Awsome teacher. You really learn in his class. A good class to take even if you aren't a lit major!! Get to know him and you will do fine in the class.
This guy is a crack up! He will make you laugh so hard you'll be crying. Average easiness but even if you don't like the subject he'll definitely make it entertaining.
Ed Shannon is the BEST!! I'm a Lit major, so I have an excuse to take his classes, but even if I wasn't, I'd still take them!! He is not only insightful and knowledgeable, but funny, entertaining, and just plain great at what he does. =)
he is a really nice person. and makes his class interesting
Best professor EVER, makes everything interesting, i would marry if he wasn't already married. He's so funny and so interesting
He is a funny professor. In college you don't get that...EVER. Don't plagarize he is up on that.
Ed Shannon *dreamy sigh* May he never lose that mullet!
GREAT TEACHER! Professor Shannon is so funny and so well-educated. His assignments are always creative, and the readings he chooses are usually really interesting! Don't miss out!
I had a great time in this class. The topics were always interesting. The exams weren't that hard if you did all the reading and studied. Oh, the mullet is gone for the fall 03 semester. Don't take this class if you reall hate to read.
One of the greatest teachers ever. He defines what a teacher should be. I wish more professors could be like him. There is alot of reading but the stories he assigns are excellent. Classroom discussions are great. He is # 1.
Loves to give A's, However, loves to see the student earn the A. Cuz without the work, you don't get the A. A very intelligent and helpful professor.
A really nice, helpful prof. Sad to hear the mullet is gone, he reminded me of "Booger Presley" from Revenge of the Nerds. He is fair at grading, do your work and you will be rewarded for it.
Long Live the MULLET!!!!!!! I hear he plans on growing it back in the near future.
love this professor. have taken him for comic american novel and crime fiction/film...a funny guy :)
He's fabulous. He will help you with anything. He plays good music in class. He's more than a fair grader.
He's aweosome and makes class fly by.
dont take him. many people will tell you to take him and then you will hate him. i honestly do.
hate this man. bad human being. severely unfair tactics, waste of a class
AWESOME teacher. Makes class fun. Do the readings and you're set. Full of great stories. THE MULLET IS GONE!! AHH!!
Ed Shannon is my hero
i pity those who bother with this man. manages to suck the life out of class. hope you are on his good side.......
He is an amazing prof, one of ramapo's best. If you are not an idiot, you will have a lot of fun with him, he has a great sense of humore for those who 'get it' those who complain are likely plagiarizers or dumber than a rock.
Shannon makes you work alot. I read about 9 books in this class, maybe more. Very good teacher, very smart guy. Loves MLA standards. So you better be ready to write. But I am glad I took the course.
Shannon is the man-and he knows it.
Shannon is the man. he is willing and able to assist and teach anyone who is willing to learn. he is extreamly funny and intelligent. has no problem integrating simpsons or south park into any discussion. easy grader, quizzes are meant to help your grade.
Ed Shannon is one of the best teachers that I have ever had. Class is reading/writing intensive. But you're a lit major, right?! Very knowledgable, funny...sometimes sarcastic. Supported my efforts 150%. Love him!!
He's a funny guy but his grading is quite critical. He does allow for rewrites though which is very good.
Plain awesome. I am glad that I took him.
He is awesome. He is one of the nicest professors in my college career. He was like a surrogate father while in a foreign country. He made us feel like a part a big family. He would go out of his way to take us to the store and other fun places.
Although his discussions can be interesting, Edward feels he's superior to all. If he didn't become an 'educator,' he may has well become a cop. He enjoys putting people down and ignoring the creative minds of others. His ego is sickening. Shame on you!
Ed Shannon is one of the best professors on Ramapo Campus. I am not a fan of Lit but he made me want to come to every class. His one downfall might be his want to teach Huck Finn in all his classes
He is a favorite among many, but this is because he is more entertainer than teacher and he assures his status as teacher by being difficult forgetting the difference between difficult(trivial) and challenging. Mindless assignments with no room to learn
first of all i hate lit. second of all i hate lit teachers like edward shannon. you know the ones, that think teaching lit is about telling you what they read in the story, and what he read was always about sex. personally, i was pretty offended.
