Well eng 24 is based on internet research so if u do good research u will get good grade. Almost all of the student got A- on the research paper. She is nice. If u need to see her just make an appointment she is available.

truly Eleanor is a rare treat for Kbcc. She is laid back. Every one has fun in her class but at the same time you learn so much. Kbcc should hire more dedicated people like Eleanor. I recommend her over every prof. She is not a snob like those other herbs in the english department. your grrrrrrreeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaatttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!

I had Professor Bader a couple of months ago for Eng 12. She is a great professor as well as a great listener. I still say hi to her whenever I see her walking through the hallway. As far as her teaching methods, she can be a little difficult but she is fair and open-minded to everything. She prepares you for future classes that are a lot harder

STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR AWAY. Her eng 12 classes are not good. while shes a wonderful lady, she doesnt offer eng 12 level work. She insists on teaching a dumded/gimped version of Eng 12. Sometimes too easy is not good, and thats the only thing i learned from her class. little readings, easy books, some wirting...very remedial work if you ask me. Sucks

the best english professor there is in KBCC. she's laid back, makes class very interesting, and a very fair/easy grader. I don't usually talk in my class, ever since entering her class, I kept particpating on the class discussion. Also, the way she teaches you would come to class everyday. Only a few essays and like 2 books!

Some students might portray this professor as a sort of "push over" for an easy A. I disagree; her lessons were thought-provoking, insightful, and very relevant. Rigor was ever present (e.g. class discussions, community research, and written assignments)- definitely a must for students who wanted a teacher with substance. She kept things R-E-A-L.

What I love about her is that first she replies to Emails really fast! second she prepares us with an outline telling us what date essays and reading is due and thirdly she claims to be a deadline oriented but she always accepted my late papers without any complain or even taken points off for its lateness

Prof. Bader clearly cares about each student. She takes the time to get to know you and understand what your challenges are, and works with you so that you can earn a good grade. You'll have to write several short papers but they are interesting topics that were discussed at length in class. I'd recommend Prof. Bader for an enjoyable semester.

If you are making sure that the Prof. for ENG24 class that fits your schedule is not a "red flag", you can rest assured! Prof. Bader is fair, and straight forward - do the work, show up to class, and you might even enjoy it like I did. Had 4 research papers to write and I enjoyed working on all of them! Finally, no endless revisions required!

Professor Bader is exactly what a professor should be. The discussions are relevant and inspiring. They are topics we should be talking about anyway. We learn from each other and we learn from her. Yes she gives us work -she has to, she's a teacher. We read a few books and then discuss them. The books can be borrowed from any public library.

She is a good professor, and keeps the class interesting with good discussions. Class participation is key and as long as you keep up with the homework you will be able to do well in her class.

Amazing Professor! I wish I was able to have another class with her. As for the reading, we read one book and got to Skype with the author. As for the writing, standard response papers with interesting topics. There is also a few research papers and you are able to use internet resources. Witing is somewhat difficult for me and I was able to do it.

She is a very understanding professor: she allowed a student to bring her child to class when she had an emergency babysitting situation. Her syllabus is one of the most organized that I have ever seen. You know what you will be doing each day of the semester right from the start. It is not an easy A, only two of us got an A in my class.
