DO NOT TAKE HIM AS A PROFESSOR! HE IS HORRIBLE, THE WORST PROFESSOR I'VE EVER EVER EVER HAD! EVERYONE FAILS HIS CLASS!

Horrible, he wasn't helpful and tests were too short and hard.

this was the worst math experience EVER!! i failed the class, also the first ever. His tests are impossible and his class is IMPOSSIBLE do not take him as a teacher!!

this was the worst class-he failed me so now i have to retake the whole class over again. the exams were literally six questions and what he told us to study wasnt even on the exams! he didnt even know what he was doing half of the time, the students had to correct him! and when it came to addition and subtraction,well lets see, he deserves an F!

THE WORST PROFESSOR ON CAMPUS!!! If you want to save yourself from gettin an "F" then dont take him! I feel that this Professor enjoys failing students! He is not concerned on how his students are doing and he will make yOur math world a living hell! The only good thing about him is that he takes his time to answer students questions.

Do not take if you want to pass. even the best students get D's!! Trust me I was a Pre Cal Honor student two years prior to this course

Not graded on ANYTHING but 4 HARD tests & 1 final. No formulas on tests. No extra credit. Gets angry when asked a question. I walked out mid-class to withdrawl, several others followed. He seemed to of caredless. What a waste of OUR money and time.

one of the worst math professors I ever had. he doesnt explain clearly and he goes fast. very hard exams because he put problems that we never did before. i always had As in my math classes but with this prof. I got an F

He is horrible in teaching! His teaching skills are very poor...I am someone who is great in math, and he caused me to withdraw the class because I cant settle for a "C". What ever you do, SAVE YOUSELF AND YOU GRADE...DONT TAKE HIM!

this prof. dont know what he is doing, please avoid taking him, dont waste your time taking him because the way that he teach make you confuse, he dont know how to teach.

I took his class and i absolutely disliked it. He barely taught me anything new. He goes through his lesson plans like a breeze. He doesn't take time to explain it to those who didn't understand. I felt it was a waste taking him. Would not recommend him.

Just don't do it. Guy acts like teaching math is a race. One kid sitting next to me asked him to explain something, and Fisher essenially said that he should have learned it already and that he wasn't going to "waste class time" to explain it to him. Don't take him....everyone on this site can't be wrong.

Professor Fisher was definitely the worst teacher I had at this school...He was very unclear and didn't know how to explain the simplest of questions. If you are amazing in math it will be easy because he only knows how to refresh your memory...For kids who are still learning he doesn't know how to teach. HORRIBLE PROFESSOR...DROP NOW!

I had him for Calculus 3 and honestly, he is the worst professor in the world, do not take him.

If you want to pass get ready to teach yourself. Tests did not directly reflect the material taught and were very tricky. Long and confusing lectures that were not very clear. When asked a question was unhelpful and condescending. Said certain topics would not be on the exams but then asked questions about said topics.

Late to class, very rude when students need help or ask questions. Lectures are confusing and not clear cut which is especially difficult if math is not your strong point. Moves extremely fast,if you can't teach yourself with homework don't expect him to help in anyway. Shouldn't still be teaching. Unfortunate because the classes are expensive.

Terrible. Very condescending and offers minimal help to students. About my entire class failed and he was very rude when it came to answering the simplest of questions. Rushes through topics expecting students to be already knowledgeable and gives long convoluted lectures that are confusing. Tests hardly reflect lessons in class. DO NOT TAKE

Not a very good lecturer professor. You need to teach yourself. Marks work wrong even though answer is correct If math is not your strong subject stay far away from this professor.

Unacceptable grading procedures. Marks whole question wrong because one part of a question either contained an incorrect sign, or an equation was not written down properly. For a teacher to be this anal about giving points for minor mistakes and not allowing them to be corrected for at least partial credit says a lot about character. Pls avoid.

Professor Fisher is awful for calc3 His biggest issue is that he never gives partial credit for very challenging questions. Even after I went to discuss my concerns with him, he would essentially "shut his ears" and not care what I had to say. He reads off of a powerpoint and never likes to answer questions unless he absolutely has to. DO NOT TAKE!

He literally called us dumb in class for asking to go over a different problem. Mind you, he asks the class to do the worksheets that he has yet not even talked about and expect us to not ask any questions otherwise we are dumb? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

seriously why bother being a teacher if you're not going to teach. Worst math professor I've had so far & I took Statistics and I passed with an A because the teacher came in and taught! He just waits for someone to ask a question ts annoyed if we try to do hwrk (online) so what for 2 hrs we're supposed to ask questions? DONTTAKEHIM

He is the worst professor i have ever had and I doubt i will find anybody worse. Be ready for a test withing the first week. He moves on based off the people that get it . During the lock down he stopped giving test and quizzes. decided we would just be graded off our final. He said we didn't have time for the test when he would start class late.

Worst professor ever, took an online class and he did not even dare explain anything to us. I had to basically teach everything to myself, I could've done that without having to pay for a summer course. Do not take him, I don't even know why he is a professor.

Really difficult class, being someone who isn't that good at mathematics made it twice as more difficult. teaching myself was extremely important and knowing people will help a great deal. Would not recommend taking!

Literally the worst teacher/professor I've ever had. I took him online and all he does is read off the powerpoint, does the work himself without thoroughly explaining anything. Basically you have to learn everything on your own. and he's just SO BORING. Save yourself the trouble of taking him and sign up early to pick a different professor.

The biggest problem I had with his course was that his tests would be open book but they wouldn't follow any formulas as taught. You would need to teach yourself the formulas inside and out to apply them correctly and he doesn't grade partial credit. Considering he had a mid and final worth a huge portion of your grade the class was difficult.

If you want to pass this class, take another professor. We were 22 and only 3 pass this class. And in the final, he met all his classes in only one room, he said that he has 6 classes and in the room I only saw 12 in totally. However, When you go to his office, he doesn't explaind you nothing. think about it before to take him.

Avoid at all costs. Work consists of cengage assignments worth almost 20% or your grade plus a midterm and final worth 40% each. Cengage assignments do nothing to prepare you for the exams. He supplies no substantive notes nor lessons of his own so you have no idea what to expect come test time. Go through the ebook and youtube examples to learn.

I took his online class in the summer and I would not recommend it to anyone that does not have at least 6+ hours to study everyday for 6 weeks. The test are worth the final is worth 41% midterm 41% and homework 18%. He only asks 17-19 questions on the test & will not curve the grade or give any extra credit. Good luck if you have to take his class

I dropped out of college after taking his class. A very tough grader. Went to tutoring(on campus&3rd party), watched math YouTube tutorials daily, and I still needed more to pass. Whenever I asked questions he made me feel really dumb by the tone of his voice. I then knew he wasn't the professor for me. Back at UCC w/ a different stats professor.
