This is the only class I attended consistently. Dr. Valenti is a wonderful instructor that cares about her students and wants them to learn. The class is VERY interesting and goes by quickly due to a lot of activities. I recommend it! I'm taking another class of hers next session. Beware, you have to participate in some group work but it's fun
If you do the assignments you'll get a get a good grade, plus they're pretty interesting if you're into psychology. The group debates were a pain at times but the topics were fun and I learned a lot overall. The 70 min class period fly SUPER quick because Dr. V makes it fun. Overall, I learned a lot and will take more of her classes. Great prof.
Great teacher, literally the best psych teacher at GCU at the moment. Very chill, very helpful.
She's the best! Class is always fun, they go by super quickly. I've learned so much from this professor, both personally and professionally (for my future!). Dr. V really cares about her students. Not bad to look at either. Totally recommend any of her classes.
Dr. Valenti is the bomb. Professional but super laid back and always understanding. Life relevant lectures, gives awesome examples. I'm definitely a better person because of this class. Oh, and you can pass the class with a high grade if you attend lectures and take good notes. No book needed. It's geared for med students but all should take!
Best teacher at GCU. Always helpful and willing to meet with students after class.
Dr. Valenti was the best Psychology professor I have had to date. She is very kind hearted, warm and caring. She was even willing to talk with me about some personal issues beyond the classroom. She's an awesome professor and my absolute favorite teacher.
She is very engaging with her students during class and promotes classroom interaction on the lecture material/concepts.
Professor Valenti is a good professor. Her quizzes are pretty easy. I was surprised that this class does not go very much in depth. It's pretty much just learning terms and definitions of things like "bulimia" "anxiety disorders" etc. I appreciate that she incorporates plenty of videos and exercises for us to understand the lectures.
Valenti is super nice and a good lecturer, her intro to psych class was pretty good! She does not give very much homework and is very interested in how students are doing both in class and out. She very much feels like my own personal counsler because she is always willing to offer advise on personal things! I recommend for sure!
Valenti is a professor that will be there for you no matter what, whether you are struggling academically or in your personal life. Her class is really laid back with a lot of group discussion about what we think about topics or scenarios. It can be easy to miss information sometimes because there are a lot of pictures and videos during the lecture
Valenti was a great teacher I am not sure if I typed in the right class code but I had her for human sexuality and she was great just show up to class participate !
I'm not a psychology major but considered after this clss. Dr. Valenti made the class super fun and applicable to my life (buisness major), and the time flied even though the class met pretty late at night. You can tell she loves her job and cares about the students. Willing to even give advice outside of class. Easy tests, gives good study guide
She's the best teacher I've had in college so far! I enjoy her class!
She was very helpful
Professor Valenti is my favorite teacher. She lectures a lot, but also does interactive learning, which makes class interesting. If you study for her quizzes and use her study guides, you will most likely pass her class with an A. Overall a great, easy class.
Fantastic teacher, she makes the class engaging and comprehension. Warning:If you're shy, she will make you answer questions in front of the class. She is liberal, if you're conservative consider a different prof. since she does make a point of trying to sway the class to agree with her . And discussions on those matters are not welcomed.
Dr. Valenti is great! She is very helpful and desires her students to succeed. One of my favorite classes I've taken.
Still my favorite prof! Wish I could have her again. So caring and funny. She has engaging, interactive lectures - you won't be bored. Get ready to take quizzes/tests often, but her study guides are AMAZING. Material is easy but she is also an helpful prof. No reason to get less than a B+ in her class as long as you put in reasonable effort.
TAKE HER!!!! You will love her and her class. She explains things so well and really understands the psychology behind learning so she knows how to help you prep for quizzes and exams!!! Best teacher ever!!!
Loved the class the teacher was so professional
I'm gonna miss this class, it was the only one I never missed. Doesn't lecture straight from the book and does a lot of in -class activities. Very relevant to life, especially the relationship section. I'm definitely a better person because of this class (learned a lot about myself). She's also pretty dang funny and caring. Recommend her.
If you have a chance to get her for 102, get her. Shes super easy and layed back and as long as you do the study guides, you'll do great on the test, and for the final you can use your notes. She's such a caring human being and really wants her students to do well.
Great teacher!! Her lectures are fun and interesting! All of the information is from the textbook. Great presentations during class, and makes the class enjoyable and easy!