He thinks he is god's gift to the world and your writing always sucks! Even if you follow MLA style of writing and Work Cited - you are ALWAYS wrong! He does not teach at all! All he does is write random q's on the board with no ANSWERS and talk about random things! I DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING! AVOID!!!
professor shannon is funny, intelligent, and wants his students to learn. he is picky about the MLA format: he's a literature teacher! american lit was a pleasure to take and all lit majors should try to get at least one class with him ;)
Get off you pedestal creep! You discourage, put down and are downright rude to students. When someone is nice to you, it's only to get a good grade - remember that. I got an A in your class, so I'm not bitter. I had a fake smile on everytime I approached you. I feel bad for your kids. You're a goof.
horrible.. the gu was funny, but hes arrogant and assigns a lot of writing!!! we arent trying to get our masters. 5 points off fial grade for an absense.. got a's on paper, missed 4 classes, got a D !!!!
i laughed and learned a lot in this class. he assigns a lot of writing, which stinks, and can be tough, but i really enjoyed him as a teacher and always enjoyed going to class
I was late for the 1st class and from then on he hated me. I did papers and redid them and spent 90% of my time on this class. Totally inappropriately he said "I obviously dont know how to write about literature." Effort means nothing, because after everything i did I still got a D. ps, buy the book
AWESOME
i thought he was very helpful and took the time to talk to you about the class and your future.
Most of these comments are from people who don't like to be challenged. He teaches lit from a down to earth prospective. How bad can a guy be who teaches about comic books?
As long as you actually do your work his classes are awesome. He's very funny, and everything he teaches is very easy to understand. He's probably the best lit teacher I've ever had, and will take all of the rest of the classes he teaches...it's worth it.
He makes the class fun
He expects you to actually work in a class you're paying to take. How crazy is that!? All sarcasm aside, he's hilarious. His classes are so much fun and he's always willing to help.
This guy is one of the best professors around. He makes you work, and he makes you learn.
I thought he was a really nice guy. Some of the reading material is wierd but he gave a lot of constructive criticism on papers. I really think he helped me to write better papers.
This man is seriously a jerk. he is obsessed with queer theory and is anal retentive about the most miniscule details on papers. If you do one thing in your college career, do not take a class with this bozo.
The best professor at Ramapo. He makes you learn, and he is also very helpful. A really nice guy. I highly recommend his classes.
Dr. Shannon is a truly intelligent man, and if you expect an easy class, then do not take him. He is a gifted teacher, and cares about students who care about their work.
to be completely honest - this man is one of the worst teachers ramapo has to offer. he is funny but his class is boring and he is not very nice or helpful. he is very very very difficult. if you are not a lit major - dont take him!!
i dont know why people are giving this guy a bad rating. i had him for amer. lit and i thought he was once of the best profs ive had at ramapo. very informative, makes the class a lot of fun. there are assigned readings everynight, but they are very short and straight forward. i highly recomend shannon for any class. great guy all around
If I had the power to remove a teacher from a class, it would be Edward. He obviously became a teacher to acquire some sort of power. He ignores the creativity and thoughts of others. If you want college to be memorable, skip this guy. He will only bring you down.
All I can say is avoid this guy. Talks more about social issues than the material. Difficult to understand at times what he wants exactly. Ignores any creativity other than his own. Also hates technology and will insult you if you disagree with him on that basis. Get the idea he has no power at home, and talks down to others.
I don't get the bad reviews at all. He is such a great prof I laugh in class all the time. Never had any trouble understanding him or have heard anyone say anything bad about him, lit. and non-lit majors alike. He's an smart prof. who knows his stuff, and I learned so much from him. He's one of the best professors in the lit. department.
This really is a horrible teacher. Hes sarcastic in an degrading way and if things are not done his way watch out! You can tell he was a loser all of his life and now holds onto the power of a classroom. for your sake DONT subject yourself to this pittiful teacher
anyone who says anything bad about shannon must be bitter because they got a bad grade or something. he is the best prof at ramapo by far. he gives u chances to revise papers and makes the class soo interesting.
everything i say to this guy he shoots me down. im afraid to see what hes going to do to my papers
very unyielding, give tons of pointless assignments
Capricious grading, demands rewrites over and over again, a friend who helped me and is now a broadway playwright revised my work, yet Shannon had me resubmit it 2 more times. This was in '00. If you read Chaucer, obscure English lit, or are generally downtrodden, he'll go easy on you in nerd solidarity. I'm saying this as a nerd.
basically if you have an opinion and it is not the same as his you are wrong. He is arrogant and cocky. He will belittle you and make you feel bad about yourself. once an enthusiastic outspoken student, after taking his class I now sit in the last row and only speak if I am called on. It is a disgrace to call this man a professor.
