Dr. Cohen is a real sweeheart. She is a wonderful person and a great instructor. She truly cares about how well her students do. She gives GREAT reviews for each exam and she gives an extra credit assignment. I am gonna miss her when the semester ends =(

What an amazing professor! She's a caring and helpful teacher. She is new at BC. So, she's just getting the hang of things but she really is awesome. She goes over power points and gives a review off of those power points. I studied the power points and did extremely well on my last test (100%). She is definitely worth taking. I'll miss taking her!

I adore her she is going to be an amazing professor. She just started this semester and is def getting the hang of things. You would seriously need to be extmly slow not to pass her class. I passed the class with an A and I am taking her again for anatomy 2. You learn from the powerpoints and there is extra credit if needed.

Very fair teacher.She does read from the powerbpoints and gives 1 extra credit assignment to boost your grade. 4 Tests all multiple choice) If you are having difficulty, she may let you take an extra continual extra exam at the end to see if you boost your score, only if ask (takes the highest grade) overall, Sweet and knowledgeable.

Absolutely live Dr. Cohen. Such an awesome attitude. Really wants you to do well. Buy the book. It is an excellent resource especially if you're going into a health care field. I'm getting a B with very little study time bc she really helps you focus on what's most important for the test. I'm trying to get into her A/P 2 lecture and lab.

I absolutely loveee Professor Cohen!! She is down to earth. Tries to help her students as much as she can but of course you need to study!! It's anatomyyy!! Just read the powerpoints and you will be just fine!! I highly recommend, love her teaching methods and she is HOTTT LOL :)

She is a very charemastic professor. She wants you to pass the class,so everything is in the powerpoints.She also gives reviews to make everything easier,so don't miss the reviews.You have the opportunity for some extra credit points too. Off course you have to study, it is Anatomy, but she is great! I will take her for AP2.VERY VERY RECOMENDED!!

I TOOK HER FOR AP1LEC AND FOR AP2LEC AND AP2LAB. SHE IS A GOOD LECTURE PROFESSOR BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS IN THE POWER POINT AND SHE GIVE A REVIEW BEFORE ALL TEST. First had AP I with Dr. Pegram but he left in middle of semester and she took over,it was a breath of fresh air! Tests straight from slides which were to the pt. Dr. Pegram was nice but when he left midsemester he left us behind what we needed to know. She caught us up and her testing was fair.Would take for APII if she taught it next semester!

Great AP1 professor. Does not use book at all so don't waste your money. Study from the ppts and get A's every time. Easy to ask questions and makes class fun. Def recommend!

This was a great class. Her exams are not difficult at all. Yes she does read from the powerpoints, but she will also explain the material very well. I learned a lot from her class and received A's on each exam just by studying her powerpoints. You do not need the textbook at all. I would definitely recommend her.

She read straight from the power points.If your honestly interested in biology then don't take her.She is horrible at explaining. There is a quiz, and five question assessment at the end of each chapter. there were also four discussions for the course. Easy A if you do the work and study by yourself.

Professor Cohen is a great! This class is easy if you study the PowerPoints(minimum 6hrsweek). I took her for both A&P 1 and 2 and got good grades. She gives extra credit. I would HIGHLY recommend her if you need to get an AB. And you definitely do NOT need the textbook.

Her lectures are boring but her tests are easy and done online. There are only 4 tests and she gives a lot of extra credit. She gives you a review for the final with the answers in class that you get extra credit for answering correctly. Those are the exact questions on the test. You never stay the whole class. Easy A if you read the powerpoints.

I just took her for BSC2086 6 weeks. Five 50 question tests, 1 extra credit worth 10 points. She is super nice & funny & explains each slide on her powerpoints. You do NOT need the textbook. ALL test questions are straight from the slides. She posts test grades within half hour :) A&P is hard with whoever you take, just STUDY! I ended up with a B!

Great instructor. Just took her for BSC2086L and she is great. Quiz every class, homework every class, midterm and final are pretty hard but this is definitely the right instructor.

Mrs. Cohen was such a great teacher. The studying is very easy and clear because everything you need to know is on her power points. She is also very, VERY nice and caring. If anyone gets lower than a B in the class, it's probably because you weren't trying. After you take her class, you will definitely want to take it again.

Prof. Cohen is a wonderful teacher. She makes A&P easier to understand. She will help you whenever you need it. I took her for both lab and lecture. Studying is easy everything is done off her PowerPoint. If you fail her its because you didn't even bother. She does give extra credit. 4 exams and they are not cumulative. Her lab are easy to.