I learned so much in this class and it was tons of fun. Dr. Valenti made the class go by so quickly! Definitely take this class. Only downside was there were a lot of assignments. BUT, Dr. V let us work on many in class. Bonus. Good study guides too.
If you go to class you will pass. I was the type of person who studied the day before and right before the quiz and got A's all semester long. She does not grade any of your papers so get to know your IA's.
Valenti is an an average professor, nothing to write home about. Psychology has never interested me so I usually found the lectures and activities pretty lengthy boring especially if you have the class on Tuesday/Thursday. Valenti also seems quite liberal and tends to push her ideology and beliefs into her lessons. Overall an easy class.
She'll always put you in groups and make you talk to each other. Personally I didn't learn anything in the class because all you do is discuss and ask everyone "how do you feel about this" and she'll be super pushy about making everyone discuss stuff too. You dont write many papers either, you do more group work and fill out charts
Valenti is a caring teacher and makes it easy to understand the lessons. As a teacher she is just fine. However, she will guilt you into her political ideals which is very unattractive in teachers no matter which way they lean. Also i have found a lot of times she lies about simple statistics in order to subtly push her political ideals.
I love her so much she is the best human being on this earth
Professor Valenti was so amazing! One of the best teachers I have ever had. She is extremely nice and helpful. The class itself is very easy if you pay attention. The tests are easy because she posts really helpful study guides. Overall a really fun class and loved her!!!
This professor is very relational with her students. She teaches well, if you understand the subjects taught in class you dint have to refer back to the book unless you have an assignment. The assignments are easy As. She is professional yet a phenomenal professor!
Dr. Valenti is one of the most caring professors. She understands not all of us are Psychology majors so she really tries to show how beneficial psychology is to everyone. The quizzes aren't super easy but projects are and they are worth way more than the quizzes. Show up, do the work, study before quizzes and you will get an A.
Professor Valenti is a fun teacher who keeps her students engaged. The class was an easy A. She challenges her students but the class is an easy pass.
Dr. V is really caring towards her students and always offered her support outside of class. You can tell she loves psychology and knows a lot about it, told really great stories and made class fly by. It's the only class I looked forward to because it helped me with life too. Study her quiz study guides and you'll do well. Take her if you can.
Professor Valenti was an interesting woman! She always tried to relate her students with psychology, to show its application in our life. As uninterested as I am in psychology, it was kinda a cool class! However, a very liberal woman and it shows through her lectures. If you don't study for the quizzes, you will regret it. Projects are easy 100%.
I LOVED PROFESSOR VALENTI. She is so sweet and caring. She is super understanding that you have a life outside of class and will let you make up participation. I have nothing to say that's bad about her.
Professor Valenti is by far my favorite professor at GCU so far. She is so easy to get a long with, she is focused on making sure everyone passes, and her lectures are really interesting. She made me WANT to go to class. High reccomend!
Professor Valenti is great! Not a hard class, do the homework, the IA's grade pretty easily, and DO HER STUDY GUIDES!! You're golden for the quizzes if you do the study guide, the book helps for the study btw!! The book was so easy to follow, one of my favorite textbooks, you don't have read word per word, skim it and you will be GOOD TO GO!
Really need to read the book if you want to get an A. Lectures have a little to do with quizzes, and are interesting, but you definitely need to study on your own. Lots of CLCs.
I love Dr. Valenti! She was the one who inspired me to take psychology as a minor. Her class is always fun and uses real life examples and activities. She truly cares about her students and wants them to succeed. Make sure you study for exams!!
Dr. Valenti was the most amazing professor ever. She genuinely cares about her students and whether or not they are successful. She makes all the assignments easy on students and does not over complicate things. I even changed my major after taking her class. TAKE THIS CLASS.
Dr. Valenti really cares about her students and about her career. She shares personal experience with other jobs and family. She works with students to try to give them opportunities to volunteer outsider of class. She wrote the curriculum for this class; she made it so it has no tests. Do the assignments right and on time, you can get an A.
Valenti is such a dope professor. She uses real life examples which is really helpful. Her class is super interesting regardless of your major. Personally, my TA was a super tough grader but the professor herself was amazing. She gives amazing lectures. The only 100 person class I have where almost everyone shows up because they WANT to be there.
Professor Valenti made the class really interesting, she provided all the answers to the assignments in the lectures. You do have to show up though because attendance is taken in every class and you do group work. She also created the assignments so if you have any problem or don't understand all you have to do is talk to her.
