He only gives 3 tests, which are somewhat easy. Gives around 5 or 6 HW assignments a semester. Homework is worth 25% of grade. Tests are worth the other 75%. He goes over everything in class and follows the book, so there is really no need for it except you'll need it for the HW. Overall a nice guy

Feser's enthusiasm for philosophy is infectious and his style of teaching is highly accessible. Elucidates the readings. If the subject is of little interest to you (won't be so at the end of the semester), many pop culture references ("Revolution #9," John Waters) are made where he sees fit. Professor Feser is super kind and funny. Class is graded by 3 exams, but he offers extra credit for 3 discussion posts that add 3% to your grade (1% each post). The class handouts are essentially what the exam is looking for, direct and without any tricks. My best recommendation to succeed in this class is to use practice exams with AI repeatedly.

Professor Feser is awesome! The schedule is clear and he always responds to emails. I took the class online. Very clear directions, the writing assignments were not too long, if you do the homework, you'll do well. Learned a lot and recommend him 100%
