online classes I've taken. We had e-notes as well as about two hours of lectures per week and there were five case readings. The three in-person exams are extremely easy if you pay attention to the lectures and do the readings. Watch/read what you're assigned, you'll get an A.

His lecture videos are engaging to the point where it feels like he is having a conversation with you. He is not one of those professors who tries to trick you either. Eddie was a great professor in a class that can be really hard to find interesting. Made everything relatable and made the information and interesting as possible. I learned a lot from his class, and I walked out of there really enjoying SCM. His tests are challenging but if you work hard, pay attention and go to class, you'll be fine.

Glad i took this class in person. Eddie was very good. the study guides take long so do them early. many exam questions come from lecture so do not skip. i suggest the online lab since you are not timed and you get unlimited tries. quizzes are unlimited too. Overall this class was good. So good that i changed my major to supply chain management.

Eddie comes off as a hard ass but he is honestly a great guy! He really knows his stuff and his lectures and stories are really interesting! It is a lot of memorizing but Eddie can be really helpful if you go to his office hours. Make sure you go to class and listen to the examples that he gives because it might be on the test.

Read all of the material. He uses Kindle Books for each module. Buy those in advance ($4.99 each). Read the Kindle module before/after his lectures. It will be easy to fall behind if you don't. The information is not hard, it's just a lot. If you put effort into this class, you will pass. Exams are easy if you know the material so study!

This professor is a reason why many students, including myself, change their major to Supply Chain. He is great. The lectures are interesting with good real-world examples. He will make sure that you've listened to all the lectures by asking questions on the exam that you will only know if you did go through all lectures. Take his class!

The hottest professor at ASU. The lectures are actually helpful and you can put them to use in the real world. He's willing to help you with whatever question you have. Make sure you attend lecutures to do well on the exams.

He is one of the professors that I absolutely recommend. I think his lecture is interesting, but you do need to attend lectures and take notes. The final is cumulative, but there is no need to freak out since he listed everything he will test on the study guide. Remember to go over the study guide before every exam!

Gorgeous and hilarious man. Makes lectures so pleasant and engaging. If I didn't love my major, I think I'd switch to supply chain. The exams are designed to help students who attend class and hurt students that don't. He will put questions on the exams that only students that went to class would be able to answer. The lectures are optional, but you should attend if you want to get as many points as possible. Grades are based off exams and online quizzes. Take the online lab.

I wasn't super excited about this class, but I found some topics really interesting and Eddie is a great lecturer. In hindsight, I think I would have taken in person just because I know it would have been more interesting and engaging in person. Read the Enotes AND TAKE NOTES AND FILL OUT THE STUDY GUIDE. 46 questions are conceptual and easy on the exam if you WATCH LECTURES, TAKE NOTES AND FILL OUT STUDY GUIDE. 14 questions are math which take time to do. Follow my formula and you will get an A.

Well structured. lot of lectures are part of exams, so try not to miss the class. He tells you exactly what to study and you will get an A.

If you buy the e-notes and show up to class, you'll do fine. Syllabus states he doesn't provide extra credit but that's fake news, he does at the end of the semester (10 points). About 20-22 minutes of every class will either be an improvised story (could be tested on) or self-indulgence. Don't think about cheating during a test, he will find out.

Along with presenting the material, Davila also provides interesting stories and advice relevant to our present lives as a student and future professional life. Some of the material can be specific, but it's easy enough to understand to succeed on tests. As long as you attend class and read, the tests will feel like a piece of cake

Just amazing. I can write pages about Davila. His style of teaching is so rare. If people that attend class, go for the purpose of LEARNING rather than exam notes, 1) they'll enjoy it and 2) they need NOT take extensive notes because this type of teaching becomes permanent in memory just by listening, give him your undivided attention in class.

Eddie was by far the most real professor out there. He comes off to be harsh, but he is true to himself and his students (which I love). If you go to class and pay attention, you'll pass the tests. 60 questions per exam, but not too difficult. 6 labs and quizzes, which don't take long. Highly recommend to everyone!