I don't understand all the bad ratings either. I really enjoyed this class and I can't wait to take him next semester either. He gives you an extention on a paper if you ask in advance. He is understanding and helpful. I'm taking him now and so far I have gotten an A+ and a B+. Some of the readings are hard, but he helps you get through them.
He was a good professor a lil hard but always helped you through...gave you plenty of opportunity to fix your paper and offered extra credit papers.
Friends of mine taking College English with other professors were always complaining how hard and boring it was. Shannon is very funny, his class is interesting and enjoyable. I was never bored. His is a though grader, but knows his stuff.
I think that Dr. Shannon is a wonderful professor. Yes, I did probably at least a few rewrites. What people do not seem to grasp is that he is not trying to put you down;he wants his students to do their best. I took him for Mark Twain, although I was not a fan of Mark Twain, I enjoyed his class. He is a great guy and very easy to get along with.
Shannon will remind you of Jon Stewart. He's funny and very loud. But he will make you think about things in Literature that you wouldn't have necessarily thought of on your own. However, he's very steadfast about you conforming to the MLA handbook when writing papers.
I agree with the statement below. I thought of Jon Stewart, Jerry Seinfeld and Conan O'Brien all rolled into one. His class was very enjoyable and ended up being my favorite of the semester. He is very fair. Take if you can!
Dr. Shannon is wonderful. His class is easy if you go, because he is very clear in his explanations. Is very helpful with the papers he assigns. If you go and do the work, it is very hard to fail.
I would definately reccomend this man to teach you. He's the bomb diggity. Always lets you have an extension. ALWAYS. and also lets you rewrite any papers. good discussions too.
Dr. Shannon is really nice, easy going, & easy to talk to about grades. He encourages discussion, & is great at keeping the class focused. He lets you do rewrites, and offers extra credit papers throughout the semester. He is really passionate about literature & that comes through in his classes.
Shannon is the man. Truely heartbroken that im a business major and cant take anymore of his classes. Loved his class, came to it with a 102 fever cus i'd have more fun being there than in bed...You cant beat that
Great guy. Really knows his stuff. Class was a lot of fun. I wouldn't recommend his classes to people who are not literature majors, or at least interested in literature. I took this class expecting it to be something else, based on the description, unfortunately. Nothing but good things to say about the professor though!! It was just the class.
Great professor who is probably the most intelligent English teacher I have ever met. He is remarkable at teaching and his knowledge of the subject matter is impeccable. He will help you to work for the A.
He is great! Makes the readings fun and interesting. GIves you a different perspective on everything, class focus is on ideology, he is a tough grader, but gives a lot of extra credit, extensions, and extra help. You will do as well as you want to because he gives you the opportunity to do so.
This man is HORRIBLE. I took him last year and got an A in his Comics class. He loved my writing so much that he told me I should be a Lit major. Then, this year, he ripped apart everything I handed in and told me my writing was weak. He jerked me around all semester and even accused me of copying from my source books for a paper.
20th cent novel class; LOTS of reading but if you fall behind now and then its not too bad. Few papers and a couple projects, but you can rewrite and do extra credit and such if you do poorly. Lectures would tend to get a little boring, but that depends on your interest. Not the best class to take for your gen. ed.
this jerk wears a mullet, act your age and act like a professor. this guy thinks he is woody guthrie and teaching skills nill
I had him for 19th cent. American Lit. Shannon actually keeps you engaged and interested in the material. He's really smart and is always available for help. Do the work and you'll get an A. Definitely take him!
Professor Shannon is an interesting guy who knows his stuff. With all the extra credit and rewriting opportunities no person should do poorly. I took him for Intro to Lit and loved the class. He grades fairly and gives a lot of help. Pay attention in his class and do not fall asleep or else your grade will suffer.
One of the best professors I've had here. I took this course as an elective and really enjoyed it. Sometimes he can be a little one-sided when it comes to grading, but he's always willing to help. If you show him a rough draft in advance, he'll tell you how to fix it. If you have any interest in lit. or film, this is the guy to take.
Great Professor. Has helped me grow to be a better writer. Fun, humorous lectures. I enjoy all of his classes! Take him!
