Cool guy, very nice. Tests are slightly tough, but curves his test. Have to give a 3 min soeech at the end of the semester.

Had Mr. Kissling for Bus. Law I and II, very nice man, he cares and does his best to help you out. His tests are fair and manageable. If you have a problem he will help you out and always treat you with respect, I highly recommend!

Kissling is the best. He liked to pick on me a lot in class and use me as examples. His test are kind of hard but he curves them so much it's impossible to fail. He truly cares about his students. He's a very funny guy.

Class is easy as hell, just sit there and do nothing but listen to what he says and you'll get at least a B, especially how he grades on a curve

Took him for Business Law 1 & 2...Never did a single one of his assignments and still got a B in the class because he grades on a curve where you can get 1 right and still get a D+..I wish he taught every subject

This professor is the man he is the bomb what you get out of his class you will really usein life not like these BS other classes we take that do nothing for us in life.He is a fun loving man that makes class a little funner than the other profesores highly recomed takin his for all his classes.

a very nice professor but i took him for an onsite online course and we pretty much taught ourselves, even on the class days. he had us teach each other chapters while he sat there and graded other papers...helpful but tests are kinda hard..be ready to read on your own in this class

Excellent professor. Very 'real' in his approach to teaching. I took two of his classes between 1999 and 2000... still use some of the stuff I learned back then in his classes in my career today. A+++ Teacher.

Took online course. Very liberal with deadlines for assignments. Tests are a bit hard, but grades on a curve. Very encouraging and definitely knows his stuff. Loved the class - learned a lot of great stuff about NJ. If you need a history requirement - I highly recommend this one!

Had him for Law 1 and Law 2. He is an awsome teacher and great guy to talk to. He deffiantly knows his stuff when it comes to Law. Law 2 was alot more group work and less tests. I only had the class once a week so usually read chapter and do questions. Test are curved and involve situation questions

Not a fair teacher at all. Tells you extra credit will count. I joined the Paralegal Assoc & did extra work to boost my grade if need be(2pts from an A)however,I was told I didn't recieve any A's on a test,& extra credit doesn't count after semester was over.Does curve test which is helpful. Students basically teach class. Changes his story a lot.

Be prepared to work, but you will learn an aweful lot. Kissling is awesome. Very fair and very good human being. If you're a business major, TAKE HIM - I would recommend him highly if you really want to learn the subject. If you're just taking his class to fill space, give the seat to someone else.

The first day of class he seemed harsh, but over time he seemed to soften up. He offers extra credit, which is good, but gives A LOT of homework. If you work hard and ask for an A, you should get one (your test and homework count for 50% of your grade, with his opinion being the other 50%). I would definitely take him again.

nice guy. very helpful but not a good teacher. he did not teach at all on our class. tests were very unclear. but if you do you homework and the assigments . you will do fine.

I have Kissling for an onsite-online class and I was skeptical at first, but I love it now. We have a lot of assignments but they're not too hard. Plus hes lenient on the due dates. We do alot of group presentations and he lets everyone bring in food and do a game or activity. He's very funny too. Take this class it's great.

I took his class online and it was pretty easy. The tests though are a bit difficult all you really have to do is read the books.

KISSLING IS THE MAN!!!! Took Business Law I and II with him and I'd do it all again if i could. Great guy, funny, entertaining, caring, and helpful. You've got to be a complete **** to walk away with less than a B. Lot's of snacks and group work.

I was nervous about taking this class online for the winter session. However, if you can dedicate some time, this was a very doable class. Lots of reading, and homework, but you learn lots from that and prepare for the tests! Tests: some easy and some hard. I would recommend this professor! Do the work, and get an A!

Amazing teacher. Def one of the funniest prof I ever had. Hes all about having fun and teaching you through real like made up funny situations. He scales all the tests so its impossible to fail. Take him if you can and i guarantee you wont regret it.

Mr. Kissling is serious but fun, and has made my experience in this class want me to have him again in my future law/business classes.

Hello? Yeah! that's what I am talking about! For the first time I actually felt proud about the 3 college credits I earned. I took him online, and I discovered the greatest invention ever: Not having to drive to class to listen to professors YAP for 2 1/2 + hours!

Kissling is such an awesome teacher took him for busn law 1. makes the class real intersting and fun, always cracks jokes which most of the time are ridiculous but you cant help but laugh. scales the tests and collects homework twice a semester. You really cant fail, and if you want to take an interesting class take him. Highly recommended!!!

One of the best teachers I've ever had. Prof Kissling's lectures are really fun and you do learn something new in every class. His tests are tough but he grades on a curve. If you want fun, excitement and enlightenment take Kissling.

Took Buisness Law 1 online. The work is assigned monthly. It is SUPER boring unless your interested, which I was not. I did everything I was supposed to but got a C?! Whatever just glad the pain is over!

The greatest class ever! If you need an easy elective take Professor Kissling. The material was very simple and straight forward. Your an idiot if you get anything less than an "A" in his class.

Took DL class. Very helpful keeps appointments when needed. Answers e-mail pretty quick.

Keeps your interest in class. Funny, in his own way. Alot of homework but helps with getting good grade on test. Tests were hard, critical thinking. Plan on taking his BUSN Law 2 on line class.

Took his BUSN Law class online. There was an extensive amount of work to be done! But if you are committed to the class and finish the assignments, you'll do just fine. Yes, some of the questions on the quizzes are a little mind boggling at times, but read up on the chapters and it's a piece of pie. Great professor, would recommend.