One of the best professors I've had, usually large lectures are boring but not Eddie's. Tests aren't easy but if you study you'll do fine and the rest of the assignments you can redo until you get 100%. He also has his own mini e-books instead of a textbook which are super cheap and easy, interesting reads.

For being a large lecture class, he made SCM easy to follow. He makes it easy to get all points possible for quizzes & labs. The tests were about 60-70 Q's and study guides were lengthy. As long as you pay attention, create study guides, & watch module videos you'll pass! Although attendance isn't mandatory, it's better to go for the Q's on test.

He's just funny in a cynical way. Would definitely take his class again. He pretends to hate everyone, but really he hates groups of people, not individuals. If you go visit him during his office hours, he'll be super helpful and caring.

I enjoyed SCM300 and feel like I learned a lot from the lectures. You get what you put into the course, but getting a C is achievable and not difficult. A lot of the test questions come from in class lectures. Take the online lab, not difficult and quick to fill out. Just go to class and somewhat listen to pass.

Pay attention to lectures and take extremely detailed notes, you'll def need them for tests.

Eddie is a good instructor, much better than I'd expected. His video lectures are excellent and explain the concepts clearly. He allows you to use notes and the module guides for the exams, and frankly, I believe I would've done poorly on the exams if it weren't for the notes and module guides. I recommend him.

Do yourself a favor and take this class as soon as you possibly can because it may just make you change your major to SCM.

I took SCM300 with another professor but the class was very heavily based on Davila's video lectures. All the lectures were interesting and easy to understand. Even without taking his class I would recommend him. He explains complex topics so well and makes supply chain easy.

This should be an easy A if you go to class, read the notes, and study. The exams are basically an in depth version of the vocabulary. Literally I do not see how you can fail this class. Fill out the study guide and you'll be fine.

I loved his sarcastic attitude on ideas, it's actually different and refreshing. Exams can be tough, but fill out the study guides, and you will manage. Take good notes in class, as many questions are based on in class examples. Math is relatively easy in supply chain. If you study, you can get an A pretty easily. Lectures are great, go to class!

The class is very structured and you learn a lot of information. The tests can be a little difficult. Labs and quizzes are easy. Study really hard for the exams, get A+ on the quizzes and labs as you should, and go to class.

I hated missing his lectures. He is such a great professor and person. Make sure you do all the quizzes and all the labs and go to class because there are always examples for classes that he tests you on. If you're respectful to him, he respects you. If you want an A he makes it easy because he literally gives you everything you need to study.

(Online) You have 6 quizzes, 6 HW assignments and 3 exams. It is very easy to get 100% on the HW and quizzes because he lets to take them multiple times. He hands out study guides for each exam which is very helpful. The time exams are very fast pace, if you dont study, you wont pass the exams. Do the study guides and you can pass exams easily.

Great class and great lecturer. I emailed him a question (for where to find extra resources for a topic) and he got back to me within 20-30 minutes. Quintessential professor to facilitate learning, and it made supply chain very interersting to learn about- so much that I even looked at ASU's Masters Program to see what it was all about.

If you do the homework, you can get an A. He has lots of experience and gives helpful insights into the real SCM world. I enjoyed his class and the videos are very fun and down to earth. Weekly quizzes and labs are easy. Exams are little tougher so dont forget to study.

He lectures a ton and gives no homework on anything because the material is so easy to pick up if you at least pay attention. Professor Davila's course is straightforward with no surprises. He turned out to be my favorite professor last semester. He and TA have lots of office hours if you need help or have questions. Davila was an amazing teacher, he was able to make things like waiting lines extremely interesting. I have never had a teacher speak with more confidence. The class could be challenging at times but it wasn't impossible. I think that if you have the opportunity to take the class you should. He is a great teacher.

His class isn't easy but if you keep a good study guide you will be fine. His tests reflect class well and the content is interesting. He was my favorite professor this semester since he really takes time to explain things well and in depth.