He's one of my best prof at Ramapo. Readings are interesting. There's a lot but that's what you get for readings in humanities. He's always available, class isn'r boring at all, it was pretty fun. There are a few papers, but always can be rewritten and resubmitted
Best professor ever!!! He's really funny and interesting and he allows rewrites and extensions on papers if you ask him first. The class was really enjoyable and the novels were pretty good. Definitely take him if you can!
He did extend himself to help and he will go above and beyond. He is a good professor, knows what he wants and expects a lot of his students to be more than just the slow up to class type. If you want to be a better writer take him.
Survey of Am. Lit one was a fun class. He's likes participation and for people to do the readings. He's very helpful and hilarious in class. Take him! I've taken many classes with him.
Dr. Shannon is a great professor that cares very much about his students. He has you write one original question each day on the readings. His class is basically seminar style. You have daily questions, two papers, and a final. Overall the readings are interesting and his class is very fun.
BEST professor, he's really chill and interested in his students opinions. He also gives multiple opportunities for feed back and extra credit and rewriting. Participation is very important, but it's actually enjoyable to participate. He's always willing to meet up and discuss your papers and it's a fair amount of work, but it's totally worth it
I had Shannon for both intro and also magazine workshop. He's funny, interesting and extremely helpful. Magazine workshop was pretty cool; he kind of stands back and lets the students take control of the class. I've learned a lot from this man and I hope to take another of his classes before I graduate!
I would recommend taking FYS class with him. He gives a lot of reading but only some do it because you only discuss half of it. He is a strange grader and cares about the format & grammar of the paper, yet says he says he cares more about ideas. Don't take this class if you don't like participating in class, because he grades heavily on it.

I loved him as a professor. I did not expect to like the class Literature of the Atlantic but he found a way to make the subject matter interesting. There were a few papers and he really expects high quality work for those. There are quite a few readings you have to do as well, and it is best if you read them, but I got away with not reading them
Ed Shannon was one of the best teachers I've ever had! I took his class from 6-9:30 pm and he still managed to give fun & interesting lectures. He's a reasonable grader and gives good feedback to help you improve. Even better, he's an amazing, hilarious person. I've had great conversations with him outside of class. Take him if you get the chance.
I took him for reading in humanities, it is so unorganized, really hard grader, his assignments and feedback are so unclear, He makes you sit in groups every class for the whole class period. Seriously just avoid his class not worth it and I would have never taken him if I knew before hand. Gives false info too. don't bother arguing he always wins.
Though he was a bit disorganized this semester because of family issues, I loved him. He really cares about your growth as a student, and keeps things interesting with engaging lectures, humor, respect, and feedback so you can make revisions when needed.
Mixed feelings about Prof. Shannon. He is a good teacher and will give you Logan if things to think about. Theres a lot of reading and many assignments and he is a tough grader. He is very disorganized and you can not argue with him; he always wins. However he is very available and a kind person. Really funny too. You WILL learn a lot in his class
I love this man. I genuinely feel like he made me a better writer and he genuinely cared about the literature we discussed.
Shannon is a great guy with a very humorous attitude. He also is a Ramapo Alum. He grades very harshly and I got points taken off for using a source because he said "I randomly searched it up on google" which is not true. Always show up to class. If you are more than 10min late you will be marked absent. Do revisions to essays and you will pass.
Professor Shannon is a good guy with interesting lectures, but is very unorganized. He makes a lot of mistakes on his syllabus and his assignment criteria is always difficult to read. He's a very hard grader, essays and all assignments are looked over with a fine tooth comb. Make sure all your paragraphs have 8 sentences, or you'll never pass.
Expects very specific assignments while handing out very general guidelines. Does not care for students at all. Assigns massive amounts of work last minute and expects it to be done perfectly in a short time frame for a mediocre grade. The fact that this guy has a job as a professor is disgusting.
I love Professor Shannon. He is one of the most genuine and caring professors at Ramapo and he makes himself extremely available for his students. There is a lot of readings in his class and he is a tough grader when it comes to essays, but he is always more than happy to help you if you ask for it. You will be pushed to be the best writer you can.
Horrible. His class was painful to sit through. He has volume control issues. Great guy, horrible teacher. Horrible horrible horrible teacher. Don't take his class it's not worth it. His assignments make no sense. He is very bad at explaining what he wants in the assignments. He is a very hard grader. He expects too much for gen ed class.
