she's not a bad prof. at all, her tests are just kinda hard. she will help you as much as she can though. just make sure you study for the tests and you'll be fine.

Suco is an excellent teacher. I took finite last semester with a different teacher and got an F. This semester i got a B. She makes sure everything is crystal clear for all her students, and knows how to teach without confusing the hell out of people.Strict on behavior, but awesome teacher.

At first i thought i wasnt gonna understand her because of her accent (she's French) but no way, her method of teaching is so clear and she answers all your questions. she can be a bit anal sometimes but thats just how she is. for every test she tells you what questions there are gonna be.

A lot of people fail b/c they are dumb and don't go to class, recitation, or do their homework. If you do those things then I don't see how you can fail. Yes she has an accent but she goes really slow and makes sure we understand!

Awesome teacher and enjoys what she teaches. She'll explain anything you don't understand, but if you have her in a large class she'll get pissed off easily if people start talking while she is. Which may lead her to not give your class a review for the exam, so its better to take her in a small class. Do the hws she assigns, it'll help a lot.

Took finite with her, shes the best finite teacher at FIU. knows her stuff very well and explains it well, the only thing i disliked was at the end of semester she didnt give us a final review because she was "mad at us" due to the fact that we thought exam 3 was hard. STILL, TAKE IT WITH THIS LADY, SHE IS REALLY SMART AND CLEAR.

Took her for Finite. She said that the class was NOT required but get very grouchy when people stopped comming. If you read the chapters (which is not long and easy to understand) you will do fine bc/ it explains how to do everything and defines the symbols used in the problems. she usually gives reviews.Least worst teacher for math. PRACTICE!!

She is really nice if you give her the respect she deserved. She's kinda funny too. Her teaching is thorough and you will pass her class, but YOU HAVE TO GO TO CLASS!! AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK. That always helps. Overall a good teacher, even for someone who sucks at math like me.

She doesn't check homework. The only grades in her class are 3-4 tests, if you do the reviews (and understand everything on them) you will pass the test no problem. She is very straight foward and will tell you what you need to know and tell you exactly what she expects and what is coming. If you go to class and do reviews you will pass.

She has a Haitian accent, so if you're not good with accents, it may be difficult. Her lessons are amazing, but doing the homework really reinforces the lesson. TAKE HER

Definitely one of the best professor i've had at fiu so far. The class is based on 3 exams and a cumulative final. You can ask her anything and she'll be happy to answer and she actually cares if her students know the material or not. I highly reccommend her.

She means well and knows her stuff. However, class is hard if you do not have any background in the material. You are expected to know some things by default and class moves along relatively quickly. Lot's of homework but it's meant to be practice. Exams are not easy and she does not allow formula sheets or graphing calculators.

I've always hated Math, never been a Math person. But when I took this class with Suco, boy oh boy that all changed. Take her, you'll actually learn something. Difficulty wise, definitely passable with an A.

Great professor. Class is as easy as you want to make it. Professor is VERY helpful. She does not put up with excessive talking, and she deserves the respect to that extent. Book isn't used much except for some examples. Class is very easy at first, but don't take it for granted. Doing so will catch up to you for the last exam. Highly recommended!

Finite math is complicated, but ms. Suco explains it very well and wants all of her students to do well. If you do the homework and understand all of it you'll be more than fine. Make sure to get a good grade in her tests because the final is given by the department and is very difficult.

Excellent teacher. She won't continue to the next topic until she responds to all the student's questions. Her reviews are very helpful. Attendance not required but don't miss class. No homework required but you better do it. Don't get scared for her introduction. She is super nice!

she is a great teacher and is always willing to help during class. she is really sarcastic and it comes off as mean sometimes but if you have a sense of humor you will find her funny. do the homework and don't ask for any make ups because she will not give it to you. i guess the only con is that she isn't willing to boost your grade.

Don't understand why a lot of students fail this class. Gives study guides and are the exact same questions on the exam! Sometimes the numbers are changed up, but if you look at the study guides you can pass the exams. Final is the most difficult one. Homework every week and very strict on due dates.

I do well in online courses since hw and quizzes you can use a book or the help of people to do it. The tests were actually not too bad considering I get C's and everything else was A's so I would average out to a B. But the final was more challenging than her other tests so that why I got my C+. Overall one of my better online teachers.

Professor Suco is AMAZING. She knows her stuff and she conveys the material perfectly. She shows you how to do it and prepares you for the exam. I love prof Suco! Her accent is a little bit thick, but its a lot clearer than the other math professors in FIU. I recommend her to anyone who's taking 1106. You'll pass with her. Just study the reviews and you'll get an A in the tests. The final is cumulative though, so you have to remember everything.

I took this class last fall with a completely different professor and i ended up dropping it because i couldn't understand him or his teaching style. Then i took this class with Suco and Aced all my test. Shes a hard cookie but she is a great professor that will help you if you help yourself. Would love to take another class with her!!!!!

As long as you show up to class and pay attention, there's almost no way not to understand the material. She is really big on answering questions and making sure everyone understands. DON'T BUY THE TEXTBOOK, just get the access code. she does have online homework, but it isn't too bad. The test questions are taken directly from the reviews.

I took this class with a previous teacher and the guy was terrible so I dropped the class and took it with Mrs. Suco. I got an A+, as long as you go to class take notes and do your homework there is no way you wont pass. She really is awesome
