She is a wonderful teacher. She is very fair and a good person who wants her students to suceed.

She definetly knows her stuff, shares it well, and cares more than most teachers. I had her for honors and would highly recommend her. I don't like reading and I loved her class. She makes the literature come to life.

This teacher is great!!! She is very interested on making her students understand how to write a good college essay. If you like to hear the truth about ur writing then don't take her. She grades fair, and allows you to rewrite your essay till it's at least a B paper. I suggest you take this class. Very helpful.

She is an excellent professors.She helps you when you're in trouble or you need help. I recommend her 100%.She let you revise your essays more than one until you obtain B.

I took her for World Lit (Honors) and she was fantastic. Really knows her stuff and she's really nice. Our class had a great semester with her. I learned so much in her class. She has a lot of wisdom and delivers it with tremendous grace. If I could...I'd take her again :)

I had the priviledge to take three classes with Mrs. Albo: 1640- 1101-1102 almost a year ago. She's been an outstanding professor who has the magic of transforming a C student to an A student with her teaching techniques. She made me an extremely careful writer. Today, I owe it to her. Thank you Mrs. Albo. Keep up the good work!

I had her for ENC 1102 honors and she was very helpful. She'll correct your work and show you how to improve it. If you want an easy A, she's not the teacher for you. However, if you want to learn and become better... taker her! She's awesome!

This teacher is definitley awesome! She is so helpful and she will teach you how to write a very thorough paper. She tells you specifics about your individual paper and works basically one on one with your writing. She is amazing and she is so sweet and understanding, lots of work but its worth the headaches. I got an A and she rocks!

Creative Writing/Poetry Class. I took her a long time ago, but I still remember how FANTASTIC she was. Inspirational! To this day, I still remember some of the great things she taught. It was work, but fun.

She was a great teacher. Her class wasn't easy, but she helped me become a better reader and writer.

Professor Albo really enjoys what she teaches and her attitude towards literature makes learning more enjoyable.

Prof. Albo truly is one of the few professor who love what they do. Never hesitate to ask questions, it can only help you! In the span of 18 weeks I gained so much from her class that I will carry with me forever. Do your work well and you'll do fine. Shes more then willing to help you!

Professor Albo is an amazing professor. She really likes to teach and she brings out the best in you. She’s not easy on grades but she lets you revise the essays and research paper, she only gives grades on the revise. The classes with her are so much fun and she’s always there to help and explain. I highly recommend her!!!

I took her for the online Honors Lit 2020 course. Not bad overall but she had the brilliant idea of assigning a group project for an online class. The people in my group were scattered all throughout broward and had trouble getting together to work on the project. I could have done better on my own than I did with others.

Very clear about what she wants from you in assignments. Easy class if you apply yourself. Great grading system, you always know exactly where you are. Extra credit available is there if you need it.

Im very picky when it comes to my writing teachers but I fell in love with Mrs. Albo. We write alot (obviously its a writing class) but she makes it enjoyable. She grades very fair as well. She gives you a few opportunities to get the best grade on an assignment. Overall I think she is a great teacher and an all around wonderful person.

Lets get right down 2 it,im duel enrolled @ flanagan and this class was pretty easy.Real cool prof.To get an A:Show up,know how to write essays,read pgs in txt book she assigns you(might be quized on the stories),do the research paper as she tells u,pay attention,ask questions she's really helpful n understanding,i'd take her again if i could.DoIt.

Very nice! GREAT teacher. She is very helpful and will let you revise essays until you get a good grade. Writes comments on papers so you know what you are doing wrong.

A greattt teacher, took her for 1101 and 1102. Very helpful, lets you revise essays for a better grade. Tries to help you if you don't understand something. Very intelligent and a teacher who actually knows how to teach English properly!

Best professor I've had all semester. The class is ridiculously easy. Read the chapters, complete the online quizzes, and write the essays. She corrects them for you and lets you make the corrections before even grading it! She's kind and very approachable. I'm taking her for 1102 and can't wait!

I took her online class and it was easy. 18 short stories and a short discussion post for each story plus 1 research paper. She gives you ample time to do the work, and you can work ahead. She answers emails promptly and helps alot.

Professor Albo is not only a great teacher, but a great person. She is a little on hard on students, but remember, she is also a professional writer. She is very forgiving on assignments so if you work with her, she will provide feedback and help you achieve an A.

she is super nice and gives you so many opportunities to correct your work its pretty impossible to fail unless you want to. she grades pretty hard but i had her fore honors and anyways she allows you to revise as many times as you want

It's a really involved class she doesn't just give out grades you must be very involved in discussion boards. There is alot of reading in writing but the assignments are not hard it's just the amount that makes it daunting. She grades very fairly you work hard you get the grade you dont work hard you will get a passing grade or failing grade.