On one hand, Shannon is a very entertaining professor. He tends to teach classes that are on more interesting subjects in the Lit program, and he clearly cares about them a lot and wants you to care about them too. You'll never be bored in his class. On the other hand, he's probably the harshest grader in the department. Take at your own discretion
Beware of any assignment he gives you. IT WILL BE TOO MUCH FOR STUDENT!! His class can sometimes be interesting but dont't expect to understand he says. He is a tough grader and his class is difficult but he does give you a little time. It depends on what assignment you need extra time on
Professor Shannon is awesome. He is always willing to help you and you will get a great grade if you meet with him to go over your paper before submitting it. His energy keeps the class on their toes and he makes you think when it comes to papers. Overall, he's a great teacher and always willing to help you, just make sure you meet with him
Horrible Professor. Assigns tons of assignments that dont make sense and he does not do a good job explaining them. Tons of reading assigned. He is a tough grader on top of it. Whole class is very unorganized. The class itself is literally painful to sit through. Not worth the stress for a gen-Ed. T
Worst professor ever! It's a 200 level course, but makes us work as if it's a 400 level course. He doesn't understand that we have other classes and assignments to work for as well. All my weekends were spent on doing his weekly assignments and weekly discussions which ultimately only contributed about 2% of the grade. Dont take his class or regret
Professor Shannon is a great professor by all means. He is definitely a interdisciplinary person who engages the class with various readings and assigns interesting assignments based on them. If you feel as you are struggling, Professor Shannon will definitely be available to help. Although this has been a hectic virtual semester he is flexible.
The most hated professor at Ramapo. For a GenEd, too much work. Gave weekly assignments and everyday reading in addition to 4 other huge assignments and 2 papers. Had to devote 4 times the time than my major classes. Take anyone but him!! Regretted taking him!!!!!!!!!!!!!
do yourself a favor and seriously do not take his class. honestly aside from his work being a mess, my biggest problem with his is how unapologetically rude he is. he is so so so rude, and honestly it just makes the already painful class that much worse. if you are not unbelievably passionate about comic books please just don't take this class.
He can be a tough grader but he does provide a lot of rewrites and extensions. He's a good lecturer, sometimes has a chip on his shoulder but otherwise is fine.
this guy grades way too hard and sometimes the grading scheme doesn't make sense.
Personally I would never recommend anyone to take him, awful grader and doesn't explain or comment on your work after he grades it. Felt like he graded by if he liked you or not. Not a very good communicator, I asked for help and doesn't really explain well. Very strict on Citations, but doesn't help or explain the correct way how to do it. awful.
Shannon's class isn't too different but some aspects of the class can be hard or confusing at times. You do read a lot and write a lot of papers. He isn't too strict on grading but some papers for example the final paper he grades a lot tougher than the first.
Worst professor I have ever had. He is extremely rude especially when answering emails, and he screws up Canvas all the time. He makes you write paper after paper and he's the harshest grader I have ever experienced. Way too much work for a gen ed, never take him, EVER. You'll regret it
Caring person however he's not the best professor. Hard grader bc he has such high standards since he writes books. He threatened to write up the whole class 4 academic dishonesty bc we were citing improperly according to him we were taught incorrectly. Class was tough 50's on essays u can rewrite, he can also be very rude avoid taking his class!
If you are a good writer and can follow instructions step by step you should be fine. Don't take this class if you are not ready to do good work and listen to how he wants the assignments done. The class material is interesting and he is a fun guy.
Most of my classmates' GPA's suffered along with mine. About a 1.0 drop in GPA just from this class. Hardest gen ed I have ever taken, and he was extremely rude all semester. He always says he's approachable to talk about things but he really isn't. Failed many kids for the semester too. Never take him or his classes, he's awful
Shannon is great. Yes, he is a tough grader, but it is not out of malice. He gives ample opportunity for personal meetings, re-writes, and extra credit. It is not an easy A but he will make you a better writer. Hes also very entertaining. There is no dull moment in class with him at the front.
Prepare for extremely tedious, pointless assignments. He doesn’t grade you according to your technical ability in papers or demonstration of understanding, but whether or not you bloat your essay with quotations. He requires annotations from you for every reading as though it’s 9th grade, and is an extremely nitpicky grader. AVOID this guy.