Davila is a great professor. He is respected, knows his stuff, and is a great connection to have in SC. His lectures have a lot of supplemental material so I recommend going to class. Tests are the study guides, he goes over lab material during lecture, book is a must. Go to his office hours for any clarification in the class you need. Very helpful

Great Professor. He really makes SCM really easy to understand. Some of the subject material and lectures are boring at times but Davila makes it as palpable as possible. I recommend taking labs online since there are practice labs available to watch for help. Make sure to use the study guides he posts for the exams to do well!

He takes one of the most boring subjects, Supply Chain, and is so passionate that he actually makes it interesting. Instead of lecturing for the purpose of passing an exam, he actually wants you to understand the concepts and materials. Take his class!

Davila is a phenomenal professor! The way he teaches scm 300 is how every college class should be. If you read the textbook, write down stuff from lectures, and do the labs a couple times you will be good for the test. He makes the class reasonable for those who work hard and study will definitely get an A. He really sets you up for success!:)

Prof Davila made me reconsider switching my major to supply chain. He is an amazing teacher. His lectures are funny. His content is organized. Tests are open note. Drops lowest test. All his stories are so interesting and he ties them to the curriculum perfectly. Wish he taught other classes too.

Hilarious! He also tells it like it is. He really relates topics to real-world scenarios and also gives you a lot of insight into what working in the real world is like. Pretty easy class. Be sure to go to lectures because tests are based off of those.

This professor was AMAZING!! He uses buffer points in his grading which makes it easy to succeed. All tests/labs/quizzes are open book and open note. Attend lectures, do the HW, and you'll pass.

Eddie was a great professor, he is very blunt but great at what he does. Make sure you attend lectures and read the text, both are important for exams. Labs and Quizzes were a breeze with multiple attempts if needed and step-by-step practice videos. Wish he taught other classes, he was great to learn from.

He's so knowledgeble and whenever he talks, I feel like he's using all of his energy to teach us the world of supply chain, especially for the foundamental course-SCM300. Came on here because of all the recent Davila slander. Professor is a beauty, probably best professor I have had at ASU. Smart man who loves teaching and gives great advice fo the future. Test are 20 questions, read the textbook and pay attention to lecture and you will have an A.

One of the coolest guys around ASU. The negative reviews are a joke (he tells us to write mean things on his RMP haha). Lectures are fun, textbook has great examples, it makes SCM easy to understand even without an SCM background. Tests are based on lectures and the book, no trick questions. Take notes and study, easiest A I've ever gotten at ASU.

Great Guy really, All the kids complaining are soft and spoiled. I scored a 60% on all the exams and had A's on the homework and quizzes and passed this class. really easy grading criteria. the only thing i didn't like was class sessions weren't recorded. He does come off as intense but when you go to office hours its all hugs and ginger ales.

Some people like him and some people don't. Regardless, he's a great professor. Pay attention during lecture and read the textbook and you'll do just fine on the exams. TA's are super helpful if you're confused on the labs. It's a pretty easy class if you just try. There's a lot of buffer points so you can make mistakes.

Easy class if you do the work. There are 5 exams, 5 labs, and 5 quizzes. Labs have step-by-step videos, quizzes have multiple attempts, and exams are 20 questions open notes. Graded on a points system so its easy to calculate what you need to get the grade you want. Some exam questions were based on lectures, but most come from the textbook & lab.

Top tier teacher. This class was a bit difficult, but actually interesting and made to be easy if you put the work in. The realest teacher out there.

Didn't know what to make of him at first. Honestly thought he was pretty rude... but I just learned that's his way of being blunt. He turned out to be a great prof, though. Class is easy, too. Reading textbook isn't really necessary. Getting 100%s on exams and on quizzes/labs is pretty manageable. This class is NOT difficult

Eddie is a great teacher, who clearly knows his stuff and how to communicate it effectively. His lectures are engaging and easy to follow. The study guides are clear, and you're allowed notes for the exams. I don't really know how you could not get an A in the course as long as you put in some effort. Very responsive to emails and questions too.