English has always been a strong point for me so I thought this class would be fun and easy truth is it's alot of work you must earn your grade if your looking for a hand out grade don't take the class if your willing to do the work the class is very creative and involved the work load is heavy but interesting.

Prof. Albo is an AWESOME instructor. She will challenge you, she IS picky about what she will accept but she IS FAIR; you WILL EARN WHAT YOU DESERVE. She is NOT an easy "A" She is helpful and passionate but you MUST put forth the effort if you want a passing grade. I do not regret taking her online class. Excellent instructor. Rewarding experience.

Great Professor. Her interaction with students and student interaction provides for a more interesting class. Not easy by any means but you will learn a lot and enjoy it.

Amazing, passionate teacher! Helped me become a better writer and I hated writing essays prior to her class! You have an essay a week not long at all and one final paper, lots of details but she walks you right through it - TAKE HER PLEASE!

I took her online during the Summer. The class was great! She was great! And the grade was great! If your taking honors, there is quite a bit of work, but it is easy and interesting. I will take Albo again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

When it got real tough,and I was having a hard time, Professor Albo was there for me! Ultimately I got an A in the end. Very happy!

Excellent Professor and she's accommodating to your needs. One of the best teachers take. However, do the work, and also the extra credit, and you will be pleasantly surprised!

One of the sweetest teacher's you'll ever take at BC. She's passionate about what she teachers and gives you feedback if there's something you need to work on. Engages students, and class participation is a must. You do need the textbook and some stories are a little long but overall she's a easygoing and a fair grader. You'll love her.

Albo is an amazing teacher. I took her for ENC1102 food topic. She brought food for the class a couple times and every class we watched a movie. There is a lot of discussion posts online. Only two major essays. She let you revise all your papers for extra points. Also gave many extra credit opportunities. Will take her CRW class for winter sess.

Awesome Professor. Very helpful, interactive, intelligent professor. If you are looking for some serious improvement in your writing, she is right person to go to. She has recently published her own poetry book, this itself proves that she is very good at it.

The reading is not too long&is very interesting. Since it is online, make sure to communicate with your group early during the group project as it can be hard to coordinate with diff schedules. Sometimes the criteria for papers or assignments isn't always clear at first so ask questions and READ all Prof.'s emails. A good class!

This is a fully online honors class, so there's work galore! Just READ the stories an you'll be fine. 17 stories1 quiz and 1 discussion for each, easy midterm and final, 1 research paper and a group project. super nice teacher, no complaints. she gives extra credit so, if you want to pass, you can. No Excuses!!!

The best class ever. Prof. Albo is very well prepared and very passionate on what she does. She'll give you fair amount of work but it is very possible to get an A in her class, besides you have so much fun. She brings food to the class, plays movies, documentaries. I learned a lot in her class. I would recommend her class, you'll love it.

I love prof. Albo she is a delight! I took her for poetry & I must say her workshops really helped me to enhance my writing. The only downside was that the class was like an hour long and she talks a lot so we didn't get much done during class time. A poem due every week & as long as you're organized with your assignments, you should be good!

i had an experience to remember !! first off not an easy "A" at all but you will learn and that's what your there for i loved the class loved the professor shes has a kind of motherly vibe

Professor Albo knows the subject she teaches. She is a nice person and your writing skills will definitely improve. It is a difficult class; mine was blended. Her online assignments were not clear as the latests instructions/posts overlapped frequently. Read everything. There were several quizzes, and the questions asked for many specific details.

This class is EASY! We had class once a week for an hour. The students just didn't want to try or put any work in that's why you see the bad reviews. As long as you take ENC 1101 and 1102 first you will be fine. The writings are short, like 150 words, and she gives you three weeks to do a paper that my highschool teachers make me write in an hour.

She is a good Professor. If you are late to class or miss a lot of classes, she will pick on you. Overall, there is nothing bad to say. She usually do two papers for each assignment. One for feedback, and the other one is the final grade. She allows late work with a sarcastic attitude. I took two classes with her, so I recommend her.

I took this class in fall of 2024 so I'm late. Very cool professor, I think we had about 3 papers for the class, most of them were easy except for the second, she teaches basic writing skills and emphasizes MLA format. Will let you turn in assignments late if you're good with other HWs. She brought us food on the last day of class, 10/10 professor

Professor Albo is just awesome. She made EAP1540 easy and smooth. I highly recommend her for any class.

This my second class with Professor Albo. Her class is entertaining and easy. She allows late work. She is very kind and has a great sense of humor. She provides detailed feedback on papers. If you take her class, you won't regreat.