Assignments are unclear but just ask her about it and she will explain. Great teacher, funny, nice, and interactive. Tests are not super easy, you get a cheat sheet but you definitely need to study extra. Understanding with absences, takes awhile to respond.
She is an awesome Psychology professor! If you are interested in Psych this is a great class to start with! Creative projects and helpful study guides for tests. If you show up you will succeed.
Solid professor! The assignments were pretty clear and easy - however some were very time consuming. She takes participation everyday so make sure you show up. She also gives a worksheet almost everyday in class which I did not love but it was just participation. She is very knowledgeable and well respected. She really wants you to succeed!
Dr. Valenti is so nice. But if your taking psyc 102 i recommend picking a different professor. Most psyc 102 classes are open note, hers are not. I found it extremely difficult to get an A on most assignments because she was so nit picky about how they were done. If you are looking for an easy A psych class pick a different professor.
She is a good professor, has no tests, and has engaging material. I feel I have learned so much from her class by enjoying the class as opposed to studying for tests all the time. She is helpful and easy to talk to.
She is very kind and caring professor who actively tries to engage her students during class. She spends lots of time on lectures but makes sure to discuss projects and assignments. She has clear grading expectations and is extremely helpful.
Valenti is certainly a good professor in the classroom, but I personally was not a fan. Others would love her, but sometimes it seemed like she thought of us as children who knew nothing and didn't give the best lectures or guidance to actually learn something. Too much group work that required minimal effort to pass but I wasn't really learning.
Amazing teacher! She keeps her students engaged during classes and gives great lectures. She grades fairly and will help when you don't understand rather than just docking points.
Professor Valenti was an amazing professor, one of my favorites for sure. Her lectures were always very engaging and I love that because I get easily distracted. I hope to take her again soon. CHOOSE DR VALENTI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Professor Valenti is absolutely amazing!! She cares so deeply about her students and is very understanding. The class isn't difficult by any means but her IA's grade a little hard. However, she is willing to give you a second chance on a grade if you talk to her about it. I would 100% recommend choosing her for your psych class!
All we did in this class was take personality quizzes. Fun if you like those, but she does not teach you what is in your textbook or what's on the quizzes. You have to really study the textbook outside of class in order to even pass the exams and even then the exams test you on very specific random things. She is also unclear about project criteria
At first Dr. Valenti seemed great. She was great at lecturing and made the classes fun. However, as soon as it comes to assignments she's no help. She doesn't approve of any ideas you give her and tells you to change but gives no help on how. Also everything we learn in class is basically irrelevant because none of it is on the quizzes.
I liked how Valenti was at first because of all the hands on activity (i.e. personality tests and discussions) but as class continued it proved to be difficult. Her power points are uninformative, they do no prepare you for the quizzes. If paper deadlines are coming up, she is very vague on criteria. She often comes off as rude and uninterested.
I honestly do not know why professor Valenti would have any bad reviews, she is amazing. Her lectures are so interesting and I actually enjoyed doing the assignments. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her students and wants them to succeed. I 10/10 would recommend her.
I really enjoyed taking Dr. Valenti's class and she made it really fun and enjoyable. I would say the reading and tests are difficult but she can be pretty helpful when you need help on papers. Definitely enjoyed this class.
LOVE Dr. V!!! She's such a sweet human, and she really cares about you and also what she's teaching. This is a higher level class, so the coursework can be a bit difficult, but she makes it as simple as she possibly can. There are no quizzes in this course, which helps, but that means the assignments are worth more. Take her if you can!
Professor Valenti was a great professor overall. She had some good assignments and was very easy to talk to about anything. In her class, expect to take a lot of quizzes about yourself to learn more about yourself. I looked forward to her class but she was a kinda strict grader. You could tell she was very nonjudgemental and cared a lot about you.
I loved Professor Valenti! She is super passionate about her lessons and her students. She is extremely open and helpful to students that want help. Her class is very engaging and interactive! The class was honestly fun to go to, because it is so interesting.
Prof. V was fantastic! From the start, she said she wanted her class to feel like a therapy session and teach things we can apply to ourselves, and she did just that. Textbook use was very minimal and all quizzes were online. Her lectures were always interesting and filled with real-world examples, making retaining the information easier!
