Great teacher, yes she can be very boring and the classes are tedious and long, but you get to use your study guide during the tests, so basically you just do the study guide, answer the test questions, and you get an A in the class. She didnt even make us do the maps! I liked the class easy A!

She wants you to pass & if you talk to her & explain your situation, she will let you retake exams to help your grade. The homework is tedious, but exams are from homework questions & textbook. She gives random participation points, but most people watch Netflix during lecture or get homework done. Loved her!

Professor Larson is such a sweet lady. I felt bad because her class is so easy that not many people show up. She's extremely passionate about what she teaches and want's her students to be too. Tests and homework were super easy but be careful to make sure to get full points or else you could be stuck between an A and A+.

Easy A. The class is basically online, no real in class assignments. Didn't need the textbook, you get 3 wrong guesses for each multiple choice question on regular assignments, so easy to do well there. Tests are easy, Google is your best friend. No final. Chill teacher who has good lectures. Don't really need the book. Just enjoy it.

Relatively easy class. 4 exams, 50 questions each, and 4 discussion posts. The tests can be hard if you don't study, but she gives a review before the test that is almost identical to the exams. If you do that you will be fine, as exams are open note and open book.

She is amazing! She occasionally will do random attendance which will go towards your final grade as extra credit. She gives u a study guide that u can fill in & bring to class on the test day. Her lectures are interesting. She is so passionate about the earth and the environment. She tends to go off topic, but I found myself learning more from it!

Personally, I like her, but I do not like her TA. Most extra credits are provided by the TA, and he made you work so hard to get the points. The questions that TA asked for the extra credit is very hard, so you could barely earn some points if you do not put many thoughts on it. Beware of the first exam (it is hard) even though it is open notes.

Professor Larson is a great person - she cares passionately about the subject matter and making sure students are satisfied and doing well. She tends to rant about non-related course stuff during lectures, which can be very interesting, but time-using. Gives random points so you have to attend all classes, even if it's faster to read the book.

Go to class. There are only 200 points in the course and 10 of them are for attending. The exams are kinda difficult but if you stick to the study guide and copy and paste sections of the ebook into your study guide you can do well. There were a bunch of extra credit opportunities at the end so don't worry, you can get an A that way.

To be clear, I took her course as an Online- on your own time class at Mesa Community College. Her class was very simple, clear, and easy. Her on your own time classes were powerpoints of the lecture along with readings and sometimes videos to watch. Assignments were very simple discussions and the quizzes were nearly identical to the notes.