Easy A, do homework, there are weekly quizzes.

Wasn't very accommodating. I was only a couple points away from a B but she didn't want to budge. You NEED to attend every lab or make up the lab if you miss. She is very knowledgeable but doesn't seem like a warm person. Quizzes every week, and practical models are straight from the lab book under inventory. Wouldn't take her again though.

Dr. Cohen is an amazing professor. She gave a lot of extra credit opportunities to students so it's impossible to fail unless you put out no effort whatsoever. A&P is not an easy subject but as long as you do the hw, study for her weekly quizzes, and take advantage of her extra credit (by completing your hw lol) you will do just fine.

She is an amazing instructor. She gives extra credit and make sure to take advantage of it like pop quizzes, video presentation, jeopardy, online quizzes and etc to help boost your grades. Make sure to study her powerpoints like read it and understand it if you want to get a good grade she gets her exams in her powerpoint.

I took Professor Cohen for 6 weeks. She is very sweet and is willing to help. I loved her jokes! Class consisted of 4, 50-question timed exams which were online and non-proctored. Quizzes and project is extra credit. She goes over every slide in depth and lets us leave early. Don't really need the book. You need to study, test based on powerpoint

A&P Lab was clear from the beginning. She sticks to the syllabus. Gives so much extra credit that if you mess up in the tests, there is still a chance to get an A. Do ALL of your Pre-Labs/Reviews before class for more points. Every week there is a 10 ? quiz on prev weeks chapters. Study the word banks at the end, thats the quizes. Labs are fun!

her grading system is a bit odd. just for doing the homework and attending the lab it's extra credit. if you do all of the assignments she gives out (including extra credit) it will be impossible to fail her class. she's really nice and approachable but she's not at all a pushover. I would take her for BSC2086 too if i could

Interesting class. Learned lots of new things. Pop quizzes are extra credit. The whole class and tests are based on her power points. Don't bother to buy the book. must study power points to do good on her tests. She doesn't review or give study guides. Final exam is her jeopardy game so take notes!

One of the best. nice amount of extra credit. HW every week but do it read and you will do great on all the tests. read the lab manual good and study you'll do great A all day. she gives lots of opportunities to do well. but if you have questions ask during class. shes very difficult to get a hold of or talk to outside of class hours.

Lab is done before you go to class so you're prepared. Quiz every lab on PREVIOUS WEEKS lab. Dr Cohen will answer ALL ur questions in detail so just ask if there's confusion. 11 M/C quizzes (best 10 are graded), make sure to know the vocabulary from the reviews. Overall, EASY A if you put in the work and actually review after lab & before the next.

there's a lot of coloring when it comes to homework and the quiz can be tricky. You don't really get a study guide for the midterm, so you won't know any specifics to focus on. You do get a study for the final but it's not inclusive. There's A LOT of extra credit, you can fail the midterm and do decent on final still be ok due to all the extra cred

I have only been in the class for around two weeks and this professor is here to do her job. Anatomy is a hard subject in itself with a lot of memorizing but this professor makes it a bit easier by making things funny. Do not expect to take anatomy lightly and easily because it is not.

TAKE HER! if anatomy comes a little hard to you, as it did to me, take her! She is so nice and funny and gives everyone a chance to succeed, attendance is kinda mandatory cause you have to turn in prelabs but she lets you turn them regardless. drops lowest quiz. do pre/post labs, ask questions and you'll pass with an A

If you need an anatomy credit, take this class. She is an amazing professor, and she definitely tries to make her lectures more interesting by making jokes. Provides so many extra credit opportunities. Do any and all extra credit, as it does make a big change in your overall grade. Quizzes in lab every class, the questions can get a little tricky.

1 MIDTERM 1 FINAL. I GOT A 78% ON BOTH, LOTS OF HOMEWORK, I DID IT ALL. I FAILED 2 OUT OF 11 QUIZZES. A'S & B'S ON THE REST. QUIZ EVERY CLASS. SHE GIVES TONS OF EXTRA CREDIT. MUST TEACH YOURSELF IN LAB AND THERE ARE NO STUDY GUIDES, SO U HAVE TO STUDY THE ENTIRE BOOK AND KNOW EVERYTHING. I STILL GOT AN A (100%) FINAL GRADE. TAKE HER SHE'S GREAT.

LISTEN...... THE BEST TEACHER because she is also a medical professional, with that being said she teaches you to remember for later use, not to simply pass and forget. HER LECTURES ARE HER EXAM, do the extra credit assignments. No textbook needed. If you don't get an A you simply didn't put in the time to review. I worked 2 jobs while taking this.