Dr. Valenti was one of the most genuine professors I have ever had! Her lectures were incredible and I never myself bored or not wanting to go to class. The assignments were fairly easy as she gave you multiple resources and strived to help you attain the best grade! Participation matters and being attentive in class really helped!
She's funny and has very interactive lectures. If you don't like group, in-class activities, this will not be the class for you. She is relatable and kind, so I really appreciated her teaching.
Dr. Valenti is funny, personable, and genuinely cares about her students and their success! Quizzes were online, taken on own time outside of class, and used exact material directly taught in the class. Her presentations and lectures are clear, interactive, and colorful. I hope I can take more classes from her in the future:)
She was a great teacher and caring, but her grader was the absolute worst. Papers I would get an 85 on I would take to her and she would change it to a 95. She had good lectures and no tests, but sometimes she'd make us watch movies (for example an entire documentary on why you should become vegan) that didn't really relate to the lesson material.
unbiased view: Pros: she grades easily, has clear assignment directions, don't need to take notes. Cons: not sympathetic at all, rude, talks a lot about veganism and cats. Her class is a lot of group activities so if you don't like that I would steer clear.
Dr.Valenti is a fun and engaging professor! Her grading for papers is clear and would even give us a template for each paper. There were no exams and this was not a class in which you have to take notes. She makes it engaging enough that you will WANT to pay attention! I would take her again.
I personally really liked Dr.Valenti, but I could see how some would not like her. She made lectures fun and interactive, but would some times call on students to share about personal stuff that people may not want to share with a class. Quizzes were all online which made passing the class very easy.
I love professor Valenti! She makes her lectures fun and entertaining with lots of stories, examples, and worksheets/class activities. Provides templates for every essay and has a very clear rubric. Textbook is not required to be read but does offer good information to use in essays. She is caring and as long as you try your best, you will succeed!
She was very knowledgeable in the field of study. She made it a point to include each student & was personable within the class. I appreciated her feedback/approachability when I had questions or needed additional guidance. The work was not heavy & passing was easy if you paid attention. She seemed to lean towards the left side of politics though.
Professor Valenti is an amazing professor. She provides a short break halfway through the class each day. There is a lot of talking to the neighbors around you so if you don't mind that then she is perfect for you! She explains and goes through assignments so set you up for success. Definitely would take her class again!
I liked her, and the only reason I wouldn't take her again is because I didn't like sharing personal trauma in class and in group projects, which was sometimes required. She is super positive, accommodating, very aware of our stress levels and does her best to make class easy. Lots of group discussions, so sit next to people you'll get along with!
I have taken Dr. Valenti three times now and I do not know why I have not written a review yet. This woman was BUILT to teach, her lectures are so engaging and the only way to fail her course is to not do your work. She cares immensely about her students and loves what she does. I HIGHLY recommend taking her, especially in upper level courses!
Professor Valenti is very caring towards her students and is very helpful with papers and assignments. The only issue I had was that her grading is decently tough, even if you follow the directions and rubric there will still be something you get knocked down for. Attendance is not negotiable at all which will definitely bite you in the end.
Professor Valenti engages the classroom and provides time for students to talk to each other about the subject materials. She applies her expertise in the field to what we discuss in class.
She is a great professor but makes you sure personal things you don't feel comfortable sharing. A lot of group work and it feels like just a therapy session not like you are really learning. She goes through the slides very fast you can't take notes, doesn't post slides.
Valenti is easily one of the best psych professors at GCU. Her lectures are engaging and entertaining. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and can answer almost every question. She is very understanding and is willing to work with her students. The class itself is very easy and she is not a tough grader as long as you look at the rubric.
She was a good professor, taught information well. Would always tell us to come up to her after class to talk about clubs/academic activities but then would always act like you're wasting her time by staying after. Sometimes wouldn't be clear about grading instructions but I could usually figure it out. Not a hard grader and is overall good.
I would give her a 3.5. During class, she did alot of interactive activities which is nice. Her lectures aren't heavy, they're actually chill. However, if you need help with assignments, she doesn't give useful feedback. When she gave me a thesis to use for my paper, I got a bad grade and once I confronted her, she acted like the victim, be aware.
I had Valenti for Personality and Adult Dev and had VERY different experiences in both classes. For Personality, her lectures and slides were super informative, but the tests were extremely tough. For Adult Dev, we didn't have tests and unfortunately her lectures reflected that, the slides were uninformative and the class felt like a wash...