Kissling is the best. The class started with 30 students and we ended with about 10. Its only because those people are lazy. As long as you put the effort in you should get at least a B.

Busn Law 1 online class was great. Yes, there is a lot of work, reading, writing, and tests. The class takes some time, but it is an easy class. As long as you do all of the work by the due dates you will get an "A" or "B" easy

Great professor! His on-line classes are easy as long as you complete all of your assignments by the deadlines. Could be an easy A... but there is a tremendous amount of writing and postings!

Took the busi law class online.. it was easy if you understand the terminology. Lots of assignments. But easy to follow

One of the best professors here. Loves what he teaches. He can tell you all the nuances of the law and also relate it to his courtroom experiences as a lawyer. Extremely understandable while making class fun. I'm not a nerd but got excited to go to class when I had him. Textbook is used perfectly. Not too little, not too much. He's a great guy!

Great professor, he has a good sense of humor, he keeps lecture interesting, and answers any question you may have. You will need the book for the class, he does assign homework and one paper, but they aren't hard. His tests are based on cases and are hard. Just study and know the terms and you'll do fine.

I took the physical class and i enjoyed it. He will repeat things that are important and teach you the material. The "tricky tests" are because instead of giving text book definitions, he makes you think on his test. if this happened which of the following could be used? Stuff like that. He's Very clear and 3 tests, 2 portfolios of the homework.

Professor Kissling's class was awesome. Made the class very fun. Howe work assignments are short and not hard at all. The term paper was short and easy. His tests are a bit of a challenge so make sure you study. He does curve the tests and drops your lowest test grade! I always enjoyed going to all of his classes.

Hes a good guy and hes good at teaching. He tells lots of jokes, but alot of them are dry and feel forced rather than organic and funny. His assignments are usually easy, theres alot of group work, and he always goes over the material well enough that the tests are easy. Hes flexible with grades, and if you show interest (participate) you'l pass

Would not take again. Class is monotonous no matter how hard he tries. You are required to show up, he is very vague about assignments, and his sense of humor is a bit offensive at times. Kind of makes it hard to focus when you get no room to breathe. Tests have trick questions by use of a different term for something rather than what was taught.

Excellent professor. His lectures were straight forward, adding real life situations to make point; did not feel his jokes were forced at all. Tests are hard but he gives other opportunities to succeed. HW once a weekhanded in twice semester, an occasional pop quiz, 1-2 papers, quick presentation at end. I learned exactly what I expected for Law.

He's test are tough and tricky. Gives no review. But he curves the tests so much that getting 2540 is an A. He's lectures are good, but he picks on people and says the same old jokes. 2 short easy essays. Chapter reviews Homework due in parts. It would be nice if he actually gave a short review of what's going to be on the test.

I'd take Kissling again because of his exam curve and the way he weights your final average. 40 percent of your grade is based of assignments that he mainly checks to see if you do (not for correctness). The rest is exam based, but he drops the lowest one and all are curved. (Normally, 26-28 right out of 40 is an A, 24-26 is a B)

Prof K is great! HW for ea chap but only handed in 2x sem. 3 min pres at end but you can hand in yr notecards & skip presenting to receive a B. 4 tests- questions too comprehensive than what is taught in class (prob dev by publisher), but Kis curves the tests, so most still get AsBs. Coursemate info helps but not req. Dont drop if fail 1st test.

Quizzes are 10 questions, 10 minutes, 1 attempt - not easy. Aside from that, I found Professor Kissling to be very fair, quick to respond to questions, and engaging.

Kissling knows his business law. Teaches by including his students in his examples. Keeps you engaged, interested, and laughing throughout class. 4 tests, although 3 are mandatory and he will drop the lowest score if you take all 4. They are HARD, but he curves them everytime. 8 ch of hw due before the midterm/final. 1 short paper and presentation.

I take him for business law online and he is by far the best online teacher I've ever had. Assignments are spread out through the weeks, makes online class very do able. Yes, his quizzes are 10 questions and only 10 minutes but very do able if you read. Clear on assignments, i did them all in one day. Very do able and very easy.

Professor Kissling is just the best! He made business law so interesting and clear with real life examples - he just explains everything so well! I took OSOL which is half on-line and half in class, and it was really an excellent format. This is a must take class!

I'm just finishing up my third law class with Professor Kissling. I wish I could take him for three more classes. I enjoyed his online class but prefer to be in his class room on campus. He is a smart, funny, and caring teacher. His classes are not that hard but you will have to put in a little work. It is a COLLEGE class after all! TAKE HIS CLASS!

Professor K is a wonderful and caring man. He wants all of his students to excel and gives them plenty of opportunities to shine. You absolutely need your text book. There is a lot of reading and multiple chapters test but he always curves. If you speak to him about any issues he is more than willing to help. Take Proff K!!

I took business law 1 and 2 having professor Kissling as my professor and it was the best business class i have ever taken. He is very kind and honest with all of his grading. If you complete all of your work and show up to class with some knowledge from the chapter you were supposed to read, you will do just fine. I ended up with an A in both .

This was my 4th class with Professor Kissling, and I would take him many more times if I was not graduating this semester. If you complete all of your work, you will receive the grade you deserve, which in my case was an A

I am so glad I had the chance to take Professor Kissling in his final semester before he retired. He was an outstanding professor and his lectures were beyond amazing. Such a funny and nice guy, and he cared about us. I would reccomend him but he is retired, but I felt I should right something anyway. Thanks for everything Professor Kissling!