He is able to teach while keeping students engaged and really cares about his students. He will check in on people and make sure they're not struggling. The workload is also quite easy, there are minimal papers and the readings are typically just poems and one book that you read throughout the semester.
It's a writing intensive course so almost every assignment is a paper. Very strict guidelines, if things aren't done the exact way, he would do them you won't do well on the paper. Was set to get B in the course and last minute he changed the value of assignments. Overall, not a super interesting course.
Professor Shannon is an awesome guy. He is super funny and smart which makes his class easy to enjoy. He can be a tough grader at times, but he explains why and is helpful with revisions. I would recommend taking his classes.
He is well versed in what he teaches. He can be a tough grader when it comes to papers, but gives detailed feedback and is very helpful. He gives a lot of freebee assignments which can help boost your grade. Graphic novels aren't really my thing but he has kept me interested throughout the class. If you need to fulfill a gen ed I'd go for him.
This professor was kind to all of his students. At times he wasn't as organized as you'd like, and didn't respond to emails online, but always read them and made sure to respond in person. He was very flexible during classes and often admitted his shortcomings.
Had a 92% in the class, worked hard all year just to receive a failing grade for being late on an ungraded assignment due to personal family crisis. He refused to accept it 2 days after the deadline (which was well over a week before final grades were to be submitted) after not seeing my frantic emails over the course of those 2 days. Very upsettin
While this professor can be busy and disorganized at times, he always makes up for it with transparency. There was never a moment when he didn't communicate his intentions and responsibilities in and outside the classroom. In return, he was also understanding when missing classes due to circumstances. He prefers attendance but is understanding.
Was a more lenient professor & chill class but he takes forever to grade & give feedback. Also never explains what he wants...posted instructions that were 2 pages long & the actual task was one vague sentence at the bottom. Offers extra credit that is so lengthy. Takes days to respond to emails & never at office hrs. Nice guy but not for me.
Professor Shannon runs a tough class, but if you put in the work, you'll learn a lot. The assignments are challenging but engaging. Unstuckstudy was a lifesaver for me - definitely recommend using it for study prep.
If you see his name on your roster DROP ASAP. Worst professor on campus. Never grades on time, never responds to emails, and gives the worst biased feedback. Grades with his emotions. Fail one paper, fail the class! Directions? Lol. He writes long vague instructions where the goal is unclear. I have a slue of inappropriate words to use against him.
Professor Shannon is one of the best professors I have ever had so far! He truly cares about his students and wants to work WITH you to help you succeed. His classes are so much fun, he's such a funny guy, and the work outside of class was small, mostly a couple of readings. TAKE HIM IF YOU CAN!
was okay in the beginning, but is a tough grader with papers. he's not really clear on what he wants and his standards are pretty weird when it comes to it. will like you if you participate in class and will get you pointers. probably wouldn't take again
Wants you to succeed, and will help you all throughout the semester to do so. Grading style seems subjective, but trying and making an effort will be a C+ or above right off the bat. Chill guy
Class wasn't hard but he could not organize the class at all. He made every assignment more confusing then it had to be. The presentations are recorded which is a bonus if you don't like presenting in front of a class. Packs everything at the end of the semester. The syllabus will not match the class. Besides that he was a fun professor.
He's a nice guy and all, but a very strict grader on his papers. He is very unorganized and gives so many assignments in the last 2-3 weeks of the semester. The instructions for all of the assignments are horrible, and even after reading them 5 times, I still barely understood them.
He's not a bad guy at all, actually very nice. Unfortunately he does kind of load the class up all at the end and grades his stuff very harshly. His instructions are also not the best and can leave you very confused as to what to do when he wants something VERY specific.
I will admit his instructions on a lot of assignments are LONG! but if you get lost reading them, literally just ask him to explain the assignment and he will! He'll actually be in his office when it says he'll be on the syllabus. He allows revisions for assignments He's literally just a nerd teaching things he nerds out about, I respect the grind.
He assigns so much work and then gets upset when you don't do the readings. He also cares way too much about formatting, and will dock half your points for minor misformatting. Try to avoid him, or you will lose sight of other classes because of his workload.
Prof. Shannon was not understanding whatsoever and piled assignment after assignment with no clear instruction. He will claim you used AI when there are absolutely no proof and canvas disagrees with him. He also does not give clear criticism, and you won't know what to fix. He also does not reply or even read emails.
