Awesome teacher! A lot of assignments which can overwhelm you if you wait till' last minute. Very funny which keeps you interested in lecture and gives a lot of real world examples. Very approachable and willing to help on side if needed. Overall, definately recommend!

Dr. Marschke is a great professor, who is very dedicated to her class. Even though it may seem like a lot of work in the beginning, she makes you feel comfortable by always making sure everyone is on schedule. She constantly reminds the class of upcoming assignments and is always available when needed. I would greatly recommend taking this class.

This is one of my favorite classes. Not only does Dr. E make herself available to the class but she pushes us to excel. In the first 6 weeks I feel that I have learned more than in some of my undergraduate classes during the full term. She is a fair and excellent teacher.

Dr. Marschke has a passion for teaching and it shows ! She does give a lot of work but she makes sure the class is prepared with a roadmap and that everyone understands what is expected of you from the very beginning of the class. One of the best professors Nova has to offer with a world of knowledge in the area of HR.

Dr. E is very accessible. She finds a way to help you even if its an inconvenience to her. Example: She made herself available to students from 5am one sunday to ask questions about a case study. She's very passionate about teaching and while at times the work may be quite much , she still manages to make the students feel that its about them.

This is my first time taking a class with Dr E; at first I didn?t know what to expect, but from the first week of class I felt pretty comfortable I never met a professor who went above and beyond for her students. This was a great course. The instructor is very personable. She gives out her cell phone number and will answer students questions at any time, which is rare. The course material was interesting. The course content is not difficult, and the professor is very helpful. Make sure you read the Grading Rubrics for she grades exactly by them. This particular class required a lot of writing and group work so be prepared for that.

She's a good professor. She's very straight to the point. One of the best things is that it's a reasonable amount of work compared to other classes. Also, she answers emails quickly, which is very important.

Currently, I am enrolled in HRM 5380 Employee Relations for the Summer 2021 Term. The class is very interesting and I am enjoying collaborating with my classmates. The common theme in the course to strike a balance, between equity, voice, and efficiency in the workplace. Engaging in a collective bargaining simulation was a meaningful experience.

Great professor IF you are ready to put in the work. Dr. E truly cares for her students' success, and it shows in her teaching style. She is not a harsh grader, but there's a lot of work, and you better do it on time. I'd not take her online, but in person, for sure, especially if you are an MBA student!
