My second semester with Professor Santos and let me tell you, what an amazing professor! Ive had trouble with this course in the past and hes done so much to help me understand the material. Hes intelligent, patient, kind, funny, caring, and VERY FAIR. I will forever be grateful of his encouraging words. We need more educators like him!

Professor Santos is a wonderful teacher and well respected. If you do your online assignments and study weeks before tests, i guarantee you, you will pass. Never wait last minute to study. But overall professor santos is a nice and caring professor that cares very much about his students.

Despite the lab administration messing up most of our labs, this professor did the best with what he was given. He will make sure to answer all questions if you have any, even if that means repeating the same thing over and over. You don't have to buy the book or do any online assignments, but you will have to read the PowerPoints.

Honestly he is a great professor, this is my second semester with him for both BSC2085 and BSC2086. He really cares about his students and the reason lectures are long is because he goes in detail for you to understand and he stops for questions. He is very understandable and fair , study his powerpoints and you will pass the test !!

Extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the subject (he led the development of a major vaccine that is now used globally). Goes the extra mile to help students understand and do well. Also makes class a lot of fun (hystrionic).

Professor Santos is one of the best professors in Miami Dade College. He cares about his students and makes sure the students learn the material. His slides and presentations summarize the important information in the text book and lab manual. A&P is a complex subject so you have to study and put in the work to learn the material well, but his tests are fair.

Professor Santos-Lima really cares, and tries his hardest to give you everything you need to succeed. However, his class isn't easy (nor should it be, it's ANATOMY). His tests are original and the questions can not be searched up, but as long as you memorize the structures and diagrams and do your homework, you get an A. He's nice and worth taking.

I took him for Anatomy & Physiology II. He is a great in person teacher. Tests and Home work are online except for maybe 1 exam that might be in person. He explains things well. Asides from being a great professor, Dr Santos-Lima is a great human being. I enjoyed his lectures a lot. He is a very smart and knowledgeable man who really cares about his students, and wants all of his students to learn and succeed. 5 tests. If you plan to be working in the medical field and actually want to learn I recommend taking his class.

This professor just reads off the PowerPoints and doesn't tell you what's going to be on the test, so you must study every slide (there are about 3-5 PowerPoints per test). There are 5 exams but he gives a lot of easy HW so at the end your grade gets balanced out. He is very caring and you can tell he loves teaching.

Anatomy 2 lecture and lab.For the lab you have two exams, the midterm and the final. Personally,I love a good study guide but professor lime does not provide one for his Lecture or his Lab so the downside is you must study EVERYTHING. For his lecture, he gave us five tests, three at home and two in person.he adds 20 points for attendance in both.

This course is not difficult, however, it is structured in a way that inspires the students to challenge themselves. His exams are based on labeling diagrams, and he uses organized PowerPoints (and as someone who struggles with exams, this was amazing). I was nervous about the final, and he stayed 1.5 hours with me after class to answer my questions. His class requires effort but is so rewarding.

This professor actually cares for you. Took him for Human Ant. 1&2, the mid term & the final is based off the powerpoint, which is the best way of studying at least for me. Anatomy itself can be a very intimidating subject, however, Dr. Santos-Lima is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to help. He is very lively and has a kind soul. I had the pleasure to have Eduardo Santos-Lima as my professor for PCB4233C. All his exams are based off his lectures, so make sure you don't miss class. He is very lenient and understanding with his students. He does give out quizzes as extra credit, if you end up missing on the extra credit he will let you make up for it.

Professor Santos was amazing, I would love to take his class again if I could. He takes his time to teach and will explain things 400 times if you ask him to, the homework was easy and he usually extends the deadline. If you have the chance, TAKE HIM!!

Professor is very knowledgable about the material and interacts a lot with the students during lectures to make them understand the concepts. He uses his powerpoints for test material over the textbook. His exams are very specific to the powerpoints so study them hard. Also do all the online assignments and quizzes

The class wasn't easy but Professor Santos-Lima makes it all possible. He is extremely knowledgeable, positive, and caring. You can instantly tell he puts everything into his students, which makes you want to work harder out of respect for him. He's truly the kind of professor you'll value forever. Not only did I learn—I grew. Thank you, Prof!

Professor Lima is inspiring. He will teach you one of the toughest subjects and will be there to guide you through it all. He's not only a professor, he is a great person inside and out. He cares about every student and will motivate you to reach for the stars. Studying is the key to success in his class. Do your part because he will always do his.

The first day of class, I was like WTF, this is HARD & A LOT, but he makes you understand. I got the highest test scores. He has a unique way of teaching, its' wild &hilarious! The only thing I hated was the Pearson online assignments. If you study and ask questions, you'll pass. He cares and is always trying his best for us. I'm glad I met him!

Class is not difficult , 5 exams some online some in person , given plenty of time to study and plenty of chances to do and make up homework. Very passionate about his class loves to teach !

He is one of the best professors you could ever have. Anatomy is hard enough and he does all he can for his students to learn and to pass the class, he is caring and humble and if you show that you care, you will pass the class, just make sure to also do your part.

Professor Santos Lima is amazing at what he does. He wants to make sure everyone in his class succeeds and wants everyone to learn. He is very helpful and gives great feedback to students!! No homework but the course is test heavy and provides extra credits quizzes throughout the course. I definitely recommend him to anyone taking science courses.

I actually took Dr.Lima for Microbio Lab, and hes truly amazing. This class made me love my major. I genuinely learned so much but I also loved the class a lot. He makes his class stress free but is passionate about teaching. Great lab and the lab assistants are MDC really do a lot too to make the class enjoyable. I wish I had found him sooner!

One of the most caring and well liked professors I've had the pleasure of taking. He tries his best to make his lecture fun and engaging and you can really tell how much he cares for his students. I missed the deadline for one of his last few exams and it brought my grade down to an D but he was kind enough to still let me take it and pass. So nice

Dr Santos Lima is a wonderfully energetic and compassionate professor. He is always prepared for class, and he genuinely cares about the academic success of his students. The class requires a big Lab Notebook and two group projects, but he creates an environment where students feel respected and learning is safe and fun. Definitely take his class!

Dr. Eduardo Santos-Lima is amazing! Sadly, I won't have more classes with him. For MCB, there's one midterm exam, a study guide, helpful homework to prep before lab, and notebook labs just don't procrastinate! He makes class fun and engaging. I'd 100% take his class again! love him and will miss taking his class :( Please take his class !!

Santos Lima is an excellent Physiology instructor who makes learning engaging. His lectures are dynamic and fun, and he has a unique ability to simplify complex concepts by relating them to everyday situations. He continuously encourages critical thinking, pushing students to go beyond memorization and truly grasp how physiological processes work.

Prof.Santos.L is an amazing Anatomy and Physiology instructor. His passion, energy, and clear explanations made challenging material understandable and engaging. He always checked our understanding and truly cared that we learned and succeeded in this class. His support built my confidence. I highly recommend him and will take him again for A&P II.

This professor is kind and will do his best to help you, but only if ur trying ur best. He ultimately wants his students to succeed, which begets a tendency to focus on one concept for too long, which leads to a shortage of time to teach every chapter fully. If you're not proficient in self-study and have no desire to become so, skip this prof.