Lots of lectures but they are engaging. Exams were open note. Prof sent repeated reminders to have notes for exam, then sent emails after exam closed saying "Lots of emails say you didn't know you could use notes. Next exam will be the same. Please use notes." If you watch the lectures and do the homework (which have solutions videos) you'll pass.

I took this class online and it was a good experience. I blew off the first exam because I thought it would be easy and failed. I took the rest of the class a lot more seriously and I finished with a solid B. Don't listen to the reviews and get nervous, just watch the lecture videos and you'll do fine. If you slack off then it'll come back to you..

Lab and quiz due each week and some math involved but you're given a formula sheet when needed. 3 exams total, none are cumulative. You have to watch his lectures before exams and they're pretty good and not super boring. First professor in a while that I feel like I actually learned something. Take his class!

Took this class online, I don't think I ever opened the text book and still did decent in the class. is a little lenient when it comes to grading, gives wiggle room for quizzes and homework. study guides are helpful when it comes to what material is going to be on the exam.

This professor is one of the best I've had. While it may be lecture heavy and have challenging exams, he relates it real life scenarios. There will also be some days you won't like him which I won't get into details with, but pretty much deal with it. Overall, 10/10 would take him again. At the same time, he doesn't want to see us again.

Solid professor. Really cares about his students and the subject even though he tries not to show it. Attend lectures and complete the study guides and you're set for the exams, nothing too challenging. You can get by without the book if you have a strong math background and attend classes, but I'd recommend it otherwise.

I took this class as an I-course. I just took notes on his videos and studied them before the test and got an A in the class. I didn't even read the required textbook once. He explains things really well and provides good examples. Although there might be a lot of material on some concepts, the content is not that hard.

Honestly if you need SCM 300, this is the professor to take. His lectures are interesting, and the content actually makes a lot of sense. Going to class is arguably the most important thing about this class.

This class was great gives study guides that directly correlate to test questions. His quizzes and labs are pretty easy to ace. The tests matter the most but study for maybe 30 minutes and you are pretty much set.

Despite being a bit rough around the edges and priding himself on being an "asshole", he's incredibly compassionate when he needs to be. Very funny and enjoyable to listen to. 3 exams, no drops, labs & quizzes every other week, not hard. Made we add SCM as a double major, he's great!

Davila, despite the "rough exterior" he presents, is a very caring, intelligent, and hilarious professor. Lectures are easy to follow and very engaging, and it's basically impossible to get bored. He's also very knowledgeable about what he teaches, and clearly wants to help students succeed. Utilize resources, and this class is great.

I'm a B avg student and found this class pretty easy overall. The tests can be a little tricky. Best way I found to study for the tests is to read the book and then review class notes for any examples he uses in class. Reviewing the labs was helpful as well. Eddie is very passionate and knowledgeable about SCM. Good guy

Prof Davila is one of the most fun profs I've had at ASU!! He makes the class so fun and easy to learn. There's homework but it's super easy to get 100%, and there's extra credit as well. The labs also aren't too bad if you go to the in-person ones. His exams are good if you pay attention and study the material well.

Best SCM class I've taken, the lectures are entertaining and the reading is pretty easy as well, he has helpful study guides as well. As long as you did all the assignments and put a little effort in, it was a fairly easy A. Tests/quizzes/labs are open notes (printed only for tests), still study a bit though for tests cause you have limited time.

Great teaching philosophy for an SCM class not taken by SCM majors and he makes the material understandable with entertaining lectures. Quizzes and labs get multiple attempts, there are videos to help you with lab math. Exams are open note, even tells you how to make your notes for the exam - genuinely cares about students. I thoroughly enjoyed Professor Davila's class. He uses his own lecture videos that are easy to follow as well as relevant to the homework and exams. He also gives multiple attempts for quizzes and homework and has an open note exam. I would still recommend reading the material and watching the videos, and you'll be fine.