She was good at the beginning, but then as the year went on it seemed like she cared less. She was rude to students in class and my friend even had a negative experience with her outside of class. She took participation points away from me because I was 10 minutes late from class and did not give them back to me when I explained the situation.
I really enjoyed Dr. Valenti, she was very engaging and would walk around the class so everyone was included. She has templets pre-made for each assign which was very helpful. I also like that she really wants us to strive and she wants to support as much as possible. And no test was a bonus. I will definitely take her again.
Great Professor! Grades kind of hard, but not bad as long as you follow the rubric!
Her powerpoints are interactive, and she gives activities to do during class. She makes attending class fun and wants you to participate in the discussion.
Professor Valenti is by far one of my favorite professors! She makes lectures visually interesting and we did a lot of "turn to your partner"/ group activities that counted for participation (she doesn't post the slides). Her grading was a little hard but if you follow the rubric and follow apa 7 format you'll do well.
Elizabeth Valenti by far is my favorite professor at GCU! She is beyond caring, brilliant, and overall passionate about what she teaches. She makes every day interactive, she gives me the motivation to come to class. She has the brightest soul and just radiates positivity!
I loved Dr. Valenti! I took this class as an elective and I'm so glad that I did. She is so caring, and her class is genuinely enjoyable. I've never had a professor who is so passionate about her career and students. I will be recommending her to everyone!
The class was easy but not fun at all. This professor absolutely loves Sigmund Freud and definitely subscribes to some very controversial psychological opinions. Very clearly biased one way which made the class boring.
Valenti is awesome: she has an easy grading style, cares about each of her students, and strives to make the semester special. Fair warning, she recently got a new IA who grades super hard, so if you want to avoid that, turn your assignments in early. She's understanding and wants the best for you. Plus she's just an overall fun person.
Just an amazing professor. Also doesnt give any tests!
Very nice and on top of things, will never not have class though, and does not care about doing separate work. PSY255 with her is one of my favorite classes I have ever taken, she makes it super interesting!
Dr. Valenti was a good professor when it came to engaging the class. Although, later in the course she became a very hard grader to the point that it felt unfair. She would doc points off certain assignments that I had made small mistakes on and she would never explain what I needed to fix. I passed only because of my accomodations.
she's really good at lecturing! she knows her stuff and she makes the class interesting. however I believe she's a Machiavellian 100%. I was the only one who participated in her class, yet she had the audacity to leave me at a 89% in the class and refused to bump it up. I got As on all papers but bc I missed a few classes she left me at an 89.RUDE!
Professor Valenti is an excellent professor! She does a great job teaching the content in class and explaining the assignments. She is also very caring and understanding to all her students. Some of the assignments are a little toughly graded but there is great feedback.
Best class I have ever taken. Important to come to class and you will earn an A. Lectures are life changing, low key no joke
Homework is done in class
Professor Valenti has very interesting real world career experience. I enjoyed hearing about her career as a probation officer. She is very kind and gives good feedback for assignments. Overall, I would recommend Professor Valenti.
Dr. Valenti is genuinely one of the greatest professors I've ever had. All of her classes are inspirational, and she has alternative in-class assignments instead of simply going home and writing papers. The class is really built around discussion and group understanding, so I would really recommend reading the textbook to participate in discussion.
Dr. Valenti is an amazing professor. She always is caring for her students. Her lectures are amazing and you will learn new things! I would definitely recommend taking her! I will definetely be trying to take her for Abnormal Psychology!
Dr. Valenti was good! She clearly had genuine interest in psychology and her career experience was really cool. She didnt do any tests or quizzes which was nice but made me unmotivated tbh! She mostly had us to in-class group assignments and always let us out early. she was super kind! i would recommend.
If you attended class, Professor Valenti would let you opt out of papers and do an in-class group assignment instead. We also had no quizzes or tests. She made the class very low-stress and showed a lot of good videos to try and help us understand the content. She is so kind and caring, everyone I know loves her. Highly suggest!
Good genuine professor who actually cares, she was very kind and funny. Most assignments are done in groups in class. Never went the full hour and 45. Graded my papers somewhat harshly, was super picky about evidence otherwise not anything bad to say. Also does not post slides.
This was a super easy class and Prof. Valenti made classes very fun with group projects. She is super nice and understanding.
Professor Valenti brings passion to the classroom, making lectures engaging. While grading can be strict, Unstuck study and the textbook are helpful study tools. Overall, an enjoyable class with an attentive, caring professor.