Took her for Ant & Phy 1 and 2 with both lectures. If you don't pass it's because you didn't study the lectures. STUDY her lectures and you will do fine. Extra Credit available. Respect her as a person, medical professional, and professor. No textbook needed, just AGAIN STUDY THE POWER POINT LECTURES.

Impossible to fail!!!! So much extra credit. I failed both midterm & final practical (Lab) miserably and still passed. Lecture exam questions were a bit difficult but study the power points. Quiz each lab and lots of homework but if you fail it's no fault of hers.

Professor Cohen was amazing! You can tell she really cares about helping her students, she is very caring. She gives a lot of extra credit so it is hard to fail her class. This was my second time taking the lab because I failed the first time with a D. With Cohen, I received an A! Just goes to show the difference the prof makes

I failed anatomy once at central and I was nervous to take it again, this professor really helps and cares about students. she teaches then goes over the homework tells you whats on the quiz lets you take photos to study and really prepares you I went from struggling with another professor to having 100% in the class wish she taught AP2:(

Very very nice professor!! graded by 4 tests (ALL info needed is in the powerpoints), online HW (which equals 1 test grade), and lots of extra credit!! the pop quizzes are extra credit too and she lets us know about them ahead of time. textbook isnt needed besides access code but everything in it does correlate with the homework!overall super nice

There's lots to know and I think she does the best she can without making it too easy or too confusing/overcomplicated! graded on lab pages and a quiz every week+midterm+final+**A LOT OF EXTRA CREDIT**. not an easy class, definitely need to study, but that is to be expected with any anatomy class. take advantage of extra credit!!!!

Dr. Cohen was the best!! Very hard class, but its a hard class no matter what. Make sure to do the extra credit and all of the assignments. If you do everything she assigns, you will pass the class with no problem. I failed both the final & midterm and still ended up with a C in the class.

She is very sweet and understanding. Its A LOT of material as expected so there will be lots of studying, HW, and reading. There's NO way around it. She gives you little funny ways to remember the material and she provide study guides before the test. I took the online 6-week course.

It takes a lot of effort to get a good grade in the class and the professor makes you work hard for the grade. Most of the score consists of the Labster simulators and I would recommend finishing them early. Her quizzes mostly fill in the blanks. other than that she is a good professor and accessible and respond to email outside of class.

I reach out to schedule zoom calls to discuss concerns she is attentive and fair. This is a difficult class Anatomy Physiology and the Lab are both difficult but it takes time to learn the material. Put in the time everyday and you will pass. Online is better, gives you more time to go through material and learn it.

Def. Taking her again for BSC2086 and BSC2086L. Mrs. Cohen is the BEST! very understanding and she is on time when it comes to responding back to emails! If your looking for a professor to take for human anatomy lecture and lab Mrs. Cohen is the one!

Professor Cohen was very nice and responded to the messages quickly. There is a lot of images of cells and organs to identify, you need to be great at memorizing stuff. The test were only 1 hour and I consider is not enough time. She gives extra credit assignments so take advantage of those. Labs are fun.

Most of this class was not exam-based however the exams were dam nearly impossible. Spelling mattered and no word bank. There was no clear way of knowing what was on the exam so there was no real good way to study. Other than the final and mid-term the class is easy.

Easy online labs and homework. A major portion of your grade consisted of 2 exams where you had to identify muscles, tissues, etc. with no word bank. Very difficult, but the department creates the curriculum, not Professor Cohen. Responses to emails were fast. Office hours are very flexible, and I could meet with her on Zoom the same or next day.

Great class, clear grading criteria. Exams are all fill in the blank and spelling counts. Quizzes are challenging since you have limited time and the chapters have a lot of information. The professor is caring, willing to meet with you and discuss your concerns. Anatomy 2 is difficult no matter what but she made the flow of this class very fair.

Great professor! I recommend studying as much quizlet practice questions as much as possible. She is available outside work hours, just text her. Take her class you won't regret it.

I took her for the full semester. Quizzes( spelling counts!!) and some labs every week. She'll review it with you if you get a low score on a quiz. Practicals..60 questions in 60 min. Practical #1 was tough but I got an 81. I didn't know how to study. Practical #2 was easy for me. I studied for 1 week and got a 98%. Study smart and wisely.

Professor Cohen is understanding and fair. The class is challenging, but manageable with dedication. Unstuckstudy and regular study sessions helped me succeed. Definitely take this professor if you want to learn the material well.