This is hands down the best professor I've had in ASU. Just take this class, you will learn so much. He is really straight forward, he knows the content, and his lectures are amazing. I had this class at 9am and I enjoyed going to his lectures even if it was kind of early.

Class is interactive and fun. He's very entertaining. He posts videos to guide you on the problem sets on Canvas, which is really helpful. Exams do weigh a lot, so definitely study (he posts study guides and where info for each topic can be found). You only need to do 4/5 of the labs and quizzes. He explains the grading system in class.

Great professor! Didn't expect much going into it, but hands-down the most entertaining lectures at WPC. As long as you show up, the course is a breeze, and you'll learn lots of cool supply chain concepts. My only complaint is that his book is riddled with typos to the point that it's obvious he never proofread any of it.

If ASU was a sports team, this guy is your franchise player. His lectures are very informational and entertaining, with well timed jokes and stories to keep you interested. It almost felt like the curtains opened everyday at 3 and he was putting on a play. Very interesting topics and he inspires you to learn more.

BEST PROFESSOR I'VE EVER HAD!!!! On the first day of class, I didn't like him, but his classes were so interesting that I almost added a second major in SCM. Although there is no extra credit, the quizzes and labs have unlimited attempts. Just prepare well for the exams.

Dude is unreal. His lectures are incredibly interesting and hilarious. Class is incredibly difficult tho, 3 exams worth 75% of your grade. Exams are very hard, question wording is terrible and the questions themselves are very broad.

Made supply chain interesting, exams were okay "no trick questions". 3 exams in person closed note on lockdown. 5 quizzes and 5 "labs" one of each gets dropped. A Big portion of your grade relies on your exam scores so if you perform well on exams you'll do well.

Professor Davila is passionate about SCM and very knowledgeable. Strongly recommend buying and reading the book he suggests, as it significantly boosts test scores—I scored 80-90%, while friends who didn't struggled with 60%. Attend lectures and watch his math videos to ace exams; they're crucial for A's and B's.

Buy the textbook to study for the tests - which are heavily weighted. With that being said if you do the practice questions he assigns and go over key terms in the textbook you will get at least an 80% on each test. Excellent lectures. You will learn a lot in this class if you show up and pay attention.

Pretty easy class. There are a lot of lectures and readings, so it's important to stay on top of everything since you cover several chapters in a week. Ea test covered at least four chapters. I took CIS 309 Business Process Management, which really helped with the math portion of this class. Overall, a fair and manageable class!

Professor Eddie is awesome he always brings his authentic self and tells the truth no matter what people may see it harsh however i see it as care we are often want to be sweet talked but life does not work like this. his energy is amazing and he always mentions his daughters and they see him as an supportive father to them and inspiring them. Professor Davila is great, gives good lectures, and the exams are not hard if you read the textbook and pay attention during lectures. The only bad thing is he doesn't look like he can do a backflip, that might influence your opinion a lot.

This class is easy, you NEED the textbook, but overall it's easy to read and helpful for preparing for the Exams. You are graded on Exams, Labs, and some other things. Davila is very knowledgeable, and you get a really good idea about the Supply Chain from this class. Study, and you should do well and expand your knowledge on important topics.

Professor Davila is hilarious and he is brutally honest which is so refreshing. He teaches the content well and injects personal stories to make the material seem easier. GO TO LECTURE! Hey is a pretty good teacher just be prepared that he is kind of loud and yells alot. Make sure to attend lectures because even though they are not required he goes over a lot of examples in lecture that will be on the exam. His book is pretty good very fun and easy to read . Most of the class is exam heavy and his class is structured a bit weird.

Great class and great professor. You don't need the textbook if you attend lectures and review lightly. Professor is knowledgeable, low-key, and approachable. Easy class just show up to lectures and study like for just 2 hrs per exam or not at all and you'll be fine. Questions on exam some are about what he says in class.