I can't recommend this professor enough! She makes every assignment a group project, so we don't have to worry about it outside of class, and you really feel like you actually learn something! She is always asking you questions and cares a lot about everyone in her class! If you have the option, definitely take her!
I really enjoyed having Professor Valenti. She was kind, understanding when life happened, and the Adult development and aging class was very interesting. There was lots of class discussion and I truly learned a lot. She is very funny and makes class periods engaging and uses group assignments for in-class participation.
I had Dr. Valenti for Personality Psychology and she was super sweet and genuinely cares about students, but the class felt more like a therapy session and I didn't get as much content out of that class as I would have hoped for. I would have definitely preferred more conceptual conversations and implementing more resources to engage further.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! She is one of the few professors that made me want to go to class everyday. Her lectures are so fun and interesting! Most assignments were done in class in groups with a fun version of the real assignment, so definitely go to class!! Her lectures always felt like warm conversations! She is such a great person to talk to as well!
Valenti is so great, she makes each class super engaging and encourages class discussion. She also is very knowledgeable in her field and has great lectures. The classwork is not hard at all and is often group assignments.
Literally the best psych professor I have ever had. She is super engaging and makes learning the material fun and interactive. She helps students brainstorm what they want to do after college and connects you with outside resources. She really cares about YOU. All assignments are done in class, so show up and you will get a great grade!
I loved having Professor Valenti in PSY-255! She tells a lot of stories and makes class very collaborative and engaging. There were a lot of in class assignments that you work on with other people, so attendance is mandatory those days if you don't want to do a more difficult assignment on your own. Overall definitely reccomend taking this class!
amazing teacher every lecture was worth it and entertaining. she would have us do blended assignments, which helped me learn way more than the Halo ones! i had her for 3 classes and loved them all shes a great person!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! If you get the chance, take Professor Valenti—one of the most amazing professors I have ever had. There are no tests or quizzes, only true learning and note-taking. She is so caring and willing to help with grad school questions. Take her classes!
LOVE Dr. Valenti. She made the class enjoyable and the topics are interesting. Super helpful and gives feedback. No tests, midterm and final are online. All assignments can be done as alternative in-class group assignments (WAY easier) if you show up. Rarely there for longer than hour 30.
Super easy A if you show up to class. You do every single assignment in class typically on the second day. One critique, she marked me off a lot of points for the Generativity assignment for being 20 minutes late after I spent all night at the hospital after my boyfriend had appendicitis. For someone who's pretty empathetic, I was surprised at that
AMAZING CLASS! Absolutely love Dr. Valenti. She was so understanding and clearly wanted to make genuine connections. Lectures were engaging and interesting. We got to do most assignments during class which was so helpful and fostered relationships with others. There were no tests or quizzes, only a few papers, and the in-class assignments.
No tests or homework. But the lectures were very interactive and applicable. Favorite class I've ever taken, and learned more in this class than in the previous semester combined. She actually cares about knowledge of the topic and not just the work you produce.
Genuinely one of the best professors I've ever had at GCU and I highly recommend taking her class if you can. Dr. Valenti truly cares about all of her students. She makes lectures engaging and made me actually want to go to my 9am. She can grade a little harshly at times, but is also very helpful and accessible.
Definitely my favorite professor I've had! NO tests or homework. All the assignments she made in class were group activities in groups of 3-5. I learned so much from her class and lectures. You have to show up, but it's a very easy A. She is also one of the nicest people I've met. I definitely want to take her class again!!
Dr. Elizabeth Valenti had very engaging lectures, fun guest speakers, and made doing assignments much more engaging by making them in class group worksheets. I really enjoyed getting to attend her class this semester and would highly recommend you take her for Adult Development and Aging at GCU.
Very genuine teacher who cares about her students both in and out of class. All assignments were in class in groups of 3-5. Learned so much from her class and she feels like a best friend!
This professor was just okay. Participation really matters and she doesn't offer much flexibility with that. The lectures always use up the full time and can be a bit boring. Mostly all work is done in class in groups and grading is fairly easy. If you show up, you will pass.
She is definitely my favorite professor! There are no tests or homework, and all the assignments in class are group activities with 3 to 5 people. I learned so much from her lectures. You need to attend class, but it's very easy to earn an A. She is also one of the nicest people I've ever met. I would love to take her class again!
